In this paper, the proposing a fundamental data for a systematic and effective organizational management by examining the extent of the levels of conflict perceiving among individuals of social welfare workers in the Busan community social welfare center, a social welfare organizations, and investigating the related influencing factors are the purpose of the study, The summary of this study is as follows. At first, it is dysfunctional when the level of conflict is either exceedingly high or low in the interrelational conflict aspect. However, the social welfare workers' working in the community social welfare center, the extent of individual conflict is relatively low as 2.37 out of 5 points. Secondly, the multi-regression analysis is operated for controlling the population sociological factors and measuring the effectiveness of the conflict factors to the level of conflict. The influencing factors affects the result in the order of greater extent are communication factor, leader's flexibility of leadership factor, spontaneity among personality, confidentiality. As a result, Not like the case that in the technological bureaucratic organizations such as the enterprises or industrial organizations, in the human service organizations including social welfare organizations, these technological bureaucratic paradigm does not applying directly since the material of organization is composed of humans who are given moral values. Therefore, this paradigm should be put as a presupposition of the conflict management strategy. And, the communication among colleagues, learning a reasonable problem solution method, or the chances of education or training for establishing a sound human relationship should be prepared in order to lower the level of the conflict among individuals in the community social welfare department. Furthermore, professional education programs are needed for not only supporting an effective supervision and consultation(consultation with superiors and colleagues), but also, working with confidentiality and pride as a professional.

The purpose of this research was to identify how service composition factor impact organizational performance of long-term care facilities for elderly people. The target population was the staffs who were working at long-term care facilities for elderly people in urban areas of Seoul, Inchon and cities in Kyonggi-do as of September 2012. Independent variables, main factors for organizational performances, are leadership, educational training, compensation, initiative, and service quality. Dependent variables are selected as duty satisfaction, job performance, financial aptitude and beneficiary-oriented policy. SPSS ver18.0 statistical computer program was conducted in order to analyze the multivariate statistical data. The results are examined in detail in terms of the influence of two managing systems in the senior-care service on the organizational performance and the evaluations of the relation and difference caused by the input variables in two managing systems. In one case of the influence of two managing systems in the senior-care service on the organizational performance, the findings show 1) the influence of the service managing factor is clearly related to duty satisfaction with the result of 0.001 (F=37.429) regression data, 2) the influence of the service managing factor is clearly related to job performance with the result of 0.001 (F=55.099) regression data, 3) the influence of the service managing factor is closely related to financial aptitude with the result of 0.001 (F=56.904) regression data, and 4) the influence of the service managing factor is also clearly related to beneficiary-oriented policy with the result of 0.001 (F=61.367) regression data.
This study conducted a meta-analysis on the studies related with job satisfaction of social workers. For data analysis, journals, theses, and dissertations published between 1990 and 2013 were reviewed systematically. Through this process, this study calculated average effect size of each variable and explored moderator variables. The study results were as follows. First, this study significantly identified 27 variables related with job satisfaction of social workers. Second, the results indicated that large effect size variables included empowerment, organizational climates, supervision, relationship with boss, leadership, social support, work environment, reward system factor, self-esteem, work autonomy. Third, moderator analyses were conducted utilizing characteristics of organization. Moderate effects were identified in the following variables including role conflict, specialization, recognition, promotion, relationship with peer, supervision. Finally, the implications of the study findings were discussed.

The aims of this study are to verify the effecting factors in evacuation behavior under the corridor and stair width variation in evacuation experiments at university education facilities. To achieve these purposes, the present conditions of university education facilities were analyzed, and the evacuation experiment settings were established under different width of corridor and stairs. After the experiments, we asked the effecting variables to the evacuation behaviors under the variation of corridor, stair width and density of evacuee. The results of this study are as follows ; First, we found 3 main factors which affecting the evacuation behaviors ; environmental factors on building conditions, psychological factors on evacuee's characteristics and personal factors on evacuee's physical conditions. Second, the environmental factors such as the location of stairs for evacuation, recognition of wayfinding in fire condition are mainly affects the evacuation behaviors, but evacuee behaviors have little relations with fire extinguishing facilities and personality.
The Purpose of this study was to examined the relation between Belief and Actual Practice of Instructor according to education in Taekwondo Personality. To get the purpose participants was selected 286 Taekwondo instructors. Selected data were analyzed for descriptive statistic, pearson relation analysis, and multi dimensional analysis with SPSS/PC 18.0. The result was as followed. First, there were different on frequency of important factors between belief and practice of Taekwondo personality based on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive. The order of ethological important factors on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive were manner, confidence, love, perseverance, bravery. But The order of ethological important factors on Taekwondo instructor's practice were manner, confidence, perseverance, leadership, honestly. Second, belief of Taekwondo personality based on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive has positive relationship with practice of Taekwondo personality in a part. There were positive relationship among factors of belief of Taekwondo personality but were lower positive relationship among factors of practice of Taekwondo personality. Taekwondo instructors' determination on teaching belief has positive effect on guidance factor, practical factor, variety factor, if the teaching belief has higher score then the teaching practice has higher practical teaching.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the integrated entrepreneurial competency models that reflect critical entrepreneurial competencies that entrepreneurs should have at different stages, thereby enhancing the success rate of ventures. To accomplish the purpose, this study developed the hypotheses about the positive effects of entrepreneurial competencies on business performance, and the moderating effect of learning competency to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial competencies and business performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the technological functional competency of entrepreneurial teams, the resource utilization and business planning competency of entrepreneurs in the early stage of business development were found to significantly affect both non-financial and technological performance. The opportunity recognition competency has a significantly positive effect on non-financial performance. In addition, it is analyzed that learning competency significantly moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial competencies(technological functional, resource utilization) and non-financial performance. The moderating effect of learning competency between business planning competency and technological performance was also found to be significant. Second, leadership and resource acquisition competency of entrepreneurs in the late stage of ventures have significantly positive effects on both non-financial and technological performance. The strategic competency has a significantly positive effect on non-financial performance. It was also found that the moderating effect of learning competency between strategic competency and non-financial performance was significant. Finally, the results show that both non-financial and technical performance of NTBVs are significant determinants of financial performance.

The purposes of this study are to examine the predictability of variables related to SNS intention to use in collaborative learning and provide some new implications. Based on Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM), we hypothesized that optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity as personal disposition variables, subjective norm as a social variable, and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as cognitive variables would predict SNS intention to use. For this study, 274 'Share Leadership' students in E university completed surveys and it was analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed as follows. First, optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and subjective norm predicted perceived ease of use. Second, optimism, insecurity, subjective norm and perceived ease of use predicted perceived usefulness. Third, subjective norm, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness predicted SNS intention to use. From this, it is revealed that positive technology readiness predict much more than negative technology readiness do and the role of teacher and peers is very important.

This study is about the effectiveness of Jahwal consulting. We analyzed 275 self-supporting participants of 58 self-supporting companies in eight wide-area self-supporting centers nationwide. After consulting by conducting a questionnaire before consulting, we conducted a questionnaire to analyze the differences. The measurement variables consisted of 3 variables and 6 subparameters. The top variables are interpersonal relationships, organizational systems, and self-help business will. The sub-elements are interaction, communication between members, horizontal leadership, organizational stability, personal suitability and developability. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 21.0, frequency analysis, and t-test. The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of consulting conducted by Jahwal institutions. For this reason, we developed a measurement scale, and analyzed changes before and after consulting using that scale. As a result of the analysis, it was found that self-help consulting is effective. It was also analyzed that there was mode significance in the analysis by gender, age, region and educational background.

Recently, the importance of project management has increased due to the scale and complexity of the construction projects. Therefore, this study conducted a survey on construction companies and related public institutions to verify the relationship between the role of the Project Management Office(PMO) and PM leadership for project performance. Based on this, the effect of the PMO role on the project performance was identified and the moderating effect of PM leadership was analyzed. As a result, first, the role of the PMO was found to have an influential on the project performance. Second, the PM leadership was verified to has a moderating effect in the relationship between the PMO role and the project performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influential of the role of PMO on project performance in the construction industry to suggest the necessity of PMO in the construction industry and the need to adopt PMO in large-scale construction projects and analyze the moderating effect of PM leadership on project performance.
Lots of the studies about the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness have been conducted and reported that coaching leadership is one of the main factors which impact organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to synthesize the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness. For that purpose, 32 correlation effect sizes from 25 studies were analyzed by the CMA (Comprehensive Meta-analysis) Program. The study calculated the overall effect size of the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness. Then, it also calculated the effect size of the relationship between coaching leadership and each sub-variable of organizational effectiveness. The analysis results are as follows: First, the overall effect size about the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness was .519, which means that coaching leadership has over lager relationship with organizational effectiveness. In addition, the effect sizes of sub-variables of the organization are .556 (organizational commitment) .542 (job satisfaction), 509 (organizational citizen behavior), and .401 (innovative behavior). The study tested the mediating effects of measurements, organizational size, types of publication, and published year. The result showed that only the measurement made significant differences among effect sizes of studies.
