  • 본 연구는 부산지역 청년 창업교육의 활성화와 예비 청년 로컬창업자의 맞춤형 창업역량개발을 위해 부산지역 대학생들을 대상으로 한 현장 실무중심 창업교육이 지역 대학생들의 창업동기와 창업역량에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 창업동기의 구성요인을 경제적동기와 자아실현동기로 구분하였으며 창업역량은 로컬창업에 필요한 실무역량, 로컬 브랜드개발역량, 재무분석역량이 창업교육 수료 후 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치는 실증분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산지역 K대학교 창업관련 교과 수강생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

A Study on the Impact of Local Entrepreneurs' Entrepreneurship and Localism on Regional Value Creation and Local Startup

  • This study is an empirical analysis aimed at examining how the entrepreneurship and localism of local entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in Busan affect regional value creation and local startups, with a focus on supporting the entrepreneurial activities and value generation of local creators. The study categorizes the components of entrepreneurship into innovativeness and risk-taking, while the elements of localism are divided into local initiative, regional networks, and local spaces. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted from March to October 2024, targeting 113 entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs in the Busan area. The findings indicate that both entrepreneurship (innovativeness, risk-taking) and localism (local initiative, regional networks, local spaces) have a significant impact on regional value creation, and that regional value creation significantly influences local startups. These results provide practical implications for local entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs in Busan, highlighting the crucial role of entrepreneurship and localism in regional value creation and startup activities.

  • This study is an empirical research aimed at examining the impact of practical, field-oriented local entrepreneurship education for college students and prospective entrepreneurs in the Busan area on their entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial competencies, and entrepreneurial spirit. The study is conducted to enhance the activation of youth entrepreneurship education in the Busan area and to tailor entrepreneurship competency development for prospective local young entrepreneurs. In this study, the factors of entrepreneurial motivation were divided into economic motivation and self-realization motivation, while entrepreneurial competencies were categorized into practical competencies for local entrepreneurship, local brand development competencies, and financial analysis competencies. To conduct the empirical analysis, a survey was administered to 139 participants who took part in entrepreneurship education from March to October 2023. The research findings indicate that local entrepreneurship education significantly influences participants' entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial competencies, and entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, it was observed that entrepreneurial spirit also has a significant impact on entrepreneurial motivation and competencies. These results suggest the practical importance of tailoring entrepreneurship education to the specific characteristics of local prospective entrepreneurs.

Case Study on Activating Local Youth Entrepreneurship Project (로컬 청년창업 프로젝트 활성화 사례연구)

  • This study proposes a guide to activate regional resource-based start-up projects by analyzing program planning, consultation, promotion, recruitment, operation, support, and performance measurement. It provides insights into effective methods for engaging prospective entrepreneurs interested in local brands.The study categorized 100 local start-up communities on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, identified suitable message characteristics for each channel, and measured conversion rates after distributing seven types of messages. Over four weeks, the messages received over 57,000 views, achieved a 13% conversion rate, and attracted about 100 applicants. This evaluation identified the most effective message types, offering key policy implications and insights into early-stage entrepreneurs' awareness and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The researchers also revealed that cooperation with local communities and regional innovation centers is an important success of a local startup.

  • Local decline can be caused by business closures or the departure of the youth. Most countries have been striving to overcome regional inequality through local or community entrepreneurship using assets or contents obtained from differentiated and original embedded resources. The purpose of this study is to conceptualize local contents and local entrepreneurship. To reach the research goals, this paper utilizes the grounded theory as qualitative methodology. From the main findings, this paper suggests that entrepreneurship in the local is influenced by informal alley or specific location (regions) institution outputs so called as local contents which are local norm, culture, local identities. This paper conceptualizes local contents as 'product of creative scenario'. And this work also suggests the liner model for local content innovation. The contribution of this work are two: 1) showing how the local content creation process; 2) analyzing the how local entrepreneurship configures. It can be inclusive potential startups items rooted at the unique resources and assets of the locals and reflecting the originality of locality. In terms of local institutional perspectives, local development takes pace when advancing application of local entrepreneurship. In order for that, practical challenging is more needed by using informal local institutions. Also 'three step linear model' will be applied to educate the new creators. Local contents and local entrepreneurship can definitely rehabilitate locality.

  • Recently, our interests are growing up the local food with global food's internationalization. Our interest about local food is increasing with agricultural crises and food safety. And this research will study how the local food cultural experience effect to local food's customer satisfaction and customer royalty. This study analyze customer who experienced the local food cultural experience. And we follow Pine & Gilmore's theory. They proposed the experience economic theory, which proposed 5 factors to analyze customer. Those are educational experience, emotional experience, entertaining experience, escaping experience, and physical experience. We select two factors, which are entertaining experience and physical experience. And we will study the customer satisfaction and royalty of the perceived customer by the two experienced factors. Especially, we analyze the local food policy, cultural factors related with local food, and customer's perceived value effect, and then, we will figure out the correlations among factors, propose the policy implications related with local food cultural experience and economic value creations of rural economy.

Application of Environmental Management System Model for the Local Food Industry and the Analysis (로컬푸드산업의 환경경영시스템 모델 적용 분석)

  • Local food industry has been spreading all over the world. Korea is also actively applying and developing local food industry. However, relatively high distribution cost in Korean agricultural market is hindering its further growth. Distribution cost has close relation with shipping distance. Raised distribution cost brings major impacts not only on quality and price of products but also on greenhouse gas(carbon dioxide) emissions. Therefore, it is necessary to find a solution for inefficient distribution system of the local food industry to reduce overall cost and greenhouse gas. In this study, we present a location selection model for local food regional center using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The location of local food regional hub center is decided based on expert opinions on five factors: accessibility, quality, population, size of area, and shipping distance. The relative importance of the five factors has been concluded as follows: quality (0.430) ${\gg}$ population (0.262) ${\gg}$ travel distance (0.201) ${\gg}$ accessibility (0.075) ${\gg}$ and area (0.033). We apply and analyze the environmental management system model for Local food industry to develop the regional hub center site selection criteria and to analyze the effects of greenhouse gas emissions in the local food industry. This study, by applying and analyzing the environmental management system of the local food industry, is believed to be a valuable asset for managing greenhouse gas emission in the local food industry. Also, the data will be used for the autonomous local food industry's direct sales stall management. Eventually, this study will contribute so greatly to the local food industry's competitiveness that even large distribution companies will give way for the local food industry.

  • According to data released by the Covid 19 Self-Employed Emergency Response Committee, 95.6% of small business sales due to Covid 19 have decreased over the past two years, and the damage has further increased due to social distancing for quarantine. However, as all social distancing guidelines have rebeen lifted, and the commercial district has been revitalized, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is pushing for a project to foster local brand commercial districts so that small business owners or prospective founders who have closed their businesses due to the prolonged COVID-19. Therefore, this study propose the model that recommends alley commercial districts suitable for founders among the five alley commercial districts selected for the project to foster local brand commercial districts in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government's local brand alley commercial recommendation system recommends major population age groups and major industries in the commercial district by combining the population perspective model using Xgboost and the commercial district characteristic model using Decision Tree.

자기효능감, 창업기회인식이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 문화적 특성의 조절효과

  • 경기 침체와 더불어 고용 불안, 그에 따른 사회의 혼란 속에서 국가의 성장 동력의 대안 중 하나로 창업 활성화의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 국가에서 창업 활성화를 중장기 목표로 설정하고 다방면으로 노력하고 있다. 이에 따라 창업의도를 높일 수 있는 요인에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔고, 특히 자기효능감과 창업기회인식 등의 개인적 역량 요소가 창업의도를 높인다는 연구 결과들이 지속적으로 제시되고 있다. 이러한 창업의도를 높일 수 있는 자기효능감, 창업기회인식을 고취시키기 위해 학계의 연구활동 뿐 아니라 정부의 정책적 접근 또한 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 창업교육 활성화부터 사회적 환경 조성을 위한 창업 롤모델 활용, 미디어를 통한 창업 활동 홍보 등 긍정적인 창업 경험을 공유하도록 하기 위한 연구 역시 계속되고 있다. 그러나 개인적 역량 요소와 사회적 환경 조성 외에 문화적 특성이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 부족하였다. 본 연구는 문화적 특성이 창업의도를 높일 수 있는 요인으로 개인적 역량 요소와 사회적 환경 조성과 함께 의미가 있을 것이라는 물음에서 시작하였다. 가설 검증을 위하여 SPSS 26버전을 활용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석 하였고 GEM KOREA의 2017년 데이터를 분석하였으며, 자기효능감과 창업기회인식은 창업의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 기존 연구 동일한 결과가 나왔다. 본 연구의 특징은 문화적 특성을 집단주의와 관계주의로 구분하여 자기효능감, 창업기회인식과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서의 조절효과를 검증하였다는 것이다. 문화적 특성 중 집단주의 특성은 유의하지 않았으나 관계주의 특성이 유의하여 조절효과를 가진다는 결과를 얻어냈다. 이는 국가에 새로운 성장 동력이 필요한 상황에서 창업의도가 없거나 낮은 개인들도 관계주의 특성을 활용하여 창업의도를 높일 수 있다는 연구 결론으로 이어진다. 지금까지 알려진 바와 달리 한국은 집단주의 보다 관계주의가 강하기 때문에 관계주의 문화 특성을 고려하여 선배 창업가 또는 로컬 창업가들과의 관계를 만들고 유지할 수 있도록 하는 등의 정책을 수립할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다. 하지만 이미 설계된 GEM 데이터를 활용하였다는 점, 문화적 특성이 각기 다른 국가들과의 비교연구가 필요하다는 점 등은 본 연구의 한계라고 할 수 있다.

  • This paper was conducted to improve understanding of how the start-up process affects the local community and how young entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses in the process through analysis of young people who started businesses in the region. The research method was conducted through in-depth interviews with 10 young entrepreneurs who started businesses in the western Gyeongsangnam-do region, where population decline is prominent, and the collected data was analyzed through a grounded theory approach to derive common and meaningful themes between each case. proceeded. As a result of the study, insights were derived about the background of entrepreneurs settling in the region, the motivation for starting a business using local resources, the impact of government and local government support, business strategies for sustainable growth, and the entrepreneurs' personal performance. Through this analysis, we hope to provide important insights into the positive impact local entrepreneurship has on the community and how young entrepreneurs contribute to local development.
