초속경화(初速硬化) 폴리우레아수지 도막방수재(途膜防水材)의 방수(防水)·방식(防蝕) 성능평가(性能評價)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Waterproofing and Anticorrosive Performance Evaluation of Polyurea Resin Waterproofing Membrane Coating of Velocity per Second Hardening)

  • There is a problem to be solved for improvement of durability and safety supervision. When you do the waterproofing and anticorrosive work of main concrete from the design stage, the material and method of construction need to be correctly applied to appropriate circumstance conditions. Epoxy have mostly been used for concrete water tank structure. Lately, lots of subjects on adaption of polyurea resin waterproofing and anticorrosive are under discussion. Then, we attempt to approach by evaluating and comparing every capabilities with another waterproofs in this study. Performance evaluation items include the adherence performance, the imprint of seal performance, temperature dependence performance, promotion weatherizing ability, inner chemical performance, drinking water eruptive performance. Through the experiment analysis, we found that the polyurea resin waterproofing membrane is dominantly superior to other waterproofs. According to this study, we suggest the polyurea resin waterproofing membrane as a new waterproofing material for concrete structure.

  • Urethane, epoxy, acrylic have common property to adhere on the concrete dried surface in the waterproofing materials at present. In the wet condition, however, the materials such as urethane, epoxy, acrylic need a long hardening time and it become a reason of water leakage as the materials breaking down. it is one of the problem to adhere to the substrate. Therefore, in this thesis, I focused to assure the structural safety and durability and quality for waterproofing and safe of construction cost by cut down the cost of labor and reduce the term of works as searching the application of field condition for high adhesive spray type of degenerated and rubberized asphalt membrane material.

  • This Waterproofing Material which mainly consisted of 2 components of waste tire chip powder and waste glass powder. This Study is abut development of waterproofing Material, There is not tried in domestic. The most Motive of this Study wishes to recycle resources and get the economic performance for waterproofing Material The result of this Study is as followings. (1) Dense waterproofing floor is formed between waste tire chip by Coupling Agent(the most effective method to encourage adhesive strength and raise cohesion of material by combination.) (2) Expected to bring effect to shorten construction period at spot application potentially space-time in moisture aspect. Also, shortening effect of construction period and spot work are considered to be gone efficiently selecting pre-mix construction method. (3) This development Waterproofing material has elasticity that nature side compatibility of cement ingredient and plastic Emulsion have when utilize and constructs waite resources (being waste tire chip and waste glass powdered).

  • Cool roof coating materials generally use white color which has the highest reflectance, but it is a tendency to apply various colors because it can cause glare and fatigue of a nearby building user due to the urban beauty and high reflection. This study when applying color diversity material cool roof coating was carried out as a basic research for the degree of solar radiation reflectance change. Experiment result. As a result of the measurement of the reflectance of each specimen, white showed the best reflectance in the near infrared region, and black had the lowest reflectance. Also, in case of brown, it was confirmed that the reflectance of solar radiation in the near extrinsic region is lower than that of gray.

  • It often happen water leakage that roof membrane have a poor condition such as direct exposed to rain, ultraviolet lays, temperature change compare with other part of waterproofing. There are difficult to maintain the quality of waterproofing and durability due to use only few waterproofing materials in practical in spite of development and use the various waterproofing material as solution of these poor condition. Therefore, in this thesis, I would like to know the property to apply field and suggest other method to develop for this waterproofing method to adopt various field condition for roof tops, as searching exposed and complex waterproofing technology for roof tops which is reinforced sheet using rising system have a regular pitch, depth, space.

  • The combined waterproofing method is an excellent method to overcome the disadvantages of the single waterproofing method by composing two or more materials to complement each other, but it is a method that can cause defects such as separation and peeling between materials due to the heterogeneity of the applied two materials. In order to improve this, in this study, we aimed to develop a technology for inducing chemical unification between materials through a urea reaction with a coating material applied on the lower side by laminating a nonwoven fabric treated with a modified amine on the back surface of the sheet material, The adhesion performance test was carried out with the presence or absence of denatured amine treated nonwovens as variables. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the adhesion performance of the specimen to which the modified amin - treated nonwoven fabric was applied was improved by about 60% or more as compared with the specimens not having the denatured amine treated specimen.

콘크리트 교면용 도막방수재로 사용되는 MMA 수지의 배합비율에 따른 경화상태 및 기본 물성에 관한 연구 (Hardening State and Basic Properties Changes According to the Mixture Ratio of MMA Resin Used as a Waterproofing Coating Material in Concrete Bridges)

  • 토목구조물의 교면은 토목구조물 상부에 방수층이 존재하고 방수층 상부에 아스콘이나 콘크리트로 포장층을 마무리하여 교면의 시공을 완성하고 있다. 그러나 아스팔트계열은 뛰어난 감온성으로 고온에서 용융되는 취약한 특성을 지녔고, 이는 아스콘 포설시 고온으로 인하여 방수재가 용융되어 두께저하로 인한 하자 발생률이 증가하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 교면에 적용되는 MMA(Methyl Methacrylate)의 경질 Type과 연질 Type에 대하여 동시 사용시 배합에 따른 경화상태를 확인하고 각각의 인장강도와 신장률이 관련 품질기준에 대한 성능 만족 여부와 적정 배합비율을 확인해 보고자 한다. 그 결과 MMA 경질 수지 또는 연질 수지를 단독으로 사용하게 될 경우 경질 수지는 인장특성을 연질 수지는 신장특성이 명확하게 나타나기 때문에 수지의 단독 사용으로는 KS F 4932의 인장성능 품질기준을 만족시키지 못하는 것으로 나타났고, 파우더 양이 총 배합량 중 56.25%를 초과하게 될 경우에는 경화 후 표면에 공극이 발생되고 셀프 레벨링이 불가능하여 불균질한 표면을 형성하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 경질 수지: 연질 수지: 파우더 비율을 15g: 85g: 150g으로 설정한 시험편은 인장강도 $1.5N/mm^2$, 신장률 133%가 나타남에 따라 KS F 4932의 인장성능을 만족하는 것으로 확인되었다.

철도교량상판 방수재료 선정을 위한 균열거동저항 성능평가 (Joint Displacement Resistance Evaluation of Waterproofing Material in Railroad Bridge Deck)

  • 본 논문에서는 철도교량상판에 적용하는 방수재료 선정을 위한 이음부 및 균열부에 대한 거동 저항 성능평가를 수행하였다. PSC거더 철도 교량상판에서 발생하는 일반적인 변위 범위 조건을 도출하여, 도출한 결과에 따라서 방수재료의 균열 거동 저항 성능평가 방법을 개발하였다. 재안하고자 하는 평가를 위한 균열거동폭 (mm)을 설정하기 위해 레일도상이 설치되어있는 PSC 거더 교량을 대상으로 유한요소 모델링 해석을 수행하였으며, 최소 균열 거동 범위 (약 1.5mm)를 도출하였다. 평가 방법으로서는 교량 상판에 통상적으로 사용되는 시멘트계 도막 시스템, 폴리우레탄 코팅, 접착식 아스팔트 시트 및 합성 고무 겔 복합 아스팔트 시트 시스템 총 4가지 종류의 방수재료를 선정하여, 각 방수재료 종류별 5가지의 시편을 제조하여 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 각 시험편별로 4가지의 균열 거동폭조건 (1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0mm)에 대해 평가를 수행하였으며, 본 연구를 통하여 철도교량에 일반적인 균열 거동 폭을 고려한 평가 기준에 따라 각 방수재료별 누수저항성 평가에 따른 철도교량상판 사용 적합성을 판단하였다.
