지난6월 1일 한국과학기술 연구소 강당에서 「과학기술과 정신문화」라는 주제로 심포지움이 열렸다. 한국과학기술진흥재단이 주최한 이 심포지움에는 국내과학기술인과 문학인 등 관심있는 인사 200여명이 참석한 가운데 주제발표에 이어 열띤 공방설전의 선투도 볼 수 있었다. 과진 김립삼 부이사장은 개회사를 통해 이 심포지움은 「엄청난 도전의 의의」를 갖는다고 말하고 장자의 천지편 「기심」,「기사」의 풀이와 아인슈타인의 인간의 alogical을 지적했다. 오늘날 근대화 과정에서 기능분화, 전문화. 세분화의 가속화 파괴와 분열 등 현대문명의 위기에서 인간이란 ,행복이란 ,아름다움이란, 문학적 해답을..과학자와 문학자가 현대사회가 지니는 고민에 해답할 의무가 있다고 했다. 이 심포지움이 공통대화의 광장을 마련함으로 과학과 문학이라는 현대문명의 양거보잉 공통의 이해를 가짐으로 새문화창조의 길잡이가 될 수 있기를 바라는 마음 간절하다. 이날 최형섭 과학기술처장관의 축사, 박종화 학술원 원장의 격려사에 이어 다섯분의 발표가 있었고 참석자 토론이 있었다. 이번에 지면 관계로 일부만 실었다

산업 재해가 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 ICT 기술을 활용하여 산업현장에서 재해 발생 경감을 위한 노력이 진행되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 작업자 안전을 위한 loT 기반 시스템과 챗봇을 이용한 작업자와 대화형 안전 관리 기술에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 기존의 챗봇의 활용은 홈페이지에서 단순한 매뉴얼 정보를 대화형으로 제공하는 수준에서 머무르고 있는데 반하여 본 사업에서는 작업자의 헬멧 등 장비에 장착된 인터페이스를 통하여 챗봇을 통한 안전관리를 제공할 수 있는 것이다.

In the future warfare, the importance of the counter-fire operation is increasing. The counter-fire operation is divided into offensive counter-fire operation and defensive counter-fire operation. Reviewing the researches done so far, the detection asset of offensive counter-fire operation called UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and its operational effectiveness analysis is continually progressing. However, the analysis of the detection asset of defensive counterfire called Target Acquisition Radar(TAR) and its quantitative operational effectiveness are not studied yet. Therefore, in this paper, we studied operational effectiveness of TAR using C2 Theory & MANA Simulation model, and showed clear quantitative analysis results by comparing both cases of using TAR and not using TAR.

This paper introduces an interactive contents authoring system which can easily and conveniently produce interactive contents for the Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (T-DMB). For interactive broadcasting service, T-DMB adopted MPEG-4 BIFS technology. In order to the interactive service becomes flourishing on the market, various types of interactive contents should be well provided prior to the service. In MPEG-4 BIFS, broadcasting contents are described by the combination of a large number of nodes, routes and descriptors. In order to provide interactive data services through the T-DMB network, it is essential to have an interactive contents authoring system which allows contents authors to compose interactive contents easily and conveniently even if they lack any background on MPEG-4 BIFS technology. The introduced authoring system provides powerful graphical user Interface and produces interactive broadcasting contents in the forms of binary and textual format. Therefore, the BIFS contents authoring system presented in this paper would vastly contribute to the flourishing interactive service.

본 연구는 에너지와 물질 순환을 주제로 한 대학생들의 집단적 과제 수행 상황에서 구성원들의 상호작용 기능과 요소에 따른 역할 분배의 양상을 밝히고자 하였다. 집단 내 구성원에게 개별적인 역할이 주어져 있지 않은 상태에서 과제가 부여되었을 때, 집단 내에서 자연스럽게 형성되는 역할의 종류를 상호작용 기능과 양상에 따라 유형화해보았다. 연구 참여자는 9명의 환경 교육 전공 대학생으로, 2008년 11월에 열린 한중일 환경교육 캠프에 참여한 한국 학생들이다. 캠프 활동 중 하나로 충남 홍성 문당리 환경농업마을의 에너지와 물질 순환에 대해 토의하고 그 결과를 그림으로 표현하여 발표하는 활동이 있었는데, 본 연구에서는 발표를 위해 준비하는 과정을 연구 맥락으로 하였다. 그리고 약 2시간에 걸친 과제 수행 과정을 촬영 후 전사하여 연구 자료로 삼았다. 관련 선행 연구 고찰과 연구 자료에의 적용 및 수정을 통해 상호작용 기능과 요소를 코딩하기 위한 분석틀을 마련하였으며, 문제가 제기되고 그 문제에 대한 합의가 이루어지는 대화를 분석의 단위로 정하였다. 대화 단위별로 구성원 간 말차례가 오고간 모습을 화살표로 도식화하여 대화 패턴을 분류하였으며, 대화를 말차례별로 상호작용 기능과 요소에 따라 코딩화하였다. 화살표로 도식화된 대화 패턴과 상호작용 코딩 결과에 따라 집단 내에서 자발적으로 형성되는 구성원의 역할을 분류하고 명명하였다. 이렇게 집단적 과제 수행 상황에서 학생들에 의해 자생되는 역할을 상호작용의 관점에서 유형화해봄으로써 협동 학습이나 토의 활동 등 집단적 상호작용을 통한 과제 수행에 있어서 학생이나 교사의 역할에 대해 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

최근 국가적 차원에서 영어교육에 대한 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있으나 기존의 주입식, 암기식 영어 교육은 회화 실력 향상에 큰 도움을 주지 못하였다. 컴퓨터를 이용한 영어교육 또한 많은 관심을 얻고 있으나 실제 의사소통을 위한 회화 학습에 대한 고려는 깊지 않으며, 주어진 흐름의 대본을 따라 단순히 읽고 반복하는 수준의 시스템만 존재하고 있다. 이러한 학습형태는 흥미 유발 동기가 약하여 사용자로 하여금 장기간 꾸준히 학습하게 만들지 못한다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대하여 제2언어 습득 이론에 바탕을 둔 자연어 처리 기반 몰입 환경 영어 교육 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 도메인 확장성이 뛰어난 예제 기반 대화 시스템을 3 차원 가상공간과 결합한 시스템으로 자연스러운 대화를 통한 외국어 회화 연습을 하는 과정에서 학습자의 발화 오류를 분석하고 교육적 피드백을 제공한다. 또한 현실과 비슷한 몰입 환경에서 체험형 기술을 통해 자발적인 학습을 유도하고 집중력, 기억력을 획기적으로 높이고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 영어교육 시스템의 이론적 배경, 예제 기반 대화관리, 시스템 구성요소와 동작에 대하여 중점적으로 기술하였다.

This study examines the effects of a new app-based intervention program for conversational skills of children with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Participants in this study comprised 26 children diagnosed with autism, Asperger's syndrome, or pervasive developmental disorder-not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS). Participants were randomly assigned into a treatment group or a control group according to their ages, IQ, SCQ, and ASSQ scores. The treatment group met with teachers once a week for a single non-face-to-face class for nine weeks, along with conversation training at home using an app. The control group did not participate in any specific programs for conversational skills. Conversation data of all participants were collected before and after the intervention to compare the two groups based on changes in the conversational turn-taking and topic manipulation skills. When analyzed with respect to a Group X Period analysis of variance (ANOVA), the data indicated maintenance on the rate of appropriate listener's verbal responses in the treatment group, whereas the rate of inappropriate listener's verbal response significantly declined in the control group. In addition, the rate of conversation initiation and maintenance and the rate of appropriate initiation improved in the treatment group, whereas the rate of inappropriate initiation declined in this group. Overall, the study demonstrates promising effects of the novel App-based digital intervention on verbal conversational skills in children with high function ASD.

Conversations are divided into several types according to their purposes. One of which is a business talk. It is a conversation occurred between the seller and purchaser. The purpose of this paper is to attempt to make a reasonable consultation model for the seller to accomplish the customer's purchasing commodities. We shall look at the properties of business talks in chapter II, study the procedures to negotiate and accomplish goals between the seller and purchaser in chapter III, summarize the factors needed for a rational construction of business talks in chapter IV, and then in chapter V, suggest a standard business talk after analyzing some examples. This paper could be meaningful and significant in deepening the discussion for the particular discourse like a business talk as well as the general one. Furthermore, this research could be conducive to develop rational business transactions and improve applications in Korean-teaching education.

타인과의 의사소통은 현대인들의 화두이다. 소통 단절의 사회라느니, 원활한 의사소통만이 민주주의의 참다운 의사결정을 이룰 수 있다느니 하는 말들은 우리는 언론을 통해 심심치 않게 듣는다. 커뮤니케이션, 특히 대인간의 커뮤니케이션은 대화자 간의 공유된 의미를 만들어가는 과정이다. 그러나 수의사가 환자의 보호자와 맺는 커뮤니케이션은 일반 커뮤니케이션과는 상당히 다른 특성을 가진다. 히포크라테스는 "환자의 대부분은 그들의 말에 귀만 기울여주어도 절반은 저절로 치료가 된다. 환자의 말에 귀를 기울이면 정확한 진단을 이끌어 나갈 수 있다"고 했지만 수의사의 문제는 좀더 복잡하다. 임상수의사를 대상으로 진행한 수의 커뮤니케이션에 대한 심층 설문을 바탕으로 우리나라에서의 현황과 교육의 필요성에 대해 간략하게 정리해 보고자 한다.
