The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among daily hassles, self-efficacy, and stress responses of RN-BSN (Registered Nurses-Bachelor of Science in Nursing) students in juggling both their jobs and learning as an adult learner of distance education in digital convergence era. The data were collected by a questionnaire from 229 nurses in a RN-BSN course of an open university from October to November, 2013. The mean score of facing task dimension was much higher than the interpersonal dimension score among daily hassles. The academic problem of the facing task and the family relationship of the interpersonal were the highest respectively. The mean score of self-efficacy was slightly higher than the median. Multiple regression showed that perceived health status, workload, occupation satisfaction, and values problem of daily hassles explained 44.2% of stress reponses and values problem was the main factor influencing stress responses. The distance education policies and strategies were required to manage their stress for the adult learners of distance education in digital convergence era.

In this study, we tried to investigate the relationship between the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction and the professionals by analyzing the effect of the cosmetology major student's major satisfaction on the beauty professional hall. Research Results It was found that there is a correlation (p <0.001) between the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department and the beauty professionals (p <0.001), and the satisfaction of the department is "specialty" t = 4.625 (p =). .000),'Occupational recognition' t = 3.152 (p = .002), major value is'specialty' t = 2.330 (p = .021),'professional activity' t = 2.438 (p = .015), 'Occupation recognition' t = 4.843 (p = .000), university student activity adaptation is a subordinate factor of the cosmetology profession, "professional activity" t = 2.746 (p = .006), "occupation recognition" t = 4.303 ( Appearing as p = .000), it was found that the degree of satisfaction of college students in the hair beauty department has a significant effect on beauty professionals. For cosmetology college students, major satisfaction not only leads to satisfaction with the university and department, but also to self-satisfaction and cosmetology job confidence, allowing them to adapt to social life with a positive impact, and cosmetologists are hair With the values and attitude toward the beauty profession, you will be able to become a professional officer when you are a university student majoring in cosmetology. Through the research results, the formation of a positive professional hall for college students majoring in hair beauty and the satisfaction of the major will be enhanced, and the self-development of students, as well as professors and educational relations, will be established so that beauty professionals can be established through correct theory and practical education. Education and continued guidance on the professional ethics and values of the person is considered necessary.

This study tried to understand the structural relationship of consumer characteristics on consumer emotions and satisfaction in online shopping. First, consumer characteristics derived various tendencies through previous studies. Next, consumer emotion was defined as positive and negative emotions in the six purchasing processes from information search to use, and satisfaction was defined as the overall satisfaction of the purchasing experience. To this end, this study measured consumer satisfaction and positive/negative emotions in the six consumption processes in their 20s and 40s with online clothing shopping experience within the last month. Finally, structural equation modeling(SEM) was conducted. As a result, the model fit was good, and impulse purchase tendency, conspicuous consumption tendency, innovation tendency, and trendy shopping tendency only affected negative emotions. On the other hand, it was confirmed that information search tendency, hedonic shopping tendency, and economic shopping tendency directly affect positive emotions and indirectly affect consumer satisfaction. Through this, implications for improving the consumer experience in online shopping were presented by identifying consumer characteristics and enhancing consumer emotions.

This exploratory study evaluated various factors influencing the level of nursing self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills among nursing students. This study surveyed 131 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software. The average perception scores for importance, problem-solving process, and self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills were 4.73, 3.57, and 3.90, respectively. The most significant factors affecting self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills included problem-solving process (β=.33, p=.001) and nursing satisfaction (β=.27, p=.019). These variables explained 15% of the total variance in self-confidence in the performance of core nursing skills. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to perform research in order to improve the self-confidence of performing core basic nursing skills among nursing students, and the department of nursing defines students' problems by suggesting changes in the practice environment and various nursing situations to improve interpersonal skills. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum that can be solved and a program to increase nursing satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to maximize the core competencies by objectively measuring the Behaviour Patterns of students in Comic-Animation major to understand the difference between individuals and to maximize one's merits which will improve the efficiency in education. Also through this research we could understand which aspects would be affected in both the satisfaction about the major based on Behaviour Patterns and the satisfaction of university life. According to the DISC Patterns, 41.7% of the students in Comic-Animation department shows that they were in Patterns I (Influence). And Patterns S (Steadiness) were 10% which was the lowest percentage in this survey. In the average of the subject's satisfaction aspect, the satisfaction of the professors' suggestion was 3.68 which was the highest. While the satisfaction of the administration service and welfare facility was 2.56 which was the lowest. The satisfaction rate based on DISC Behaviour Patterns shows a significant difference among the satisfaction of the department, the satisfaction of atmosphere in university and the satisfaction of the admin and welfare. Patterns I (Influence) was the highest the satisfaction in the major and the satisfaction of the university life while Patterns C(Criticalness) was the lowest. In particular, the importance of the I (Influence) is the most important factor, but it is essential that there is a slight decrease in the precision and accuracy of the work, and C(Criticalness) is shy and stressed, so they need to give positive communication and accurate advice. It is required to Comic-Animation department professor to analyse students' character based on Behaviour Patterns and a person's pros and cons for the career exploration and the employment consultation in order to have positive affect on employment rate. Also if the department's Behaviour Patterns construction were well utilized, it can improve the success rate of useful leadership and fellowship. it will improve the atmosphere in the department which will decrease the drop-out rate but increase the cohesion in the department which will lead to providing better result in the work and the project.

Although dental hygiene has haven a special domain of knowledge and its own business territory, people have misunderstandings about dental hygienists as nurses or nirses' aides in Korea. Inadequate knowledge could make negative results for university applicants to choose department of dental hygiene. This study was aimed to compare major and job satisfaction of students and graduates in dental hygiene and nursing for objective comparison and suggestion for dental hygiene. The subjects were 98 dental hygiene students, 113 nursing students, 53 dental hygienists, and 53 nurses by convenience sampling in Daejeon. The questionnaire consisted of satisfaction of college life, social identity, career path and job. ANOVA with Tukey post-hoc analysis was used with SPSS 20.0 program. Although dental hygiene students scored lower than nursing students in satisfaction of college life, social identity, career path and job, dental hygienists, nurse and dental hygiene students didn't have different satisfaction of job. Dental hygienists scored the lowest in relation with clinical work and major curriculum, and sexual discrimination. Nurses scored the lowest in working condition and salary. Dental hygienists and dental hygiene students had lower scores in information and advice of career path, entrance to graduate school, stable work, family's pride of my major, social position and so on. We suggested the community of dental hygiene should try to promote dental hygienists to public, the community of dentists should give the stable working condition, and the department of dental hygiene should improve the major curriculum to relate with clinical work.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing confidence in performing core basic nursing skills(CBNS) for low-grade nursing students. The data were collected from 213 nursing students from one nursing college located in G do from November 25 to December 4, 2020. Data were analyed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression using SPSS 21.0. Differences in confidence in performing CBNS according to general characteristics were university life satisfaction, practical satisfaction, academic achievement, and interpersonal relationship. Confidence in performing CBNS was significant positive correlation with self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and learning attitude. The factors influencing confidence in performing CBNS were self-efficacy and learning attitude, and explanatory power was 32.5%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop learning strategies and educational programs and verify the effectiveness of lower class nursing students to increse their confidence in performing CBNS.

The present study aimed at investigating how those students who retook college entrance examination(or RCEE) appreciate the experience. For this purpose, three persons from each cell at the 2(satisfaction with college life: high vs. low) by 2 (evaluation of RCEE: positive vs. negative) combination among those who participated in Lee and Jung study (2014) were selected and were interviewed. Qualitative data analysis based on phenomenological approach produced seven categories and 19 subcategories, which were grouped on the temporal dimension. First, when they were at the midst of this RCEE experience, the college students saw this as adversity that should be overcome while they underwent a limit of pain they could bear. Second, the college students evaluated this experience as upgrading my life with wound left unseen. Finally, they assigned to both of the positive and negative aspects of RCEE experience the meaning that the experience made them accept themselves as they were. Given these results, implications, limitations of this study were discussed.

This study comprised descriptive research the life stress and user satisfaction of female students who use University health clinic. From October 29 to November 11 2014, the 203 data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe with SPSS 21.0. The highest score were in 'study', the lowest were in 'friend'. There were significant different in 'Future' and 'study' by major departments, 'friend' different by grade. 'Lover' was higher in drinking group, in total and 'value' were higher by meal habit, in 'friend' was higher in group binge. The motivations of use were high in medical treatment and InBody. Most satisfaction item were free administration and emergency medical treatment. Thus it is necessary to different design to reduce life stress in female university students and to operate effectively in university health clinic.
