SPSS PC+ Win. ver. 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2 were used to analyze the data. The applied statistical techniques were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderated mediation effect analysis. The results were as follows: First, there were positive and significant correlations between social support, hope and life satisfaction. Second, as a result of the moderated mediating effect analysis, the indirect effect of social support on life satisfaction through hope was higher for only children than for other children. • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects for lifestyle, stress and life satisfaction on sleep quality in university students. The participants were 46 university students attending the department of occupational therapy. Participants responded to responses to the lifestyle questionnaire and Morning and Evening Questionnaire-Korean version(MEQ-K). The levels of stress and life satisfaction reported by participants were obtained using the Korean version of Perceive Stress Test-4(K-PSS-4) and Korean version of Satisfaction With Life Scale(K-SWLS). The quality of sleep was assessed using Korean Modified Leeds Evaluation Questionnaire(KMLSEQ). An independent t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed to investigate factors related to quality of sleep. The analysis of correlations between health status, morning type of chronotype, and life satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation between quality of sleep. As a result of analyzing the quality of sleep according to the chronotype, the main family house and dormitory group showed higher sleep quality than the boarding group. As a result of the multiple regression analysis, the chronotype predicts quality of sleep. This study could provide information to improve the quality of sleep for university students by identify factors affecting sleep for university students in occupational therapy.

T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. As a result, mean scores of life stress, depression, smart-phone addiction, and quality of life were $62{\pm}.33$, $24{\pm}.3$, $2.59{\pm}.63$, and $3.48{\pm}.54$, respectively. There was a negative correlation between life stress, depression, smart-phone addiction, and quality of life. The factors influencing quality of life were life stress, depression, and smart-phone addiction. Based on these findings, it is necessary to improve quality of life and multidisciplinary interventions in order to reduce life stress, depression, and smart-phone addiction in undergraduate students. Multiple regression revealed that SNS addiction tendency was predicted by anxious attachment(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), depression(${\beta}=.17$, p=.003), and gender(${\beta}=-.25$, p<.001), except life satisfaction, and 26% of the variance was explained by these variables. These findings can help to expand the understanding and the development of the effective prevention/intervention programs of SNS addiction tendency for university students.

Overall, the life illustrated by Korean university students was grouped into four themes as follows: 'never experienced critical thinking, don't have enough time to critically think,' 'looking for decisions and conclusions by someone else,' 'just doing my job although I don't want,' and 'I don't know what I am supposed to do for my own life.' Since participants of this current study spent their adolescence under the standardized education as well as the regulated direction, they did not experienced their proper independent life. Given the fact that Korean university students had troubled with their life transition into adulthood, more efforts are needed to change the social perceptions toward university students and to develop the appropriate action derived by colleges/universities in order to guide university students' healthy transition into adulthood.
