The latest development of the Korean drama production industry has been accompanied by the steep rise in the number of players and the contraction of the advertizing market, which have combined to intensify the competition severely. Then, China happened. Entertainment agencies' logical strategic choice to maximize production revenue potential was to secure A-list actors who can sell, pushing up their prices, that process has continued to even compromise the health of the production industry as well as the agencies' financial integrity. The drama production industry, including entertainment agencies, should shift the strategic focus from simple production revenue generation to profit maximization through diversifying revenue sources like securing IP rights.

This paper investigates university-level curriculum by comparing education systems among maritime universities, fishery universities and naval academy. It was found that maritime university programs are full of effective courses related to the concept of Sea Power along with the duties of maritime officers. It is recommended that more interest be paid to on the increase of national sea power by renovating current educational systems and adding more national supports by providing additional maritime policies to establish sustainable development goals for Sea Power.

본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

This research tested the relationship between professionalism perception and organizational commitment of social workers in welfare centers for disabled persons. And this analyzed the the mediating effect of job satisfaction. We surveyed 239 social workers in 14 centers of C Province and D City. The analysis result is that social workers' professionalism perception influenced the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction mediated between the variables. According to this study result, we can suggest some plans to improve social workers' organizational commitment. For improving social workers' professionalism perception, it is important to carry out strengthening of professional remuneration education, recruitment scores for calling as a professional, and reasonable operation reflecting their opinions. To promote social workers' job satisfaction, we need to actively provide counseling to social workers who experience emotional labor, to offer appropriate supervision and job training, and to develop and disseminate programs to improve the leadership of the facility's chiefs.

In the capitalized Joseon Dynasty under the Japanese colonial rule, most Gisaengs (female entertainers) were waiting for men who would save them from financial distress, but others chose to seize the opportunity imposed by the modern times and capitalization to transform their lives. Socialist Jung Chil-sung was one of those who utilized such opportunity to transform themselves through political awakening. The political awakening of Chung Chil-sung was the result of two factors-the historical occasion of the March $1^{st}$ movement and her personal labor experience as Gisaeng. The March $1^{st}$ movement was not only a colossal political incident externally manifested in nationalism and but also an occasion which educed the microscopic anger of a woman named Chung Chil-sung. In the early capitalist society, women with jobs were forced to play not only vocational tasks but also to subject themselves to emotional roles of being obedient and generous. In other words, those early career women suffered feelings such as anger, shame and humiliation, when they were defenselessly exposed to gender hierarchy and gender power in the public sphere. As shown in the case of Chung Chil-sung, these emotions led to a certain political awakening. The political awakening through the labor experience and emotional problems was the fact that helped Chung Chil-sung have a concrete and realistic understanding about the issue of women's economic dependence unlike other female socialists. But, although socialism was relatively the most appropriate language to explain Chung Chil-sung's experience, what she experienced contained several elements that cannot be explained by the elite socialist language. Therefore, her life paradoxically proved the need of lower-class women's lives to be divided and registered as a new emotion and to be politically visualized.

The purpose of this study is to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer and so improve the quality of Korean professional engineer into an international level. First, this study intends to develop the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that contributes to maintain and enhance the quality of professional engineers in terms of a linkage among education and training, qualification, and labor market. Second, this study aim to obtain the national generic competency standards for professional engineer that applies to reform the criteria of certification, testing, and interview of National Technical Qualification System as well as to develop the curriculum of engineering education and continuing professional development and the system of human resource management in corporations. As a result, a final draft of the national generic competency standards for professional engineer was confirmed to include 12 clusters of competency standards and 56 elements of competency standards.

Die soeben entwickelten Grundgs$\ddot{a}$tze k$\ddot{o}$nnen dazu f$\ddot{u}$hren, dass es bei Fluggesellschaften zum Abschluss mehrerer Tarifvertr$\ddot{a}$ge $\ddot{u}$ber Personalvertretungen durch verschidene Gewerkschften kommt. Dies leitet schlie${\ss}$lich zu der bereits angesprochenen Problematik der Tarifkonkurrenz $\ddot{u}$ber. Tarifkonkurrenz zeichnet sich bekanntlich dadurch aus, dass f$\ddot{u}$r dasselbe Rechtsverh$\ddot{a}$ltnis dieselbe Regelungsmaterie durch mehr als einen Tarifvertrag geregelt wird. Eine solche Tarifkonkurenz kann unabh$\ddot{a}$ngig von der Frage, ob Regelungsgegenstand betriebsverfassungsrechtlicher Normen ein betriebliches Rechtsverh$\ddot{a}$ltnis ist, auch bei dieser Art von Tarifnormen auftreten. Dabei betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Kollektivnormen gem$\ddot{a}{\ss}$ $\S$3 Abs. 2 TVG die Tarifbindung des Arbeitgebers f$\ddot{u}$r die Anwendungsbarkeit gen$\ddot{u}$gt, wird beim Vorhandensein mehrerer solcher Tarifvertr$\ddot{a}$ge h$\ddot{a}$ufig pauschal von einer in jedem Fall aufzul$\ddot{o}$senden tarifkonkurrenz gesprochen. $\ddot{U}$berschneiden sich die Geltungsbereiche mehrerer Tarifvertr$\ddot{a}$ge $\ddot{u}$ber personalvertretungsrechtliche Fragen der im Luftbetrieb t$\ddot{a}$tigen Besch$\ddot{a}$ftigten und handelt es sich nicht um textidentische Regelungen, f$\ddot{u}$hrt indes kein Weg daran vorbei, dass eine Tarifkonkurenz besteht, die einer Aufl$\ddot{o}$sung bedarf. Die Rechtsprechung hat sich zur speziellen Fragen der Aufl$\ddot{o}$sung einer Konkurrenz betriebsverfassungsrechtlicher Tarifnormen soweit ersichtlich noch nicht ge$\ddot{a}$u${\ss}$ert. Nicht zuletzt aus diesem Grund wird in der Literatur ein buntes Spektrum an L$\ddot{o}$sungen pr$\ddot{a}$sentiert, wobei sich die meisten neueren Stellungnahmen vor allem mit Organisationstarifvertr$\ddot{a}$gen im Sinne von ${\S}$3 BetrVG besch$\ddot{a}$ftigen.

The purpose of this study is to understand social exclusion experiences with the disabled through a biographical study. It is analysed the interview date conducting an interview about 10 focused on the physical and cerebral palsy disabled with social exclusion experiences. The results show that it is multi-social exclusion including the inequality of approach opportunity of education, labor, education, medical, social participation, information, social service, space, health etc. It shows their life neglected and marginalized resulted from not providing social right as citizenship. And their social relationship is isolated by social exclusion and Other-directed identity is to be shaped in accordance to the method to define as regulated social ideals. Also, there is their painful and heavy life bound with double risky factors of disability and poverty. They share common historical experiences and social events impacted on their recognition and value among participants generation in biographical narrative. On the other hand, their life is reconstructed according to each their resource and standard to interpreter and evaluate on it. It suggests political and clinical implications in order to overcome the disabled's social exclusion, which is based on practical and vivid experiential dates from the participants.

Apple, one of the most important fruit crops world-widely, is required for rapid, cost-effective and sensitive virus detection for its better productivity. RT-PCR is extensively employed for apple virus diagnosis, but the technique requires complete tissue homogenization which is time consuming and laborious. In this study, heating-based RNA extraction method was developed and proven to effectively work for stem tissues slightly better than for leaf tissues. In RT-PCR, almost identical results were generated from the use of RNA extracts from both tissues.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of menu items offered for school meals in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. A total of 538 menu items were collected from six schools (two elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high schools). There was a significant difference in food costs according to menu groups (p<0.001), with the highest food costs for meat and fish dishes (881.66 won) and the lowest cost for kimchi (114.50 won). The proportion of menu items using processed foods and with low operational efficiency were significantly higher in middle schools (p<0.01). In addition, menu items containing animal products were significantly higher in the non-traditional menu items in middle schools (p<0.001). Traditional menu items were less frequently cooked with oil (p<0.001) and processed foods (p<0.001), and their operational efficiency was higher (p<0.001). In conclusion, we found that traditional menu items in school meals were being offered with healthier ingredients and cooking methods, as well as a more efficient foodservice management, than non-traditional menu items.
