In a distributed network system, Kerberos certification mechanism is operated by a user in local area on the premise reliability of Kerberos server in another area. But it has a demerit. If security information of certification server between Kerberos servers is released, Kerberos server can not guarantee the reliability. To solve this problem, the proposed mechanism prevents password speculating attack by increasing the random of password certifier through use of distributed password in stead of certification center and certification which was presented by existing Kerberos mechanism. Besides, it used password based certification method which uses secret distributed technique

국토해양부에서는 건설산업의 투명성을 제고하고 생산성을 향상시키기 위해 1990년대 후반부터 건설사업정보화(CALS : Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support) 사업을 진행중에 있다. CALS는 제조업의 모든 상품, 즉 주요장비 또는 다양한 상품 등을 획득하기 위한 설계, 생산과정, 또는 보급, 조달 및 이를 운영하는 운용지원과정을 연결시키고, 이들 과정에서 사용되는 각종 정보를 표준이라는 공통 창구를 통해 디지털화하여 컴퓨터상으로 정보를 통합하여 자동화시키는 개념이다. 이는 컴퓨터 네트워크를 이용해 상호 교환이 이루어지는 자동화되고 통합된 환경으로 변환시키는 정부와 기업간의 경영전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 개념에서 확장된 건설CALS는 건설공사 전 과정, 즉 기획, 설계, 조달, 시공, 유지보수 등의 과정에서 발생하는 각종 정보를 다양한 이해당사자가 교환하고 공유하기 위한 개념으로 출발하였으며, 현재 이를 지원하기 위한 5개의 단위시스템을 개발하여 운영중에 있다. 이중 용지보상시스템은 건설공사의 업무중에 시공단계에서 이루어지는 보상업무를 지원하는 시스템이다. 보상업무는 건설사업 과정 중에서 민원인과 직접대면하는 일이 많고, 액수도 클 뿐만 아니라 개인의 소유권과 밀접한 관계가 있기 때문에 분쟁의 소지가 매우 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보상업무 수행시 다양한 이해당사간의 각종 보상자료 교환체계 확립을 통한 업무 선진화방안 제시를 통해 업무의 투명성을 최대화하고 민원을 최소화하여, 보상업무 담당자에게는 업무의 효율성을 제고하고 민원인들에게는 국가행정에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 보상업무 선진화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

유무선 인터넷 기술의 발전은 인터넷을 통한 개인 정보의 효율적인 공유 및 교환을 가능하게 하였다. 최근 이러한 분산 정보의 공유를 위한 네트워킹 기술로 P2P(Peer-to-Peer)가 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 현재 국내외의 많은 대학 및 기관에서 P2P에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행 중 이다. 하지만, 대부분의 P2P 시스템들은 파일공유 위주의 서비스를 제공하며 SETI@HOME을 필두로 한 일부 @HOME 프로젝트들만이 자원 공유 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 자원공유 P2P 서비스들은 특정한 목적을 위해 구성됨으로써 자원을 제공하는 일반 사용자는 단순히 자원을 제공할 뿐 그 이상의 역할을 수행할 수가 없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 P2P 시스템에 참여한 모든 사용자가 P2P의 자원 네트워크를 사용할 수 있도록 멀티 에이전트 기반의 자원 공유 P2P 시스템을 제안한다. 일반 사용자는 서비스 생성 프레임워크를 사용하여 자신에게 필요한 테스크 에이전트를 생성할 수 있으며, 스케줄러 및 분배 에이전트, 테스크 에이전트에 의해 수행되어진다. 또한 본 시스템은 group 및 peer의 관리를 위해 특성 학습 에이전트(Specific Learning Agent)의 학습기능을 사용함으로써 P2P가 가지는 불안전한 환경 및 신뢰성 문제를 해결하였다.

This paper proposes a UQoSM (User Qualify of Service Middleware) framework for multimedia application systems. UQoSM system is extended the existing event service model added to the event monitoring, reflective event filtering and event dispatcher for supporting multimedia application systems. Especially, this paper is concentrated on providing suitable reflective event filtering function for multimedia application service system in order to meet various user requirements under inter-based environment. It means this system provides high QoS to users. In addition, it results in decreasing network traffic as unnecessary event information is filtered from network.

With the rapid growth of the Internet, digital contents have increased in a geometric progression and the types also became much varied. In order to make it easier to identify and search digital contents on the Internet, which is basically a distributed network environment, it is essential to organize and manage metadata. In this study, we have comparatively analyzed the data elements of the meta data formats currently approached from different aspects in diverse fields, so as to provide basic materials for securing interoperability of the meta data formats. We selected Dublin Core, Semantic Header, MARC, IAFA Templates, and TEI Header as the general metadata formats of digital contents used widely in all areas, and we carried out comparisons and analyses based on the literature.

첨단과학의 발달과 정보화 시대는 전쟁수행 패러다임을 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 이러한 전장 환경의 변화와 더불어 군 내부에서도 정보기술의 급격한 변화를 적극적으로 수용하고 21세기 국방을 건설하기 위한 국방 정보화 목표를 앞당기기 위해 수많은 정보기술체계를 도입하고 적용하고 있다. 이러한 수많은 체계들의 유입 속에서 각 체계간의 상관관계를 규명하여 효과적으로 사용하는 것은 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이러한 문제의 해결방법으로 최근에 대두되고 있는 방법론이 사회연결망 분석(SNA : Social Network Analysis)이다. 사회연결만 분석은 무수히 많은 정보의 홍수 속에서 그들의 관계를 파악하고, 임무수행에 필요한 중요 노드를 식별하여 불필요한 자원을 낭비 하지 않은 중요한 요소를 분석 할 수 있는 유용한 방법론으로 사회, 문화 전반에 걸쳐 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회연결망분석을 통해 지휘통제체계와 연계된 노드간의 관계를 규명하고, 관계망속에 속한 정보의 획득 및 흐름을 파악하여 이를 시각화하고자 한다. 이를 통해 현재 운용중인 지휘통제체계 구조에 대해 이해하기 쉽고, 용이하게 파악 할 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 지휘구조의 조직과 조직적인 행동과 현상을 도출하고, 향후 군 네트워크 파워를 측정 할 수 있다.

A terminology system capable of providing interpretations and classification information on a multilingual science and technology(S&T) terminology is essential to establish an integrated search environment for multilingual S&T information systems. This paper aims to build a base system to manage an integrated information system for multilingual S&T terminology search. It introduces a method to build a search system for S&T terminologies internally linked through the multilingual semantic network and a search technique on the multiple linked nodes. In order to provide a foundation for further analysis researches, it also attempts to suggest a basic approach to interpret terminology clusters generated with those two search methods.

This paper presents the result of VDL Mode 2 system design and implementation with AOA (ACARS Over AVLC) protocol based on international VDL Mode 2 specifications for the bit-oriented ATS applications. The designed VDL Mode 2 system is composed of airborne and ground subsystem. Airborne subsystem consists of VDR, CMU and Ground system consists of Ground Station and DSP. For the test of whole system, simplified CPDLC, ADS and AFN applications are implemented in test equipments.

Nowadays, in many mobile device environment, while the demand for using web service is increasing, there are many limitations on web-browsing in wireless network because of various restrictions and problems in reality. We need improvement in function of mobile web service engine because we can't be satisfied with the multiple demands by using previous capacity of web server in rapidly changing web environment. Therefore, this paper improves the service environment for web service users by introducing intermediary technology to web service. This paper embodies intermediary based web service framework for improvement of the function of mobile web service and for the interoperability of mobile device and web server.

A major problem in the adoption of advanced manufacturing systems such as C.I.M. (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) is the prerequisite economic justification Process because of high investment needed for the acquisition and installation of C.I.M. While some of the benefits expected are readily qualifiable, others are very difficult or even impossible, using conventional method. Thus the investment in C.I.M. should be considered as a strategic decision rather than a tactical decision which concerns with only financial implications. In this Paper we review papers on major justification techniques developed during the last decade and identify the benefits of C.I.M. and describe the considerations in the justification of C.I.M. Also we deal with the current and future research directions in justifying C.I.M.
