  • Home service networked system gets more its fault chances, which are fault by the external factors, network fault, home appliance fault, and so on. Moreover, user may want to pay no attention to a sequence of complex or nervous maintenance jobs for system fault management. Therefore, home management system needs the function of home service recovery for fault home device. For this, this paper manages to design home network control log, and proposes the method for securing the home device service continuity analyzing home device service log in the point of fault.

  • Chlorsulfuron, one of sulfonylurea herbicides acts through inhibition of acetolactate syuthase (EC 4.1.3.18; ALS, also known as acetohydroxyacid synthase) in the branched-chain amino acid biosynthesis process. After chlorsulfuron-ALS interaction, many physiological and metabolic disruptions occur in plants. However, it is not clear how this chlorsulfuron-ALS interaction affects those physiological and metabolic processes and how this interaction leads subsequently to plant death. Several researchers suggested that the death of chlorsulfuron-treated plants might be due to a shortage of the branched-chain amino acids, an accumulation of toxic metabolites, and/or a depletion of photoassimilates. It remains as a mystery presently, however, if such changes result in the plant death. In this review, we discussed how the chlorsulfuran-ALS interaction leads to physiological and metabolic disruptions in plants.

  • This paper proposed CHELS-App that Smart-phone APP optimized cultural heritage experiential learning is configured can learning and sightseeing at the same time with experience the cultural heritage and enjoying the mission through quests to take advantage of the Smart-phone. CHELS-App is provide a guide maps by using the location-based service and cultural commentary(commentary, photos, quizzes, games, cartoon) with capability of event push about the Jongmyo Shrine as world heritage, and configured with capability of experience diary create and foot stamp through these experiences.

  • Most of the navigation in the vehicle has been developed based on a complex structure of PSF(Physical Storage Format) files, making it difficult to support incremental map updates. DB-based navigation is drawing attention as a next-generation navigation method to solve this problem. In DB-based navigation that supports incremental map updates, data fragmentation due to continuous map data updates can increase data access costs, which can lead to a decrease in search performance. In this paper, as one of the performance enhancement methods of DB-based navigation that supports incremental map updates, data fragmentation prevention techniques were presented and the performance improvement effect was verified through actual implementation.

  • In the 1990s, university environment is changing rapidly(especially, difficulty of student registration which are originated student's decrease and various deregulation) and university get ready for the new ways of management culture. This new ways are management innovation strategies. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of effective innovation(to search application possibility of management innovation strategy), solving the problems occurred by the enlargement and change in the environments of universities. From early in the 1990s, korean corporations perform actively many management innovation strategy including benchmarking, restructuring, downsizing, zero-based budgeting, BPR, learn organization and total quality management. But korean most universities performed hardware management innovation strategies such as corporate portfolio restructuring(including outsourcing, M&A, MBO etc.) and organization restructuring. Therefore korean universities have got to concerns about more software management innovation strategy such as total quality management and learn organization. Also we have seen another problems such as that universities try to merely duplicate certain management innovation strategies which are used by another university. rather than to make various effort to adequate their own organizations. In conclusion, korean universities are to play an important roles in the development of knowledge society. The management innovation and individual competence development in the university are required to overcome crisis of university.

Auto Generation of Fuzzy Control Rule using Neural-Fuzzy Fusion (뉴럴-퍼지 융합을 이용한 퍼지 제어 규칙의 자동생성에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper we propose a fuzzy-neural network(FNN) which includes both advantages of the fuzzy logic and the neural network. The basic idea of the FNN is to realize the fuzzy rule-base and the process of reasoning by neural network and to make the corresponding parameters be expressed by the connection weights of neural network. After constructing the FNN, a novel controller consisting of a conventional P-controller and a FNN is explained. In this control scheme, the rule-base of a FNN are automatically generated by error back-propagation algorithm. Also the parallel connection of the P-controller and the FNN can guarantee the stability of a plant at initial stage before the rules are completely created. Finally the effectiveness of the proposed strategy will be verified by computer simulations using a 2 degree of freedom robot manipulator.

  • Travel speed is an important parameter for measuring road traffic and incident detection system. In this paper I suggests a model developed for estimating reliable and accurate average roadway link travel speeds using image processing sensor. This method extracts the vehicles from the video image from CCTV, tracks the moving vehicles using deep neural network, and extracts traffic information such as link travel speeds and volume. The algorithm estimates link travel speeds using a robust data-fusion procedure to provide accurate link travel speeds and traffic information to the public. In the field tests, the new model performed better than existing methods.

Refinement Behavior of Magnesium Powder by Attrition Milling Under Different Condition (어트리션 볼밀링 조건 변화에 따른 마그네슘 분말의 미세화 거동)

  • In this research, magnesium powder was prepared by gas atomizing. Refinement behaviors of magnesium powder produced under different conditions were investigated using a mechanical milling (attrition milling) process. Analyses were performed to assess the characterization and comparison of milled powder with different steel ball sizes and milling times. The powders were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope, apparent density and powder fluidity. The particle morphology of the Mg powders changed from spherical particles of feed metals to irregular oval particles, then plate type particles, with an increasing milling time. Because of the HCP structure, deformation occurs due to the existence of the easily breakable C-axis perpendicular to the base, which results in producing plate-type powders. An increase in ball size and the impact energy of the magnesium powder maximizes the effect of refinement. Furthermore, it is possible to improve the apparent density and fluidity according to the smoothness of the surface of the initial powder.

Estiamtion of Groundwater Recharge Rate Using the NRCS-CN and the Baseflow Separation Methods (NRCS-CN방법과 기저유출 분리법을 이용한 지하수함양률 산정)

  • Groundwater recharge from precipitation is affected by the infiltration from ground surface and the movement of soil water. Groundwater recharge is directly related to the groundwater amount and flow in aquifers, and baseflow to rivers. Determining groundwater recharge rate for a given watershed is a prerequisite to estimate sustainable groundwater resources. The estimation of groundwater recharge rate were carried out for three subwatersheds in the Wicheon watershed and two subwatersheds in the Pyungchang River basin and for the period 1990-2000, using the NRCS-CN method and the baseflow separation method. The recharge rate estimates were compared to each other. The result of estimation by the NRCS-CN method shows the average annual recharge rate 15.4-17.0% in the Wicheon watershed and 26.4-26.8% in the Pyungchang River basin. The average annual recharge rates calculated by the baseflow separation method ranged 15.1-21.1% in the W icheon watershed, and 25.2-33.4% in the Pyungchang River basin. The average annual recharge rates calculated by the NRCS-CN method is less variable than the baseflow separation method. However, the average annual recharge rates obtained from the two methods are not very different, except NO. 6 subwatershed in Pyungchang River basin.

Improvement of Topology Algorithm's Convergence Rate Using Chaotic Map (카오틱 맵을 이용한 위상 최적화 알고리즘의 수렴속도 향상)

  • Recently, a topology algorithm based on the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABCA) has been proposed for static and dynamic topology optimization. From the results, the convergence rate of the algorithm was determined to be slightly slow. Therefore, we propose a new search method to improve the convergence rate of the algorithm using a chaotic map. We investigate the effect of the chaotic map on the convergence rate of the algorithm in static and dynamic topology optimization. The chaotic map has been applied to three cases, namely, employ bee search, onlooker bee search, and both employ bee as well as onlooker bee search steps. It is verified that the case in which the logistic function of the chaotic map is applied to both employ bee as well as onlooker bee search steps shows the best dynamic topology optimization, improved by 5.89% compared to ABCA. Therefore, it is expected that the proposed algorithm can effectively be applied to dynamic topology optimization to improve the convergence rate.
