A Study on the Service Quality of Serviced Residence according to Consumers' Characteristics (고객 특성에 따른 서비스드 레지던스의 서비스 품질 차이 연구)

  • The objective of this research is to provide serviced residence enterprises with the basic materials necessary for establishing a marketing strategy by surveying the recognition of service quality that differs according to the characteristics of customers using serviced residence. With 317 customers of the sample, the statistical data were treated by the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis, the analysis of searching factor, the t-test and the ANOVA. As a result, the service quality of serviced residence was divided into 5 factors of facilities, price, variety, reliability, expertise and kindness. Analyzing the difference in average for sex, nationality, marital status and natives and foreigners, it was found that there was significant difference in the variables of each factor. Considering the result of this research, it seems that serviced residence enterprises should enhance competitiveness with differentiated and specialized marketing strategies which satisfy the characteristics of customers.

  • The study is intended to investigates any effective hotel employee's leadership on cohesiveness and trust. The results were as follows; First, hotel employee's leadership has correlation in trust and cohesiveness according to statistics. It should be interested in the leadership to display their potential ability and an initiative spirit in the organization. Second, trust has positive influence on the cohesiveness. The cohesiveness will has positive influence every organization so hotel employees should be interested in the result. Therefore, hotel employee should grasps a training system and recognition to apply their organization. According to the effective analysis, this study provides basic data about human resource management of the hotel but there is the limit in the study and it needs to study later. Because the subject is the hotel, it couldn't compare with other company so there is the limit to make generalization. Methodology in hypothesis only relies on the survey, using of a overseas scale and cross-section data should be studied to make generalization by a vertical study. Hereafter hotel employee's leadership is effected what factor is and the study should be achieved about specifical process and method to get the reliability to employees.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and verify the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction and relationship quality in liner shipping company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international freight forwarders. The final results are as follows; First, correlations between service quality and customer satisfaction are found to be positive. But service quality component of tangibles and responsiveness with customer satisfaction are not to be positive. Second, as the other study on the similar logistics industries, the correlation between customer satisfaction and relationship quality is found to be positive in this study.

  • The bidding phase for logistics outsourcing services is critical for both shippers and logistics companies. According to the logistics bidding phase, the shipper should provide logistics operation information to logistics companies to resolve uncertainty. In addition, the logistics company can win the contract volume that was placed in the bid by expressing their experience and know-how, and proposing to share the risks and benefits of the shipper's logistics operation. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors that can be identified during the bidding phase for logistics outsourcing and how these factors affect the satisfaction of logistics outsourcing services. Based on the factors identified in the preceding studies on logistics outsourcing partnership factors and those on logistics outsourcing determinants, a survey was conducted on experts engaged in logistics companies, performing logistics for domestic shippers and analyzed using Smart-PLS. This study presents the following implications. First, in the logistics bidding phase, the shipper should provide its logistics operation information to logistics firms to resolve uncertainties. Details An in-depth explanation of the operation details will be presented via the bidding presentation, and on-site tours of manufacturing plants and logistics centers should also be carried out if necessary. Second, in the bidding phase, logistics companies should appeal through proposals to their competitiveness, such as experience and knowledge of the logistics of the shipper, and also consider alliances with other logistics companies to supplement their insufficient logistics services. Third, logistics companies should make proposals to share profits and risks through logistics outsourcing during the bidding phase, propose accepting risks from environmental uncertainties of the shipper within its capacity to an acceptable extent, and share the benefits of carrying out the shipper's logistics.

  • In this study, we searched for ways of the demand, the building up of strategic, collaborative networks plan activation of the local area network status by the current social enterprise and the direction of the future resources rinks, conducted by a case study of the (preliminary) social enterprise network-building activities based in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. By the study findings, local resources that the two regions social enterprise wants to connect are the most numerous in enterprise, public agencies and local media, followed by professionals' pro bo no, private organizations, volunteer groups. Hope for Information in conjunction is revealed in order by purchasing items, labor and financial support, public relations, purchasing service, marketing and a joint venture. For the conjunction, participating related events, the assistance of government agencies and related organizations joined, the role of chief engineer are emerged in order while they are performing work. By the findings, for the activation of local resources links of the social enterprises, it is necessary to impelled cooperation system between activating local profit companies, universities and one company ; a social enterprise and to uncovered volunteer activities of the community. Also, sparking, solidarity and building trust for social enterprises are derived as a ethical and alternative consumer movement.

A Convergent Study of Motivations, Success Factors and Issues of Foreign Entrepreneurs in South Korea (대한민국 내 외국인 기업가의 창업 동기부여 및 성공요인에 관한 융복합연구)

  • Due to globalization, more foreign-owned small businesses have been joining the South Korean economy. In order to better support the growth, this study's purpose is to identify foreign entrepreneur demographics and company information as well as entrepreneurial motivations and perceived success factors. To fulfill these goals, a survey of 98 immigrant entrepreneurs from 31 countries doing business within the local Korean market was conducted. The results show that most foreign-owned small businesses are service-oriented and primarily started for intrinsic reasons. It was also identified that the perceived business success determinants that the government can most directly affect are skills-based, rather than infrastructure or financially oriented. Furthermore, top issues include unreliable employees, language barrier and too much competition. The findings of this study are particularly relevant to both academics and policy makers alike because almost no prior foreign entrepreneur-focused research has been conducted in Korea.

  • 본 고에서는 차세대 인터넷 구축을 위한 요소 기술에 대하여 전반적으로 살펴본다. 우리는 현재보다 1,000배 빠른 차세대 인터넷의 구축을 목표로 하고 있다. 따라서 과연 그만큼 빠른 인터넷의 구축이 필요할 것인가를 검증하는 차원에서 향후 5년 정도의 가까운 시일 내에 있을 인터넷 트래픽의 증대에 대한 수요를 서비스 측면에서 살펴본다. 차세대 인터넷은 풍부한 전송대역폭의 제공과 QoS를 기반으로 한 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 전달을 특징으로 하며, 이를 위해서 광스위칭 기반의 전송 하부구조 위에 MPLS 기술이 사용될 것으로 예상된다. 이를 위한 요소기술로 DWDM 전송기술, MEMS 기반의 광스위칭 소자기술과 함께 광스위칭 기술에 지능을 부여하기 위한 표준화 동향에 대하여 살펴본다. 현재의 IP 기반 인터넷에서 제공하지 못하는 QoS 기능은 MPLS에서 가능하게 될 것이다. MPLS에서의 중요한 응용인 트래픽 엔지니어링과 VPN 서비스는 망이 보다 안정적으로 유지될 수 있도록 지원하면서 기업들이 MPLS 망을 이용하여 자신의 망을 구축할 수 있도록 지원할 것이다. MPLS 기술은 IETF에서 표준화가 진행되고 있으며 라우터 개발업체 및 ISP의 큰 지원을 받고 있다. 차세대 인터넷을 위해서는 전달망의 구축도 필요하지만 이와 함께 차세대 인터넷 응용을 위한 컴퓨팅 인프라도 균형있게 개발되어야 한다. 따라서 현재 그 윤곽을 드러내고 있는 차세대 인터넷 응용 인프라 환경에 대하여 그 등장 배경과 관련 기술에 대하여 조망한다. 차세대 인터넷의 개발을 위해서는 광처리 관련 원천 기술, 프로세서 개발 기술, 라우터 설계 기술 및 서버 개발 기술, 어플리케이션 기반 기술 및 사용자 인터페이스 기술들이 전략적으로 이음새 없이 매끄럽게 통합되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 필요한 요소기술들을 다수 보유하고 있는 ETRI의 역할은 매우 중요하리라 생각된다.

  • Business organization have developed in close association with the society afterward. Moreover, under capitalism business archives, though they are created in private sector, have started to have public characteristics and be used in public domain beyond internal use in business organization. Records and Archives management at a corporate level increasingly become indispensible. Business organization can use archive management to improve job efficiency and customer service and to facilitate legal matters, marketing, advertising, property management, personnel management and publicity. Additionally, They can secure corporate identity and social reliability as well as transparency in management. This is turn helps secure corporate competitiveness to play as a medium for creating new profit, which will enhance corporate brands. The records and Archives management, which recently kicks off among business organization, are to collect scattered archives and seek systemic management through archives management systems. This study present ways to collect archives scattered before archives management systems were adopted according to archives management. As a prior investigation, the scope and characteristics of business archives are defined. Visit to business organization to collect data and interview with officials responsible were carried out as a preliminary investigation to conduce acquisition policy. Based on the results of the investigation, acquisition policy of Meritz was conducted. into internal and external collection activities, event collection activities. Value appraisal and display appraisal of archives were established as a appraisal policy for efficient management and utilization of collected business archives. This study takes the case of Metitz Fire & Marine Insurance Co, Ltd (Meritz) as a example to present ways to manage business archives specifically.

The effect of transformational leadership recognized by members of the telemarketing organization on organizational performance-centered on the moderating effect of followership (텔레마케팅 조직구성원이 인식한 변혁적 리더십이 조직성과에 미치는 영향-팔로워십의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study attempted to investigate how the transformational leadership perceived by flowers of telemarketing organizations. In particular, this study explored the moderating effect of followership in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. To verify the research model, 321 surveys collected from 10 domestic call centers were analyzed. Reliability, correlation, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the transformational leadership in the telemarketing organizations had a positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, it was confirmed that goal consistency, proactive participation, critical thinking, and team spirit, which are the four sub-variables of followership, all have a positive (+) effect on organizational performance, and both goal consistency and proactive participation moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. Considering the special working environment of telemarketing organizations, the results of this study suggest the need for a corporate educational role to increase transformational leadership and followership and the need to build environments by setting up an atmosphere for members to exercise follow-up, and opening up communication structures for members to follow.

온라인 증권거래 서비스의 고객만족 요인에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 증권거래 서비스 품질과 고객만족 나아가 고객행동을 분석한 연구이다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며 조사원이 직접 증권사 객장을 방문하여 운라인 증권거래경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 40개 증권사, 420여개설문이 회수되었다. 분석결과, 첫째, 온라인 증권거래를 이용하는 고객층을 분석하면, 여성보다는 남성이 온라인 증권거래를 활발히 이용하고 있으며 연령별로는 40대, 50대, 30대 순으로 나타났으며 직업은 대부분 근로생활자가 많이 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 전체 50%이상이 매일 접속하고 거래하는 것으로 나타났으며 운영 규모는 1천만원이하가 다수로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 증권거래 서비스 품질요인으로 지각된 신뢰성, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 유형성, 지각된 응답성 순으로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 신뢰성은 약속된 서비스를 정확하게 수행하는 능력에 대한 지각으로 나타내며, 지각된 편의성은 온라인증권거래를 이용하기에 얼마나 용이한 지에 대한 지각을 나타낸다. 지각된 유형성은 물적 시설, 장비, 사람, 의사소통 도구의 외형과 같은 부분에 대한 지각을 나타내는 것이다 지각된 응답성은고객을 돕고 즉각적인 서비스를 제공하려는 의지에 대한 지각을 나타낸다. 마지막으로 고객만족은 재이용이나 구전의도에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 고객지향적인 온라인 증권거래 서비스 시스템 구축 및 운영이 이용확대에 중요한 요인임을 제시한다. 본 연구는 온라인 증권거래에 대한 고객만족의 탐색적인 연구로써 보다 심도 있는 연구를 위한 기초를 제공하였다는 점과 온라인 증권거래 성과측정요소로써 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시했다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다.에 의해 유도된 single-strand 절단을 억제하였다. 이상과 같이 간세포 일차배양에서 양파추출물은 t-BHP에 의해 유발된 간독성, 간세포 생존율 감소, 지질과산화를 농도 의존적으로 억제시켰고 또한 t-BHP에 의해 억제된 GSH-Px, GSH-Rd 및 catalase의 활성을 증가시켰다. 이와 같이 양파추출물의 간보호 및 항산화 효과는 항산화 효소, 특히 catalase의 활성 증가와 hydroxyl radical에 의해 유도된 산화억제 및 이에 따른 지질과산화 억제에 기인하는 것으로 사료된다.chno-economic paradigm)의 시각에서 제시하는 한국경제의 성장 ${\cdot}$ 고용 ${\cdot}$ 분배를 위한 정책방향은 다음과 같은 동태적발전과정으로 요약할 수 있다 : 기초과학연구능력 확충 ${\rightarrow}$ 소화 ${\cdot}$ 흡수 ${\cdot}$ 개량 ${\rightarrow}$ 토착화 능력의 배양 ${\rightarrow}$ 자체기술개발, 선진기술 도입, 산업간 및 산업내 기술확산, 국제기술협력 ${\rightarrow}$ 기술혁신의 촉진 ${\rightarrow}$ 총요소생산성과 기업경쟁력(자원 및 역량, 프로세스 경쟁력, 품질경쟁력, 시장경쟁력, 고객성과, 시장성과, 재무성과)의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 가격경쟁력(임금, 금리, 물류비용, 환율 등)과 비(非)가격경쟁력(디자인, 에프터서비스, 품질, 운송 등)의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 국가경쟁력의 제고 ${
