A Study on the Development of Realtime Online Maketing System Using Web Log Analytics (웹 로그분석을 이용한 실시간 온라인 마케팅 시스템 설계 및 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The rapid growth of e-business market makes new online companies to start and existing offline companies to join in this area. As the number of players of this market grows rapidly, the competition among them is very intense. Many companies invest huge resources to online marketing including search advertisement, email advertisement and banner advertisement. Because these traditional online marketing activities mainly focus on how to invite visitors to their web sites, ROI of these marketing activities are getting lower. Many companies are looking for a new marketing method to escape this situation. In this paper, we propose ROMS (Realtime Online Marketing System) which supports tools to improve conversion ratio of e-commerce sites, ROMS gathers behavioral data of visitors and analyzes it in realtime. ROMS supports live chats, visitor profiling, context analysis, event detection, and live marketing. With ROMS, personalized offers based on visitors' realtime context can be made for each visitor.

  • The web services concept is rising as a standard to integrate heterogeneous systems in distributed environment based on XML messaging. Recently, for that reason, many companies are trying to use web services for their B2C and B2B business. In order to successfully introduce the web services, it is required to guarantee a differentiated quality of web services. However, most of the current web services cannot provide differentiated policies for requested messages and the existing web servers cannot consider appropriately the quality factors of web services in the service level agreement between provider and consumer. In this paper, we analyzed appropriate quality factors of web services in application level and suggested priority allocation strategy for processes dealing with messages of web services using those factors. This strategy can allocate dynamically a priority to satisfy the service level agreement.

  • To effectively maintain manufacturing collaboration, the development of effective performance measurements for the collaboration is required. Most existing key performance indicators however were developed to measure the performances of internal activities or outsourcing of a company. For that reason, it is necessary to devise new key performance indicators that the partners participating in the collaboration can arrange and compromise with each other to reflect their common goals. In this paper, we propose collaborative Key Performance Indicators(cKPIs), which is used to measure the collaboration work of multiple manufacturing partners on the basis of the Supply Chain Operations Reference(SCOR) model. Also, a modified Sigmoid function is devised as a desirability function to reflect the characteristics of Service Level Agreement(SLA) between two partners. The proposed indicators and the desirability functions can be utilized to perform and maintain the successful collaboration by providing a way to the quantitative measurement.

  • 최근들어 B2C, B2B로 불리는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 성공적인 구축이 기업의 비즈니스 성공의 열쇠로 간주될 만큼 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상거래 행위에 개입하는 다자간의 비즈니스 플로우를 효과적으로 모델링하여 분석할 수 있는 DEVS(Discrete Event Modeling System)이론에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 모델링/해석 방법론을 제안한다 제안하는 방법은 비즈니스 플로우를 기술할 수 있는 언어를 정의하고, 정의된 언어를 이용하여 기술되는 전자상거래에 개입하는 개체간 거래 행위를 DEVS 모델로 자동 변환하는 방법을 제시한다. 변환된 모델은 이산사건 시뮬레이션 환경인 rDEVSim++ 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 이용하여 실행된 후에 그래픽 인터페이스 환경에서 비쥬얼화되어 시스템의 동작 및 성능을 분석 가능하도록 지원한다. 위의 전과정을 포함하도록 개발된 소프트웨어는 기업의 비즈니스 모델 구축용으로 활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 전자상거래 관련 인력 양성을 위한 교육용 소프트웨어로도 활용이 가능하다.

An Empirical Study of Effect how e-Trade and e-L/C Impact on Business Performance in SME (우리나라 중소기업의 전자신용장 활용(e-L/C)과 사업성과에 관한 실증연구)

  • Recently, enterprise information management activities have been applied to promote electronic trade, while changing the paradigm of cross-border trade and overall trade business processes. L/C, which facilitates payment from the trade transaction in a company, has been able to eliminate the high cost and inefficient element of the trade process by utilizing the electronic letter of credit (e-L/C). This study examines the influential relationship among the e-trade utilizing factor (such as the perceived ease of use and the volition of CEO), the e-L/C and corporate performance, and the study aimed to verify the moderating effect of customer service level by organizations utilizing e-trade. For the purpose of the research, we conducted a survey implementing the e-L/C and analyzed the 338 data collected. The results of this research are as follows. First, the perceived ease of use and volition of CEO have positive impact on the e-L/C. Second, the e-L/C has positive impact on the business performance. Third, a moderating effect shows on the customer expectation level. The main implication of this study is that the perceived ease of use is to be considered preferentially than the volition of CEO in order to utilize electronic trading, and the volition of CEO shows synergy effect with customer service level by organization utilizing e-trade.

  • In some industries, manufacturing firms' distinctive competences include not only product superiority but also service excellence. For example, in a highly volatile and dynamic market, flexibility and responsiveness are more valued than just the product cost. And sales order processing, in that respect is a very important process. However, previous studies on sale order processing have considered only due-date assignments or dealt with production scheduling to minimize production cost or delivery lead time. Due to recent advances in information technology, a new approach is possible in dealing with sales order processing. For example, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and ubiquitous computing technology adds real time visibility and traceability to supply chain. In this study, we develop a new due-date re-negotiation process for sales order management and propose a new business integration model to support the re-negotiation process based on RFID, ubiquitous computing technology and RosettaNet's PIPs.

  • EBPP는 소비자, 사업자간에 고지서 발송, 접수 및 지불을 네트워크를 통하여 전자적으로 처리하는데 필요한 환경을 의미하며, 인터넷을 기반으로 하여 전자우편 혹은 웹 페이지를 통하여 고지서를 처리한다 EBPP 시스템은 크게 소비자, 사업자 그리고 은행간의 거래로 이루어 지지만 컴퓨터 및 인터넷의 보급의 한계 등의 문제로 현재로서 모든 고지서를 전자적으로 처리하는 것은 무리가 따른다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EBPP 시스템은 1) 경쟁력 확보를 위해 기업/금융 기관들이 인터넷을 통한 고품질 서비스 개발에 주력하는 추세이고, 2) 고객과의 보다 긴밀한 관계 유지를 위한 수단 제공하며, 3) 인터넷 등 온라인 통신 인구가 급격한 증가(2701년에 전체 인구의 약 50%가 활용할 것으로 전망)하고 있으며,4) 소비자를게 보다 편리한 지불방법 제시해주며, 5) 또 다른 마케팅 매체로 활용 가능하므로 앞으로의 전망이 매우 밝다. EBPP시스템은 크게 금융기관, 기업, 소비자 부분으로 구성되며, 소비자와 접촉 방법으로는 대표적으로 Web과 전자우편을 생각할 수 있으며, EBPP 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 기본적으로 상접 혹은 기업에서 청구에 필요한 정보를 등록시키는 통합 청구서버(Bill consolidation server), 소비자에게 청구 가능한 정보를 갖고있는 청구 제시서버 (Bill presentment server), 소비자의 지불요청에 따라 은행으로부터 지불을 요구하는 지불서버(Payment gateway) 등이 필요하며, 이들 각각의 서버들의 구성 요소들은 제공하는 서비스에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 통합 청구서버에서 청구 제시서버로 전송되는 청구 건은 통상적으로 실시간 처리되는 것이 아니라 통합 청구서버에 존재하는 Spool DB에 저장되어 그 양이 일정한도를 넘어서면 자동 전송되도록 하여, 망의 할용도를 높이는 역할을 수행한다. 청구 제시서버의 DB에 등록된 청구 건은 인터넷을 통해 소비자에게 청구되며, 소비자에게 전송 되는 청구서는 사용자DB를 참조하여 사용자가 미리 정의한 원하는 형태로 변환되어 전달되며, 필요시 암호화 과정을 거치는 것이 가능해야 한다. 전송된 청구서는 전자우편의 경우, 암호해독이 가능한 전용 브라우저를 통해 열람 되며, 이는 다시 전용 브라우저를 통해 지불인증이 승인되어 청구 제시서버에게 전송된다. EBPP 시스템의 제어 흐름은 크게 기업이 청구 정보를 소비자에게 제시하는 흐름과 소비자의 지불 승인으로 인해 기업이 은행에 지불을 요구하는 흐름으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 통합 청구서버 및 정구 제시서버의 역할 및 구성 요소들에 대해 서술하고, EBPP 시스템과 연동하여야 하는 메일 서버와의 상호 작용에 대해 서술할 것이다. 본 시스템을 아직 구현이 되지 않은 관계로 시스템의 성능 등의 수치적 결과를 제시할 수 없는 상태다.

The Analysis on the Psychological Traits of the Usage Pattern on the Online Communication Media (온라인 커뮤니케이션 매체 이용패턴의 심리적 특성 분석)

  • Computer-based on-line communications help to exchange easily information for us. For this reason, on-line communication expands personal computer users'information availability and furnishes users with interactive communication capability. This research focused on the pattern the use of on-line communication and such individual-level factors that are believed to affect on the use of this technology as personal psychological traits and perceived usefulness of the technology. Data were collected from randomly selected samples out of registered college or office worker members of Korean on-line communication services such HiTel, Chollian, Nownuri, and Unitel. The result of the study showed that perceived usefulness of the on-line services affects the level of use most strongly. Individual psychological style was also related to some aspects of the use of on-line communication. Specifically, the more introvert the users, the higher was the level of use of on-line communication.

Validation of ebXML BPSS Instances Based on Semantic Constraints (의미제약 기반의 ebXML BPSS 사례 검증)

  • In ebXML, a representative framework for electronic commerce, a BPS (Business Process Specification) should be finally defined as an instance of XML-version BPSS for the configuration of B2B (Business to Business) runtime systems . In order to define the instance more complete and consistent, it is required to validate all the semantic constraints on the instance . Due to the limitations of XML Schema constructs, however, current XML-version BPSS fails to specify formal semantic constraints completely. This paper presents how to find, express and reuse BPSS semantic constraints that could not be explicitly defined in the XML-version BPSS. The method facilitates the validation of XML-version BPSS instances easily with some useful guides for fixing violations of semantic constraints. Furthermore, B2B business processes can be standardized and applied more efficiently and effectively.

  • In the recent you, as the development of computer network and web, the amount of electric document exchange is dramatically increased through B2B, B2C, electric bid and et cetera. The medical world also needs to share and exchange good information for medical treatment like H2C(hospital to hospital), H2C(hospital to company). In this paper, we design medical information model using DTD and inplement medical information support system based on xml and xslt.
