Organizational Justice as the Antecedent of Career Satisfaction: Building a Conceptual Model from an Integrative Literature Review (경력만족의 선행변인으로서의 조직공정성: 통합적 문헌연구를 통한 개념적 모델 도출)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore organizational justice (distributive, procedural, and interactional justice) as the antecedent of and career satisfaction by conducting an integrative literature review. In addition, this study aimed to identify organizational support for career development (i.e., organizational sponsorship) as the potential mediating variable between organizational justice and career satisfaction. Based on an integrative literature review of previous research, this study proposed the conceptual model on the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction along with organizational support for career development. According to the conceptual model, organizational justice can add to the pool of important antecedents of career satisfaction, and organizational support for career development could mediate the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction. This study contributed to the human resource development (HRD) field through investigating the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction in a career development context in the workplace. Further, this study provided additional theoretical backgrounds to conduct organizational justice related research on diverse factors, such as potential mediating variables, influencing career satisfaction.

A Study on the Characteristics Satisfaction in Digital Convergence based Micro-Learning (디지털융합 기반 마이크로러닝 특성 만족도 연구)

  • This study defined the characteristics of micro-learning emerging by mobile learning and micro-contents in the e-learning field, and analyzed the satisfaction of application, to see if micro-learning could become a new learning type in the future. To this end, the characteristics of micro-learning were defined through preliminary literature analysis, the characteristic satisfaction was verified in the well-equipped micro-learning site, and any other technical functions were suggested through expert opinion gathering. It was suggested that the future technology of e-learning should be linked to technical functions such as learning analysis and performance measurement. According to the results of this study, if micro-learning reflects its functional characteristics well, it will become an effective learning type in the e-learning field and will greatly contribute to education, learning, and training for the new millennial.

  • 최근 디지털 가전과 모바일 컴퓨팅이 화두로 떠오르면서 내장형 기술이 전성기를 맞이하고 있으며, 다양한 내장형 시스템들간의 상호 운용성, 플랫폼 독립성과 이식성을 지원할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 내장형 미들웨어의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 미들웨어는 신뢰성, 안전성, 보안성, 실시간성 등과 같은 기능에 직접 포함되지 않는 비기능적 요구를 응용 분야에 따라 요구할 수 있으며, 그 때마다 다양한 비기능적 요구에 맞는 미들웨어를 각기 따로 개발하는 것은 지극히 어려운 일이다. 따라서, 비기능적 요구에 적합하게 미들웨어를 동적으로 재구성하는 컴포넌트 개발 방법이 주목 받고 있으며, 이를 통해 재구성된 내장형 미들웨어에서는 비기능적 요구인 실시간성이 요구되므로, deadline 만족 여부를 확인하는 스케쥴링 분석이 중요하다. 많은 최적의 스케쥴링 분석 알고리즘이 존재하나 그들 중 어느 것도 동적 재구성이 될 때 태스크 집합상의 가정(assumption)이 변경되는 내장형 미들웨어를 만족 시킬 수 없다. 가정에 적합한 스케쥴링 알고리즘으로 대체하기 위한 제안들은 대부분 정적 조립 환경에서 새로운 버전에 의해 기존 클래스를 교체하는 코드 수정에 기반하나, 동적 재구성을 통해 행위를 변경하는 내장형 미들웨어에서는 응용하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 동적 재구성 환경에서 수행되는 내장형 미들웨어를 위해, 적합한 스케쥴링 알고리즘으로 대체 할 수 있는 스케쥴러를 런타임 컴포넌트 개조 기술 중 하나인 Type-safe delegation이 적용된 strategy 패턴을 기반으로 설계하였으며, 이를 통해 내장형 미들웨어 스케쥴러의 유연성과 확장성을 증가하는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Even though the Korean military continued to develop military logistics support systems, sufficient research on logistics service has not been conducted. The main purpose of the research is to examine employees' job satisfaction of logistics units by logistics functions (the ordnance, the supply, the food), and further the relationship between the job satisfaction of logistics units and service quality of the user(combat) units. Some results are as follows. First, the job satisfaction among logistics units was significantly different by functions. Second, the tangible among service quality factors of user units was been significantly different among functional units. Finally, through the post hoc analyses, some meaningful results on service quality were also identified.

The Effect of Greenspace on School Commuting Routes on Pedestrian Satisfaction and the Future Direction of Creation (학교통학로 녹지가 보행자의 만족도와 조성 방향에 미치는 영향)

  • For this study, 313 pedestrians, including students, from two schools participated in the greening project of the school commuting roads in Seoul. These schools were compared to two without street greenspaces to analyze the effects of the green areas on pedestrian satisfaction and the future direction of creation. As a result of the greenspace satisfaction analysis of schools with greenspace, the items that had the greatest effect on overall satisfaction were 'Width of the sidewalk' (37%), 'Harmony with the surrounding landscape' (24.97%), 'The arrangement of trees, grass, and flowers' (18.30%) and 'Overall management' (10.44%). In other words, the item that satisfies most is securing the appropriate width of the sidewalk where the greenspace is located. It is necessary to re-considered creating greenspaces in existing sidewalk spaces and secure a sidewalk width for pedestrian convenience. As a result of the analysis on the direction of greenspace creation, the respondents who experienced greenspaces through the greenspaces on school commuting routes recognized natural features, such as grass and flowers as more important elements as well as noting that landscape and harmony are important. In addition, respondents interested focusing on functionality recognized the need for greenspaces and highly recognized the importance of arranging natural materials, such as trees, grasses, and flowers. This group also recognized the advantages of functionality and the effectiveness of green spaces. Therefore, it is necessary to expand awareness of the effectiveness of greenspaces through environmental education, publicity, and the provision of information boards. More effort will be needed to apply regional and school characteristics rather than uniform composition to the development of greenspaces.

  • This paper is thing for a quantitive quality evaluation in national Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system development. Apply a quantitive quality evaluation way to be based on an international standard to admonish at ISO/IEC 9126. Proposed 6 basis of count, and set up sub 27 items detailed functionality, reliability, use anger, efficiency, maintenance anger, a transplant result, and inspection of quality table wrote the Matrix measured S/W quality to a chart. Studied a quantitive evaluation plan of a Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system to see weight by the priority order that reflected a characteristic of a national defense business to a Purpose of a subject user, and Presented. It is 80% in quantitive quality evaluation application satisfied under 8, Very Satisfied 7(87.5%) Satisfied 1(12.5%) of Defense Human Resource Managers and judgment worked as marked so that satisfaction of reliability and a user regarding functionality was high and there will be contribute to an elevation of defense capabilities as analyze efficient national defense S/W use and effect.

The Effect of Family Function and Satisfaction with Life on Positive Attitude of College Students (가족기능과 삶의 만족도가 대학생의 긍정적 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed 308 college students to identify how family function and satisfaction with life is related to the positive attitude of college students. SPSS Win 18.0 program was used to perform ANOVA and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. As a result, first, older students had more positive attitude compare to the younger students. Secondly, among family functions, when the family cohesion was stronger, the diversification of perspective, self acception, and social adjustment was stronger, and it was identified that the diversification of perspective, self acception, and self control was higher when the family adaptability was greater. Thirdly, when the satisfaction level of life was higher, the positive attitude was high as well. Fourth, the higher the life satisfaction, the higher the positive attitude, except for self-control, all the sub-factors.

Effects of Service Characteristics of a Subscription-based OTT on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: Evaluation by Netflix Users (구독형 OTT 서비스 특성이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향: 넷플릭스 이용자를 대상으로)

  • This study examined how the quality of Netflix service affects user satisfaction and continuance intention. This study classified the quality of Netflix service as content diversity, rate system appropriateness, recommendation system, N-screen service, binge viewing, and service quality, and examined the effect of each dimension on user satisfaction and continuous intention. We conduced an online survey on 202 Netflix users and analyzed the data with the SEM. Results are as follows. First, content diversity, recommendation system, binge-viewing and service quality are positively associated with user satisfaction. Second, the N-Screen service has neither direct nor indirect effects on continuance intention. However, rate system has a direct effect on continuance intention. On the other hand, content diversity, recommendation systems, binge-viewing, and quality of service affect continuance intention positively through user satisfaction. Finally, it is shown that user satisfaction and continuance intention have a significant static correlation as predicted.

  • 본 연구의 배경은 공공도서관 사인시스템의 현황과 지속적인 활용에 있다. 수많은 정보 중 필요한 정보를 선별하고 수용하는 것이 중요한 현대사회에서 사인시스템은 원만한 상호작용을 위한 주요수단이다. 특히 복잡한 구조와 공간의 기능을 함께 지니고 있는 도서관에서 정보를 파악하기 위해서 명확한 지각효과를 갖춘 사인의 역할은 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 이용자가 공공도서관을 이용할 때 어떠한 요소가 정보를 수용하고 시각적으로 인지하는데 많은 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 선정된 도서관을 대상으로 기능 및 시각적 요소에 따라 사례분석을 한 후 이용자 만족도 조사를 실시하여 효과적이고 편리하게 도서관을 이용할 수 있도록 정보를 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

A Study on Cloud Service Quality by Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA 기법을 적용한 클라우드 서비스 품질 분석)

  • This study sheds light on the quality aspect of cloud computing services as next IT platform. Three tasks of the research are to extract the quality factors of cloud service from the user's viewpoint, empirically analyze the perceptual differences between the user group and the provider group by applying the IPA technique, and suggest some quality factors that need to be improved. Based on the previous researches and focus group evaluation, 13 quality factors have been established. Two field surveys have been performed respectively to collect the perceptual importance and satisfaction level of the users and the providers. It is shown that the quality satisfaction of the user group is lower than the quality perceived by the providers. And there exist significant differences between two groups in respect to quality importance level and IPA matrix. In conclusion, 6 quality factors that need to be improved are suggested such as service functionality, service availability, interoperability, scalability, confidentiality, and provider's responsiveness.
