The genetic diversity and the spatial structure in two populations of Abelia tyaihyoni in Yeongwol region were studied by employing I-SSR markers. In spite of the limited distribution and small population sizes of Abelia tyaihyoni, the amount of genetic diversity estimated at the individual level was comparable to other shrub species (S.I.=0.336, h=0.217). Genetic diversity at the genet level was very similar to that at individual level. (S.l.=0.339, h=0.219). About 18.7 percent of total variation was allocated between two populations, which was slightly higher or similar level as compared with other shrub species. Genotypic diversity estimated by the ratio of the number of genets ($N_G$) over the total number of individuals (N) and a modified Simpson's index ($D_G$) were also higher than those of other shrubs. The maximum diameter of a genet did not exceed 5.5 m. The high level of gene and genotypic diversity, and the relatively limited maximum diameter of a genet suggested that the clonal propagation is not the most dominant factor in determining the population structure of Abelia tyaihyoni. Spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed significant spatial genetic structure within 12 m and 18 m distances in two populations A and B, respectively. Autocorrelations among individuals at the both individual and genet levels in each population didn't show any considerable differences. As a sampling strategy for ex-situ conservation of populations showing continuous distribution, a minimum distance of 18 m between individuals was recommended. For the populations with many segments, it was considered very crucial to sample materials from as many segments as possible.
The purpose of this study was empirically to reveal the effects of emotional labor and job burnout of the ski resort workers on service level. For the study, a survey of 215 people working in domestic ski resorts was conducted. Emotional labor was composed of two sub-factors: surface acting and deep acting. Service level was composed of three sub-factors: tangibles, responsiveness, endeavor. The following results were obtained by confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. First, in emotional labor which ski resort worker perceived, surface acting had a positive effect on job burnout, while deep acting had a negative effect on it. Second, surface acting had a positive effect on tangibles and responsiveness of service level and deep acting had a positive effect on tangibles, responsiveness and endeavor of service level. Third, job burnout which ski resort worker perceived had a negative effect on tangibles, responsiveness and endeavor of service level. This study suggested that implications and limitations of the relationship between outcomes and emotional labor which people working at sport organizations such as a ski resort have experienced.
This study was conducted to explore the impact of learning strategies on the level of participation in the online collaborative learning process. To do this, We studied 91 students who took professorship courses at A university in the Seoul metropolitan area. At the beginning of the semester, the learning strategies were measured through MSLQ, rehearsal, elaboration, organizing, critical thinking, metacognition, learning management, effort control, peer learning, and seeking help. Next, cooperative tasks were carried out to measure the interaction, and group composition consisted of 4-5 persons. The level of participation was measured by scores given to the messages created for interaction. The process of collaborative learning was divided into the steps of identifying learning goals, learning plans, performing individual learning, sharing learning results, and writing reports. The effects of learning strategies on participation level were analyzed through multiple regression analysis (stepwise selection method). As a result, the learning goal step influenced the highest level of metacognition, and the learning plan is the management of the learning time, the demonstration of the learning execution, the adjustment of the effort, the acquisition of help, the collegial learning, Writing was influenced by organization, elaboration, critical thinking, and critical thinking, metacognition, and elaboration.
In this paper, we analyze the result of the Technology Level Evaluation of 'Biochip and biosensor (BB) Technology' consisted of 3 sub-categorized technologies; biochip sensing (BS), lab on a chip and high-efficient customized health care technology. As an analysis tool, authors used a delphi (a repeated survey) and dynamic methodology with technology growth model to overcome limits of previous evaluations. As a result, levels of BB were evaluated 51.5% (Korea) and 75.1% (US), and the technology gap between two countries was 6.1 yrs. In 2013, these levels were expected to change to 60.1% (Korea), 78.4% (US) and 4.3 yrs, respectively. In comparison with other biotechnology, the gap of BB was smaller and expected to catch up with US faster. In the case of sub-categorized technologies, they showed the smallest gap and would have faster catch-up speed than other sub-categorized technologies in the Biotechnology field. Based on the result of the survey, relative superiority of BB in Korea was originated from competent researchers and research fund, but weak basic science would be weak points. We think that BB's characteristic as an emerging technology and concentrated research activities on BB are additional strong points. This research proposes the supporting and supplemented points to promote the BB in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to investigated of the pre service teacher's information availability and concern and perception of coding education for young children. The subjects were 230 pre service teacher attending a A college micro politan city Questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis with SPSS Program. The results were as follows: First, the pre service teacher's information availability was smart phone usage levels that the most of all and the next was computer usage levels. Concern of coding education for young children that consequence concern was the highest and the next that collaboration concern, personal concern, information concern, refocusing concern, management concern. The other side unconcerned was most of least. Perception of coding education for young children that necessity perception, content perception, environmental perception was the over of mean. But operational perception was the low. Second, The information awareness, smart phone usage levels as each domain of information ability, usefulness of use was positively associated with Personal concern. But the information ability were negatively correlated with management concern. The information awareness was associated with necessity of coding education. The useful and ease of use of education were positively associated with content coding education.
Two-stage sampling allows us to estimate population characteristics by both unit and cluster level together. Given a complex auxiliary information, integrated calibration weighting would better reflect the level-wise characteristics as well as multivariate characteristics between levels. This paper explored the integrated calibration weighting methods by Estevao and Särndal (2006) and Kim (2019) through a simulation study, where the efficiency of those weighting methods was compared using an artificial population data. Two weighting methods among others are shown efficient: single step calibration at the unit level with stacked individualized auxiliary information and iterative integrated calibration at each level. Under both methods, cluster calibrated weights are defined as the average of the calibrated weights of the unit(s) within cluster. Both were very good in terms of the goodness-of-fit of estimating the population totals of mutual auxiliary information between clusters and units, and showed small relative bias and relative mean square root errors for estimating the population totals of survey variables that are not included in calibration adjustments.

The purpose of this study is to analyze activities of mentally retarded students studying science within inclusive classes from the aspect of activity sharing to investigate ways of improving their involvement in the tasks. For this study, three mentally retarded students and their peer group in inclusive classes were observed and videotaped for 12 science class sessions about forces and waves. There were many cases in which task involvement of mentally retarded students changed according to three degrees of their activity sharing: well-synchronized, delayed and estranged. When degrees of activity sharing were estranged or delayed, task involvement of the mentally retarded students faded from activeness to passiveness. When the degree of activity sharing was well-synchronized, the mentally retarded students showed interest in learning and were able to participate in science class more actively. Different patterns of activity sharing of mentally retarded students between teacher-centered activities and student-centered activities were observed. In most cases of teacher-centered activities, the monotonous pace could deprive the mentally retarded students of their chance to catch up. As a result, their delayed degrees of activity sharing were faded into estranged degrees. In many cases of student-centered activities, various pacing according to the groups or students could provide mentally retarded students with a chance to catch up, so they could be well-synchronized. In one case of teacher-centered activity, the mentally retarded students were well-synchronized with the teacher's repeated explanations and well-matched illustrations on the blackboard and textbooks. In some cases of student-centered activities, students were well-synchronized with positive relations with and appropriate intervention by other students. In conclusion, various approaches to encourage activity sharing of mentally retarded students with normal ones should be pursued to improve task involvement and academic achievement of mentally retarded students.

An artificial intelligence-based cable tension estimation model was developed to expand the utilization of data obtained from cable accelerometers of cable-stayed bridges. The model was based on an algorithm for selecting the natural frequency in the tension estimation process based on the vibration method and an applied artificial neural network (ANN). The training data of the ANN was composed after converting the cable acceleration data into the frequency, and machine learning was carried out using the characteristics with a pattern on the natural frequency. When developing the training data, the frequencies with various amplitudes can be used to represent the frequencies of multiple shapes to improve the selection performance for natural frequencies. The performance of the model was estimated by comparing it with the control criteria of the tension estimated by an expert. As a result of the verification using 139 frequencies obtained from the cable accelerometer as the input, the natural frequency was determined to be similar to the real criteria and the estimated tension of the cable by the natural frequency was 96.4% of the criteria.
Today, according to population decrease and aging of the old due to the decline of birthrate in our society in $21^{st}$ century, there is a stiff increase of the aged group. Complying with the request of epic needs, as there was a full scale amendment of law of the aged welfare in 1997, the centers appeared differently based on the regional dimension, the difference of the number of persons to be accommodated, and the social and economic characteristics. Coping with these problems occurring, along with the necessity of welfare facilities for the leisure of the aged, the government prepared and carried out a number of plans for the service of the aged and securing of facilities. This practice of the government, however, centered on the crease of service in quantity other than the quality, resulting in a situation of lacking the welfare facilities for the aged meeting the requirement of the aged in their aspect of consumer. On the contrary, building the welfare centers in Japan started in 1960 with a rapid increase of the number of centers in 1970s, and there were 2,214 welfare centers in operation in Japan in 1995, keeping a high level of service in quality and quantity. Thus, this study aims to present basic materials necessary for the criteria of space designing plans for the aged welfare centers in Korea through case analysis of the facility criterion, area constitution and space constitution by the floor that play an important role in regional welfare facilities for the aged in Japan.
The purpose of this study was to determined the converge effects of weight-bearing exercise on lumbar, femur neck BMD and body compositions in intellectual disabilities and normal men. Nineteen men were participated for this study, they are divided into two groups(intellectual disabilities, n=9, and normal men, n=10). All subjects are accomplished on weight-bearing exercise (music rope-jumping) program for 60 minutes a day, 3 days a week throughout 12 weeks. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was used to determine differences between and within the intellectual and normal groups for dependent variables. The statistically significant level was set at 0.05. In this study, there were a significant differences on the bone mineral density of lumbar and femur neck level after exercise training in both groups (respectively p<.01, p<.001). Also, I found that there were effectively decreased on body weight, percent of body fat, and BMI levels after exercise training for 12 weeks in both groups (respectively p<.001). Therefore, music rope-jump exercise program may suggested to be one of the ideal training methods for enhancing and the convergence positive effect of bone mineral density and body compositions in intellectual and normal person.
