사학연금 수급자의 기초연금 선택적용에 관한 연구

  • 최근 특수직역연금 가입자도 기초연금을 적용받고자 하는 요구가 증가되고 있다. 기초연금제도 시행부터 특수직역연금 가입자는 원천적으로 기초연금에 대한 법 적용이 배제되어 왔었다. 빈곤상태에 있는 65세 이상의 노인층을 특수직역연금 수급권자에 해당한다는 이유로 기초연금 대상자에서 제외하는 것은 노인의 생활을 지원하고 복지를 증진시킨다는 기초연금법의 도입 목적을 온전히 실현하지 못하는 측면이 있다. 그러므로 모든 공적연금 수급자를 대상으로 실제 소득이 기초연금 기준액보다 미달할 경우에는 기초연금을 받을 수 있도록 제도적인 개선이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 저소득의 특수직역연금 수령자들에게 보다 안정된 노후 보장을 지원하는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 특수직역연금 가입자 중에서 사학연금 가입자를 대상으로 기초연금 선택적용에 대한 타당성 여부를 살펴보고자 하였다. 공무원연금과는 달리 사학연금 가입자 중에서 일부 유치원 교사나 간호사 직군의 경우에는 소득이 그다지 높지 않는 경우가 있다. 이러한 계층은 기초연금 적용을 고려해볼 필요가 있다. 특히, 유족연금 수급자의 경우에는 기초연금 선택적용을 적극적으로 고려해보는 정책적 검토가 필요하다고 본다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 주장하고자 한다. 첫째, 사학연금 수령자 중에서 실제로 저소득자인 경우에는 기초연금을 적용하는 법안을 마련하여야 한다. 둘째, 해외에서의 기초연금 적용은 모든 가입자를 대상으로 적용하고 있다. 해외 사례와 같이 전 국민을 대상으로 모든 공적연금 가입자에게 기초연금 적용을 고려하여야 한다. 셋째, 유족연금 수급자 중에서 기초연금 지급액보다 낮은 연금액을 수령하는 자에게는 유족연금보다는 기초연금을 수령할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보아야 한다. 넷째, 기초연금의 재원은 조세로 이루어지는 것으로서 국민연금 수급자와의 형평성을 고려하여 특수직역연금 가입자의 경우에도 기초연금을 적용하여 기본적 소득의 충족과 동시에 노후소득 보장을 더욱 강화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 사학연금 가입자를 대상으로 기초연금 선택적용에 대한 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 기초연금제도 적용은 우리나라의 사학연금 수급자의 노후소득 보장을 한층 강화하는 측면에서 긍정적이며, 기초연금 선택적용에 대한 타당성과 도입방안 등을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

A Study on the Motivation behind Government-funded Normal Students' Admission in China (중국 국비 사범생의 진학동기에 관한 연구)

  • To narrow the educational gap and balance the development of education, the Chinese Ministry of Education and various regional education offices are actively promoting government-funded normal education policies. In this study, the background, purpose, and main contents of government-funded normal education policy were identified through a literature review. Furthermore we tried to make an in-depth understanding of the motivation behind government-funded normal students' admission. The results of the analysis were classified as "unexpected motivation" at the individual level, "interim motivation" at the home and school level, and "mirror motivation" at the national policy and social level. "Parents and teachers' opinions" topped the list, followed by securing teaching positions, double-sided dailies (excluding tuition and dormitory fees, paying living allowances), teacher dominance and social status. Parents and teachers had a strong involvement in the admission of government-funded students. Economic factors are relatively more influential than the ideal job as a teacher, and it seems contrary to the original intention of the policy. In response, efforts should be made such as regarding the guidance of state-funded education policies and vocational identity education.

A Study on the Effect of Mindfulness for Female University Students in Stress: A Preliminary Study for focusing on the moderating effect of Positive Affect and Negative Affect Schedule (마음챙김이 여대생의 스트레스에 미치는 영향: PA/NA조절효과를 중심으로 한 예비연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mindfulness on the stress of university students' lives, and to verify that Positive Affect & Negative Affect have a moderating effect in the relationship between the two variables. The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Positive Affect & Negative Affect Schedule, and the life stress scale for college student were utilized for 243 female university students at K Women's University. First of all, Mindfulness of female university affected the stress of college students' lives. Second, Positive Affect did not have a moderating effect in the relationship between female college student's mindfulness and stress. Third, In the relationship between mindfulness and stress, female college students showed a moderating effect. In conclusion, female university students' awareness of mindfulness helped lower interpersonal stress, current task stress, and decreased Negative Affect. The discussion discussed the limitations of this study and the future direction of the study.

The Effects of Teaching Professional Ethics on the Occupational Value and Educational Belief of Preservice Childcare Teachers (예비보육교사들의 교직윤리의식이 직업가치와 교육적신념에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study was to understand factors of occupational ethics affecting occupational value and educational belief of preservice childcare teachers. In order to achieve this objective, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting a total of 270 preservice childcare teachers in A city. Study results found that preservice childcare teachers highly perceived the ethics in young children and family out of the occupational ethics, the intrinsic value out of the occupational value, and the maturism and interactionism out of the educational belief. Second, the occupational ethics, occupational value, and educational belief of preservice childcare teachers showed statistically significant correlations. Third, the occupational ethics of preservice childcare teachers had positive effects on the occupational value and educational beliefs. Based on these results, it is necessary to conduct diverse research studies for the formation of clear and appropriate occupational values and positive educational beliefs, so that childcare providers could perceive the importance of occupational ethics and provide high-quality childcare services.

The Subjective Study of the High School Teachers on the Performance-based Pay System for Teachers (교원성과급제도에 대한 고등학교 교사의 주관성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore high school teachers' subjective perception on performance-based pay system(PBPS) for teachers using Q-methodology. This study found three types of high school teachers' subjective perception on the system. Type I is named 'the type of negative perception.' The subjects of type I emphasize the PBPS is not appropriate system for motivating teachers' educational behaviors. Type II is named 'the type of neutral perception.' The subjects of type II emphasize the PBPS is a fair job evaluation, strengthening cooperative atmosphere of educational community but the system is not an usefulness for causing educational behavior etc. Type III is named 'the type of acceptive perception.' The subjects of type III emphasize the PBPS is a good policy to reward for the work most people avoid getting into and improve culture of teaching job etc.

A Study on the Qualification of Professional Lifelong Education for the Disabled Based on the Convergence Curriculum between the 「Department of Vocational Special Education in University-Educated Graduate School」 and the 「Department of Majors」 (「대학­교육대학원 직업특수교육과」와 「전공과」간 융합교육과정에 기반한 장애인 평생교육 전문인력 자격화 조건)

  • This study aims to find ways to qualify lifelong education professionals for the disabled based on the convergence curriculum between the "department of vocational special education in university-educated graduate school" and "major department". The research method was composed of a combination of literature analysis and expert meetings. The research contents include the qualifications for the training course for the lifelong education professionals for the disabilities established in the convergence curriculum after accumulating the teaching experience in the majors that can be restructured as lifelong education institutions for the disabled. In addition, the focus of the curriculum of the "department of vocational special education in university-educated graduate school" should be improved in order to foster and integrate lifelong education professionals for the disabled. The results of the study concluded that the functional relationship between vocational special education and lifelong education for the disabled was established.

A Study on User - centered Usability Elements of User Interface Designs in an Augmented Reality Environment (증강현실 사용자 인터페이스의 사용자중심 사용성 요소 연구)

  • In order to complete the AR UI design simply and quickly, the usable factors were studied in this thesis. The primary aim of interface design is to increase the usability. The various factors should be considered together when we evaluate the usability. The idealized usable working model is based on user-centered with the aim of perceiving the interests of users, operating easily and completing targets. In order to ensure the types of usable factors, literature survey method had been used and a total of 85 usable factors had been collected by this survey. To make the usable factors can adapt the augmented reality, the concept of factors should be redefined. We extract the items which is adaptable and user-centered, combine or delete the items that have the same meanings and finally select 25 usable evaluative factors. Then we take HCI professional as the object and collect the data by Heuristic Evaluation. We systematize the usable factors by Principal Component Analysis, and observe the correlation between the usable factors and classify those which have high correlation.

A Study on the Classification of Jeokbyeok-ga's Version by the Computer Analysis Technique of Bibliographies (컴퓨터 문헌 분석 기법을 활용한 <적벽가> 이본의 계통 분류 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the system of the Jeokbyeok-ga's version using the Computer analysis technique of bibliographies and to examine the achievements of the Jeokbyeok-ga's version studies. First, in order to provide basic data for analysis, a raw corpus was constructed for 46 species of Jeokbyeok-ga. Through this, the common narrative units of the Jeokbyeok-ga were identified as 5 layers, and thus 146 individual paragraphs could be extracted. Based on the encoded corpus, we tried to measure the similarity and the distance between the two. Next, we applied the Multidimensional scaling method, Hierarchical cluster analysis and Cladistic analysis method of the system to confirm the distribution of versions group and it was possible to visually grasp the distance between versions and the system of the work. As a result of analyzing Computer analysis technique of bibliographies, it was found that version's group of the Jeokbyeok-ga was divided into a Wanpan(完板) series and Changbon(唱本) series. Also, it was possible to examine the influence relationship between the Pansori's traditions and transmission.

The Mediating Effect of Self-Determined Motivations on Relation between Class Climate Perceived by Middle School Students and Self-Regulated Learning Ability (중학생이 지각한 학급풍토와 자기조절학습능력과의 관계에서 자기결정성동기의 매개효과)

  • This study aimed to examine the mediating roles of self-determined motivations on the effect of class climate perceived by middle school students on self-regulated learning ablility. For this purpose, a total of 589 students were selected as subjects in this research. Structural equation modeling was conducted so as to verify the relationship among all the variables. As a results, first, the perceived autonomous class climate had a direct effect on self-regulated learning ability and an indirect effect on self-regulated learning ability through the mediation effect of identified regulation. Second, the perceived controlled class climate had a direct effect on self-regulated learning ability and an indirect effect on self-regulated learning ability through the mediation effect of identified regulation, introjected regulation, and external regulation. This study implies that facilitating autonomous engagement in learning activities will be a effective educational intervention to improve self-regulated learning ability.

A Study on New-Hanbok Styling of Online Shopping Mall (온라인쇼핑몰 신한복 스타일링에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the New-Hanbok styling of online shopping mall, and to also suggest a solution to the problems of the New-Hanbok styling and develop a progressive plan. The research method was to search six keywords related to 'Hanbok' in the search portal 'Naver' and select 14 Hanbok brand companies. A total of 412 pictures of products for the model used on main screen were analyzed among 14 companies. The results of analyzing the New-Hanbok styling are as follows. First, the New-Hanbok styling showed the unstructured characteristics like unconventional arrangement after getting out of the fixed form of traditional Hanbok styling elements. Secondly, diverse images were represented as the hairstyle and makeup were highlighted as the elements of New-Hanbok styling. Thirdly, the new, fresh, trendy, and fashionable New-Hanbok styling was shown through the mix-and-match of traditional Korean-style accessories and fashion jewelries. However, regarding the New-Hanbok styling shown in online shopping mall, the overlapped items were especially found while the difference in material, pattern, and color required to overcome this problem was insufficient. It was lacking in the styling consistency for the establishment brand image while the awareness of the importance of accessory styling was insufficient. The brand competitiveness of the New-Hanbok could be secured by raising awareness on differentiation, consistency, and importance through the styling elements such as item composition, material, pattern, color, hairstyle, makeup, and accessory of brand.
