집합식 교육의 대안으로서 최근 기업 환경에서 인식되고 있는 인재육성 방법이 바로 e-러닝이다. 이는 비즈니스와 정보기술 분야에서 나타나던 디지털 혁명의 영향력이 교육에서도 그 반향을 일으킨 것으로써, 교육의 틀 자체를 급속한 변화에 대처할 수 있도록 바꾸어 놓은 것이다. 과거처럼 획일적인 교육방법과 지식을 제공하는 대신에, e-러닝은 학습자가 다양한 학습환경 및 자원에 자유롭게 접근할 수 있게 함으로써 새로운 학습 경험을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

The convergence of ICT and cloud computing is treated as a main issue all over the fields including education. This development leads to change from e-learning to u-learning and smart education. Therefore, we need to study in term of the systematic and a long-term viewpoint how smart education environment have an influence on the practical space. And we need a concrete study for smart education space based on property of space. Under these critical mind, this study understands the smart education space in terms of the convergence of computing space and physical space. As a Result, smart education space have major property such as flexibility, communication, polyvalence.

컴퓨터 사고를 이해하고 컴퓨터와 소통하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터 비전공자 대상으로 하는 강의의 목적성과 실효성을 규명하고, 나아가 학생과 강의자가 수업의 목표점의 접점을 찾아 나가는데 있다. 강의 대상은 컴퓨터 비전공자 학생 중 인문, 미술, 음악, 자연 계열의 학생들로서 그들이 현시점에서 이수한 교과과목 중 수학의 비중이 상대적으로 낮은 군에 속한다. 따라서 그들이 현실적으로 컴퓨터와 소통하기 위해 어떤 교육의 패러다임을 적용해야 하는가가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트 코딩이 가능한 파이썬을 컴퓨터 비전공생에게 학습시키는 이유와 목적에 대해 밝히고 학습의 실효성에 대해 논의한다.

The 7th national curriculum requires the paradigmatic shift in education from teacher-centered to student-centered instruction. But, teachers beliefs on instruction have not been changed during implementing of the mathematics textbooks based on the curriculum. More exactly speaking, they are changed very slowly. Therefore, some beliefs they should establish in order for them to implement it were discussed: Perspectives of students' intelligent ability, learning goal for the every lesson, the passibility of teaching contents involved in the national curriculum, the size of classroom, and students' achievements.

The smart education recognized new educational paradigm is going to be introduced in earnest in the field from 2015. We develop the instructional design model for smart education to be able to provide a guide to design the instruction which has a speciality compared to current instruction. Furthermore, we did an expert assessment to recognize the validation and applicability of developed instructional design model and then apply this model to the field. As a result, we drew a positive conclusion for this instructional design model, which provides a base of systemic instructional design in smart education environment and focuses on expanding the ability of students living on 21st century. We expect that this study will be useful for teachers in the field who perform the smart education.

In this study it is to suggest a support plan between public libraries and school libraries for elementary school reading paradigm shift Reviewing existing study contents, this is to examine elementary school reading education theoretically, and to present paradigm shift through analysis on elementary school children's reading status. By means of analysis on status of elementary school library and it's cooperation in Nowon-Ku, it is to suggest school library support project of the Nowon Children's Library as the model of support plan between public library and school library.
