본 논문에서는 각종 문화콘텐츠의 진위와 표절을 검출하는 방법론에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 표절과 위작 감정이 어떤 방법으로 되어 왔는가에 대해 살펴보고 본 방법과의 비교,고찰을 행하고자 한다. 실험 대상은 우선적으로 미술품등에 대해 수행하였으며 이를 토대로 개발하고 있는 시스템이 표절 감정 및 위작 감정에 유용하게 도움을 줄수 있는 방법임을 밝히고자 한다. 끝으로 현재까지 실험이 수행된 부분에 대해 서 실험 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

Culture technology (CT) becomes important in the recent environment where digital technology drives content-based innovations. However, technological trends of CT have not been systematically discussed. Especially, the trends of CT should be analyzed from the national perspective, because CT has grown with the help of government-driven innovation. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze CT trends focusing on national research projects. We collected data on CT from the national science and technology information service (NTIS) database, analyzed the keyword co-occurrence network, and identified the patterns of technological innovation using a clustering analysis. As a result, we found that CT has contributed to the digital content and cultural media, and has been actively developed with the help of machine learning technique. Especially, due to the rise of Covid-19, the non-face-to-face online content is rapidly increasing. This study provides important clues for understanding, analyzing CT trends.

In line with policy support and demand, mobile videos about science and technology have growth potential. For activation of domestic mobile video contents about science and technology, this article aims to analysis current global leading contents and draw implications for benchmarking. Therefore, this paper attempted to analyzed types and storytelling strategy of Science and technology channels on YouTube, which has the most influence among the mobile video media. The results are as follows. Fist, the YouTube contents about science technology are categorized into three types, activity-, explain-, review-centered type. Second, activity type channels are classified into 4 sub-types. Third, The core storytelling strategy of activity type channels is a combination of familiarity and unfamiliarity to deal with everyday material through specialized scientific and technological methods. Based on the results of this research, we expect to plan and produce global killer contents.

Recently there are growing needs and demand to enhance 'Unity of knowledge' as the concept of "Creating new value through integration and convergence" is developing rapidly in many different areas in the society. This also has significant implication to education. Especially, it requires paradigm shift in terms of required capabilities and qualifications for the students with science major. To accommodate this trend, Natural Sciences and Engineering's College has been increasing convergence education which focus on cultivating creative and cooperative learning capabilities as well as acquiring fundamental knowledge of individual majors. However, convergence education developed and implemented by Sciences college or liberal education so far has been mechanical combination of knowledge from different academic fields - not effectively integrated and interdisciplinary education. Given this situation, this research is to develop and propose a "convergence education program based on the development of scientific and cultural contents" as an education tool to enhance capabilities to apply and re-create integrated knowledge as well as acquire and learn existing knowledge. Education program developed in this research aims to achieve two different and sequential capabilities. First is to understand 'Science and Technology' and 'Cultural Archetype' which would be essential and useful to create cultural contents. Second is to develop capabilities to convert this understanding into cultural contents - a storytelling capability. This education program is differentiated in that it defines cultural contents as a medium to converge and integrate science and technology and humanities. By leveraging the concept of cultural content and storytelling, this education program would be able to overcome restrictions of existing interdisciplinary approach. Also, this program would encourage students to try in-depth research and new applications, and develop logical and creative thinking.

The 21st century is often dubbed as a century of culture. Many eyes are on various cultures including global and national ones. In particular regional cultures have emerged as a major interest. Korea's Jeonnam province which has been regarded as a backward region is not an exception in this regard. Its cultural contents which are still intact due to lagging development are drawing much attention. Growing interests and efforts to develop traditional cultural items like Jeonju's traditional paper, Naju's natural dyeing or Damyang's bamboo are good examples. This study is to focus on Damyang's bamboo relying on scientific approach and develop educational contents which demonstrate connections between science and culture. Thus, the study presents region-oriented educational contents based on regional cultures, which will bring about pride and affection toward regions and cultures.

The cultural contents are a field that originally has a cycle ranged from producers of various contents and distribution consumption. The various object elements composing of an ecosystem of cultural contents in this cycle, and the search of harmonious relations between these objects is becoming an important issue. The ecological approach on the cultural contents field is not being tried authentically until now, in spite of the expansion of interest and usefulness from its application at present, so there is no detailed discussion on the inside of an ecosystem and its action such as confirmation of object elements composing of the ecosystem, interaction principles between objects and object development, principles of co-evolution, etc. achieving common development of all objects composing of the ecosystem. Therefore, the present research aims to confirm object elements composing of the ecosystem of cultural contents through an ecosystem model that has been researched in several fields of the ecosystem and social science, and to seek interaction between objects and each object as well as a development direction of a total ecosystem.

The purpose of this study is to present some basic information essential for planning long-term preservation of digital audio files, which have been collected through 'Cultural Archetypes Digitization Project' by the Korea Culture & Content Agency. Needs and limitations of digitization of audio resources for their long-term preservation, digital audio archiving models(OAIS Reference Model and AHDS Model), some technical principles for audio digitization and preservation, preservation metadata and storing media for digital audio files were discussed. Compliance to the requisites listed in Audit Checklist for the Certification of Trusted Digital Repositories of RLG & NARA was suggested. It was also recommended to review the appropriateness of collaborating on digital preservation project with other institutions.

본 논문은 한국 지역 전통식품의 콘텐츠 우수성을 입증하기 위해 역사, 문화, 과학적 근거 발굴과 핵심요소의 정보 체계화를 통해 명확하고 신뢰성 있는 콘텐츠를 설계하였다. 지역전통식품의 핵심요소를 위한 정보 수집 및 분석과 통합분류를 체계화하여 영광굴비를 시범 콘텐츠로 구축하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 지역을 대표하는 한국 전통식품의 우수한 기술과 전통성을 근거기반의 정보서비스가 가능하도록 하였다.

콘텐츠산업은 과학기술 발전 및 정보통신 확산으로 디지털 수요가 크게 늘어남에 따라 거대한 융합산업으로 변화하고 있다. 특히 문화기술 고도화, 실감-체험형 콘텐츠 수요 증가, 다양한 스마트기기 보급 확대, 문화예술 기반 사회생활, 콘텐츠 비즈니스 모델 확대 등은 콘텐츠산업의 융합 동인으로 작용하여 시장을 성숙시키고 있다. 콘텐츠산업의 융합 동인과 유형을 분석하는 것은 국가 차원에서 콘텐츠 산업육성 및 기술정책의 근간으로 매우 중요하기 때문이다. 본 연구는 콘텐츠산업의 융합 현상을 강화, 확장, 결합, 창조의 4가지 경로로 파악하였으며, 융합 유형으로서 장르 융합형(콘텐츠와 콘텐츠), 산업 융합형(콘텐츠와 산업), 기술 융합형(콘텐츠와 기술)의 3가지 형태로 분석하였다.
