  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect on the revisit intention and recommendation intention on the golf course selection attribute factors of Chinese golf course users using IPA. In order to carry out this study, a survey was conducted on 388 Chinese golfers, data processing and IPA analysis were conducted, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the importance of the selection attribute was the highest in employee etiquette, and the price of restaurants and food and beverage was the highest in satisfaction. Second, as a result of the IPA matrix analysis, there were 8 selection attributes for continuous maintenance, 14 for concentration improvement, 5 for low priority, and 3 for excessive effort avoidance. Third, cost, accessibility, course facilities, auxiliary facilities, caddy expertise, and satisfaction with user management were found to affect both revisit and recommendation intentions. Since this study was limited to Chinese golfers, there may be differences in comparing the results with previous studies conducted in other countries on golf culture. Therefore, studies considering cultural diversity should be conducted in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between golf leader trust, exercise flow and psychological happiness for golf practice users. This study surveyed 256 golfers. The data were used to examine the causal relationship between variables using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows: First trust of Instructors had a positive effect on exercise flow. Second, exercise flow had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Third, trust of Instructors had a positive effect on psychological happiness. Fourth, exercise flow mediated the relationship between golf participant trust of Instructors and psychological happiness. If golf participants have higher confidence in their leaders and more commitment to exercise, the quality of life will be higher.

  • This study collected basic data for the design of and research and development for golf wear with an eye toward various consumer needs such as design, activity, function, comfort, and durability as requirements for golf wear. 64 men and women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s were surveyed on the state of wearing golf wear and their satisfaction of the garments. As a result, it was confirmed that the quality of golf wear participants currently possessed did not sufficiently satisfy the research group consumers. Therefore, research and development of golf wear for these consumers should be advanced, while considering reasonable price, age-appropriate design, pattern development, and material selection with keeping in mind the intended activity level as well as comfort. It was thought that the development of functional golf wear would contribute to more comfortable golf activities.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between trust, satisfaction and cognitive performance of golf participants in golf device, focusing on the swing analyzer. A total of 328 questionnaires were collected. Collected data were analyzed by SPSSWIN and AMOS program and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity test, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The result of the study were as follows. First, the trust of golf participants in golf device data has a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, the trust of golf participants in golf device data does not affect Perceived performance. Third, the satisfaction of golf participants in golf device data does not affect Perceived performance. In conclusion, golf participants' trust and satisfaction of the golf swing analyzer are irrelevant to the perceived performance. In conclusion, it was found that golf participants trusted the data presented through the golf device and obtained satisfactory results. However, in that it did not affect the perceived performance, golf participants can think that golf devices should be used to play golf rather than thinking that golf devices enhance their performance.

  • This study attempted to verify and examine the effect of screen golf course service quality on reuse. A total of 300 copies were distributed, and a total of 247 copies were used for analysis, excluding 53 questionnaires with poor responses or many missing questions. Based on these results, the following implications were derived. First, screen golf course users were mainly used by friends, acquaintances, and social groups, and information was obtained through human and Internet, and empathy and reliability among service quality affected the reuse of screen golf courses. When users experience high-quality services, they have high satisfaction and high service quality, and they can increase the probability of forming loyalty and recommending and promoting them to people around them. However, experiencing poor quality services can disappoint customers and leave negative comments on people around them, which reduces the likelihood of reuse. Therefore, in order to increase the reuse of golf courses, quality management, customer opinions and feedback must be accepted, and problems must be dealt with quickly to improve the quality of services and provide services that satisfy customers. Second, although the types, responsiveness, and certainty of sub-factors of screen golf course service quality were not significant in this study, management strategies should be used to increase survival in the highly competitive screen golf industry and reuse them by providing differentiated services.
