최근 국가균형발전을 위한 문화콘텐츠산업의 비중은 날로 커지고 있으며 디지털 컨버젼스의 중심으로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시대적, 사회적 요구에 즈음하여 정부의 지역문화 콘텐츠 육성 의지에 부합하는 전통건축물의 e-Learning을 위한 웹 기반 저작도구의 구현방법을 제안하고자 한다. 지금까지의 전통건축의 복원 및 재현은 전통적인 전수방식에 의존하거나 다분히 현상적인 수준에 그치고 있어, 우리 문화에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 전통건축물에 대한 저변의 확대와 보편적이고 대중적인 이해를 돕기에는 한계가 존재하는 것이 사실이다. 또한 전통건축에 관련한 교육자료는 대부분 고서(古書)나 텍스트에 의존하고 있는 것이 현실인 점을 감안할 때, 시각적이고 인터랙티브한 e-Learning 시스템의 연구는 필수적이라 할 것이다. 연구의 범위로서는 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원의 진행 중 사업인 문화원형복원사업인 "조선시대 탐라순력도의 디지털콘텐츠 개발"의 내용을 토대로 하며, 조선 중기인 17세기 제주도의 주심포계 전통건축을 대상으로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 내용은 1) 17세기 중엽 제주도의 주심포계 전통건축물에 대한 가구구조의 형성관계 및 그 형상을 디지털화하기 위한 데이터 체계를 제안하고, 2) 이에 따른 웹 기반의 가상전시 및 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 위한 시스템 구축의 프로토타입을 제시하며, 3) 상기 제시한 데이터 체계에 근거한 사용자 중심의 전통건축물 재현을 위한 3차원 저작환경 및 그 인터페이스를 제시한다. 이 결과로 전통건축물의 형성원리를 이해하고 전통 양식에 근거한 창의적 저작이 가능한 환경을 제시함으로써 멀티미디어 저작물 및 디자인 협업, 전통건축 유지보수 분야 등에 파급효과를 기대할 수 있다. 더불어 제안된 내용에 근거한 향후 연구로 전통건축물에 대한 일관되고 통합적인 관리방안과 그 실현수단에 대한 논의를 비롯하여 전통문화를 소재로 한 디지털 콘텐츠의 활용방안 및 그 부가가치에 대한 논의가 병행되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a design method to making characterized street for city regeneration and strategy for regional activation through making characterized street. For this purpose we analyze a case of 'Bosu-dong Book Street' in the city of Busan with compared to the cases of 'Hay on wye' in UK and 'Kanda old book street' in Japan. We have some suggestions from this analysis as follows; 1. Connection with tourism and publication industry is needed for regional economic vitality and urban regeneration. And Both of Softwares and Hardwares those are based on local identity are needed to be developed as contents of the street, 2. Merchants and Residents have to take the leading part and public authority is need to support them as street makers. 3. Sustainable participation and efforts of the community leaded by merchants and residents are needed in the whole process of making characterized street such as making, operating and management of hardware & software.

Sejong-Jirhiji, completed in 1454, has records on Anthropologic and NaturalGeography, Economy, Military affairs and Indusry, especially in the side of Industry, resources plant is included. It has much more species, which are almost wild and only a few cultivated, tham in the Moden book of Geography. The total species of resources plant recorded in 8 provinces are 1277, but by the system of classifcation they are 104 families and 267 species. It is almost same record as in Hyang- Yak Chip Seong Bang published in 1433, in which the total species are 103 families, 281 species. We can see the voluntary will to avoid chinese chemical, expensive and difficult to get, and to exploit our own in this book. Among these, Cullen coryliforia included in Leguminosae, Styrax benzoin included in Styraceae and Ocimum sanctum included in Labiatae are plants of trophic or subtropic. We don't know through which passage do they come. The different names on a same species give a difficult problem in understanding the traditional book. Today resources plant's spread recorded in Sejong-Jirhiji gives a referential help, and Korean botany is based on it.

Composite particles of porous silica and cerium oxide nanoparticles blocking UV/blue light were prepared through a dry coating process. Various composite particles were prepared by varying conditions such as the mixing ratio of cerium oxide and silica, and the chamber rotating speed of mechano fusion system. The surface morphology of the composite particles was observed with SEM and the composition was analyzed using X-ray fluorescence (XRF). When the cerium oxide/silica composite particles were dispersed in water, the transparency and dispersion stability of the colloidal solution were improved. In addition, the fluidity and spreadability of the particle powder were enhanced by making composite particles. These results show that cerium oxide/silica composite particles can be used as functional cosmetic ingredients for UV/blue light protection.

Colophon means an element to describe bibliographic areas of the concerned book on the specific space like a back of the title page or the last page of a book. Colophon functioned as an information source when cataloging in a library, an area concerning the copyright and as an useful information to readers. The publication of a new book has begun since early 1900s in Korea. And the element of the colophon is dependent on changes in the social and cultural environment. Among the element of the colophon early 1900s until now, the elements consistently appear on the title and the author, a place of publication, a publisher, the date of publication and the price. Additional the elements according to the change of social environment are the edition, ISBN, the registration of publisher, the address of publisher and an author career. On the other hand, omitted elements are the address of author, the account number and the seal. In the future, the size of the book is additionally wanted to describe in the colophon.

In this paper, It proposed the development of integrated data management's prototype system for aviation accident and incident system. With the recent development of the aviation accident investigation equipment, accident investigation system should collect and manage the various types of jpg, avi, and wav data files. However, the ECCAIRS system does not have a separate database for managing the various generated data during the accident investigation. And the Korea aviation accident management system also has the same problem. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the aviation accident report system of major foreign countries and prepare a method to apply it to the domestic environment. Through the prototype of the integrated data management system, we confirmed the performance through inputting the existing data and the recently investigated data. We will use this result as basic data for completion of final integrated data management system.

The antioxidant properties of red ginseng extracts prepared under different extraction conditions were evaluated by a variety of antioxidant assays, including $DPPH^{\cdot}$ radical scavenging, $ABTS^{+\cdot}$ radical scavenging, superoxide anion scavenging, nitrite scavenging and reducing power activities. The contents of total phenolic compounds and flavonoids were also determined. The various antioxidant activities were compared to positive controls such as Trolox, tannic acid and ascorbic acid. The antioxidant activities of all of the extracts were shown to be the highest in the ethanol extract. The antioxidant activities of the red ginseng powder were the lowest among the samples. The amounts of total phenolic compounds and flavonoids were at a maximum in the ethanol extract. Correlation analysis demonstrated the existence of a linear relationship between free radical scavenging activities and the phenolic compounds contents of extracts. The antioxidant activity of yogurt was increased as the result of the addition of red ginseng extract. The quality characteristics of the yogurt to which red ginseng extract was added were similar to those of yogurt without red ginseng extract. The overall sensory score and color of yogurt made from 0.5% red ginseng was the best of the tested yogurts. In accordance with the antioxidant activity and quality characteristics, the optimal concentration of red ginseng extract was approximately 0.5%.

We try to explore the effect of the emotions of viewers caused by the insertion of the in-program adversiging on the advertising effect. To test our hypotheses, we collected the data through two lab experiments and analyze the data with t-test. The results are as follows. First, high engagement to the media contents impacts positively on the feeling of viewer's irritation when the movie clip is interrupted and an in-program advertising is inserted. Second, the negative emotions of the irration are congruented, which affect the attitude of the advertised product negatively. On the other hand, the irritation caused by the in-program advertising had a positive effect on the brand awareness and memory(recall) of the advertised product because of high state of arousal. These results enrich the understanding about the role of in-program advertising which affect viewer's feeling and behvior. Moreover, these findings provides managerial implications to help advertising managers manage their in-program advertising more effectively.

This study was intended to academically redefine the art of seal engraving of the Joseon Dynasty through seal analysis related to Kim Jeong-hui and to widely promote its excellence. Previous studies on seals were examined, and comparative studies were conducted focusing on the seals engraved by Kim Jeong-hui and the related seals. The importance of the real seal study, not the stamp, was confirmed. If there was a byeongwan on the side of the seal, it was possible to understand that Kim Jeong-hui directly carved the seal. Also, it was possible to confirm the stone quality of the seal, the method of writing, the method of layout, and the method of holding graver. The imitation seal engraved with a tool rather than hand made it easy to grasp the uncertain production intent. All were analyzed by actual tensile, so it was a possible study result. The results of this study will serve as an indicator to judge the authenticity of the seal when evaluating an ancient painting in the future.

The isolation system is installed at the base of a structure for reduction of the earthquake damage to the structure. In the 1970', when the laminated rubber bearing(LR type) is developed, the isolation system is put in practice. And recently a new isolation system(SR type), including the laminated rubber bearing with the friction plate beneath, is developed. In this thesis, a study on the base isolation effect, for various of the isolation system and structure properties, is performed. The results of this parameter study show that the isolation system can reduce the earthquake damage of the building structures significantly. As the period of isolation system increases, the isolation effect increases and converges to zero damage. As the number of story increases, the isolation effect reduces. It is found that SR type isolation system is more effective than LR type because SR type base isolation system reduces acceleration, drift and total displacement.
