This study analyzes the effects of accessibility, support system, economical efficiency, surrounding environment, business potential, and facility characteristics on customer satisfaction with Knowledge Industrial Center, in line with customer patterns based on the owner-occupied facility/rental facility, and occupancy period. We find that, in the group of customers as a whole, the factors except surrounding environment have statistically significant influences, with accessibility and economical efficiency showing relatively big influences. Across owner-occupied facility group/rental facility group and 3 occupancy period groups, the statistically significant factors differ. Among all groups, including customers as a whole, accessibility has a statistically significant high influence in five groups, but the others factors differs depending on customer characteristic group, showing the different constant between 0.2 0~0.27 of regression coefficient. According to the results of this paper, for more successful operation, Knowledge Industrial Center may focus first on the accessibility, and may focus on the other factors depending upon the various customer characteristic group.

Estimating the sales price of a residential building development project is difficult because of it has many complex variables such as location, environment, and economic conditions. Many previous studies related to influence factors of the sales price is to identify by survey of experts and it is few studies by comparing with actual sales price. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors influenced on the projects by using correlation analysis from collected actual data in this study. For the purpose, first, the factors such as economy, location, housing, financial environmental factors were identified from previous studies. Second, data were collected on actual sale prices and selected factors. Finally, the actual sales price and factors were compared and analyzed by using correlation analysis. As a result, the R² values of economy, location, housing and financial environmental factors were over 0.5 respectively. Therefore, it was confirmed that these factors were significantly correlated with actual sales price. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as basic data for research and development of a new sale prices prediction model.

In this study, we propose factor augmentation to improve forecasting power of cryptocurrency return. We consider financial and economic variables as well as psychological aspect for possible factors. To be more specific, financial and economic factors are obtained by applying principal factor analysis. Psychological factor is summarized by news sentiment analysis. We also visualize such factors through impulse response analysis. In the modeling perspective, we consider ARIMAX as the classical model, and random forest and deep learning to accommodate nonlinear features. As a result, we show that factor augmentation reduces prediction error and the GRU performed the best amongst all models considered.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of individual and environmental factors on the career identity of Chinese-Korean adolescents in Yanbian, China. Academic achievement and self-esteem were considered as individual factors, and parent attachment and teacher attachment were considered as environmental factors. This study sought to answer the question "Which individual and environmental factors had an effect on the career identity of Chinese-Korean adolescents in Yanbian, China?" The data was collected from 290 middle school students in Yanbian, China through the use of a survey. The results were as follows: self-esteem as an individual factor and teacher attachment as an environmental factor were found to have a significant effect on career identity. Also, teacher attachment as an environmental factor had the greatest effect on career identity. In the conclusion, we considered theoretical and practical implications of this study to improve the career identity of Chinese-Korean adolescents in China.

In concrete cable-stayed bridge, the time-dependent effects of concrete should be taken into account for the optimum cable force adjustment. The method for estimating the creep coefficient with using the deflections and the cable forces in concrete cable-stayed bridge is presented and the effects of the creep coefficient error are analyzed.

지금까지의 교통사업 평가 및 대안선정을 위한 평가 방법은 주고 경제성 평가에 치중하여 왔다. 또한 정부 및 공급자 외에 지역주민이나 이용자 등의 의견은 공청회등을 통한 의견 수렴을 제의하고는 계획 및 평가단계에서의 참여는 제도적으로 없는 실정이다. 이에 따라 적지 않은 수의 교통계획 및 대안 선정 사업들이 제반 평가요인에 대한 불충분한 고려와 또한 지역주민들의 반대에 부딪혀 취소 또는 재고되고 있다. 따라서 교통 계획 및 평가 단계에서의 관련 의사결정자의 제도적 참여를 가능케 하고 사업과 관련된 제반 평가 요인을 평가틀 내에서 고려할 수 있는 다 판단 기준분석 평가방법 (Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods: MCDM)이 대두, 요구되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 제 방법 중 순위 선정 및 제반 평가요인의 고려에 장점을 가지고 있는 계층 분석법을 이용하여 교통사업의 대안선정에 있어 최적노선을 평가 선정하고자 한다. 본 사례를 통하여 다판단 기준 분석 평가방법의 도입 필요성 및 교통사업평가에의 유용성 및 적용성을 제시하고자한다.

The city square is an important public open space for people. Being used for various activities, such as community gatherings, open markets, concerts, political rallies, and other events, many types of city squares are represented in a city. Nevertheless, most city squares are planned uniformly, lacking consideration for visitor behavior and use satisfaction. The study investigated the design factors and subcomponents influencing user satisfaction with different types of city squares. This study focused on the general city square in Seoul, including the grand public place (i.e. Gwanghwamun Square) and the neighborhood park (i.e. Geumbit Square). The data were analyzed using factor analysis, linear regression and fuzzy theory. The results of the study are as follows: first, five design factors of satisfaction with city squares are identified (Amenity, Usability, Spatial components, Culture, and Comfortableness). Second, Amenity, Comfortableness, and spatial components significantly affect user satisfaction with Gwanghwamun in that order. On the other hand, in Geumbit Square, Comfortableness, Amenity, Usability and Spatial components affect user satisfaction in a significant way, in that order. Third, cleanliness, a subcomponent of amenity, was ranked highest using the fuzzy theory function for satisfaction with Gwanghwamun Square. Otherwise, the prevalence of plants was ranked the highest on the Geumbit Square survey. The study compared design factors influencing satisfaction in the public grand place and the neighborhood park. The results have implications for designing and planning city squares to the satisfaction of their visitors.

인간은 누구나 끊임없이 환경과 상호작용을 하며 살아간다. 따라서 우리는 인간의 건강수준이 환경중의 여러요인들과 밀접한 관계를 갖으리라는 심증을 쉽게 가질 수 있다. 인간의 건강장애는 환경 이 외에도 여러 가지 조건, 즉 생물학적 요인이나 유전적 요인 그리고 생활양식이나 식생방법, 지리, 기 후적 특성 등과도 관련이 있다. 그런 까닭에 앞에서 열거한 여러 요인을 고려하고 특정한 건강자애에 대 한 환경요인의 기여도를 평가하는 작업이 쉽지않다.

This paper discusses the covariance structures of data collected from an experiment with a nested design structure, where a smaller experimental unit is nested within a larger one. Due to the nonrandomization of repeated measures factors to the nested experimental units, compound symmetry covariance structure is assumed for the analysis of data. Treatments are given as the combinations of the levels of random factors and fixed factors. So, a mixed-effects model is suggested under compound symmetry structure. An example is presented to illustrate the nesting in the experimental units and to show how to get the parameter estimates in the fitted model.
