1844년 Rochdale Pioneers는 소비자 협동조합을 만들고 그 첫 번째 상점을 열었다. 이 소비조합을 통해 지역 주민에게 양질의 식품을 저렴한 가격에 제공했다. 이러한 유럽의 전통적이고 좌파성향의 경제적 분배이념이 발전하여 유럽의 사회적 기업의 발판이 되었다. 뿐 만 아니라 1991년 이탈리아에서는 주주나 소유주의 이익 산출보다는 공동체 또는 구성원을 위하는 사회적 경제 개념의 협동조합이 시작되었다. 1980년 아쇼카 재단의 설립자 빌 드레이튼은 슘페트에 의해 처음 소개된 '기업가정신'을 한 단계 높은 차원으로 끌어올렸다. 그는 기업가 정신을 사회적 혁신에도 적용하여 사회의 난제에 대해서도 창조적 파괴를 시도하자는 뜻에서 사회적'과 '기업가'를 합성하여 사회적 기업가 정신이라고 사용했다. 이러한 사회적 기업의 발전 과정에서 보면 유럽과 미국의 인식의 차이를 우리는 느낄 수 있다. 유럽의 경우는 좌파적 성향이 담겨져 있다. 유럽의 사회적 기업은 협동조합에서 알 수 있듯이 공평한 분배 개념에의 접근이다. 그에 비해서 미국의 경우는 우파적 성향이 강하다. 미국은 기업가 정신이 투철한 기업가가 많은 부를 축척하고 이렇게 축척된 부의 분배 과정에서 사회적 가치가 강조된다. 이러한 사회적 기업을 가능하게 하는 요인 중 하나가 사회적 자본으로 불리는 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 25개의 사회적 기업 실증을 통하여 생존을 위한 전략적 차원에서 네트워크의 다양성과 강도가 사회적 기업의 기업생존과 고용성장, 매출성장 나아가 권한위임에 정의 관계가 있음을 검증하였다.

In petrochemical complex, Hydrogen Network optimization is surveying the extra Hydrogen and needed Hydrogen of each company and calculating the optimized distribution. This paper compares the case of using the existing pipeline and the case of not using the existing pipeline to show the effect quantitatively and clearly by modeling the both cases and using mathematical programming. As a result, using the existing pipeline can save the pipe cost over 20% and increase the whole network benefit by thirteen billion won.

Recently the Personal Computer hacking and game hacking for the purpose of gaining an economic profit is increased in Windows system. Malicious code often uses methods which inject dll or code into memory in target process for using covert channel for communicating among them, bypassing secure products like personal firewalls and obtaining sensitive information in system. This paper analyzes the technique for injecting and executing code into memory area in target process. In addition, this analyzes the PE format and IMPORT table for extracting injected dll in running process in affected system and describes a method for extracting and analyzing explicitly loaded dll files related with running process. This technique is useful for finding and analyzing infected processes in affected system.

Development of AR/VR has expanded computer games from indoor static contents to outdoor dynamic contents. The syndrome of 'Pokemon Go' which is a representative AR game was born, and Nintendo's stock price shot up a massive 120%. Although some people gained profits, new damages are emerging including illegal intrusion or road accidents because it is a type of game to visit real locations. There are reported about 114 thousand road accidents related to the game. This study aims to examine the trends of AR game in 2016 and analyze damages and positive cases to suggest a method for preventing accidents due to the AR game, and a business model.

Actual construction data of completed projects can be utilized for the economic, time benefit of improving the efficiency on planning, designing, estimating and managing tasks in succeeding projects. But the lack of the system which accumulates and manages the actual data with standardized type, it has not performed well and stayed on early stage. It is required not only specific plan for the utilization of actual data but a construction information management system which collects and processes far-reaching data with standardized from based on facility. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a construction information management system for Apartment housing ,which stored data along project feature database, actual cost database and actual database based on the Web. This effort can make an offer the clearness of dull construction market and the base of construction intelligence

This paper analyzes the role of technology valuation in licensing, a commonly used type of transaction of technology, and reviews methods to analyze information on technology valuation for technology licensing. It contemplates the concepts, types and practical application of cost-based valuation, market-based valuation, discounted cash flow, and economic analysis. It shows that each method considers how to share profits associated with technology between licensor and licensee in a fair and reasonable manner when we apply any method to technology licensing.

국제전기통신연합 (ITU)에서 주관하여 2015년 11월 2일-27일 스위스 제네바에서 개최된 WRC-15(세계전파통신회의, World Radiocommunication Conference)회의에서는 28개 의제에 대한 각국 의견을 논의한 후 최종적으로 국제전파규칙(Radio Regulations)을 개정하였다. WRC회의는 전세계의 공통적인 주파수 사용을 위한 국제법이라고 할 수 있는 국제전기통신연합 (ITU)의 전파규칙(Radio Regulation) 제개정을 위해, 3-4년 간격으로 개최되는 전파통신 관련 권위를 가진 회의라고 할 수 있다. 본 회의에서는 전세계의 국가별 전파이익과 상업적 우선권을 둘러싼 정치적, 경제적 이권 다툼이 치열하게 진행되었으며, 2012년부터 추진되었던 국제전기통신연합 산하의 연구반 (ITU-R Study Group)의 의제별 연구결과를 토대로 관련 국제전파규약들을 최종적으로 개정하였다. 국내 전파천문의 입장에서는 상기 회의의 의제 가운데 현재 한국우주전파관측망의 원활한 운용과 사용주파수 대역의 보호를 위해, 전파규칙 내의 관련 주석(footnote, 5.562D) 개정을 위한 우리나라의 국가기고서를 발표하였다. 그 결과, 이전까지는 128GHz 대역의 위성운용대역에서 우리나라 전파천문업무가 우선 순위를 가지고 2015년까지 사용하도록 제한되어 있던 규정을 개정하고 사용기한에 대한 제약을 삭제하도록 개정하였다. 본 발표에서는 상기 결과 및 기타 주파수대역 (10GHz 대역)의 전파천문업무 보호를 위한 신규 주석, 그리고 철폐논란으로 찬반 논란이 거세었던 윤초 이슈의 논의 결과 등에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Forklift tend to work in place rather than moving due to work environment conditions, so they express only the engine operation time without expressing the moving distance unlike a general car's instrument panel. Therefore, various consumables constituting the forklift have a replacement cycle according to the operation time of the engine. However, it is very difficult to judge the exact replacement cycle only by the engine operation time because the working environment differs for each forklift. In this paper, we propose a system that provides position information and moving distance information of forklift to driver using GPS and IMU sensor. By using this system, it is expected that the forklift status information, which is difficult to judge by the existing instrument panel, is provided as easier information, and economic benefits for forklift management and maintenance are expected.

This paper is the second part of a literature review describing the current status of biomass energy use in the USA. The bioenergy technologies that convert biomass resources to a form of energy were presented, in particular focused on existing coal fired boiler, high efficiency gasification combined cycle. We presented latest biomass power energy supply, economic issues such as its production and plant investment cost in the Part I. In the Part II, our review summarized policy and market issues for electricity consumers, benefits from biomass power which could offer an alternative to conventional energy sources in the form of environmental, rural economic growth, and national energy security in the USA.
