SaaS 비즈니스 모델별 시장 경쟁력 결정 요인 프레임워크에 관한 연구;그룹웨어, CRM 및 ERP를 중심으로

  • 최근 소프트웨어 유통방식은 웹(Web) 2.0 시대의 도래와 더불어 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) 웹 서비스(Web Service), 온 디멘드(On Demand), 컴퍼넌트(Component) 등의 개념 및 기술의 발전으로 ASP(Application Service Provider) 방식에서 SaaS(Soft as a Service) 방식으로 빠르게 진화하고 있다. 새롭게 등장하고 있는 SaaS 비즈니스 모델의 시장 경쟁력 결정 요인 분석은 SaaS 비즈니스 모델 중에서도 국내 가장 대표적인 그룹웨어, CRM, ERP 를 중심으로 전략경영이론을 도입하여 기업의 내부 및 외부 경쟁력 결정요인을 마이클포터, 동인분석, 주요 성공요인 분석, SWOT 를 중심으로 접근하고자 한다. 설문조사를 통한 주요 SaaS 비즈니스 모델별 시장 경쟁력 결정 요인에 대한 시론적인 분석 결과는 SaaS 시장 진출 신규 기업 및 정부의 SaaS 시장 육성 방향 설정 그리고 후속적인 연구의 방향을 결정하는데 중요한 벤치마킹 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Influence of Competitive Factors of Fitness Center on Customer Satisfaction and Re-use Intention (피트니스센터의 경쟁요인이 고객만족 및 재이용의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is analysis how the competitive factors of fitness center's affect customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Accordingly, It surveyed fitness center customers in Pusan and Kyungnam, and analyzed amount 422 questionnaires with the SPSS WIN 23.0 and AMOS WIN 23.0 program, so it reached these conclusions. First, the accessibility of location characteristic showed that it had a relevant influence on the customer satisfaction, but the visibility didn't have a relevant influence on it. Second, the spatiality and convenience of the facility characteristic showed that they influenced customer satisfaction. Third, the responsiveness and professionalism of the service characteristic factor showed that they had a relevant influence on the customer satisfaction, but the reliability and empathy didn't have a relevant influence on it. Fourth, the customer satisfaction had a relevant influence on the reuse intention. According to this study, we found that the competition factor was bound up with the customer satisfaction and reuse intention. In the end, grasping customers' satisfaction and preferred utilization pattern should be reflected actively in the fitness center management.

  • This study is for analyzing the management performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA which is one of the most importantly external environment in international management since in the middle of 1990s. The main purpose is to test empirically some relations between the management performances and the levels of ownership-specifics advantages of Korean tourism ones. To be exact, the dependent variables of management performances are classified with sales, profits and management satisfaction, while the independent ones of the competitive advantages are sorted with the 5 following factors like marketing, product development, service supply, finance and organization culture. The survey of Korean tourism enterprises engaging in management activities in Korea is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are being used for correlation, reliability, validity, multi regression and the path analysis of structural equation modeling. As a result, Marketing is certified as only common factor to influence three dependent variables of sales, profit and management satisfaction positively.

  • Due to the rapid growth of Chinese ports, currently, research for the improvement of competitiveness of Busan port have been intensively studied. These research have mostly evaluated or analyzed competitiveness of ports, and then, based on results of analysis, have suggested some strategies for enhancing competitiveness of Busan port. However. although implications of these previous studies are practically available to build policies for Busan port, basic studies such as identification of port competitiveness( or port selection) related factors for reasonable evaluation and analysis which have contributions in academic area have been very rare. The primary objective of this study is to investigate port selection criteria, based on empirical data Especially, in this study, we classify internal /external factors, and present importances of external factors that have yet to be empirically identified in previous studies.

  • The competition between ship management companies is fierce as a result of global trend towards increased specialization. In order for ship management companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to understand the local and global factors and the changing circumstances that impact shipping markets and trade patterns. To better understand these factors, a study and analysis of drawing priority of the competitiveness-evaluation factors of ship management companies was conducted using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a method dealing with dicision-making problem. As a consequence of this analysis, it was determined that human resources, both shipboard and land management, were a primary factor in ship management company's competitiveness. Thus, the acquisition and retention of capable staff was a key aspect of assuring a ship management company's competitiveness.

  • Recently, We will analyzed the effects of supply chain management(SCM) execution factors on the competitive advantage, focusing on display industry, which is the most intense sectors in global competition. It is important for global companies to secure corporate agility to actively respond to rapid changes in the market. This study examines whether business agility influences competitive advantage and plays a mediating role between performance and competitive advantage considering market situation.. As a result, it was analyzed that three variables of strategic factors such as strategic partnership, information sharing, and information technology have statistically significant effects on firm agility and competitive advantage. Also, it is proved that corporate agility is mediating effect on SCM execution factor and competitive advantage. This study suggests that SCM in global manufacturing industry is a Business Management System(MIS) that must be operated in enterprise management.

  • This study examines the relationships between typical anticipated benefit factors of introducing online business activities by traditional brick-and-mortar shipping and port logistics companies and their performance in marketing mix and global competitiveness. Three major benefit factors were derived including improved trust, information acquiring and limitation of offline business activities. The three empirically derived critical synergy factors were then used to examine how they improve the firms performance in marketing mix and global competitiveness. The results of structural equation modeling method show that the anticipated benefit factors significantly influence the firms' performance in marketing mix. Subsequently, marketing mix significantly influence the firms' global competitiveness. The results provide useful guidelines for the shipping and port logistics firms to develop appropriate marketing mix strategies to improve their global competitiveness.

  • The biggest characteristic of Social Network Game(SNG) is that games are played through competition and cooperation with the actual acquaintances based on SNS. Even though such competition and challenge spirit have been dealt importantly as preceding factors having influence on the flow in games in the existing game area, it is rare to find researches deeply considering the characteristics of ranking competition between acquaintances in SNG. Moreover, it was not considered that such acquaintances could be the targets of competition and also challenge at the same time in SNG. Therefore, this study examined the achievements(big differences in ranking, small differences in ranking) of the targets for comparison and closeness(strong ties, weak ties) with the targets for comparison as factors having influence on competition and challenge spirit, and also empirically analyzed the influence of such factors and interactions between factors on players' competition and challenge spirit in the ranking competitive society, by analyzing the characteristics of ranking competition between acquaintances in the mobile puzzle, SNG based on SNS through the analysis on the preceding research on the self-evaluation maintenance model of the social comparison theory. In the results, when preferentially exposing competitors with small difference in ranking and also exposing competitors with stronger ties, players' competition is stimulated, so that it can improve their challenge spirit. Such results of this study can be expected to a lot contribute to the actual design work of SNG ranking table contents.

An Analysis on the Efficiency and the Determinants of International Competitiveness of Korean Power Plant Service Industry (국내 발전정비산업의 효율성 및 경쟁력 결정요인 분석)

  • In 2005, the Korean government decided to postpone the introduction of competition up to 2009 in the power plant service industry. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency changes and the determinants of international competitiveness of Korean power plant service industry by the comparison between before and after 2006. The sample used in the estimation of efficiency is six firms III Korean power plant service sector for the period of 2003~2008. According to the results, technical efficiency before 2006 (2003~2005) is 0.865 and that after 2005 (2006~2008) is 0.947, which implies that efficiency has been improved after the delay of introduction of competition. In addition, according to the analyses based on the diamond model of Porter using survey data, demand condition has been ranked first in the determinants of international competitiveness. The second and the third important conditions are government and input factor ones. Firm's strategy/structure/competitiveness condition is the most weak condition. Therefore, it would be necessary for firms to improve this condition for competitiveness.
