This study aims to review the socialist news magazines between 1925 and 1936 under the Japanese regime, then to analyze how they published and how they managed the branch. The socialist magazines appeared legally and officially right after the 3 1 movement when the ownership and publishing of newspapers and news magazines was partially allowed. However, there were many obstacles because the permission by the Japanese regime was a result of deceptive cultural policy. The Japanese government more sensitively responded to the socialists' related news stories rather than other types of publications. Due to over-censorship and financial difficulty, the life time of most socialists' news magazines was very short. However, these news magazines did play an important role to disseminate socialism. In doing so, because the news magazines were a part of social movements, the delivery network was also maintained based on social movements.

To help network intrusion detection systems(NIDSs) keep up with the demands of today's networks, that we the increasing network throughput and amount of attacks, a radical new approach in hardware and software system architecture is required. In this paper, we propose a Network Processor(NP) based In-Line mode NIDS that supports the packet payload inspection detecting the malicious behaviors, as well as the packet filtering and the traffic metering. In particular, we separate the filtering and metering functions from the deep packet inspection function using two-level searching scheme, thus the complicated and time-consuming operation of the deep packet inspection function does not hinder or flop the basic operations of the In-line mode system. From a proto-type NP-based NIDS implemented at a PC platform with an x86 processor running Linux, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, and 2.5Gbps Agere PayloadPlus(APP) NP solution, the experiment results show that our proposed scheme can reliably filter and meter the full traffic of two gigabit ports at the first level even though it can inspect the packet payload up to 320 Mbps in real-time at the second level, which can be compared to the performance of general-purpose processor based Inspection. However, the simulation results show that the deep packet searching is also possible up to 2Gbps in wire speed when we adopt 10Gbps APP solution.

This study was researched the external ocular structure on the korean young age. The results was as follows; 1. On the distance of innercanthus, the average length was 38-40 mm. In the twenties age, the male was longer then the female. 2. On the length of palpebral fissure, the average length was 35-37 mm and right and left eye was similar results. But, the male was longer than the female. 3. On the width of palpebral fissure, the average width was 7-8mm and the male and female was similar results. 4. At the near distance, the average PD was 29-33 mm, but in the twenty age, the left eye of male was longer than the right eye. On the other hand, In the female, the results was reverse. 5. At the distance, the average PD was 31-32 mm, But, In the teens, the male and female was similar results. On the other hand, In the twenties age, the male was longer than the female.

본 논문은 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있는 유해 정보들이 인터넷을 통해 무분별하게 제공되기 때문에 우리의 청소년들이 접근을 차단할 수 있는 시스템의 설계와 구현에 관한 연구이다. 유해 정보를 차단하기 위해 여러 차단 소프트웨어들이 개발되어서 기존의 차단 소프트웨어들은 차단 목록 데이터베이스를 사용해서 목록에 있는 경우 차단을 하거나 등급 표시에 따르도록 한다. 차단 목록 데이터베이스의 지속적인 업데이트, 등급 표시에 따른 오류나 사전 검열 등이 문제점으로 나타났다. 이 문제점 해결을 위해 본 논문에서는 사이트 상에서 제공되어지는 내용을 AC 머신을 이용하여 유해 단어를 추출하고 유해 정보 데이터베이스를 이용해서 유해 단어에 가중치를 부여했다. 그 결과로 유해 정보를 포함한 사이트는 90%의 차단률을 보여 효율적인 시스템으로 판명되었다.

This study focuses on“Intellectual Freedom”based on the fundamental principles of library user services in Western countries. Particularly, this paper pursues to the philosophical foundations of“the freedom of expression”. It also studies how“the freedom of expression”was restrained by pursuing the definitions of“pornography”and “obscenity”in terms of the court's opinions of The Supreme Court of the United States. Also, PICS and the Communication Decency Acts were discussed.

The value of information becomes very high, a large number of research works has been made for acquiring, managing, and using information. In a specific company (or organization), they are classifying company data documents with managed security levels, and they are securing their secured documents. In this paper, we introduce essential technologies enabling to inspect documents securely and to change specific keywords to normal words, in case that a higher security level document should be converted to a lower security level document.

Internet censorship-circumvention and anonymizing services are becoming important with an increase in Internet population. Existing circumvention/anonymizing systems, however, have their own limitations, and they mainly suffer from the shortage of volunteers who relay others' traffic to bypass censors. In this paper, we present a new way of achieving censorship-circumvention while guaranteeing anonymity through the cooperation between censored and uncensored users.

국방 각급 부대는 망연계 자료교환 시스템에 의해 인터넷과 국방망을 연계하여 데이터를 수집하고 있다. 또한, 안전한 국방 데이터수집과 빅데이터 환경조성을 위해 악성코드를 내재한 데이터들을 차단 및 분류하는 데이터 검열을 수행한다. 그러나 수집되는 데이터들이 새로운 악성코드를 내재할 경우, 현재 운용되고 있는 국방 시스템으로 식별하는 것이 불가능하여 외부로부터의 보안위협이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 새로운 악성코드 위협에도 대응할 수 있는 Learned MAPE-K 기반 자료교환 시스템을 제안한다.
