Countries recognize seriousness and concern about aviation terrorism, try to stamp out of it but aviation terrorism has been increasing in the world. Airport security is completely up to the result of security screening for passengers, check-in baggages and cargo at the check point. To complete effectively human and physical screening at the airport, it is essential to secure modernized screening equipment and specialized security screener, and airport security supervisor to supervising them. In this study, A survey conducted to find out the effect on screening equipment operating factors of airport security supervisor's individual attitude. The results of the study are as follow First, the duty view of airport security supervisor meaningfully affect expertise of screening equipment operating factors, satisfaction, reliability, and education and training, national point of view meaningfullly doesn't affect screening equipment operating factors. Second, the working condition effects on the education and training, if the working condition is getting better, intent to change occupation is getting lower. Third, duty stress meaningfully effects on the intent to change occupation, now airport security supervisor works in poor condition. Therefore, airport security supervisor needs to be prude of protecting the airport from the terrorism and various attacks and various kinds of aviation security regulations and procedures and comply with operating standards and keep the life of the country and its people, and needs to change awareness. And It is nessasary for government or airport authority or airline to prepare countermeasure for the improvement of their labor conditions.

This research focuses on the perception of security screeners using a full body scanner at airport which had been newly introduced to terminal 2 of Incheon Int'l airport. To accomplish the purpose of research, this paper used UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. Through an empirical analysis, it was proven the factors consisting of technological acceptance and how those factors affect both organizational innovation at airport and job satisfaction of security screeners. According to an empirical analysis, it was found out all the factors of technological acceptance have a significant effect on both organizational innovation and job satisfaction. However, only the effort expectation was shown to have a significant negative effect on the two dependant variables contrary to the other variables (performance expectation, behavioral intention and self efficacy. It was also proven organizational innovation had a moderating effect between technological acceptance and job satisfaction. Such results suggested organizational innovation at airport security division is necessary to enhance job satisfaction using a newly introduced full body scanner.

Recently, a lot of life damage caused by disaster have happened in the underground space. Because the space is closed areas and used by the unspecific majority. Therefore there are many kinds of emergency equipments for diminishing the life damage in case of the disaster. In this paper, we propose the retrieval system for the administrator. Our system provides the function for searching the descriptive information and spatial information of the equipment management. And the administrator can manage underground disaster equipments effectively through the system.

현대 산업이 무선인터넷 산업구조, 이동통신 서비스 사업자 중심의 무선인터넷 사업 패러다임으로 변화되어 소형 임베디드(Embedded) 장비를 이용하여 장소의 제약없이 다양한 응용프로그램의 사용과 인터넷의 접속이 가능하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 플랫폼에 독립적인 자바기술을 이용하여 임베디드장비를 이용하여 지하철 운행시간 검색이란 응용프로그램을 구현하였다.

기존의 전산 장비 관리시스템은 장비 및 시스템을 관리하는 전산실에서 문서로만 관리되던 장비 정보들을 전산화하여 관리할 수 있도록 만들어졌다. 하지만 입력정보가 고정되어 있어 등록할 수 있는 장비에 한계가 있어 개선이 필요하였다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 전산 장비 관리 시스템을 재설계하고 구현한다. 기존 시스템의 장비 등록 수와 장비 검색 정확도를 비교하여 개선된 시스템의 효율성을 입증하였다.

The existing computer equipment management system is designed to computerize and manage equipment information that was managed only by documents in the computer room. However, the existing system focuses on computerizing the equipment arranged in the document, so there is a limit to the equipment that can be registered and it is difficult to find the necessary equipment. In addition, it caused inconvenience to confirm whether the registered equipment is currently used. In this paper, we redesign and implement the computer equipment management system to solve the problem. For this purpose, the existing computer equipment management system was thoroughly analyzed throughout, and the system is designed and implemented to improve the system by reflecting the opinions of public officials and management companies using the system. In the performance evaluation, the efficiency of the improved system is proved by comparing the number of equipment registrations and equipment search accuracy of the existing system.

최근, 디지털 카메라와 디지털 캠코더처럼 디지털 장비가 대중화됨에 따라, 이미지 데이터가 급증하게 되었다. 이와 함께, 이미지 검색에 대한 요구도 증가하게 되었으며, 단순한 텍스트 검색이 아닌 이미지의 특징에 기반한 검색이 요구되고 있다. 특징 기반의 검색은 색상, 질감, 모양 등과 같은 특성에 기반한 검색으로 사람이 일일이 주석을 입력하는 방식보다 자동화가 가능하며, 빠르게 인덱싱할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 모양을 이용하여 이미지를 인덱싱 하였으며, 스케치된 식물의 잎 모양의 이미지를 이용 하였다. 또한, 식물의 잎에 뻗어있는 잎맥의 모양을 이용하여 검색의 정확도를 높였다.

본 문서는 JPEG(Joint Photographic coding experts group)에서 새로운 분야로 준비중인 JPSearch의 기술개요와 구조를 소개함으로써 텍스트 기반에서 영상 대 영상 검색 시스템의 전환을 제시한다. 또한 영상 대 영상 검색 시스템의 기본적인 기술특징과 JPSearch에서 요구하는 시스템 구조를 설명한다. JPSearch의 영상 검색 시스템이 사용 가능한 다양한 사용자 경우를 제시하였다.

To effectively manage research information in the field of national defense, metadata about the information should be managed systematically, and an integrated system to help convergence and management of the information should be implemented based on the metadata. In addition, the system should provide the users with effective integrated search services in a mobile environment, because searching via the use of mobile devices is increasing. The objective of this paper is to suggest a MSISS (Mobile Semantic Integrated Search System), which satisfies the requirements for effective management of the national defense research information. Specifically, we defined national defense research ontologies and national defense research rules after analyzing the Dublin Core metadata and database information of the major military research institutions. We implemented a prototype system for MSISS to demonstrate the use of the ontologies and rules for semantic integrated searching of the military research information. We also presented a triple-based search service to support semantic integrated search in a mobile environment and suggested future mobile semantic integrated search services.

본 논문에서는 초 .중등학교의 교육정보화 시설 및 장비관리의 효율성 제고방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 CAD 도면의 BOM 정보를 활용한 학교시설관리와 업무처리 방안을 모색하였다. 먼저, BOM 기능을 활용하여 시설 장비 객체와 관리정보를 함께 기록한 CAD 도민을 얻고, 여기에서 관리대상 객체에 대한 속성을 추출하여 관리정보 DB를 구축하였다. 이를 토대로 구현한 시선관리시스템에서는 사용자가 검색조건을 부여하여 필요한 관리정보를 산출할 수 있도록 하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 효율적이고 통합적인 학교시설 . 장비관리가 가능함을 보였다.
