  • Smart Home or Home Network technology is one that continuously creates added value, making a better life. This paper designed and developed a smart home control system using smart phone. This proposed smart home system consists of home server control system, remote smart application system and home node structure. Home node structure, in detail, is composed of intrusion detection, gas leakage or gas valve control, door lock, automatic curtain, ventilation control and On/Off control modules and these modules are controlled at home server. Home server makes it easy to control home automatic control system anytime, anywhere as it provides remote interface that enables control via smartphone and user interface in itself.

  • "건축이 가진 본질적인 의무가 인간의 삶을 담는 공간, 더불어 공동체 속에서 살 수 있는 공간을 만들어내는 것이라 할 때, 건축의 공공성을 최우선 가치로 두고 공동체간 소통하며, 공유할 수 있는 공간들을 많이 만들어내는데 힘을 쏟을 계획입니다." 진희선 서울특별시 행정2부시장은 서울시에서도 손꼽히는 건축 도시전문가다. 기술고시 23회 출신으로 공직생활을 시작해 서울시 도시관리과장, 주거재생정책관, 주택건축국장 등을 지내고 지난 2015년 1월부터 도시재생본부장으로 업무를 수행하며 지역별 주거생활권 특성을 살린 정비사업 패러다임을 재정립했다. 개발과 보전의 조화를 통한 서울형 도시재생사업을 총괄해 서울의 건축 도시 기본틀을 마련했다는 평을 듣고 있다. 올 8월에는 서울시 행정2부시장에 임명돼 서울시 도시 건축행정 사령탑을 맡게 됐다. 건축전문가로 서울시 최고위직에 오른 거의 최초의 인물이라 서울시의 질적 성장에 기대가 크다. 작년 'UIA 2017 세계건축사대회' 개최는 우리 건축이 세계와 어깨를 나란히 하는 계기가 됐다고 말하는 그는 앞으로 서울이 이전보다 더 주변과 어울려 하나의 공동체 역할을 할 수 있는 공간구조가 되도록 하고, 시민의견을 반영해 여러 도시문제를 조율해 나가겠다고 말했다.

  • 현재 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 인터넷은 컴퓨터와 네트워크를 연결한 것이다. 그런데 RFID는 여기에 덧붙여 컴퓨터와 네트워크 그리고 모든 사물을 결합, 융합하는 기술이다. 그렇기 때문에 가상공간과 물리공간이 만나는 세계이다. RFID는 유비쿼터스 시대의 가장 핵심적인 기술로 고유의 ID를 갖는 모든 사물이 네트워크로 연결되어 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 통하는 IT 산업의 신 성장 동력이다. 그러므로 종이컵과 같은 아주 작은 사물에도 그 제품에 대한 모든 정보가 소형 칩에 집적되어 어느 곳에 있든지 자동식별이 가능하게 된다. 예를 들어, 길을 가다가 종이컵을 버려도 그 종이컵을 누가 버렸는지에 대한 정보까지 알 수 있는 것이다. 이러한 RFID 기술 융합 지향의 유비쿼터스 환경에 따른 경제는 기술, 비즈니스, 산업의 접목과 융합에 의한 새로운 공간가치와 재화창출의 특성으로 갖게 될 것이다. 물론 RFID는 범죄에 악용될 소지가 있지만, 상용화가 되면 이런 단점보다는 우리의 삶의 획기적인 변화와 함께 자동화에 엄청난 영향을 몰고 올 것이다. 앞으로의 주된 과제는 RFID가 유비쿼터스 네트워크의 핵심이 될 수 있는 기반 기술로써의 위치를 확보하는 것과, 표준 ID 체계 및 관리기능의 정립, 유비쿼터스 애플리케이션의 개발에 두어야 한다. RFID를 이용한 기술적 유비쿼터스 시대는 분명 멀지 않은 미래가 될 것이다.

  • This research is about brief accomplishment analysis of Low-Income Class Business Incubator Project, based on applicants' perspective who has been supported by this project, which is funded by the enterprise. As a result of 'quality focused evaluation method', it shows that Low-Income Class Business Incubator Project's applicants experience both economic and non-economic accomplishments such as "work with responsibility," "better future in reality," "Self and change of relationships around self". It concludes that "experience of difference" or "providing hope for Low-income class" brought positive effects on applicants who participated in this projects. The study revealed the virtue of this Low-Income Class Business Incubator Project and reassured its message: the importance of major corporate' responsibility in solving social issues, especially in poverty and its independence.

  • 최근 들어 소득과 교육 수준의 향상으로 인하여 생활환경과 여가시간 그리고 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 U-City와 지속 가능한 생태 도시에 대한 사람들의 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 삶의 질 향상에 따라 최근 국토 해양부에서는 U-City에 더불어 지속 가능한 생태계 순환기능과 첨단 IT기술이 결합된 U-Eco City에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. U-Eco City는 첨단의 IT기술을 집대성한 유비쿼터스 기술과 생태계 순환기능 등의 생태 기술이 인간, 자연 그리고 공간으로 연결되는 혁신적이고 창의적인 도시환경과 무한한 도시가치를 창출하는 지속가능한 미래형 첨단 친환경 생태도시를 말한다. U-Eco City는 보다나은 생활환경을 추구하고자 하는 인간의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 미래형 지속가능한 생태환경 도시로서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 미국과 영국에서는 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. U-Eco City는 더 나은 삶을 향한 인간의 끝임 없는 욕구 충족을 위해서 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 하지만 아직은 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기 위한 체계적인 연구가 미비한 상황이며, 특히 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기위한 필수적인 단계인 인증과 관련된 부문에 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 현재 통용되는 인증 제도를 통한 체계적인 제도의 정립, 인증 기준의 마련뿐만 아니라 인증을 위한 세부 지침의 마련 등이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 U-Eco City 개발 기발 요소 기술들을 기존의 인증기관을 통해 인정을 받을 수 방법들을 제시하고, 그 외의 요소기술들은 인증 기준을 제시하고, 인증기관을 인정하기 위하여 세부기준을 마련하도록 하였다, 다음은 신기술, 신제품 등, 인증을 받을 수 있는 제도적, 법적, 절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 인증제도를 통하여 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화를 하여 국내외 시장에 공급하고, 향후 개발될 U-Eco 기술인증업무를 지속적으로 수행하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • Nowadays, in accordance with our information-oriented society, industries based on digital Technology have been quickly developing all over the world. This industryhas been playing an important role in improving the quality of peoples'lives so far and will continue to do so, both culturally and socially through industrial and economic aspects. Particularly, the electronic game, on e of the representatives, is providing an intensive value-added segment to the entertainment industry. Games are deeply rooted in people's lives and have a big influence on the industry, society and culture, even our life styles. Consequently, this study is investigating change the electronic game by the times and analyzing the game entity. It is based on the research and analysis of the transition of electronic games in each era. From now on, we will look forward, using previous material in an attempt to forecast the right direction of electronic game design in the future.

Measurement and Practices of Workaholism for Korean Workers (일중독 측정과 실태)

  • Workaholism refers to a state in which work is the center of self, a state in which other life other than work is deemed worthless, and a state in which one feels that his or her life ends when things get lost. There are concerns that South Korea's work-centered institutions, cultures and long-time labor practices expose workers to workaholism. This study identifies the prevalence of workaholism and its risk factors among workers using a representative sample from Korean Labor and Income Panel Study. The results of empirical analysis of the wide range of workaholism showed that 7.0% of Korean workers were work-addicts. Male, workers working long hours, daily workers, employers, the self-employed were more likely to be work-addicts. Those who think that workload is high beyond regular working hours are more likely to be work-addicts. These results were also confirmed by regression analysis. It suggests that policies to shorten working hours and strengthen job and income stability can reduce the risk of workaholism and balance between work and life.

A Study on the Direction of Christian education in the Age of hyper connectivity Society (초연결성 사회에서의 기독교교육 방향 모색)

  • The era we are living in is an era of hyperconnectivity where boundaries and limitations of each field and domain disappear and organically converge and share with each other. Christians living in the age of hyperconnectivity are losing their direction of life due to various divisions and severances, such as holiness and secularity, church and world, soul and body, faith and life, and humans and nature. However, in a hyperconnected society, it is necessary to break free from division and conflict caused by disconnection, and realize the kingdom of God through connection and solidarity between humans, nature, and the world. In order to explore the direction of Christian education for this purpose, this study examined the characteristics of the era of hyperconnectivity and the principle of solidarity, which is the core of hyperconnectivity. The theological meaning of solidarity was examined in terms of humans, nature, and the world, and based on this understanding, the direction of Christian education in the era of hyperconnectivity was sought. It can be summarized as having a religious understanding of human beings of Homoconnectus with a pericoretic mode of existence. Third, education on the kingdom of justice and peace where we can live together in a solidarity relationship can be summarized.

The Influences of Teaching Mathematics for Social Justice on Students' Interest towards Mathematics and Perceptions of Mathematical Values (사회정의를 위한 수학 수업이 학생들의 수학에 대한 흥미와 가치 인식에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of teaching mathematics for social justice on students'interest towards mathematics and perceptions of mathematical values. Eighteen 6th grade students, at B elementary school in Seocho-gu, Seoul, who wished to involved in the study participated in the 10 hour lessons. During the lessons for social justice, the researchers analyzed the students' reactions in the lessons according to the three categories: Perceiving given problematic situations of social conflicts, searching for problem-solving methods based on mathematical analysis, and changing social behaviors to solve life issues through mathematics. They also examined changes of students' interest towards mathematics and perceptions of mathematical values through the activities and reactions using the preliminary questionnaires, observations of lessons, and students' activity sheets. The research results showed that the students perceived mathematics as a tool for social justice in mathematics lessons, tried to find problem-solving methods based on mathematical analysis, and expressed their active social behaviors by cultivating the will of practice to solve life issues through mathematics. Based on those findings, the study reached the following conclusions. First, the students recognize many of the social problems in their societies as social justice regardless of their economic levels. Second, learning activities need to design in a way that students can accept the social problems as realistic situations in teaching mathematics for social justice. Third, students look at the world from a mathematical perspective, have interest in mathematics, and recognize the values of mathematics in teaching mathematics for social justice.

The effect of cafe mobile apps' service convenience on perceived value and re-use intention (카페 모바일 애플리케이션의 서비스 편의성이 지각된 가치 및 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The increasing use of mobile applications is a phenomenon that has recently come to be beneficial to people in their private life due to increased income and changes in life style. In particular, analyzing customers' consumer sentiment can be seen as a pursuit form of convenience that enables efficient use of time and effort. In this study, based on previous studies, we examine the causal relation model that influences reuse intention, which is a dependent variable through perceived value as a parameter by measuring the service convenience for cafe mobile application. In order to accomplish purpose of this study, references related to service convenience, perceived value, and reuse intention were reviewed as literature research methods. For the empirical study, the research was carried out through Macro Mill Embrain Co., Ltd. Online research was conducted for one week from October 26 to November 8, 2018. There are 13 items of the collected data were excluded and 324 items suitable for irradiation were used. Study results show that service convenience of cafe mobile application has a positive effect on perceived value and reuse intention. In addition, in the relationship that cafe mobile app's service convenience has a significant (+) influence on reuse intention, perceived value proved to have meaningful results as intermediary roles. Implications of this study are as follows. First of all, this study will be helpful for cafe companies and consumers if utilize the service convenience of cafe mobile application in perceived value and reuse intention in marketing applications. Therefore, theoretically, we propose the development direction of cafe mobile application and present academic data for marketing strategy innovation and competitive advantage in the food service industry that conforms to the fourth industrial revolution era.
