This study was proposed in obtaining basic data for an intervention programs of the stable child care by identifying the effects of support from the spouse and family on the child rearing among marriage immigrant women. Subjects consisted of 110 marriage immigrant women in Gyeonggi-do in December, 2014. SPSS/WIN 22.0 program was used for ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis to figure out burden and efficacy of child rearing through the general characteristics. The increased burden of child rearing was statistically significant with young age, lower level of education, low income and less spending time to raise their children by husband. Additionally, the increased efficacy of child rearing was statistically significant with young age and using two languages. The pressure of the child rearing showed a negative correlation with spouse support, income, and old age. The efficacy of child rearing had a positive correlation with spouse support, spending time to take care of their children by family, and ages. In the regression analysis, the burden of child rearing among immigrant women increased by old age (${\beta}=-2.097$, p<.05) and less time to raise their children by husband (${\beta}=-2.165$, p<.05). It is important to provide spouse and family support to encourage desirable child rearing behavior. These results may provide to improve intervention programs for child rearing among marriage immigrant women.
This study looked into Japan's recognition of Korea in early modern era with particular focuses on discourse on Korea and contents in textbooks in those days. In doing so, the topics of nationality, historical recognition, and social aspects in Korea were established and discourse on these topics in educational journals and the contents of textbooks and teaching manuals projected with such discourse were investigated. As for nationality, a strong propensity to negative recognition was clearly observed, represented by the words lazy, enervate, and uncivilized. They defined Korea's history of passive, other-directed nature and described such incompetent national management resulted in negative nationality. Their recognition of Korean history went further away, stating Korea was incapable of maintaining its independence and was a threat to peace of Japan and Asia, hence the forced merger by Japan. The criteria for Japan to assess Korean society were Western civilization and they defined Korean society as a pre-modern society with lower levels of civilization and culture. Discourse in Japan over Korea in early modern era were strongly influenced by Japan's pride as a modern state and its dominating ideology of imperialism and such discussions were spread among students through textbooks and teaching manuals.
This study is the descriptive research intended for identifying the reciprocal relationship between the knowledge of nursing and performance of pressure ulcer prevention that registered nurses at the aged care hospital possess. A total of 317 nurses who had been working at the aged care hospital for 4 months from March 1 2014 to June 1 2014 were chosen as research group. The data were collected by means of self-reported questionnaire and data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The knowledge of nursing on pressure ulcer depending on general characteristics of research group had the significant difference in each item of clinical experience, education program, education time and education frequency(p<.05), In the performance of pressure ulcer prevention only the education frequency among various general characteristics showed significant differences(p=.40). The knowledge of nursing related to pressure ulcer had the low negative correlation with the performance of nursing(rho=-.137, p<.05). Among the factors disturbing nursing performance of pressure ulcer prevention the shortage of nursing staff appeared to be 57.7%. From the result of this study it was revealed that both increasing the education frequency of preventive nursing and managerial consideration concerning the shortage of nursing staff were needed more rather than the knowledgement of preventive nursing to improve the nursing performance of pressure ulcer prevention.
The present descriptive study investigated the influence of violence experienced by nursing staff in long-term care hospitals and their emotional intelligence on the quality of nursing service. The study participants included 167 nursing staff from 9 different long-term care hospitals in G and C Provinces. Data collected from questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software. While slight differences were found among the subtypes of violence experience, it was found that verbal violence was the most common form in violence, experienced by the nursing staff, followed by physical threat and physical violence. A hierarchical regression analysis performed to investigate the degree of influence of violence experience and emotional intelligence on the quality of nursing service found that violence experience did not significantly affect the quality of nursing service when the general characteristics were controlled whereas emotional intelligence had a significant influence on the quality of nursing service. The results of this study show that, although it is commonly believed that violence experience is a major factor compromising the quality of nursing service, emotional intelligence, which reflects one's ability to utilize and control one's emotions, may actually have a more significant impact on the quality of nursing service. Emotional intelligence can be improved through education and training; therefore, it is necessary to explore ways to improve emotional intelligence of nursing staff such as development of various programs.

Verbal abuse is one of the major factors that has affect on not only takig care of patients but also nursing performance. Nurses exposed by verbal abuse tended to respond negatively and undergo a lot of stress. The purpose of this study was to identify relations among nurses verbal abuse, psychosocial stress, and nursing performance. This study shows that verbal abuse was not related to nursing performance(r=-.099, p=.146). The performance of nurses has positive correlation with verbal abuse and psychosocial stress(r=.234, p<.001) and negative correlation with psychosocial stress and nursing performance(r=-.254, p<.001). It is requested for the study of the development and validation of a program reducing psychosocial stress to improve nursing performance.

Data were collected using structured questionnaires from 222 students attending two universities located in C and S cities between June 1 and June 10, 2016, and were analyzed using t-test, One-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression, etc. The results of the study are as follows. The communication skills of the subjects were found to be 2.13 out of 1~5 points, and it was found that there was a significant difference according to grade, perceived home economy level, and leisure activities. Second, communication skills showed a positive correlation with interpersonal satisfaction and subjective happiness. Third, in relation to interpersonal satisfaction, the explanatory power of sex, grade, academic achievement, perceived family economic level and leisure activity was 26.7%, and communication skills further explained 18.4% of interpersonal satisfaction.
