• In this paper, we present the very first time the generalized notion of (α, β, γ, δ) - convex (concave) function in mixed kind, which is the generalization of (α, β) - convex (concave) functions in 1st and 2nd kind, (s, r) - convex (concave) functions in mixed kind, s - convex (concave) functions in 1st and 2nd kind, p - convex (concave) functions, quasi convex(concave) functions and the class of convex (concave) functions. We would like to state the well-known Ostrowski inequality via SVN-Riemann Integrals for (α, β, γ, δ) - convex (concave) function in mixed kind. Moreover we establish some SVN-Ostrowski type inequalities for the class of functions whose derivatives in absolute values at certain powers are (α, β, γ, δ)-convex (concave) functions in mixed kind by using different techniques including Hölder's inequality and power mean inequality. Also, various established results would be captured as special cases with respect to convexity of function.

 • This paper concerns with the subclass of normalized analytic function f in D = {z : |z| < 1}, namely a ${\delta}$-convex function in a sector. This subclass is denoted by ${\Delta}({\delta})$, where ${\delta}$ is a real positive. Given $0<{\beta}{\leq}1$ then for $z{\in}D$, the exact ${\alpha}({\beta},\;{\delta})$ is found such that $f{\in}{\Delta}({\delta})$ implies $f{\in}S^*({\beta})$, where $S^*({\beta})$ is starlike of order ${\beta}$ in a sector. This work is a more general version of the result of Nunokawa and Thomas [11].

 • Let $f(z)=z+\alpha_2 z^2$+…+ \alpha_{n}z^n$+… be regular and univalent in $\Delta$ = {z : │z│<1}. In this paper, using the proper subordinate functions, we investigate the some relations between subordinations and conditions of functions belonging to subclasses of univalent functions.

 • Let $\mathcal{A}$ be the class of analytic functions f in the open unit disk $\mathbb{U}$={z : ${\mid}z{\mid}$ < 1} with the normalization conditions $f(0)=f^{\prime}(0)-1=0$. If $f(z)=z+\sum_{n=2}^{\infty}a_nz^n$ and ${\delta}$ > 0 are given, then the $T_{\delta}$-neighborhood of the function f is defined as $$TN_{\delta}(f)\{g(z)=z+\sum_{n=2}^{\infty}b_nz^n{\in}\mathcal{A}:\sum_{n=2}^{\infty}T_n{\mid}a_n-b_n{\mid}{\leq}{\delta}\}$$, where $T=\{T_n\}_{n=2}^{\infty}$ is a sequence of positive numbers. In the present paper we investigate some problems concerning $T_{\delta}$-neighborhoods of function in various classes of analytic functions with $T=\{2^{-n}/n^2\}_{n=2}^{\infty}$. We also find bounds for $^{\delta}^*_T(A,B)$ defined by $$^{\delta}^*_T(A,B)=jnf\{{\delta}>0:B{\subset}TN_{\delta}(f)\;for\;all\;f{\in}A\}$$ where A, B are given subsets of $\mathcal{A}$.

 • In this paper, we introduce and investigate an interesting subclass $M_{\Sigma}({\gamma},{\lambda},{\delta},{\varphi})$ of analytic and bi-univalent functions of complex order in the open unit disk ${\mathbb{U}}$. For functions belonging to the class $M_{\Sigma}({\gamma},{\lambda},{\delta},{\varphi})$ we investigate the coefficient estimates on the first two Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients ${\mid}{\alpha}_2{\mid}$ and ${\mid}{\alpha}_3{\mid}$. The results presented in this paper would generalize and improve some recent works of [1],[5],[9].

 • For functions $f(z) = \sum_{n = 0}^{\infty}a_n z^n$ and $g(z) = \sum_{n = 0}^{\infty} b_n z^n$ analytic in the unit disk $\Delta = {z : $\mid$z$\mid$ < 1}$, the convolution $f * g$ is defined by $(f * g)(z) = \sum_{n = 0}^{\infty}a_n b_n z^n$. Let S denote the family of functions $f(z) = z + \cdots$ analytic and univalent in $\Delta$ and K, St, C the subfamilies that are respectively convex, starlike, and close-to-convex.

 • The class $\mathcal{W}^{\delta}_{\beta}({\alpha},{\gamma})$ defined in the domain ${\mid}z{\mid}$ < 1 satisfying $Re\;e^{i{\phi}}\((1-{\alpha}+2{\gamma})(f/z)^{\delta}+\({\alpha}-3{\gamma}+{\gamma}\[1-1/{\delta})(zf^{\prime}/f)+1/{\delta}\(1+zf^{\prime\prime}/f^{\prime}\)\]\)(f/z)^{\delta}(zf^{\prime}/f)-{\beta}\)$ > 0, with the conditions ${\alpha}{\geq}0$, ${\beta}$ < 1, ${\gamma}{\geq}0$, ${\delta}$ > 0 and ${\phi}{\in}{\mathbb{R}}$ generalizes a particular case of the largest subclass of univalent functions, namely the class of $Bazilevi{\check{c}}$ functions. Moreover, for 0 < ${\delta}{\leq}{\frac{1}{(1-{\zeta})}}$, $0{\leq}{\zeta}$ < 1, the class $C_{\delta}({\zeta})$ be the subclass of normalized analytic functions such that $Re(1/{\delta}(1+zf^{\prime\prime}/f^{\prime})+1-1/{\delta})(zf^{\prime}/f))$ > ${\zeta}$, ${\mid}z{\mid}$<1. In the present work, the sucient conditions on ${\lambda}(t)$ are investigated, so that the non-linear integral transform $V^{\delta}_{\lambda}(f)(z)=\({\large{\int}_{0}^{1}}{\lambda}(t)(f(tz)/t)^{\delta}dt\)^{1/{\delta}}$, ${\mid}z{\mid}$ < 1, carries the fuctions from $\mathcal{W}^{\delta}_{\beta}({\alpha},{\gamma})$ into $C_{\delta}({\zeta})$. Several interesting applications are provided for special choices of ${\lambda}(t)$. These results are useful in the attempt to generalize the two most important extremal problems in this direction using duality techniques and provide scope for further research.

 • We obtain the following two inequalities on a strongly pseudoconvex domain $\Omega\;in\;\mathbb{C}^n\;:\;for\;f\;{\in}\;O(\Omega)$ $$\int_{0}^{{\delta}0}t^{a{\mid}a{\mid}+b}M_p^a(t, D^{a}f)dt\lesssim\int_{0}^{{\delta}0}t^{b}M_p^a(t,\;f)dt\;\int_{O}^{{\delta}O}t_{b}M_p^a(t,\;f)dt\lesssim\sum_{j=0}^{m}\int_{O}^{{\delta}O}t^{am+b}M_{p}^{a}\(t,\;\aleph^{i}f\)dt$$. In [9], Shi proved these results for the unit ball in $\mathbb{C}^n$. These are generalizations of some classical results of Hardy and Littlewood.

 • Archimedes showed that for a point P on a parabola X and a chord AB of X parallel to the tangent of X at P, the area S of the region bounded by the parabola X and chord AB is four thirds of the area T of triangle ${\Delta}ABP$. It is well known that the area U formed by three tangents to a parabola is half of the area T of the triangle formed by joining their points of contact. Recently, the first and third authors of the present paper and others proved that among strictly locally convex curves in the plane ${\mathbb{R}}^2$, these two properties are characteristic ones of parabolas. In this article, in order to generalize the above mentioned property $S={\frac{4}{3}}T$ for parabolas we study strictly locally convex curves in the plane ${\mathbb{R}}^2$ satisfying $S={\lambda}T+{\nu}U$, where ${\lambda}$ and ${\nu}$ are some functions on the curves. As a result, we present two conditions which are necessary and sufficient for a strictly locally convex curve in the plane to be an open arc of a parabola.
