The reaction rates of para-substituted benzoyl chlorides ($p-CH_3$, p-H, $p-NO_2$) with pyridine have been measured employing the conductometry method in acetonitrile. The pseudo first-order and second-order rate constants were determined at various pressures and temperatures. The activation parameters (${\Delta}V{\ddagger},\;{\Delta}{\beta}{\ddagger},\;{\Delta}H{\ddagger},\;{\Delta}S{\ddagger},\;{\Delta}G{\ddagger}$) and the Hammett ${\rho}$-values are determined from the values of rate constant. The values of ${\Delta}V{\ddagger},\;{\Delta}{\beta}{\ddagger}\;and\;{\Delta}S{\ddagger}$ are all negative. The Hammett ${\rho}$-values are positive for the substrate (${\rho}_Y$) over the given pressure range. The results of kinetic studies, for the pressure and substituent changes, show that these reactions are proceeded by a typical $SN_2$reaction mechanism and its bond formation is favored with elevating pressure.

정부의 국가종합전자조달 시스템인 '나라장터'가 $\Delta$동일PC입찰 $\Delta$인증서 양도 대여 $\Delta$입찰 대리인 복수등록 등의 불법 부정 입찰을 줄이기 위해 4월부터 "지문인식 전자입찰"제도를 시행한다. 조달청은 나라장터를 개장하면서 IT강국답게 PC입찰을 결정했고, 인감을 대체할 수 있는 공인인증서를 도입해 운영단계에서 불법 전자입찰을 근절코자 노력을 기울여 왔다. 하지만 온라인상의 부정적인 방법이 날로 지능화되면서 입찰질서를 어지럽히게 되자, 실제 입찰자의 신원을 최적으로 확인할 수 있는 지문인식기술을 도입하게 됐다. 이번에 개발된 지문인식입찰시스템은 지문의 외피가 아닌 진피를 인식하기 때문에 실리콘이나 OHP필름 등을 통한 지문위조를 원천적으로 봉쇄할 수 있게 됐다. 따라서 이런 최신 지문인식 기술을 이용해 온라인상에서 입찰자의 신원을 확인한 후 사전에 등록된 입찰자의 신원과 동일한 경우에만 입찰서 제출이 가능하다. 조달업체의 입찰자(대표 또는 대리인)는 4월 이전에 국내 5개 공인인증기관을 통해 지문보안토큰을 구매하고 주민등록증과 지문보안토큰을 지참해 조달청 고객지원센터를 찾아 신원을 확인한 뒤 지문정보를 등록해야 하며, 지문 정보는 최대 3명까지 보안토큰에 등록돼야 입찰할 수 있게 됐다. "지문인식 전자입찰"제도는 단계적으로 확대돼 7월에는 나라장터뿐 아니라 모든 발주기관에 적용될 방침이다.

We have prepared $\delta$-phase SbTe alloy with various Sb contents of 64, 72, and 76 at. % and investigated the phase change temperature, the crystal structures of $\delta$-phase SbTe alloy, and determined the ovonic threshold switching voltages with edge contact type phase transition dimensions. As a result, the crystallization temperature is slightly reduced from 126 to $122^{\circ}C$, whereas the melting temperature is not changed. The ovonic threshold switching voltage is reduced from 1.6 to 0.9 V as increasing the Sb content from 64 to 76 at. %. It is found that the reductions of crystallization temperature and the ovonic threshold switching voltage are closely related with the interplanar spacing between adjacent atomic layers and the stacking number of atomic layers in a unit cell.

This paper presents 3-phase current regulation of SR motor by only single current sensor. The conventional drive system of SR motor has a current sensor per each phase. In this paper, The asymmetric bridge converter which Is able to control independently phases and be excited simultaneously is used fs the driver system for 6/4 poles SR motor. And the sensor Is replaced 3 sensors of each phase with only one on bus line of converter so as to detect current of every phase. A drive logic circuit is designed on EPLD with Delta modulation using a fixed frequency This technique is verified through simulation and experiment.

현재 엘리베이터용 worm gear의 wheel로써 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 것은 인청동이다. 일반적으로 청동에 인의 함량이 0.05% - 0.5% 정도 잔류하는 인청동은 용탕의 유동성이 좋아지고, 합금의 강도, 경도가 증가하며 내마모성, 탄성이 증가한다. 또한 P는 극소량 Cu 중에 고용하나 그 외에는 경하고 취약한 $Cu_3P$상으로 존재하고, P의 함유에 따라 Sn의 고용도가 저하하므로 주조 조직중에 $\delta$상($Cu_{31}Sn_8$)이 증가하여 Sn을 증가한 때와 같이 경도가 커지는 효과가 있다. 이같이 기지상 중에 간단한 3원 공정부 ($\alpha + \delta + Cu_3P$)상이 산재하여 있어 이것이 마찰상대면을 지탱하여 내마모 역할을 하기 때문에 인청동이 내마모 재료로써 많이 쓰이고 있는 것이다.

이중의 망간 perovskite 블록을 가진 Ruddlesden-Popper 상(R-P phase) $Sr_3Mn_2O_7$ 은 공기중에서 불안정하다. 본 연구에서는 망간 이온 자리에 철 이온을 소량 치환 함으로써 R-P 상을 안정화 시켰으며 이들의 결정구조는 X-선회절 데이터를 이용하여 Rietveld 법으로 정밀화하였다. 안정화에 필요한 Fe 이온의 양은 약 x=0.15로 나타났으며 Fe이온의 양이 증가함에 따라 쉽게 안정화 되었다. 자화율 측정결과 x=0.20 시료는 120K에서 paramgnetic-antiferromagnetic 전이를 나타내었고 이 전이 온도는 치환되는 Fe이온의 양이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다.

In this paper we investigate the connection between the continuous-time FIR(finite impulse response) filter and the corresponding discrtet-time FIR filter with fast sampling. The interconnection is established by formulating the discrete-time case using delta operators which has superior numerical properties in discretizing prcedure. The aim of this paper is to present a unified FIR filter using the .delta.-operator and to show that, as sampling interval .DELYA. aperator to zero, the results of this filter converge to the corresponding continuous-time reuslts, which implies that the unified FIR filter unifies continous-time FIR filter and discrtet-time FIR filter.
