In this study, we analyze the historical data of postal matter amount in korea, various social indexes concerning mail volume and postal data in developed countries. After correlation analysis between some variables, we suggest a new logistic model for forecasting the future mail volume. Finally, we forecast the mail volume in korea about 20 years hereafter.

After the launch of PCS in 1997, price competition between five mobile carriers was so severe that the Korean mobile telephony market achieved a remarkable subscriber base growth. But in that optimal pricing behavior depends on how each fm is likely to react to other frims'choice of price, it is very interesting to analyze competitive pricing behavior and understand market structure in terms of pricing competitiveness in the Korean mobile telecommunications market. In this paper, we use structural econometric models in New Empirical Industrial Organization (NEIO) framework. But previously used models in this framework generally assume that market size is fixed and that all firms maximize their profits. To fit in with the Korean mobile telephony market, we derive various models in using NML market share model under the assumptions that market size varies with industry's total attractions and that firms maximize their market share. In this paper, we find that the model under market share maximization with the assumption that market size varies with total attraction shows the best fitting results.

The dynamics of unobservable short rate are frequently estimated directly by using a proxy. We estimate the biases resulting from this practice ("proxy problem"). To solve this problem, State-Space models have been proposed by many researchers. State-Space models have been used to estimate the unobservable variables from the observable variables in econometrics. However, applications of State-Space models often result in a misleading interpretation of the underlying processes especially when the absorbability of the State-Space model and the assumption of noise processes in the state vector are not properly considered. In this study, we propose the exact State-Space model that properly considers the faults of previous researchers to solve the proxy problem.

There are plenty of optimization models for the signal-system of a single intersection and area traffic. Some of those models are adopted for the real traffic signal control system. The simulators for a single crossroad have been developed, so that we could evaluate optimization models and traffic control systems. However, the simulators for the area traffic are still being developed. Therefore, there are many limitations in the analysis and evaluation for area traffic control systems. The area traffic is consist of several intersections interconnected which are very complicated and many traffic strategy are adopted for the control system. This paper features an effective area traffic control system by High Lever Architecture(HLA) which is a new developed simulation tool. In this paper, we discuss the design of HLA-based area traffic control simulation. We describe technical motivations for the HLA, the key elements of the architecture and how they are minimum and essential to the goal of reuse and interoperability.

But, almost of cost effectiveness evaluation systems have some problems, especially the cross effect among R&D projects has not been considered. To solve this problem, we have designed a new$\ulcorner$ Cross Effect Evaluation System(CEES)$\lrcorner$ , which are able to estimate multi-effects and cross effects by completion time among several projects. -

비교도전 광고는 비교도전자에 의해 활성화되는 적시성 비교광고 방법이며 그 체계적인 구성을 위해 비교가치이론을 제안한다. 본 연구는 제안된 이론에 기반해 CompareMe와 CompareThem전략을 제시하고 비교주체와 객체간의 가격과 성능의 우열구분과 비교제품군의 특징적 사양의 근접도에 따라 8개의 비교도전 시나리오를 분류한 후 데스크탑PC 제품간 비교실험을 통해 시현한다. 여러 비교객체 제품들에 대한 비교도전 계획이 필요하며, 수리계획 모형을 사용하여 광고예산, 비교노출 한도 등의 제약조건에서 비교가치를 최대화한다. 광고효과에서 비교도전 광고가 무작위 배너 인터넷광고에 대비해서 4.77배, 그리고 유사성기반 표비교에 2.77배 좋은 가격과 성능을 제공한다.

A community can have a physical presence or can be formed from a group of people who communicate remotely via a conference call, a fixed Internet chatroom or instant message solution and most recently, a mobile handset. The mobile handset gives community members the advantage over fixed line or physical communities that they are not constricted by time or place as to when they can communicate with any members of their community. Operators, riding on the back of the SMS boom, are deploying community applications to increase both average revenue per user and customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to find the effects of the characteristics of mobile community on the consumers'satisfaction and loyalty so that operators'participation in mobile community could be enhanced. A general model for the study was proposed with three independent variables. The variables are community usability(dialog and social support, information design, navigation, access), community sociability (purpose, people, policies), and mobile community content(location, personalization, immediacy, availability).

Based on the innovation literature, this study has identified nine variables under three categories (technological, environmental, and organizational contexts) and evaluated their influence on e-marketplace adoption and diffusion within organizations. We have also assessed whether level of e-marketplace diffusion is related to the procurement performance of the purchasing organizations.

워크플로우 관리시스템(WfMS: Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 컴퓨터에 의해 정의, 실행 및 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어 시스템이다. WfMS에서는 업무 프로세스의 로직을 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 언어로 표현하므로 다수의 사용자가 이기종의 분산된 환경에서 참여하는 업무 흐름을 관리 하는데에는 효율적이나 지식경영 측면에서의 지원은 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 WfMS 구조하에서 효과적인 지식 관리를 위해 인공지능 기법의 하나인 사례기반추론(CBR: Case Based Reasoning)을 활용하여 업무 흐름상에서 발생하는 지식을 생성, 저장, 추출되도록 하는 업무 지원 시스템을 개발한다. 지식의 생성을 위해 폼 기반 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 활용하고 CBR 엔진은 제약 조건의 형태로 이뤄지는 쿼리에 대해 유사 사례 추출을 담당한다. 사례 베이스의 저장 형식은 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 이용한다. 본 연구에서 개발된 업무 지원 시스템을 활용함으로써 업무 조정자만으로서의 WfMS의 한계를 벗어나 지식경영 도구로서의 WfMS를 기대할 수 있다.

Recent business environments require a company to communicate frequently with other companies. This makes it essential to use XML (extensible Markup Language) documents. Especially in e-Business environments, change management of documents is important to record and trace the history of the documents. It is also important to reconstruct a certain version of documents that are exchanged among companies. In this paper, we propose a new method of storing a document by detecting changes automatically and reconstructing the document version when a user requests. A prototype system is implemented on top of a workflow system. Our approach provides efficiency of storage space and convenient management of documents.

As the business dependency to information systems and the frequency of the large scale disasters increase, implementing the disaster recovery center has been a common practice. However, since there has been little quantitative decision method for the distance between the data center and the disaster recovery center, the distance decision has been commonly made by qualitative guidelines. In this research, the decision method for the optimal distance between the data center and the disaster recovery center is developed, using the cost analysis including the operation cost and the expected disaster cost. An illustrative numerical example is provided.

Information should be properly shared and clearly recognized by not only the individuals within an enterprise but also the partners and the customers. Physical and logical collaboration between the application systems, therefore, became important, and building such collaborative function in an information system has been one of the major issues of the solution providers. In this paper we first interpret the term collaboration from the information system perspective. Then we discuss the collaboration system in two aspects; system integration and user interface.

This paper analyzes the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Korean High-speed Internet market, where has achieved a rapid development in these days. According to the previous literatures, profitability results from customer loyalty influenced by customer satisfaction. So, we firstly define and analyze their relationships with the survey data from 737 subscribers, by using Factor Analysis and SEM(Structural Equation Model). Secondly, we find and select major cause variables to affect customer loyalty. Finally, we suggest some useful implications to marketers on the basis of the analysis results. As a result, customer loyalty depends on the degree of customer satisfaction on network quality and service quality in high-speed Internet service. Particularly the satisfaction level on network quality affects customer loyalty relatively stronger than one on service quality. Thus it is suggested that marketers invest in improving network quality rather than service quality to enhance customer loyalty.

Today, s Businesses can only survive if they can sdapt fast, and this means their IT systems have to adapt too. A challenge for identifying and codifying reengineering expertise is to capture Both aspects of a successful enterprise business architecture(EBA) and suitable description language, with the contexts in which it works. In connected with the state of the art in the field of Web Services architecture and EBA, we propose to exploit the concept of business process execution language(BPEL), one among of description language. In addition, we review current a issue and problem of EAI and Workflow, and outline the main ingredients of a BPEL and EBA for building flexible Web Service. This paper is exploratory study in associated with enterprise architecture(EA) and description language.

In this paper, we have developed a technology-service relationship model which describes the diffusion process of a group of services and relevant technologies, and have applied the developed model to the prediction of the number of subscribers to the next generation mobile service. The technology-service relationship model developed in this paper incorporates the developing process of relevant technologies, a supply-side factor, into the diffusion process of specific services, while many diffusion models and multi-generation diffusion models in previous researches are mainly reflect the demand-side factors. So, the proposed model could effectively applied to the telecommunication services where the developing of the relevant technologies are very essential to the service penetration. In our application, the proposed model provides a competitive substitution between the next generation mobile service and the traditional mobile service.

The ability to determine the optimal frequencies and offsets for independent and unrestricted ordering cycles for multiple items can be very valuable for managing storage capacity constrained facilities in a supply chain. The complexity of this problem has resulted in researchers focusing on more tractable surrogate problems that are special cases of the base problem. Murthy et al. (European Journal of Operation Research 2003) developed insights leading to solution of the original problem and present a heuristic for offsetting independent and unrestricted ordering cycles for items to minimize their joint storage requirements. However, their study cannot find optimal solution due to the Greedy Heuristic solution procedure. In this paper, we present a complete procedure to find the optimal solution for the model with a integer programming optimization approach and genetic algorithm. Numerical examples are included to compare each model with that of Murthy et at. Research of this type may prove useful in solving the more general problem of selecting order policies to minimize combined holding, ordering, and storage costs.

In case that any jobs in a Job Shop can be scheduled on more than one machine and may have flexible operation sequences, with considering such case it is very difficult and complex to make the optimal process plans and scheduling. But they should be considered for an integrated model to perform more effective process planning and scheduling in this job shop problem. In this paper, we propose GA-based scheduling method to integrate effectively the problem of alternative machines, alternative operation sequences and scheduling. The performance of proposed GA is evaluated through comparing integrated scheduling with not integrated scheduling in molding company with alternative machines and operation sequences. Also, we use benchmark problems to evaluate performance. The scheduling method in this research will apply usefully to real world scheduling problems.

It is often that a large-scale linear programming(LP) problem may contain many constraints which are redundant or cause infeasibility on account of inefficient formulation or some errors in data input. Presolving or preprocessing is a series of operations which removes the underlying redundancy or detects infeasibility in the given LP problem. It is essential for the speedup of an LP system solving large-scale problems to implement presolving techniques. For the recovery of an optimal solution for the original problem from an optimal solution for the presolved problem, a special procedure, so called postsolving, must be applied. In this paper, we present how a postsolving procedure is constructed and implemented in LPABO, a interior-point based LP system. Briefly, all presolving processes are logged in a data structure in LPABO, and after the end of the solution method an optimal solution for the original problem is obtained by tracing the logs. In each stage of the postsolving procedure, the optimality of intermediate solutions is maintained. We tested our postsolving procedure on Netlib, Gondzio and Kennington LP data sets, and concluded that the computational burden of the procedure is relatively negligible compared with the total solving time.

The generalized knapsack problem, or gknap is the combinatorial optimization problem of optimizing a nonnegative linear functional over the integral hull of the intersection of a polynomially separable 0 - 1 polytope and a knapsack constraint. Among many potential applications, the knapsack, the restricted shortest path, and the restricted spanning tree problem are such examples. We establish some necessary and sufficient conditions for a gknap to admit a fully polynomial approximation scheme, or FPTAS, To do so, we recapture the scaling and approximate binary search techniques in the framework of gknap. This also enables us to find a condition that a gknap does not have an FP-TAS. This condition is more general than the strong NP-hardness.

While information technology has been advanced impressively, the issue of system underutilization has continued. Although TAM provides a theoretical and empirical model for explaining information technology acceptance, there exist some issues: lack of focusing task and organization. The present study examines the motivational factors influencing the beliefs about the system, in terms or the extended TTF (task-technology fit) model, to address the issues. For this purpose, an exploratory case study was conducted based on the data gathered from a Web-based survey. The present research proposes five propositions, based on the results of the case study and prior study findings, which can be used as a starting point fur future research.

This paper proposes an index model which can measure the degree of standardization in the Korean ICT field. We first classified ICT sector into 14 sub-sectors. Then for each sub-sector, we considered a set of important determinants to measure the level of standardization, and constructed a linear equation using this set of determinants. Finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology. The proposed model found that overall level of standardization in the Korean ICT industry is relatively low, and "IMT-2000 technology" and "computer network technology" among 14 sub-sectors are highly standardized sub-sectors, Finally, the validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

The aim of this study is to map the intellectual structure of the field of Organic Light Emitting Diode(OLED). Co-word analysis was employed to reveal patterns and trends in the OLED field by measuring the association strengths of terms representative of relevant publications or other texts produced in OLED field. Data were collected from INSPEC. Important keywords were extracted from author keywords. These author keywords were further standardized. In order to trace the dynamic changes of the OLED field, present the technology mapping. The results show that the OLED field has some established research theme and it also changes rapidly to embrace new themes.

본 연구의 목적은 한국경제의 성장과정에서 자본, 노동, 지식, 그리고 환경질의 동태적 상호관계를 도출함에 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 경제성장에 관한 전통적인 거시경제적 시스템 다이내믹스 모형에 최근 경제학에서 대두되는 새로운 아이디어, 환경 및 지식에 관한 변수들을 가미하여 본 연구의 모델을 제시하고, 아울러 경제성장의 질적 전환기에 있어서 유효한 정책수단을 제공함으로써 이론적이며 실제적인 의의를 지닌다.

전자카탈로의 동기화에 대한 중요성이 증가하고있는 가운데, EDI를 이용하여 식료품 분야에서 데이터 동기화를 준비, 진행하고있는 대표적인 글로벌 기업인 Proctor & Gamble사와 H.E. Butt사의 사례를 통해서 식료품 산업에서의 구현하고자 하는 UCS II project의 성공적인 구현에 대한 프로세스와 혜택을 소개한다. 프로젝트의 구현을 통해서 두회사는 투자 수익과 더불어서 경영상의 비용 절감에 막대한 혜택을 가져온다는 것을 나타냈다.

It is a major concern of e-shopping mall managers to satisfy a variety of customer's desire by recommending a proper commodity to the expected purchaser. Customer information like customer's fondness and idiosyncrasy in shopping has not been used effectively for the customers or the suppliers. Conventionally, e-shopping mall managers have recommended specific items of commodities to their customers without considering thoroughly in a customer point of view. This study introduces the ways of a choosing and recommending of commodities for customer themselves or others. A similarity measure between one member's idiosyncrasy and the other members' is developed based on the rule base and the case base. The case base is improved by recognizing and learning the changes of customer's desire and shopping trend.

현대에는 모든 기업 활동과 사회활동에 있어서 인터넷의 사용은 필수조건이 되고 있다. 20세기 후반에 들어서면서부터는, 과거의 전통기업과 비교되는 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 급속하게 생겨나기 시작했다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 기업의 기반을 가상의 인터넷 상에 두고 있기 때문에, 전통기업과는 기업 활동의 수행 방법에 있어서 큰 차이가 있다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 인터넷이라는 새로운 매체를 이용하기 때문에 전통기업 평가에 이용되었던 재무적 지표뿐 아니라, 새로운 다양한 지표(웹 접속률, 페이지 뷰 등)를 통해서 기업의 장점을 파악 할 수 있게 되었다[14]. 따라서 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 평가하기 위해서는 기존의 전통기업 평가방법을 그대로 이용하기에는 무리가 있고, 새로운 가치평가 지표가 필요하게 되었다. 기업을 평가하는 여러 가지 방법 중, 하나인 balanced-scorecard(BSC)[9]는 균형적이고 체계화된 평가 틀을 제시해주고 있다는 장점을 갖고 있다. 그러나 기존의 BSC는 전통기업을 대상으로 했기 때문에, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 평가에 곧바로 적용하기에는 적합하지 못하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 balanced-scorecard 방법을 인터넷 쇼핑몰 평가에 적합하게 수정하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 사이버 교육(e-Learning)에서 컨텐츠 정보특성, 인터페이스 특성, 브랜드인지도, 부가서비스 제공 여부, 강사의 능력, 기술인프라 정도, 놀이성, 지각위험 등이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 세 가지로 나누어 기업의 사내교육대상자, 학원 등 사교육대상자 및 대학교육대상자 등의 사이버 교육의 피교육자 유형에 따라 어떠한 e-Learning의 특성이 전반적인 만족도, 신뢰, 몰입 및 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구모형에 포함된 변수는 기존의 연구에 근거하되 e-Learning의 특성적 요인을 포함하여 선정하였다. 사이버 공간에서 구매행위에 관한 연구는 다수의 연구자들(Jarvenpaa 등, 1997; Eugene 등, 1995; Parasuraman 등 1996; Spiller 등, 1998; O'keefs 등, 1998, Li, 등, 1999; Donthu 등, 1999; Macintosh 등, 1997; Garbarino 등, 1999)에 의해 다양한 방법으로 연구가 진행되었지만 본 연구에서는 e-Loaming의 환경적 특성에서 종합적 연구를 하고자 한다. 따라서 기존의 인터넷 환경 하에서 행해진 인터넷 컨텐츠의 특성에 관한 연구를 기반으로 사이버 교육(e-Loaming)의 특성과 부합하는 변수들을 연구 모형에 포함하였으며, 또한 사이버 교육에서 새롭게 부각되는 요인들을 부가하여(이승희, 2001; 박광태 등, 2002; Bonk, 2002; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.

This paper considers a verification problem on EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans). We select SPIN as a automatic verification tool and consider an instance management specification of CMP(Container Managed-Persistence) entity bean. By showing the verification procedure, we can conclude that SPH can be used to verify EJB systems.

This paper is a report on in-progress investigation on antecedents of IS success in small and medium size enterprises. Previous studies on IS success in SME context largely extends research models derived from a large enterprise context. This research applies the grounded theory approach to 1109 ISP outputs exploring SME specific constructs in successful IS implementation and management. When successful, results of this research will provide insights into theories of IS in SME context that may practically applicable to IS practice in SMEs.

It is important to understand the process of technology diffusion among end users for effectively implementing adoption and coping with frequent changes in the environment. Previous studies indicate that information and communication technology (ICT) adoption is affected by innovation influence such as usefulness, ease of use and self-efficacy. Most of these studies, however, bypassed imitation influence such as subjective norms, word-of-mouth, and advertising, specifically, interactive innovation having critical mass in technology acceptance research. Thus, this study investigates imitation influence in individual adoption of mobile communication technology, more specifically, mobile phones, using Mahaian's diffusion model in individual ICT adoption.

Recently school food service operations are confronted with the wide spread pressures for accountability and the need to increase productivity. This paper is concerned with the make-or-buy decision framework for school food service systems considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. For the purpose of considering the multi-attributes analysis method in decision making for the school foodservice, we developed a make-or-buy decision framework using the multi-attribute analysis method, analytic hierarchy process, AHP method for school food service system. Finally, we developed a systematic and practical solution builder for a three-step decision support system in the view of 1) brainstorming for the idea generation, 2) analytic hierarchy process, AHP as a multi-attribute structure ed analysis method, and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of reviewers. We developed web based program and applied it to a school foodservice problem.

물류센터의 위치선정문제 및 차량운송계획문제 등 물류시스템계획문제에서 거리산정문제를 매우 중요한 문제이며 물류비용의 주요 요인이 되고있다. 지금까지의 거리산정문제는 기하학적거리 및 지역도로와 교통조건을 고려한 일반거리, lp-Distance, 등의 방법들을 활용하고 있다. 최근에는 GIS(Geographical Information System)기반에서의 2차원 평면상의 GIS거리(2-D 거리)를 사용하는 방법을 많이 활용하고 있다. 이러한 방법은 지형적인 여건과 고도차이에 따른 실제거리와는 많은 차이가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 2D기반의 디지털 맵을 3-D 기반의 디지털 맵으로의 변환을 통해 2D GIS 거리산정 방법을 확장하여 3-D기반의 GIS거리 산정 방법을 개발하였다. 이러한 3가지의 거리산정방법; lp-Distance, 2-D 기반의 GIS거리산정 방법 및 3-D기반의 GIS거리산정 방법을 부산지역의 차량운송계획문제(VRP)에 응용하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

The objective of this paper is to provide an improved reorder decision policy for general multi-echelon distribution systems utilizing the shared stock information. Since it has been known that traditional reorder policies sometimes show poor performance in distribution systems, in our previous research we introduced the order risk policy which utilizes the shared stock information more accurately f3r the 2-echelon distribution system and proved the optimality. However, since the real world supply chain is generally composed with more than 2 echelons, we extend the order risk policy for the general multi-echelon systems. Since the calculation of the exact order risk value fur general multi-echelon systems is very complex, we provide two approximation methods. Through the computational experiment comparing the order risk policy with the existing policies under various conditions, we show the performance of the order risk policy and analyze the value of the shared stock information varying with the characteristics of the supply chain.

일정한 시간이 지나면 제품으로서의 가치가 사라지게 되는 단일기간 재고품목들은 생산된 직후 전량 각 고객들에게 주어진 납기에 맞추어 효율적인 분배가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 고객들은 다수 종류의 제품을 주문할 수 있으며 제품종류별 분리배송을 허용하는 상황에서 생산비, 수송비, 납기위반비, 차량고정비를 최소화하기 위한 생산순서 및 차량경로를 수립함을 목적으로 한다. 이에 대한 해법으로써 진화개미해법을 개발하였다. 개발된 해법의 성능평가를 위해 각 고객의 위치, 주문 제품 종류, 주문량들을 다르게 하여 구축한 실험문제에 대하여 유전알고리듬해법과 비교실험을 수행하였다.

While related with electronic commerce and supply chain management, the concept of ERP is more extended. Even information technology makes it more important to achieve company competence Automobile material industry in which there are the variety of suppliers and materials, has to relate with external information such as supply chain information in order to induct efficient ERP system. This study focuses on the induction policies of ERP system through data sharing within supply chain, and performed both case study and statistical analysis through the interviews to the suppliers of automobile materials. To the better induction of ERP through information sharing of SCM, we have to consider the needs of partner of which information sharing is being done well. This study suggests that organizational change management, business process, information technology are orderly taken into account as the analytical results.

많은 경제 시계열 자료 중에서 주가는 국내외 경제상황은 물론 정부정책 등 시장 외적인 영향에 가장 민감하게 반응한다. 하지만, 지금까지의 주가예측에 있어서는 이러한 외부의 영향, 즉 개입(Intervention)이 발생했을 때 주가의 변동에 능동적으로 대처하는 모형이 부재하였다. 실제로 이러한 개입사실을 예측모형에 반영하지 않는다면, 주가예측 있어 그 예측력을 따진다는 것은 무의미하다고 판단된다. 따라서, 개입시점을 발견하고, 이 개입효과를 측정하여 이를 모형에 반영한다면 좋은 예측결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구에서는 이상점 탐지절차를 이용하여 개입 시점을 발견하고 개입의 효과가 개입시점에만 영향을 주는 모형과 효과가 일정기간 지속되는 모형으로 두 개의 개입시계열모형을 구축하고, 이러한 두 모형의 예측성과와 인공신경망모형을 이용한 예측성과를 비교하였다. 초단기예측(개입 직후 예측)에 있어서 개입의 효과가 지속되는 경우에는 개입시계열이 인공신경망보다 좋을 결과 를 나타내긴 했지만 그 차이는 크지 않았으며, 개입의 효과가 시점에만 영향을 준 경우에는 인공신경망의 결과가 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 단기예측(개입 후 20 일후의 예측)에 있어서는 개입 효과의 지속여부에 상관없이 인공신경망이 개입시계열모형보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

Customer profitability recognition is easier with CRM enabling technologies and the strategy of firing unprofitable customers prevails in the market. However, in the digital and Internet age, network externality is becoming more important. Therefore, the concern over firing unprofitable customers has increased. Our research is intended to develop strategic guidance for customer selection when firms implement CRM in the market with network externality.

Since the early 1980s, the concept of relationship management in marketing area has gained its importance. Acquiring and retaining the most profitable customers are serious concerns of a company to perform more targeted marketing campaigns. For effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management), it is important to gather information on customer value. Many researches have been performed to calculate customer value based on CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). It, however, has some limitations. It is difficult to consider the churn of customers, because the previous prediction models have focused mainly on expected future cash flow derived from customers'past profit contribution. In this paper we suggest a CLV model considering past profit contribution, potential benefit, and churn probability of a customer. We also cover a framework for analyzing customer value and segmenting customers based on their value. Customer value is classified into three categories: current value, potential value and customer loyalty. Customers are segmented according to the three categories of customer value. A case study on calculating customer value of a wireless communication company will be illustrated.

As internet commerce grows, many company has begun to use a CF (Collaborative Filtering) as a Recommender System. To achieve an accuracy of CF, we need to obtain sufficient account of voting scores from customers. Moreover, those scores may not be consistent. To overcome this problem, we propose a new recommendation scheme using binary user-item matrix, which represents whether a user purchases a product instead of using the voting scores. Through the experiment regarding this new scheme, a better accuracy is demonstrated.

Hybrid Case Based Reasoning and Neural Networks Approach for Blowing Control of Basic Oxygen FurnaceA hybrid artificial intelligence approach based on combining case based reasoning and neural networks is presented. The approach is designed to allow for solving blowing control of BOF(basic oxygen furnace), example of which lie at the core of steelmaking process control systems application in the steel industry. According to this hybrid approach, the system, when faced with a new problem, first retrieves similar cases and neural network is used to solve the problem. Experimental Results indicate that combining case based reasoning and neural network offers an efficient approach to solving control and prediction problem

대학이 신입생을 선발하는 기준은 해당전공을 공부하는데 적합한 지원자를 선발하는 것이며, 해당모집단위에 많이 지원하게 하여 신입생 충원을 용이하게 하는 것 등이다. 대학은 입학전형을 거쳐서 신입생을 선발하게 되며, 선발기준으로 전형요소를 활용하게 된다. 전형요소 활용방법은 신입생 선발에 영향을 주기 때문에 전략적으로 중요하다. 2005학년도 신입생 선발에는 고등학교 7차 교육과정을 이수한 지원자들이 지원하게 되므로 전형요소에 있어서 변화가 있다. 대학입학수학능력 시험의 체제는 수험생들이 영역이나 과목을 선택하여 응시하는 방향으로 변화한다. 즉, 수리 영역을 가형 및 나형으로 응시하고, 하나의 탐구영역을 응시하되 사회탐구영역 및 과학탐구영역은 4과목 이내에서 선택하여 응시한다. 또한 수학능력시험의 성적표는 각 영역별 및 과목별 표준점수, 백분위점수 및 등급을 표시하여 통지한다. 본 연구는 변화된 수학능력시험의 체제와 고등학교 교육과정을 어떠한 방법으로 반영하여 학생을 선발하는 것이 바람직한가에 대한 전략을 도출하는 틀을 제시하고, 각 전형요소 활용의 대안과 문제점을 도출하고자 한다. 2005 수능시험 결과는 표준점수로 통지하기 때문에 만점 개념을 적용하기 어렵고, 표준점수를 전형요소로 활용할 때 전형총점 개념을 도입하기 어렵다. 또한 복수영역 및 과목의 선택에서 유리함과 불리함이 나타나게 된다. 과거의 수능시험결과를 분석하여 전형총점개념 도입의 방법과 불리함을 보정하여 주는 방법을 제시하고, 신입생을 선발하는 목적에 적합한 전형요소 결정전략을 도출하고자 한다.2; Learning Decisions, 2001) 연구모형을 설정하고 이를 근거로 실증연구를 수행 중에 있다.7.2
$e^{0.101}$ x/, y = 70.01$e^{0.030}$ x/, 반감기는 12.0, 6.86, 23.0 일이고 폐장, 간장, 신장의 회복기간(x)별 크롬농도(y)의 소실속도 상관계수 (노출농도 0.50 mg/㎥군의 경우)는 y = 1808$e^{0.004}$ 93x/, y = 12.02$e^{0.029}$ 7x/, y = 67.61$e^{0.029}$ 2x/ 반감기는 140.6, 23.3, 23.7 일로 평가되었다. 4. 고찰 : 실험동물의 전혈, 혈청, 뇨에서의 크롬농도와 시험물질 노출농도는 밀접한 상관을 가졌으나 농도에 정비례하지는 않았다. 뇨 중 흡수된 크롬의 경우 회복기간 초기 (12시간 내)에 대부분 배설이 일어나는 것으로 나타났다. 폐장이 간장, 신장 등 다른 장기에 비해 높은 축적량을 보였으며 축적된 크롬농도가 높을수록 크롬의 소실속도는 현저히 저하하는 경향을 보였다. 노출농도가 높을수록 각 장기조직 내 크롬의 소실속도 (clearance)는 크게 감소경향이 있었으며 이는 체내 과부하시 자정작용이 감소하는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구 결과 SD rat를 이용 반복흡입노출의 경우 생체의 무유해영향농도 (NOAEL)는 0.2mg/㎥이하이며 발암물질을 감안하여 안전계수를 100으로 할 경우 사람에 대한 NOAEL은 0.002mg/㎥이하로 판단되 -
Recently mobile SFA(Sales Force Automation) system makes rapidly progress specially in industries like insurance, manufacture, and distribution. However, there are some problems that information about products and trades is not promptly shared among sales agents or customers, since the current mobile SFA system has simply extended the existing systems for sales management. In order to improve these weaknesses, we introduce LBS(Location Based Service) and mobile P2P(Peer to Peer) service into the existing systems, then design and implement the enhanced system (or mobile SFA using them. Through this improvement, our system makes it possible for customers or sales agents to quickly share various information and increases the efficiency of sales activity by facilitating the competition and cooperation among sales agents and reducing time-cost.

본 논문에서는 다수의 셀로 구성된 CDMA 시스템의 순방향 링크를 대상으로 지연 및 PRER 제약과 전송출력 제약 하에서 데이터 전송률과 사용자간 형평성을 반영한 총효용을 최대화하기 위한 각 기지국의 총평균전송출력과 각 사용자의 데이터 전송률 할당 체계를 제시한다. 실험을 통해 모든 셀을 동시에 고려하는 OPARS(Optimal Power and Rate Allocation Scheme)가 각 셀을 개별적으로 고려하는 SPRAS(Separate Power and Rate Allocation Scheme)에 비해 더 좋은 해를 제공한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This paper is to propose e-business strategies for individual SME's(small and medium-sized enterprises). e-business maturity model is used to assess e-business maturity level of a target SME, and then corresponding e-business strategy is proposed based on the current maturity level. We studied two SME's to show how it works. Most SME's are small and do not have enough resources to invest on information systems. As it turns out, e-business strategies of SME should heavily depend on its relationship with customers and suppliers. One of the studied SME's is found to be in higher maturity level, because its manufacturing system is tightly related to its customer. One of major implications of this study is that e-business level of SME's should be upgraded considering how it is doing business with its customers and suppliers.

환경 친화적인 공급 사슬 관리에 관한 주제는 최근 기업들이 보다 적극적으로 생산성과 기업 이미지를 높이고 총비용을 절감하기 위한 목적으로 적극적인 관심을 가지게 되었다. 적극적이란 공급 사슬 전체에 걸쳐 환경 친화적인 제품을 개발하고, 효율적인 리사이클링 활동을 기업의 중요한 전략으로 하고자 하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경 친화적 공급 사슬 관리의 배경, 논리적 근거, 전략 그리고 공급 사슬을 구성하고 있는 여러 요소들의 친 환경적인 대응 방법 및 시스템을 전체적인 공급 사슬 관점에서 조명하고 분석해 보고자 한다.

This study discusses the strengths and weaknesses of MAUT, AHP, and PROMETHEE as multicriteria decision making aids with respect to their underlying assumptions and axioms, and suggest the usefulness and limitations of PROMETHEE as a outranking method. For the demonstration purpose, we provide a numerical example to evaluate 3 domestic life insurers using PROMETHEE.

Redesign of business processes still attracts a lot of interest. There have been a variety of quantitative approaches to analyze of business process. However, to examine and determine the quality-focused characteristics of the business process, a qualitative approach should be deployed. This paper introduces a qualitative approach process analysis, especially adopted the concept of the emotional engineering which is used in the area of the product design. To analyze the qualitative aspect of the business process, the emotional adjectives for the business process are used. The proposed methodology enables to determine which of business process is better or not in a more intuitive way.

The supply chain of the airline industry includes multiple airline companies, travel agencies and customers. Various air fares are offered by travel agencies. The travel agencies grant deposit to the airline company in advance and preoccupy seats with deep discount, which called group-discount-ticket. The group-discount-ticket offers the lowest air fare but it does not base on real demand. So the information flow generated by group-discount-ticket can cause the information distortion in airline supply chain. This study analyzes the bullwhip effect in the airline industry. A mathematical model is formulated and managerial suggestions is provided.

공급체인관리는 개별적 기업 에이전트(마케팅, 자재, 구매, 생산, 유통등)를 통합하여 운용하도록 하는데, 이러한 통합은 한 기업에서 국한되는 것이 아니라 공급자로부터 소비자까지의 공급체인의 모든 에이전트에게 적용된다. 공급체인의 에이전트들 간의 통합이 실질적으로 효과를 나타내기 위해서는 상호 정보 공유 및 조정된 방법으로 운영되어야 한다. 전자거래에 대한 요구가 증대되면서 새로운 변화에 유연하게 대처하고 예측하지 못했던 상황, 즉 Order에 대한 주문량 변경/취소, 새로운 고객 등장(긴급을 요구하는 Project등)으로 새로운 Order 생성, 계절적 요인으로 인한 주문량 폭주, Event에 의한 특정 상품에 대한 Cost Down 및 Cost 복원, 원자재/제품의 불량처리에 대한 Delivery 일정 수정 등과 같은 사건에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 공급체인 내에서 Intelligent 기능을 가진 Coordination Agent의 도입이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자거래와 공급체인을 연계한 e-SCM에서의 조정 에이전트 시스템을 구현하고 Agent의 Coordination 능력을 분석한다.

This article concerns the event management of the transportation and delivery system in the real time environment. Until now mainstream researches in the transportation and delivery area have largely focused how to create optimized vehicle routing schedule fast and stably, although the execution and event management area has a lot of opportunities which could make logistics efficient and especially customers satisfied. This paper suggests to-be model processes how to execute vehicle routing schedule correctly and when events are occurred how to cope with them effectively. To embody such ideas GIS, GPS and Mobile technologies are attached on optimizing scheduler engine, TMS, WMS, ATP and Monitoring system.

Group technology(GT) is a manufacturing philosophy which identifies and exploits the similarity of parts and processes in design and manufacturing. A specific application of GT is cellular manufacturing. the first step in the preliminary stage of cellular manufacturing system design is cell formation, generally known as a machine-part cell formation(MPCF). This paper presents and tests a grouping gentic algorithm(GGA) for solving the MPCF problem and uses the measurements of e(ficacy. GGA's replacement heuristic used similarity coefficients is presented.

This paper is intended to compare between the Bayesian estimates of hazard rate and the hazard rates of mixed distributions. In estimating hazard rates, especially when the MLE method is used, such difficulties as a lack of data and the existence of censored data make it difficult to estimate the rates. For this reason, the estimates of hazard rate based on the Bayesian approach are introduced. For the simplicity, the exponential and gamma distributions are adopted as a sampling distribution and its natural conjugate prior distribution, respectively.

It is essential to establish and implement effective quality assurance program. Foreign state-of-the-art standards and practices of quality assurance are investigated and analyzed to select quality assurance requirements. In this paper, guidelines are offered a suggestion to establish optimal the technology standard and lay out the managerial control scheme of quality assurance for decommissioning on research reactor.

In these days, IT is the most essential element that secures continuous competitive advantage in current business organizations. The success of IT in rapid changing business environment depends on how we successfully secure and develop the IT human resources that have the appropriate knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study is to define the essential knowledge and skills for IT manager's role, and to find out appropriate training programs for the reinforcement of IT manager's competency from case studies. Through the training programs for IT managers, we find that it reinforces IT managers recognition, enlargement of human relation network, the obtainments of knowledge sharing culture, and the improvement of communication skills.

전력산업의 구조개편에서 발전사업자에게 용량가치를 보상해 주는 것은 현물시장에서 발전용량을 줄임으로써 가격 상승을 유도하여 수익을 높이는 등의 전략적 행동을 줄임과 동시에 발전회사의 단기적인 이윤 추구 및 경쟁에 의해서 저해될 수 있는 장기적인 투자를 유도하기 위한 것이다. 이 논문에서는 용량가치 보상 메커니즘을 용량가격이 생산량에 따라 변화하는 부분과 변화하지 않는 부분으로 나누고 대칭적인 복점시장 상황을 상정하여, 수요특성과 시장의 경쟁정도 및 소비자 잉여의 중요성 등에 따라서 용량가치 보상 메커니즘이 사회후생에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 분석하였다. 결과적으로, 용량가치 보상에 의해서 사회 후생이 증가할 수 있으며, 소비자 잉여를 중시할수록 용량가격이 생산량에 따라 변화하는 메커니즘이 효과적이고, 경쟁 형태 및 정도에 따라서 용량가치 보상 메커니즘의 형태가 달라져야 함을 보였다.

Most of Online Shopping Mall takes Business-Customer interaction through E-mails and bulletin boards. Especially bulletin boards provide Business-Customer interaction and also Customer-Customer interaction. This paper, by experiment, aims to identify how to deal negative messages in Online Shopping Malls to increase customer trust and loyalty when negative messages show up the bulletin board. Types of dealing negative message were classified (1)Leaving, (2)Deleting, (3)Proper Responding, and the experiment resulted in (1)Leaving decrease customer trust and loyalty, (2)Deleting and (3)Proper Responding increase customer trust and loyalty. But (2)Deleting appeared to have more influence on customer trust and loyalty than (3)Proper Responding. Based on this result, to increase customer trust and loyalty, Online Shopping Mall should correspond to negative messages immediately. And it is necessary that control of negative messages adequately, because effects of negative information appear bigger than effects of interactions.

정보기술의 발전과 e-Business 환경이 급속히 확산됨에 따라 기업에서는 다양한 목적의 정보시스템을 개발 및 이용하고 있다. 그러나 규모가 작은 국내 중소규모 기업 및 조직에서는 여러 가지 제약 조건과 인식부족으로 경제적 환경변화에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 더욱이 중소규모 교육기관에서의 e-Business환경 구축은 전통적인 비즈니스 프로세스 기반의 특성으로 인해 전환을 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 이에 경제적인 인트라넷을 구현하여 활용함으로써, e-Business환경 변화에 적극 대응하고, 수요자 욕구에 반응할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 그 성과를 다양한 측면에서 해석하여 인트라넷 구현의 가치를 평가하였다.

기업이 정보화를 통한 혁신을 이루기 위해서는 먼저 기업 자신의 환경을 파악하고 이에 맞는 정보화 전략 계획(ISP)을 작성하고 추진하여야하며, 또한 정보화 전략계획을 작성하기 위해서는 관리자와 사용자측면을 모두 고려한 요구사항 분석이 실시되어야 한다. 그러나 기존의 요구사항 분석의 관점은 시스템 전체를 대상으로 하기보다는 일부분으로 한정되었고, 세부적인 프로세스나 평가방법에 대한 설명이 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업이 정보화 추진시 시스템 전체를 고려하여 필요한 요구사항을 효과적으로 도출하기 위한 전체적인 프로세스 및 분석방법, 평가방법 그리고 세부적인 산출물을 제시하겠다.

It is widely used that a network termination rate is calculated by using a Long Run Incremental Costing model. Interconnection Order issued Ministry of Information and Communication in Korea on December 2002 has declared that termination charges of local, national, payphone, and mobile calls are going to be determined by LRIC costing models after 2004. There are lots of preceding researches on a fixed network costing model for applying to LRIC method but on a mobile network not pretty much of them. Besides, Most important basis of current calculation models for termination charges are access costs to connect subscribers to network such as a local loop. In this paper, we look into being of access costs in mobile network and show the applicable standards for cost allocation of access costs in implementing LRIC costing model.

최근 통신시장의 급격한 변화로 요금 및 접속료 산정에 원가정보가 되는 회계분리의 규제 및 기준이 역사적 원가회계에서 현행원가회계 개념으로 바뀌고 있으며 이에 따라 많은 나라에서 현행원가 회계정보 시스템을 준비하고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 원가회계 및 회계분리의 개념들을 살펴보고 해외사례를 통해 최근의 동향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 우리나라가 회계분리 규칙 및 기준을 제개정할 때 고려해야할 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

시장 및 산업 장벽의 붕괴는 금융 산업에 있어서 경쟁격화를 불러일으켰고, 기업들로 하여금 새로운 경쟁 전략을 모색하게 만들었다. 그에 따른 다양한 전략 중 많은 금융기관에서 고객가치 중요성을 인식하고, 그 가치를 객관화하여 기업 이익 증대에 좀 더 기여할 수 있도록 시도하였다. e-CRM은 인터넷 기술을 포함한 정보기술을 이용하여 그러한 전략을 지원해 주는 도구다. 그러나 수요자 입장에서 금융기관은 e-CRM 도입을 위한 객관적인 평가체계가 없이 e비즈니스에 대한 맹목적 신뢰 또는 경쟁사의 도입에 의한 경쟁적 목적 등, 합리적 효과예측에 기반한 도입평가를 하지 못했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주 기능 분석과 위험분석에 의한 도입평가체계를 제시하고, 인터넷 금융기관에 적용해 봄으로써 활용을 모색 하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the actual condition, the result and the problem of the military defense CALS system and seek the way of the effective use of the military defense CALS. We perform an analytic hierarchy process to find the factors that have an influence on the effective use of CALS and evaluate the level of importance of these factors. Also we estimate the actual condition and the result by the Likert 7 scale.

Fierce competition in today's global markets, the heightened expectation of customers have forced business enterprises to invest in, and focus attentions on, their Supply Chains, Also Cross Docking is an essential part of SC, and integrating Cross Docking with vehicle routing scheduling is needed to smoothly link the physical flow of SC, However, there is no the mathematical model which focuses on Cross Docking with vehicle routing scheduling. Therefore, the integrating model considers Cross Docking and vehicle routing scheduling will be developed in this paper. And the solution based on Tabu algorithm to this model will be provided.

This study presents supplier buyer models representing the interactions between supplier and buyer under a long-term replenishment contract in a supply chain system. We established the models according to the economic power of each party. Analysis based on Stackelberg game theoretic approach is tried for each model. We develop methods for each agent to follow to complete a contract for the best interest of each participant.

In this paper we presents a centralized model for a long-term replenishment contract model in the supply chain system. We assume ARIMA demand process for reflecting more realistic demand data and present a solution which minimizes total system cost of the contract model between single supplier and buyer under centralized system. From the result of experiments we can observe that the proposed model generate better result than the decentralized model.

CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment)은 기존의 공급망 개선에 관한 어플리케이션이 갖는 문제점인 정보의 부정확성, 시스템의 단절, 관련 기업 간 협력의 부족 등과 같은 여러 장해요소들을 극복하기 위한 목적으로 설계된 최신 비즈니스 모델로서, 이는 공급망의 총재고를 최소화하기 위해서 공급망의 모든 구성원들이 최종소비자의 실제 수요정보에 근거하여 계획(Planning), 예측(Forecasting), 그리고 보충(Replenishment)을 시스템 상에서 협력적으로 결정하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 구성원들 간에 발생할 수 있는 예외적인 사항들을 CPFR시스템의 예측단계에서 판별하고, 그러한 예외 사항들을 역동적으로 다루기 위한 지식기반 협업 에이전트 시스템(Knowledge-Based Collaboration Agent System)을 제시한다. 또한 지능적 추론(Reasoning)과 학습(Learning)을 통해 구성원들에게 예외 사항에 대한 최적의 해결안을 제시함으로써 협업 시스템의 자동화를 구현한다.

Due to the rapid development of manufacturing and information technology, traditional supply chain scheme has been changed dramatically Most companies have been forced to relocate or redesign their logistics network in different countries. A supply chain partnership is a relationship formed between two independent members in supply chain through information sharing to achieve specific objectives and benefits in terms of reductions in total costs and inventories. This study illustrates the benefits of supply chain partnerships based on information sharing and lead-time patterns. We consider three level of information sharing: (1) immediate order information; (2) demand information; (3) inventory information. Given a fixed total lead-time, how lead-time distribution will affect the bullwhip effect and inventory cost under information sharing strategies. The results can help improving supply chain performance and selecting suitable direction for the re-configuration of supply chain network.

This paper is intended to assess a system reliability that is changed as time passes. The proposed methodology consists of two steps: (1) predicting probabilities that each component fails at specific time by using a Markov Chain model and (2) calculating reliability of the whole system via Bayesian network. The proposed methodology includes extended Bayesian network model reflecting the case that components are mutually dependent.

Navy surface vessels require pier services such as emergency repair, oil supply, fm loading/unloading, crane, standby readiness, normal repair, gun arrangement, ammunition loading, and food loading during the period in port. The purpose of this study is to establish efficient berth allocation plan for navy surface vessels in home port under the limited resources of piers and equipments. The study suggests Mixed Integer Programing (MIP) model for bath allocation problem, considering precedence relationships among services. For a effective analysis, the model is implemented by ILOG OPL(Optimization Programming Language) Studio 3.1 and ILOG Cplex 7.0. The results of the model show reduction of berth shifts and increasement of service benefits. And thus, it would be a possibility of contribution in the improvement of fleet readiness.

In decommissioning activities of nuclear facilities, the analyses and evaluations of data(man power, radiation exposure, waste outputs, equipments, etc ) is very important to accomplish effective decommissioning and dismantling. To handle the data from decommissioning activities of research reactor, we developed its database system. By using database system, we come to filter and analyze the date of decommissioning activities and we can evaluate the extraordinary decommissioning features of research reactor. It is likely to lay out and estimate the optimal plan of decommissioning. We expect that the database system of effective decommissioning activities build up the foundation of commercial reactor decommissioning.

As the information and communication technology has been developed, demand for internet and multimedia is increased and customer's needs becomes diverse. Therefore, the convergence of fixed and mobile networks has emerged. Fixed - Mobile Convergence (FMC) service means that it provides users with one type of services from network access to billing regardless of networks and terminal. FMC service is expected to provide an advanced value with both networks providers and users. Wireless local area network (WLAN) and 2.3㎓ HPi are promising services that will generate enormous demands among FMC services. For that reason, this paper investigates the trend of WLAN and HPi in Korea and abroad and suggests future deployment based on reviewing the literature.
