이 연구는 중.고등학교 재학 중인 청소년들의 청소년시설 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 개인, 가족, 학교 층위의 다양한 변수들에 대한 검토를 통해 밝혀내는 것을 목표로 한다. 이 연구는 「2021 아동·청소년 인권실태조사」 자료를 분석한다. 이 연구가 분석하는 자료는 국책연구기관과 전문 조사기관에 의해 수집된 전국단위 자료이며 이는 분석결과의 일반화 수준을 최고 수준으로 담보하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 분석결과를 종합하자면, 먼저 청소년시설 이용 수준은 전체적으로 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 시설 이용에 강건하게(robust) 영향을 미치는 변수는 '응답자연령'과 '인권관련지식정보'였다. 즉 나이가 어리고 인권에 대한 지식이나 정보가 관심이나 정보가 많은 청소년이 청소년시설에 적극적임을 알 수 있다. 가족 및 학교 차원 변수들에서는 욕이나 체벌의 경험정도 및 인권침해 경험의 정도가 청소년 시설 이용에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 이는 청소년 시설이 소위 인권위기상황 청소년들에게 일종의 쉘터(shelter)의 기능을 수행하고 있다고 짐작해 볼 수 있는 대목이다. 청소년시설이용을 주제로 한 연구들은 축적된 연구물 자체도 많지 않거니와, 대부분의 연구들이 특정 지역의 청소년시설 이용에 대한 기술적 연구에 국한되어있다. 따라서 이 연구가 구성하는 모형은 이론적 숙고와 문헌검토에 기반했다라기 보다는 연구자의 직관과 자료활용가능성을 고려하여 구성하였음을 밝힌다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current life conditions and welfare needs of rural youth. A questionnaire was developed from the review of literature. The instrument consisted of five separate sections according to the objectives of the study. Data(391) were collected through a questionnaire mailed to 4-H members selected in the sample(580). The rate of analyzed data(387) was 98% using the SPSS. Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations were made. (1) The various education programs need to be enlarged to rural area. (2) The job getting opportunities and career guidance programs are needed to strengthen for rural youth. (3) The problem-counselling programs and centers should be provided for rural youth. (4) The more leisure and culture facilities should to establish in rural area.

With the purpose of instilling an awareness of the safety of users of electrical equipment and inducing voluntary facility improvement through the safety rating system for general low voltage electrical equipment, simulation and field application of the safety rating of general low voltage electrical equipment were conducted. For the introduction and application of the safety rating system for general low-voltage electrical equipment, data related to domestic safety was investigated and analyzed, cases of introduction in other fields were reviewed, and for design, the 4M risk assessment method of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency and the cases of safety index development in Korea were analyzed and standardized. Safety rating system simulations were conducted for general low-voltage electrical equipment, and problem improvement measures were prepared by analyzing the results through on-site verification and simulation applied to the initial design. Design standards for the introduction of the safety rating system for general low-voltage electrical equipment were prepared, and 394 youth training facilities were applied to the field to see if the design standards were practically applicable to the field. With the application of the safety rating system for low-voltage electrical equipment for general use, youth training facilities that had been classified as 'appropriate' were able to induce an upgrade to a higher level through voluntary facility improvement according to the application of grades (A to E). As a result of inducing voluntary repair projects based on the results of the 1st and 2nd inspection of youth training facilities, it was confirmed that 86 facilities received grade A, 225 facilities received grade B, and only 311 facilities received grade A to B out of a total of 394 facilities, and there was no grade E.

During adolescence, youths may experience many unexpected changes due to sudden variances. At that time, youths were found to show rebellious or abnormal behaviors due to psychological wounds. These are often caused by psychological wounds oriented at home or at school, which may make some problems in adolescents' self-respect and attachment. In this study, we plan to conduct an analysis of the case of the interior therapy of educational facilities through TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) to discover how psychological therapy for youths is applied to an interior environment. The cases analysis are conducted based on the three principles of TBRI and the twenty seven detailed keywords within each principle. The research method is oriented on the research of literature focusing on TBRI-related external studies and domestic/external studies of interior therapy. The ranges of the case study are studied in six educational facilities retrieved and extracted from the website 'Archdaily' and from the 2019 Journal of the Korean Institute of Educational Facilities. The research article are concluded that TBRI's principles were applied to shape, finish material, color, lighting, furniture layout, plan layout, sculpture, and built-in-furniture by analyzing the interior therapy of educational facilities according to the elements of TBRI.

이 연구는 Creswell과 Clark(2007)의 혼합방법론 중 내재적 모형(embedded design)을 활용하여 장애아동청소년 거주서비스의 쟁점을 다양한 측면에서 탐색하고자 한 것이다. 그동안 장애인복지는 상대적으로 성인장애인을 중심으로 쟁점들이 도출되었고 주도되었다. 그 과정에서 장애아동청소년은 상대적으로 소외되는 경향이 나타났으며, 거주시설의 장애아동청소년은 더욱 열악한 상황에 놓여 있었다. 이러한 국내 현실에 근거하여 본 연구는 현재 거주시설 장애아동청소년이 당면하고 있는 주요 쟁점은 무엇인지를 심층적으로 규명하고자 한 것이다. 연구결과, 질적 분석에서는 아동청소년으로서의 지위 부재, 입소에 대한 완충장치의 미비, 별도의 시설과 관련한 의견의 혼재, 생애주기 관련 서비스 및 성인기 전환서비스 부족, 중증 장애아동청소년 서비스의 한계, 법적 지원체계의 미비, 인적자원의 보충과 질 관리가 필요함이 주요쟁점으로 제시되었다. 양적분석에서는 거주서비스의 목표와 기능, 연령 및 장애유형별 구분, 서비스 수요 및 공급에 관한 의견 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 질적 연구의 결과에 내재시켜 장애아동청소년 거주서비스의 쟁점 논의에 통합하였다. 이 연구는 거주시설 장애아동 청소년이 당면한 실제적 쟁점을 혼합방법론을 활용하여 있는 그대로 드러내고 분석하고자 한 최초의 탐색적 시도라는 점에 그 의의가 있으며, 향후 기초 연구로서 관련 연구의 논의 확장에 기여할 것으로 본다.

Being able to enjoy leisure time for adolescents is a necessary activity, for it helps them relieve their anxiety and stress and develop their potential. It is necessary to incorporate such spaces in the housing plans in advance and support diverse community activities. The current living spaces do not hold proper spaces and facilities for community activities appropriate for adolescents. Community facilities should be planned so as to reflect the needs of these adolescents, based on a clear survey in advance. The current study has conducted a survey to find out about the level of satisfaction and requests from adolescents on the leisure facilities their current living spaces hold. Based on this prior research, this study looks for solutions that could solve the issue at hand. The current community facilities are not convenient to support a diversity of leisure activities to the adolescents. The community facilities should be able to supplement information on the various activities put in place for the youth and widely supply the programs in demand. Furthermore, the adolescents wanted to form their own community within the facilities to practice their leisurely activities. We can safely assume that the youth's desire for more community amenities will increase for their own development.

이 연구는 사례조사와 인터뷰를 통해 청춘조치원 프로젝트의 주민공동이용시설의 현황과 운영실태를 파악하여 지속적인 운영을 위한 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 현황 및 운영실태를 살펴보면, 첫째, 조치원읍에는 2025년까지 13개의 시설이 조성예정이지만, 상당수의 시설은 아직 구체적인 운영방안이 마련되지 않고 있다. 둘째, 다른 시설과의 연계를 통한 일자리 및 수익 창출 가능, 유료화 시스템 도입 등을 근거로 지속운영 가능성에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하고 있다. 셋째, 다양한 측면에서 행정지원이 이루어지고 있지만 예산의 한계로 아쉬움이 존재하였다. 지속가능한 운영을 위해 보건복지와 여가문화 기능을 강화하고, 행정지원 측면에서의 지원이 필요하며, 도시재생지원센터 활용하여 지원 및 관리 기능을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
