Nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) in surface streams mainly lead to euthrophication. It aggravates water quality and consequently increases the purification costs. As a resolution of water contamination caused by household drainage through irrigation route by 70% of the 1,300 community residents in Eum-Am Myun, Seo-San city, was implemented biological self-purification method by growing Oenanthe Javanica along the polluted water tunnel. The contaminated water was efficiently purified after passing the dropwort field; DO conc. of effluent water was increased 8.3∼61.9% after through the drop wort field. HRT of experiment system was changed 0.05∼1.50/day. 50% of BOD was eliminated at the range above 12 mg/l of Influent BOD conc. Also, 50% of COD was eliminated at the range above 30 mg/l of Influent COD conc. Finnally, the influent T-N loading at range below 1.5 g/m$^3$/d reduced 50% of Influent T-N conc., and so did influent T-P loading at the range below 0.03 g/m$^3$/dwas reduced 50% of Influent T-P conc.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between the types of supplied apartment plans and the dweller's remodelling of their housework space. Major findings of this research are as fellows: 1. The concept of house wort space has been greatly changed according to the evolution of socio-economic situation. 2. Increasing trend of remodelling activities for house work space is closely related with the housewife's changing attitude on the concept of house work, that is, the change from hard labor to enjoyable object. 3. The concern for house work space remodelling has been increased since 1980's, which is closely related with the appearance of consumer oriented housing market environment.

In this wort. the effect of anodic oxidation on surface characteristics of high strength PAN-based carbon fibers is investigated in terms of surface and mechanical interfacial properties of the composites. As a result, the acidity of carbon fiber surfaces is increased, due to the development of oxygen functional groups in the presence of anodic oxidation. Also. it is found that the critical stress intensity factor ($K_{IC}$) is improved in the oxidized fibers-reinforced composites. which can be attributed to the good wettability between fibers and epoxy resin matrix.

Saccharomyces Cerevisiae was cultured in the malt wort added 0%, 0.001%, 0.01%, 0.1% Chloroform - Methanol and Hexane extract of Ganoderma Lucidum. The more the quantity of Ganoderma Lucidum extract were added the more total alcohol quantity were produced during the culture. Especially higher alcohol contents were more increased about 2.2 times 0.1% added group than on control group 120 hr cultured. Ethanol product was more increased on Hexane extract added group than on Chloroform - Methanol extract added group.

Continuous fiber ceramic composites(CPCCs) having the advantages of ceramics resistance to heat, eroson can be applied in chemical reactors and engine. CFCCs has relatively high stiffness in spite of low weight. In particular, it exhibits greatly increased toughness, which serves to decrease its inherent damage characteristics of the brittle nature of monolithic ceramics. In this wort, tensile and flexural test for SCS6 fiber/ $Si_3N_4$ matrix composites were studied. An objective of this study is to obtain the basic quantities of mechanical properties for tension and flexural test and link these to the fracture resistance behavior. Then, we showed that wok of fracture concept was useful as a method for describing fracture restance behavior of CFCCs.

Three-diemnsional bead profile was measured using the biprism stereo vision sensor in GMAW, which consists of an optical filter, biprism and CCD camera. Since single CCD camera is used, this system has various advantages over the conventional stereo vision system using two cameras such as finding the corresponding points along the horizontal scanline. In this wort, the biprism stereo vision sensor was designed for the GMAW, and the linear calibration method was proposed to determine the prism and camera parameters. Image processing techniques were employed to find the corresponding point along the pool boundary. The ism-intensity contour corresponding to the pool boundary was found in the pixel order and the filter-based matching algorithm was used to refine the corresponding points in the subpixel order. Predicted bead dimensions were in broad agreements with the measured results under the conditions of spray mode and humping bead.

SMART Pilot is a multipurpose small capacity integral type reactor. Main coolant pump (MCP) of SMART Pilot is a canned-motor-type axial pump to circulate the primary coolant between nuclear fuel and steam generator in the primary system. The reactor is designed to operate under condition of $310^{\circ}C$ and 14.7MPa. Thus MCP has to be tested under same operating condition as reactor design condition to verify its performance and safety. In present wort a test apparatus to simulate real operating situations of the reactor has been designed and constructed to test MCP. And then functional tests, performance tests, and endurance tests have been carried out upon a prototype MCP. Canned motor characteristics, homologous head/torque curves, coast-down curves, NPSH curves and lift-time performance variations were obtained from the qualification test as well as hydraulic performance characteristics of MCP.

here is a strand of thinking on service work which sees it as significantly different from other kinds of work due to the emotional as well as the physical and mental labor involved in family restaurant work This study was conducted to examine and investigate the level of emotional labor and burnout experience, and to provide basic information for improving work-related environments. The results of this study imply that job condition promoting programs for diminishing emotional labor and preventing burnout far service workers in foodservice industry should be carefully invented and developed, especially considering their work environments.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the family life, farm wort and leisure satisfaction of rural wives in Chonnam district. 300 farmhouses were selected by stratified sampling from 20 Myon in Chonnam district, 283 wives were interviewed using questionnaire. The results are as follow : 1) The level of wives's value perception of agriculture was low. The level of satisfaction of family life was higher than farm and leisure life. The farm satisfaction is the lowest. 2) family environment variables(such as age, education, children number, yearly income, family type, the number of year of house built), variables connected with farm life(major type of agriculture, value perception of agriculture, underdeveloped cause, living period in farm), and variables connected with time use significantly influenced on the life satisfaction. To promote the satisfaction of rural wives various implications were discussed. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(1) : 66∼80, 1998)

One of most important wort to build Fisheries Policy Information Systems(FPIS) is related to connect the data warehouse between fisheries departments, This paper presents the developing strategies to build the FPIS. First, developing the FPIS needs to compensate the laws and regulations with assistance of fisheries departments. Second, FPIS developer needs to cooperate the related fisheries departments deeply, Third, developing the data warehouse will be contribute to improve criterion and statistics of fisheries data. Forth, For experts of systems use the FPIS, they are needed to educate for appling the systems in the fisheries environments.
