The purpose of this study is to analyze informal learning cases including learning work and being skillful of social workers in the workplace. In addition, it is to examine the promotion plan of informal learning to reinforce competences of social workers in the development of human resources and managemental way. This is a qualitative case study that was involved 20 social workers working in social welfare centers in Jeju. Face to face in-depth interviews were used for collected data. Nvivo10, qualitative data analysis program, was used for analyzing data. According to the findings, the most normal informal learning method in their workplace was to get feedback from the boss including adapting the system of a workplace senior, participating in the meetings, reviewing various media and etc. In addition, feedback from the boss and contacting with acquaintances were used the most as the informal learning method in the learning work and being skillful process of social workers and focused on communication with human resources. Therefore, social welfare centers need to create working environments to promote informal activities such as supporting individual learning, informal meetings, mentoring, supervision, interacting with colleagues and etc as well as supporting institutional formal learning including refresher training to reinforce the capabilities for social workers.

Overbreak occurred inevitably in a tunnel excavation, Is the main factor for increasing cost and time in tunnel projects. Furthermore the damage to the remained rock mass related to the overbreak can give rise to a serious safety problem in tunnels. As a rule of thumb, causes for the overbreak are inaccuracy in drilling, the wrong design of blasting and selection of explosives, and heterogeneity in rock mass. Specially, the geological features of the rock mass around periphery of an excavation are very important factors, so a lot of researches have been conducted to describe these phenomena. But the quantitative geological classification of the rock mass for the overbreak and the method for decreasing the amount of the overbreak have not been established. Besides, the technical improvement of the charge method is requested as explosives for the smooth blasting have not functioned efficiently. In this study, the working face around periphery of an excavation has been continuously sectionalized to 5∼6 parts, and the new Blastability Index for the overbreak based on 6 factors of RMD(Rock Mass Description), UCS(Uniaxial Compressive Strength) JPS(Joint Plane Spacing), JPO(Joint Plane Orientation), JPA(Joint Plane Aperture) and FM(Filling Material) is proposed to classify sections of the working face. On the basis of this classification, the distance between contour holes and the charging density are determined to minimize the overbreak. For controlling the charging density and improving the function of explosives, the New Deck Charge(N.D.C) method utilizing the deck charge method and detonation transmission in hole has been developed.
The double-lane arrangement model is frequently used in underground coal mines because it is beneficial to improve the mining efficiency of the working face. When the double-lane arrangement is used, the service time of the reserved roadway increases by twice, which causes several difficulties for the maintenance of the roadway. Given the severe non-uniform deformation of the reserved roadway in the Buertai Coal Mine, the stress distribution law in the mining area, the failure characteristics of roadway and the control effect of support resistance (SR) were systematically studied through on-site monitoring, FLAC 3D numerical simulation, mechanical model analysis. The research shows that the deformation and failure of the reserved roadway mainly manifested as asymmetrical roof sag and floor heave in the region behind the working face, and the roof dripping phenomenon occurred in the severe roof sag area. After the coal is mined out, the stress adjustment around goaf will happen to some extent. For example, the magnitude, direction, and confining pressure ratio of the principal stress at different positions will change. Under the influence of high-stress rotation, the plastic zone of the weak surrounding rock is expanded asymmetrically, which finally leads to the asymmetric failure of roadway. The existing roadway support has a limited effect on the control of the stress field and plastic zone, i.e., the anchor cable reinforcement cannot fully control the roadway deformation under given conditions. Based on obtained results, using roadway grouting and advanced hydraulic support during the secondary mining of the panel 22205 is proposed to ensure roadway safety. This study provides a reference for the stability control of roadway with similar geological conditions.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between geriatric caregivers and older adults in urban-rural complex communities. The ultimate goal was to design local community educational programs and policies to enhance communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and improve the quality of care services for older adults. Methods: To identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between elderly caregivers and older adults, a survey titled "CCEP: Assessment of Communication Status between Elderly Care Service Providers and Recipients" was conducted from February to July 2020, focusing on rural-urban complex areas. The survey was administered based on providers of elderly healthcare services. The survey targeted 131 respondents involved in providing care services for older adults. The dependent variable of this study was the communication satisfaction reported by elderly caregivers in their interactions with the elderly. The independent variables included perceptions of older adults, factors associated with communication difficulties, and communication efforts. Additionally, gender, working environment, working experience, and the proportion of face-to-face interactions with older adults during caregiving were controlled for the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that communication efforts with older adults significantly influenced communication satisfaction (β=.09, p<0.01). However, perceptions of the elderly and communication hindrance factors did not have a significant impact on communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers. Conclusion: Effective communication between geriatric caregivers and older adults is crucial for identifying and meeting the needs and demands of caregiving services, and it plays a vital role in overall caregiving service satisfaction. To enhance communication skills and satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and ensure the appropriate fulfillment of elderly care needs in the local community, the development of community-centered, specialized health communication programs and other initiatives will be necessary in the future.
Influenced by the alternating effects of dynamic and static pressure during the mining process of close range coal seams, the surrounding rock support of cross mining roadway is difficult and the deformation mechanism is complex, which has become an important problem affecting the safe and efficient production of coal mines. The paper takes the inclined longwall mining of the 10304 working face of Zhongheng coal mine as the engineering background, analyzes the key strata fracture mechanism of the large inclined right-angle trapezoidal mining field, explores the stress distribution characteristics and transmission law of the surrounding rock of the roadway affected by the mining of the inclined coal seam, and proposes a segmented and hierarchical support method for the cross mining roadway affected by the mining of the close range coal seam group. The research results indicate that based on the derived expressions for shear and tensile fracture of key strata, the ultimate pushing distance and ultimate suspended area of a right angle trapezoidal mining area can be calculated and obtained. Within the cross mining section, along the horizontal direction of the coal wall of the working face, the peak shear stress is located near the middle of the boundary. The cracks on the floor of the cross mining roadway gradually develop in an elliptical funnel shape from the shallow to the deep. The dual coupling support system composed of active anchor rod support and passive U-shaped steel shed support proposed in this article achieves effective control of the stability of cross mining roadways, which achieves effective control of floor by coupling active support and preventive passive support to improve the strength of the surrounding rock itself. The research results are of great significance for guiding the layout, support control, and safe mining of cross mining roadways, and to some extent, can further enrich and improve the relevant theories of roof movement and control.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of infection control performance, infection control fatigue, and social support on the burnout of nurses working at National Safe Hospitals during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, and to use that data to suggest methods to reduce burnout among nurses. Methods: From June 30 to September 30, 2021, data were collected from 144 nurses who both consented to participate in the study and had worked for more than six months in National Safe Hospitals with 300 or more beds in the Gyeonggi-do Province in Korea. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Results: The factors affecting nurses' burnout at National Safe Hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic were found to be infection control fatigue (β=.60, p<.001) and social support (β=-.27, p<.001). The explanatory power of these factors was 37.0%. Conclusion: Nurses' burnout at National Safe Hospitals was found to be at a moderate level. Burnout should be reduced through human, material, and administrative support, all of which can reduce infection-control fatigue. It is also necessary to develop both a non-face-to-face social-support-reinforcement program, considering restrictions mandated by infectious-disease pandemics, and a long-term intervention strategy to prevent burnout.
Gears are components of transmission which transmit the power of an engine to a machine and offer numerous speed ratios, a compact structure, and high efficiency of power transmission. Gear train design in the automotive industry uses simulation software. However, PTO (Power Take-Off) gear design for agricultural applications uses the empirical method because of the wide range of load fluctuations in agricultural fields. The PTO is an important part of agricultural tractors which transmits the power to various tractor implements. Therefore, a simulation was essential to the optimal design of the PTO. When the PTO gear is optimally designed, there are many advantages such as low cost, reduced size, and light weight. In this study, we conducted the bending and contact safety factor simulation for the PTO gear of an agricultural tractor. The bending and contact safety factors were calculated on ISO 6336 : 2006 by decreasing the face widths of the PTO pinion and wheel gear from 18 mm at an interval of 1 mm. The safety factor of the PTO gear decreased as the face width decreased. The contact safety factors of the pinion and wheel gear were 1.45 and 1.53, respectively, when the face width was 18 mm. The simulation results showed that the face width of the PTO gear should be greater than 9 mm to maintain the bending and contact safety factors higher than 1. It would be possible to reduce the weight of the PTO gear for different uses and working conditions. This study suggests that the possibility of designing an optimal PTO gear decreases as its face width decreases.

Purpose: The ultimate aim of the inquiry was to discover the essence of nurse's experience and promote understanding. Method : Guided by Colaizzi's method - 1. Description of the phenomena of interest by the reader. 2. collection of subject's description of the phenomena, 3. Reading all the subject's descriptions of the phenomenon, 4. Returning the original transcripts and extracting significant statements, 5. Trying to spell out the meaning of each significant statements, 6. Organizing the aggregate formalized meanings into clusters of themes. 7. Writing an exhaustive description, 8. Returning to the subjects for validation of the description, 9. If new data fare revealed during the validations incorporating them into an exhaustive description. The participants in this study were eight are nurses working for clinics. This strategies for data collecting were needed : deep face to face interview. Results : 6 cluster of themes are : 1. the heavy pressure, 2. the pride and the royal summons, 3. the powerlessness, 4. the hope, 5. the tiresome. 6. the distressed feeling. Conclusion : The results of the this study would help us to understand nurses in clinics, make direction for nursing education, and identify need for continuing inquiry.
Purpose of the research: In response to the increasing number of selling centers, this paper examines factors that influence the voluntary participation in selling centers. The goal of this study is to enable organizations to meet changing market conditions, which require interdisciplinary collaboration during sales projects. This paper also discusses potential problems which may occure during the implementation of these factors in practice. Research design and methodology: The research method consists of a qualitative cross-sectional study with N=12 interviewees. All interviewees are current or former selling center participants. During the interview sessions, semi-structured face-to-face interviews were used, which were evaluated using a qualitative content analysis. In addition, a frequency analysis was applied to evaluate the number of mentions per factor. Research results: In total, five factors were raised in order to improve the framework conditions of voluntary participation. These factors are performance incentives, transparency, availability of resources, goal orientation, as well as collegiality and affiliation. Major conclusions: The identified factors are also under discussion in the existing literature. Knowing about factors that generate voluntary participation in selling centers pays off particularly in improving the probability of completion of sales projects in which buying centers and selling centers are working together.

Various factors can affect the project performance satisfaction through online collaboration tools. In this regard, it is necessary to confirm the factors affecting the satisfaction of the project performance. However, there is not enough empirical research on the satisfaction of the performance through the online collaboration tool. Therefore, this study will investigate the mechanism of project performance satisfaction through online collaboration tool considering the Individual characteristics of the project performing subject, the relationship characteristics between the project members, and the system characteristics of the collaboration tool.
