입원 아동의 가족중심돌봄 개념분석 (Family-Centered Care for Hospitalized Children: Concept Analysis)

  • Purpose: This paper is a report on the concept analysis of family-centered care for hospitalized children. Methods: The concept analysis approach of Walker and Avant was used. A search of multidisciplinary literature published between 1960 and 2016 was undertaken using the keyword 'family centered care' or 'family centered nursing' combined with hospitalized children. Attributes, antecedents, and consequences were inductively derived from the citations analyzed (n=19). Results: The attributes of family-centered care included (1) family respect, (2) collaboration, (3) family support, and (4) information sharing. These attributes are influenced by the 'willingness of family to participate', 'competency and willingness of staff,' and 'institution policy and system.' Additionally, family-centered care does significantly impact 'the health of the children', 'family empowerment' and 'work satisfaction and self-confidence of staff'. Conclusion: Family-centered care of hospitalized children as defined by the result of this study will contribute to the theoretical foundation for application in pediatric nursing practice.

가사노동 가치인정을 위한 정책적 과제 (The Matter of Policy for Estimating the Household Work)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the solutions for policy related to estimating the household work to be set up. In this study the damages to housewife are compared in the viewpoints of the insurance company and the victim. And this study criticizes the unfairness in judging wife's contribution to matrimonial property in case of divorce. So for the future studies decisions to the concept of housewife the survey method for time-use data and the substitute wage are needed. And for setting up the policy continuous and objective discussion about the matter interest of the parties concerned and consensus of public opinion and the reform of image about the family nd household work are needed.

'돌봄민주주의' 관점에서 본 보육정책 (Analysis Of Childcare Policy From a Caring Democracy Perspective)

  • 본 논문은 돌봄민주주의 관점에서 중앙정부의 보육정책을 규범적 접근으로 분석했다. 저출산 고령화로 인한 돌봄공백이 신사회 위험으로 등장하면서 경제성장 중심에서 돌봄가치 중심으로의 패러다임 전환이 필요하다는 사회적 인식이 이루어졌다. 하지만 돌봄윤리가 개별 정책에 어떤 방식으로 반영되어야 하는가에 대한 구체적인 정책연구는 많이 이루어지지 못해왔다. 이에돌봄민주주의 관점의 '자유', '평등', '정의' 가치를 적용해서 보육정책을 분석하고 새로운 정책지향을 제시하고자 했다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 자유 관점에서, 현재 보육정책은 자유선택의 제약으로 인해 공공성과 사회연대성이 담보되지 못하고 있다. 둘째, 평등관점에서 성별및 소득불평등으로 인한 계층화는 인종과 세대의 축이 더해지면서 더욱 복잡하고 다층적인 불평등을 초래했으며, 사적 돌봄의 악순환이 나타나고 있다. 셋째, 정의관점에서 과거로부터 축적되어 온 부정의는 조정을 통해 교정되지 못하면서 구조적 불평등이 오히려 심화되는 것으로 나타난다.

부모의 미취학자녀 돌봄시간 관련요인 변화와 가족정책에의 함의 (Change in Factors Associated with Parental Time Spent on Care of Preschoolers and its Implication for Family Policy)

  • This study attempted to assess the durability of the trend in increasing childcare time and to get some clues based on research findings to make efficient policy interventions in case there is a need to continue or reverse course for such trend. In doing so, a total of 9,668 diaries from the 2004, 2009, and 2014 Korean Time Use Survey were analyzed targeting parents with a preschooler as their eldest child. Parental time was regressed on parents' weekly work hours, mother's relative income, parents' education and gender role attitudes. Furthermore, increase in parental childcare time was decomposed into parts that were attributable to differences in the means and slopes of associated factors. Analytic results revealed that; parents' weekly work hours were associated with time spent on childcare from 2004 to 2014; the negative relationship between mother's relative earnings and her childcare time in 2004 and 2009 was reversed to a positive one in 2014; parent's education had stronger positive effects on father's than on mother's childcare time; parents' gender role attitudes had a weak association with childcare time; social and cultural changes such as decrease in work hours, higher education, more egalitarian gender role attitudes, and rise in women's wages contributed to the increase in parental childcare time, but in a different way for mothers and fathers. By taking into account the social and cultural context behind the changes, this study is able to provide a more constructive implications for childcare policy in Korea.

유급노동 시간대 비동기화가 맞벌이 부부의 가사분업에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Paid Work Time Desynchronization on Dual-Earner Couples' Division of Household Labor)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate whether paid work time desynchronization affected housework time desynchronization. Time slot data from the Korean Time Use Survey data from 2014 was analyzed. This study included 1,475 married couples aged 20 to 59. They were dual-earner couples, heterosexual couples, and both partners worked during the day, either durong the week or on the weekend. The data was analyzed by the following four groups: weekday-husband, weekday-wife, and weekend-husband, weekend-wife. The results demonstrated that as the desynchronization of paid work increased, the desynchronization of time spent on housework in the weekday-husband and weekend-husband groups also increased. Second, the amount of leisure time did not affect the desynchronization of time spent on housework. Lastly, the amount of time that one person spent on housework increased the housework time desynchronization level. In addition, if the family had children who attended primary, middle, or high school-mothers in the weekday-wife group completed more housework. These results demonstrated that paid work time desynchronization might be a way to decrease the amount of time that dual-earner wives' spent housework.

가족친화적 기업문화가 근로자의 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Family-Friendly Corporate Culture on Employees' Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 제조기업에 재직중인 근로자를 대상으로 가족친화적 기업문화가 직원의 가족친화제도 인지도와 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하였다. 연구 결과 가족친화적 기업문화가 기업의 경쟁력 강화 뿐만 아니라 근로자의 행복에 영향을 끼쳐 근로자와 기업이 서로 상생할 수 있다는 것이 증명되었다. 본 연구는 자기기입식 설문조사방법을 통해 진행하였으며 배포된 설문지 중 295부가 최종 유효한 응답지로 선택되었다. 그리고 다중회귀분석을 통해 기업문화, 근무시간, 직장상사의 지원과 가족친화제도 인지도와의 관계를 도출, 가족친화제도의 인지도가 직장만족도 및 삶의 질, 이직의사, 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 검증하였다. 검증 결과 첫째, 기업문화가 직원의 가족친화인지도에 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 근무시간이 가족친화인제도에 미치는 영향도 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 직장 상사의 지원이 가족친화인지도에는 무의미한 영향을 주었는데 이는 직장상사의 지원은 근로자에게 일-가족 갈등을 줄여주고, 조직몰입, 이직의사에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났던 선행연구와는 다른 결과가 도출되었다. 넷째, 가족친화제도인지도는 근로자의 직장만족도 및 삶의 질에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 다섯째, 가족친화제도 인지도는 근로자의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 여섯째, 가족친화제도인지도는 근로자의 이직의도에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 연구 결과에서 살펴본 바와 같이 가족친화적 기업문화는 기업과 근로자에게 있어 긍정적인 효과를 미침에 따라 기업에서는 가족친화제도가 있음을 적극 알리고 제도를 활용하고자 하는 직원에게 적극 권장 및 지원할 필요가 있다. 또한 가족친화제도를 받아들이는 문화로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 중간관리자급을 중심으로 한 인식전환교육과 기업문화로의 정착을 위한 전사적인 노력이 필요하다.

장기적으로 활동한 아이돌보미의 가족 레질리언스 분석: 월시(Walsh)의 관점을 중심으로 (Analysis on Family Resilience of Long-term Childcare Givers: Focused on a Walsh Viewpoint)

  • Childcare related studies have focused on the characteristics of care work, policy aspects, user family satisfaction, and job satisfaction of childcare helpers. But there have been few studies on family system characteristics that support childcare givers. Thus, this study conducted on the topic, "How to characterize the family resilience of long-term childcare givers?" The subjects belong to a healthy family support center in U. City, who belong to a group with an income in the top 20 % of about 20 persons working for more than 3 years. In an interview, qualitative questions were used Walsh's family resilience. The results are as follows. First, they had economic hardship, but their family would stand together and build up a family's power based on the couple's faith. They had a family role model based on their parents' family that included inherited maternity qualities from their mother. Second, the flexibility of the family organization changed to autonomous or co-role type and the connectivity. Especially, they appear as a family's leader. Third, their family communication was active, shared-care, responsible and passionate with family affection and understanding. The conclusions results are as follows. Participants were high school graduates as well as had work experience. They were characterized by positive family energy, a family belief system, family-based resources, flexibility, connectivity, open family communication and expression skills. Therefore, it can be suggested that it is necessary to check the family's resilience during an interview for the reliable, long-term supply of human resources for childcare activities.

간호사신문에 게재된 일-가정 양립 주제분석 (A Thematic Analysis of Nurses' Work-Family Balance in the Korean Nurses Association News)

  • 본 연구는 질적 주제 분석방법을 적용하여 간호사신문에서 간호사의 일-가정 양립을 위한 주제가 어떻게 다루어지고 있는지 조사하였다. 자료 수집은 2012년 9월 14일부터 2015년 2월 10일까지 간호사신문 웹 사이트를 통해 수집하였으며, 분석 대상은 2000년부터 2014년까지의 일-가정 양립 관련 기사 총 473건이었다. 연구결과 일-가정 양립 정부정책, 일-가정 양립을 위한 대한간호협회의 활동 등 2개의 주제와 10개의 하부주제가 도출되었다. 일-가정 양립 정부정책으로는 육아 휴가 정책, 자녀양육 지원정책, 근무제도 개선정책, 가족친화적 문화정책이며, 일-가정 양립을 위한 대한간호협회의 활동으로는 다양한 근무형태 도입을 위한 활동, 24시간 직장보육시설 확충을 위한 활동, 유휴간호인력 지원 활동, 건강한 출산 양육환경 조성 활동, 가족친화적인 직장 환경을 위한 활동, 대체인력을 확보하기 위한 활동으로 도출되었다. 지난 15년간 일-가정 양립을 다룬 기사의 수는 양적으로 증가하는 양상이었으며, 국가적 사건이나 사회 분위기에 따라 그 관심의 정도가 다르게 나타났고, 대한간호협회의 활동이 정부의 정책과 유기적인 관련성을 나타냈다. 간호사신문이 일-가정 양립과 관련하여 앞으로 선도해야 할 방향은 양성평등을 대변하는 젠더관점으로의 전환, 모성보호관련 이행이 취약한 실태나 문제점 등을 심층적으로 공론화하는 등 간호사의 입장을 대변해야 함을 시사한다.

한국가족복지정책에서의 여성정체성 (Women's Identity in the Korean Family Welfare Policies)

  • By analysing women's identity rooted in Korean families and welfare policies related to families, this research aims to explore more gender-equal family welfare policies for the future. This research examines the change of families along with social changes, women's identity in families, the present family welfare policies, and women's identity in the family welfare policies. Social changes and the demand of market make influence on function and form of families. However, the broad social format of patriarchy persists and women's gender identity and gender role in families make little differences as ever. These women's gender role and gender identity are found in welfare policies related to families as they are. The women is regulated as dependent on male partner with the primary responsibilities on child rearing and elderly care. In addition, only focusing on families in need, Korean family policies are not generally established. Therefore, now, it is strongly suggested that Korean family policies concerning more diverse families should be launched with the gender-sensitive perspective.

2023년 전국 가족센터 이용자 대상 가족생활 실태 연구 (2023 Family Life Survey of National Family Center Users)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the family life and relationships of national family center users in 2023. A sample of 1,086 adults was recruited from 48 family centers across South Korea. Participants, both online and offline, reported on various aspects of family life, including satisfaction, gender equality, work-home-life balance, family leisure, and internet usage for family and household purposes. Additionally, family relationships were explored in terms of dynamics with a spouse, children, and adult children. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. In the family life domain, center users reported a high level of satisfaction, with women exhibiting greater awareness of gender equality and higher engagement in household chores than men. Furthermore, although a moderate balance among work, home, and life was reported, time emerged as a significant challenge for family leisure. Regarding technology, center users frequently utilized the internet for family communication, leisure, shopping, and household management. In the family relationships domain, men were more satisfied with spousal relationships than women. Center users reported high satisfaction with parent-child relationships. Parents of school-aged children perceived economic burdens, while those with adult children frequently provided psychological and instrumental support. These findings suggest the need for program modification and the development of new initiatives within national family centers to better support the diverse needs of families in terms of life satisfaction and relationship dynamics.
