  • During five years (Year 2009~2013), Total victims of 72 %(81,560 people) and those 50.6 %(1,258 people) of death accident occurs in small scale construction site which operate 2 million USD less construction budget. Especially, falling death accident account for 785 people, in the share of 33.2 %(261 people) death disaster takes due to defect of original cause materials. The major safety issues in small scale work place take place while scaffold installation, disassembling, work-plate improper installation or non-professional skills of workers. Furthermore, labor subcontract systems make small construction site shortage of resources. Those workers regard work-plate as unnecessary and consumables supplies. Because of that most of workers use unsafe workplace in most construction site. Therefore, in order to prevent falling accident occurring in small scale work site, government should organize related regulations such as "Work site safety construction method" and then expands education support, financial aid, and sourcing safety supplies for work plate which offer broad variety experiences. Also, introduce certificate solutions for various work plates to improve safety function such as anchoring type method and anti sliding function.

The data were collected from October 22 to November 12, 1994. The instruments used for this study were modified PNOSS (Psychiatric Nurse Occupational Stress Scale) which was developed by Bai and modified the Morale scale which was developed by Oh. The confidence varification of these instruments were computed and Cronbach $\alpha$=.9255, .9260. Data were analyzed by t -test, ANOVA on 5% significant level and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study are as follows : 1. The average work stress scores of subjects were 2.83. Among the work stress factors : the conflict with nurse was identified as the most stress factor. There was significant relationship between the degree of work stress and the variables of psychiatric Nursing Assistants such as the marital status, educational level, religion, job satisfaction, working place, predicted period of work. 2. • The theory of Place is based on the relations of human being, environment and architecture in the view of the existentialism and phenomenology. A place has two respects, the one is Natural place as landscape and the other is Man-made place as city, public building , private house. These properties of place are appeared through axis , directions, boundaries, centers , enclosures that are basic elements in architecture . Therefore these elements embody sense of place as orientation , identification , identity. imageability, stabilitas loci, heirarchy. And these sensually compositional elements of poace concretize district, landmark, node, path, edge that ceate a setting into work and place in architecture & interior design.

  • During last five years several workshops and seminars among social work educators, in and out country, has taken place. In those gatherings there has been, criticism on American model on which curriculum of social work in Korea has mainly based, and many proposals which most developing countries should consider and adopt for developing their own curriculums. The proposals could be summarized as follows; 1. Specification of developmental functions of social work should be made so that the curriculum could involve. It also must come from own societal needs and own national development task. 2. Social work should participate and make contribution to plan and solve the main social problems in own countries. 3. Clarification of educational objective in undergraduate level should be made and one of them must be related to the first professional degree. 4. There should be the courses which provide the content of macro level participation. How much of the proposals are reflected in the current curriculum of Korea? What are the problems Korean social work education has been faced in connection with reflecting the proposals? What kinds of task we should or could perform in order to adopt the proposals? These are the questions which deserved to be studied. The followings are the answers to the questions; 1. The new courses such as social welfare policy and planning, Social Development, Population Dynamics and Family Planning, Social problems, Special Issues in Social Welfare, etc, are placed in the curriculum. 2. Though the new courses are added the courses of case work, group work, and community organization are strongly remained it means that integrative method is not quite adopted and that conflicts are taking place between new and old fashion. 3. Fieldwork placement policy has been changes from concurrent to block and from social work method oriented to social problem oriented. 4. There are lack of integration among the all courses, of consistency between pre and post courses and connection among the related courses. 5. Establishment of image of social worker with B, A. degree should be urgently taken place. It can't be done by social work field alone but by cooperation with all the forces related to the social work practice. 6. B. A. graduate should have a common base of knowledge and competence. It could be come from the clear and specified objectives of undergraduate level education. And agreement among the member schools on the objectives can call on the fundamental similarities in each curriculums. Different programs from one school to another can be tolerated as long as there are fundamental similarities among the schools. Basic concepts and framework of social work should be kept clearly. It is a slow and long process to make social work recognized as a profession in the developing countries. Korea can't be and exception. Failure of having social work be indegenous can't be the reason to refuse an change the basic concepts of social work. One of he most important task which social work education in Korea must achieve in the near future is to establish the minimum requirement courses in the curriculum. Social work field, on the other hand, must find the positions for the social works in the various settings and institute. Clear role and image of social worker can be obtained by doing that.

  • In this paper, based on the thought of the place, I tried to define the meaning of th place and interprete its landscape. The landscape of the mt. Toham with its Grotto-temple "Sokgulam" is the major object of it. The "matter and form" of the Sokgulam realizes the archetypal meaning of the grotto, birth or place of the birth, in a concrete picture. The aesthetics of the Sokgulam, the mater and form in the work of arts, comes out light harmonious with the elements: "grotto", the new foreign element of the architectural style and "orientation", the old domestic one of the Shilla that presented itself at the Chomsongdae, a kind of observatory. The interrelation of the old and new elements in work of the Sokgulam shows us also a thought as an opinion of the transference to say: the matter of the traditional subject, "grotto" and the form makes the abstract matter concretely in sight, by receiving the natural happening of the sunrise at the winter solstice.

  • In this paper, we propose a remote controller for robot manipulator using local area network(LAN) and internet. To do this, we develope a server-client system as used in the network field. The client system is in any computer in remote place for the user to log-in the server and manage the remote factory. the server system is a computer which controls the manipulator and waits for a access from client. The server system consists of several control algorithms which is needed to drive the manipulator and networking system to transfer images that shows states of the work place, and to receive a Tmp data to run the manipulator. The client system consists of 3D(dimension) graphic user interface for teaching and off-line task like simulation, external hardware interface which makes it easier for the user to teach. Using this server-client system, the user who is on remote place can edit the work schedule of manipulator, then run the machine after it is transferred and monitor the results of the task.

However, technology also provides a novel solution to this organizational performance management issue. A Study-Life Optimization model (SLO) is suggested, which incorporates information systems, analytics, and decision support into a Smart Service System. A general framework for this model, detailing data collection, measurement, and ethical issues is explained briefly.
