We tried new interpreting about the work of art in this paper. The work of art respects the intention of the artist to make it and interprets intention until now. After critics distinguish by a period, an area that they set to philosophical thought which is the timex and interpreted. We set to each one subjectivity and interpreted between artist to make the work of art and appreciator. But in this paper, we tied various criteria which appreciates the work of art. We tried so that we presented the intimacy each other newly. Otherwise we tied with the subjectivity of the Individual and are the try to be an objectification low through statistical technique. We looked into the culture and art in the introduction and explain the discussion about the work of art interpreting which the main subject. We set the category 6 area, and explain an each criteria explanation and assessment method. We tried to propose new interpreting as the intimacy to be statistical technique result of the assessment analysis.

Introduction of construction cost estimating system is necessary to promote appropriate reflection of construction cost and simplified and efficient amount work. The results of this study are as follows. In the results of considering the basic concept and composition of a construction type estimating system, an example orders are concentrated on an apartment house in the country. The building appurtenant work of extension work is high(1.52) as compared with others. In regression analysis for a construction cost, the models are as follows. In a new construction work, (construction cost)=$12,004.8+4.09{\times}$(building area), and in extension work, (construction cost)=$-121.9+4.50{\times}$(building area). Accordingly, this study wishes to compare and analyzes main contents of original cost method and results cost method, and propose predetermined amount estimation device through existent literature study investigation for accumulation of the construction cost.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in contents of home management part in the home economics textbooks fur middle school from the 1st to the 7th curriculum period. The contents in the all of home economics textbooks published in every curriculum period are analyzed. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The part of home management is divided into seven specific areas including 'definition and process of home management', 'utilization of family resource and environment management', 'time management', 'household labor/work nanagement', 'family financial management', 'purchasing', and 'consumer protection'. 2. From the 6th curriculum period, the area of 'definition and process of home management' begun to be explained using system's approach and the area of 'household labor/work management' changed its' focus from household to self management. 3. The areas emphasized in the beginning of curriculum period were 'family financial management' and 'household labor/work management'. The 'consumer protection' ' and 'utilization of family resource and environment management' were the areas emphasized in the later curriculum period. 4. The contents of 'family financial management' area have changed very little, however, the contents of 'purchasing' area have changed a lot during the all curriculum periods. 5. The contents of illustrations, tables, pictures, and activities have changed according to changes of the contents of the textbooks.

Necessity for the guidebook of occupational health nursing practice has been perceived by our OH research members since the health management of small scale enterprises(SSE) was controlled by law. Mean-while, developing the OH manual, our team found that the work situation of occupational health nursing(OHN) services should be prior to the construction of the OHN manual. This procedure was regarded as helpful for producing the OH manual which is fitting to the Korean nursing circumstances. Thus, this study was planned and carried out. The study aimed to find out current situation of work performance on occupational health nursing practice perceived by nurses working for health management of SSE. Questionnaire was distributed to the OH nurses working in the 55 group occupational health service(GOHS) agencies throughout the Korea from January to March in 1997. Ninety-seven nurses of the 31 GOHS agencies responded. Descriptive statistics was used in the SAS programme. Four nurses participated to select nursing area investigated in the study. Those area were 'document', 'job orientation', 'OH reference', 'nursing theory', 'group health education', 'health examination', 'work dilemma', 'approach attitude', 'workplace visit', 'health promotion' and 'communication'. Results can be summarized as follow : Types of document were mentioned diversely depending on the GOHS agencies. Job orientation was seen to be performed by nurses in 56% among the 75.3% nurses responded. Sixty five percents of nurses agreed to apply nursing theories into the OH with lack of knowledge on them. Health screening and health education were responded as commonly provided nursing activities with various nursing obstacles as well as indicated in the area of 'work dilemma', 'approach attitude', 'workplace visit', 'health promotion'.

Effective installation and operations of traffic safety signs in the advance warning area is of considerable interest for safer traffic management at freeway work zones. This study evaluated the feasibility of traffic safety sign installation based on a driving simulation experiment to take drivers' responsive characteristics into consideration. Both the compliance rate for speed limit and a lane-changing safety index were used for evaluating a set of driving simulation scenarios. It was identified that providing speed limit signs to reduce speed in advance and afterward guiding lane-changing could lead to safer maneuvering of vehicles entering work zones. The outcomes of this study are expected to be useful for revising freeway work zone management policies toward crash prevention.

Recently, Intelligent Excavating System(IES) for earthwork automation is on progress since the end of 2006 as a part of construction technology innovation projects in Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. Task Planning System(TPS), one of the detail core technologies of IES, is an optimal work planning system in conditions of effectiveness, safety and economic efficiency by analyzing the work environment data based on earthwork design and work environment recognition technology. For effective earthwork planning, the location of platform must be the most optimal spot for minimization of time, maximization of productivity and reduction of overlapped work spaces and unnecessariness. Besides, the decision of optimal platform location is to be based on the specifications and then is able to be converted with the local area calculation algorithm. This study explains the decision of optimal platform location on the basis of local area from the work space separate process and judges the effectiveness.

The purpose of the study was to examine job satisfaction, work performance, work satisfaction, perceived needs and self-evaluation of knowledge and skills of nutrition teachers. Survey questionnaire was administered to 106 nutrition teachers in schools of Gyeonggi area. Subjects were categorized into high- or low-job satisfaction group, and study variables were examined by job satisfaction group. Overall job satisfaction was high, with a mean score of 14.9 out of 20. High-job satisfaction group had more favorable perception regarding human relations and workplace atmosphere compared to the counterparts (p < 0.001). Work performance, examined by 12 items, was not significantly different between the two groups. However, satisfaction regarding specific work of nutrition teachers was significantly different by job satisfaction (p < 0.001). High-job satisfaction group responded that they had more knowledge and skills in areas such as food purchase management, food sanitation and safety management, equipment and facility management, nutrition education, nutrition counseling (p < 0.01), and general management & marketing (p < 0.05). High-job satisfaction group also indicated that nutrition teachers need to have more knowledge and skills than the counterparts, regarding food purchase management (p < 0.001), nutrition education (p < 0.01), nutrition counseling, general management and marketing, and teaching practices (p < 0.05). In addition, study results showed significant positive correlations among study variables. This study suggested that job satisfaction of nutrition teachers might be increased by having favorable human relations and workplace atmosphere, increasing satisfaction with specific work of nutrition teachers, and by increasing the knowledge and skills required for the work of nutrition teachers.

Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) have been attracting considerable attention because of their potential use in low-cost, large area, electronic devices such as flexible displays, biochemical sensors, and smart cards. In past several years, gold/pentacene has been frequently used in OTFTs because of the high mobility of pentacene and the high work function of gold. To improve the performance of the OTFTs contact area doping of pentacene with p-doping materials are well known. In this work we demonstrated selectively contact area doping of pentacene with Iodine vapor. For effective doping elevated pentacene layer under the source-drain area was deposited and exposed to Iodine vapor. We got better electrical performance for elevated pentacene structure rather than planer structure with relatively high field-effect mobility.

This study was aimed to propose a framework for the design and implementation of a competency-based curriculum for higher education institutions. For achieving the purpose, surveys were conducted with 300 companies at the southern regional area to find out core work-competencies that are needed in the work places. In addition, general education curriculum from 4 universities from the same area were analyzed and compared with the survey results to examine if the university curriculum satisfy the need of work places by providing courses that nurturing work competencies. The study found that abilities to work as a team and self-regulation are the core competencies. However, the participating universities did not provide enough courses for students to achieve the core work competencies that are mostly needed in the work places. Based on the study results, the competency based-curriculum were suggested, and the process for implementing the curriculum was discussed.
