The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sleep duration and muscle strength in Korean adults aged 19 years and older. The cross-sectional analysis was conducted using the 2016 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data and Chi square test and multiple regression analysis were used. As a result of the analysis, the grip strength of those with more than weekday average sleep duration of 9 hours was found to be -1.267kg compared with those with weekday average sleep duration of 7 hours. The grip strength of those with more than weekend average sleep duration of 9 hours was found to be -0.879kg compared with those with weekend average sleep duration of 7 hours. In model simultaneously adjusting for both the average weekday and weekend average sleep duration, weekday average sleep duration of 9 hours was found to be -1.034kg compared with those with weekday average sleep duration of 7 hours. Therefore, careful observation will be required in light of the fact that both sleep duration and grip strength can predict future health conditions.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate a satisfaction survey of untact education and platforms that can be used for untact education to provide recommendations on future development of Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. Methods: Online survey was distributed among students who have taken Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. The result was separated according to topic and descriptive statistics was used for analysis. The satisfaction survey used 10-point scale. Results: Of the 1,720 students who received the survey, 1,347 (78.3%) responded to the lecture satisfaction survey. The satisfaction level for broadcasting program (Kakao TV), an untact educational platform for the education of clinical trial workers at Kyung Hee University Medical Center, was relatively high with 8.09±1.99 points. Average score respondents recommending Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials was 8.03±1.83 and customer recommendation score (Net Promotor Score) was 27.1%. There was a noticeable difference between weekend-morning and weekday-afternoon (p<0.0001) and weekend-morning and weekday-evening (p=0.0001) real-time untact education. When asked about conducting education after COVID-19 pandemic ends, 79.2% (1,012 of 1,279) of the respondents answered that they prefer real-time untact education while 20.8 % (266 of 1,279) preferred face-to-face education. Conclusion: Online education, without time and space constraint, is expected to be the mainstream market in Korea for Education of Persons Conducting Clinical. Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical has achieved above average satisfaction using Kakao TV. Kyung Hee University Real-time Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Net Promotor Score is 27.1%, which is above industry average, communication with trainees should be considered to improve Net Promotor Score.
Introduction: Although it is well known that medical students are not getting an adequate amount of sleep, there have been only few studies on the sleep patterns of medical students in Korea. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the life style and sleep patterns of Korean medical students and the impact they have on the students' academic performance. Methods: A questionnaire package was administered to the $3^{rd}$ year medical students at the Seoul National University to examine their sleep patterns on weekdays and weekends. It consisted of questions asking about their lifestyles as well as Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and GPA (Grade Point Average) that are considered relevant to their sleep patterns. A total of 110 students (85 males and 25 females, mean age $24.4{\pm}20.6$) responded to the survey and the result was analyzed using the independent t-test, the chi-square test, the paired t-test, Pearson's rank correlation and ANOVA. P-values of less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant in all analyses. Results: The weekend bedtime was significantly delayed (01:24 on weekday;03:12 on weekend; t=-5.23, p<0.01), the weekend rise time was delayed (07:36 on weekday;10:30 on weekend ; t=-24.48, p<0.01) and the total sleep time was increased on weekends (5:57 on weekday;8:17 on weekend ; t=15.94, p<0.01). They wished to sleep for 7 hours 6 minutes which was different from their actual weekday total sleep time (t=-11.41, p<0.01). The poor sleeper group had lower GPAs than the good sleeper group (t=2.05, p<0.05). The GPA of medical students were negatively correlated with age (r=-0.23, p<0.05), daily amount of smoking (r=-0.78, p<0.01), total amount of smoking (r=-0.75, p<0.01), weekday sleep latency (r=-0.23, p<0.05), weekend sleep latency (r=-0.23, p<0.05) and PSQI score (r=-0.30, p<0.01). Conclusion: Medical students were experiencing a lack of sleep during weekdays as they have a later bedtime and earlier rise time, and consequently had more hours of sleep on weekends. Overall, the responded students were experiencing poor sleep quality, and the GPAs of the poor sleeper group were lower than those of the good sleeper group.

This paper is presented to short-term load forecast algorithm using weekday change ratio. The week periodicity was excluded from weekday change ratio. That was composed with the power demand forecast term of five and multiple regression model of the three form. The precision was good with 2.8[%]. Also the power demand of special day(weekend) of completely difficult forecast case of using the multiple regression model was able to forecast at this paper. Therefore, the forecast precision was enhanced and the reliable forecast model was constructed.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare the differences between obese and non-obese students in sedentary leisure-time activities. Methods: The survey was performed with 725 students from 3 different middle schools in Kyeonggi-do. In order to measure the degree of obesity. used are BMI and "2007 Korea Children and Adolescents' Average Scale". With regard to the leisure activities. YRBS and "youth Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance" were referred. Results: The rate of boys' overweight was 18.0% and that of girls was 11.8%. Students watching TV 3hours+/day were 16.6% for boys and 30.6% for girls during weekday. Respective values for weekend were 56.8% and 71.4%. Students using computer 3hours+/day were both 14.5% for boys and girls during weekday. and 53.7% for boys and 36.7% for girls during weekend. 14.9% of boys and 21.2% of girls didn't participate in vigorous physical activities and 5.9% for boys and 11.2% for girls didn't participate in moderate physical activities. The differences between obese and non-obese students in sedentary activities were not significant. However. the difference in leisure-time activity was significant. Conclusion: The programs for prevention and management of adolescents' obesity have to be focused on reducing their sedentary activities and improving physical activities.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for air pollutant exposure modelling and understanding the contribution of respective microenvironments by assessing the time-activity patterns of Korean students according to variables such as grade, sex, weekday, and weekend. Methods: In this study, we compared the residential time of 521 (both weekday and weekend) lower elementary students, 1,735 (1,054 on weekdays, 681 on weekends) upper elementary students, 2,210 (1,294 on weekdays, 916 on weekends) middle school students, and 2,366 (1,387 on weekdays, 979 on weekends) high school students in different microenvironments according to grade, sex, weekday, and weekend. We used data from the 2014 Time-Use Survey by the Korean National Statistical Office for upper elementary students through high school students, and surveyed time-activity patterns of 521 lower elementary students aged 7-9 years. Each microenvironment was divided into indoor, outdoor, and transport. Indoor environments were divided into home, school, and other places. In addition, the results of previous studies were compared to this study. Results: Weekday time-activity patterns of Korean students indicated that lower elementary students spent $16.02{\pm}2.53hr$ in the home and $5.37{\pm}2.32hr$ in school. Upper elementary students spent $14.11{\pm}1.79hr$ in the home and $6.27{\pm}1.37hr$ in school. Middle school students spent $12.83{\pm}2.22hr$ in the home and $7.48{\pm}1.88hr$ in school. High school students spent $10.65{\pm}2.86hr$ in the home and $10.23{\pm}2.86hr$ in school on weekdays. High school students spent the least amount of time in the home and the most time in school compared to other grades Conclusions: Students spent most of their time indoors, including in the home, school, and other indoors. On weekdays, as the grade increases, home residential times were decreased and school residential times were increased. Differences in time-activity patterns according to sex were not found for either weekdays or weekends. It is estimated that Korean students could be affected by school indoor air quality. High school students could be most affected by school indoor air quality since they spent the most time at school.

Trip demands and patterns on weekends have been changed significantly over the past decade due to the income growth and the spread of the 5-day workweek in Korea. The increased weekend trips for shopping, leisure activities, entertainment and friendship have exacerbated traffic congestion in major highways or principal arterial roads from Friday afternoon through Sunday. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on travel demand forecasts and transport policies for weekend trips by investigating specific characteristics of the trips. Previous research efforts focus on simple analysis of characteristics of weekend trips and comparison of travel characteristics between weekdays and weekends. The paper analyzes the differences between weekday and weekend trips via statistical analyses to derive multiple types of characteristics of weekend trips, and develops Tobit models to identify key factors that may affect the number of trips, using Seoul city's weekend trip survey data in 2006. The model results show that weekend trips appear differently from weekdays by household or individual characteristics. Age, residence area and type of residence affected the number of trips, regardless of the type of the day, whereas gender, occupation, income, presence of household vehicle showed different impacts on trips between weekdays and weekends.

This study investigates the change of everyday's labor and leisure time in South Korea during the last two decades in which her economy has been changed from manufacturing-oriented industry to services or technology and knowledge-oriented industry. Generally speaking, the changing patterns of everyday's labor and leisure time in South Korea from 1981 to 2000 are very complex and dynamic. So it is very careful for us to simply assert the fact that everyday's labor time is decreased and everyday's leisure time is increased due to the deindustrialization of a capitalist country. Specifically, the changes of everyday's labor and leisure time in South Korea are varied in terms of socio-economic and spatial perspective. The labor time of all kinds of occupations has been increased at the weekday during the last two decades, but the leisure time of those except technical occupation has been decreased at the weekend. The socio-economy of South Korea after the 1990s became dependent on more educated workers than less ones. Also the more educated people work hard at the weekday, but they get more leisure time at the weekend. In terms of spatial perspectives, the South Korean economy has become dependent on the workers in cities, particularly large ones more than those in rural regions because of the rapidly established industrialization and urbanization after the early 1980s. The time of people's spatial movement is directly proportional to the levels of education both at the weekday and the weekend during the last two decades.
In this paper, short-term power demand forecast using exclusion of week periodicity presented. Week periodicity excluded from weekday change ratio. Forecast term of five and multiple regression model of the three form was composed. Forecast result was good. Therefore, It Could be the power demand forecast of special day(weekend). This method may contribute improvement of forecast accuracy.

Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the correlation between insufficient sleep and visuospatial memory in adolescents using a computerized neurocognitive function test. Methods: A total of 103 high school students (26 males and 77 females; mean age $17.11{\pm}8.50years$) without a serious psychiatric problem was recruited. All subjects were requested to complete a self-report questionnaire about weekday total sleep time and weekend total sleep time. The epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) and the beck depression inventory (BDI) were administered to measure daytime sleepiness and symptoms of depression. Seven subsets of the Cambridge Neuropsychological test automated battery were examined to assess visuospatial memory. Results: After controlling for age, sex, ESS, and BDI, longer weekend total sleep time was correlated with poor performance on delayed matching to sample (r = -0.312, p = 0.002) and immediate recall on pattern recognition memory (r = -0.225, p = 0.025). Increased weekend catch-up sleep time was correlated with poor performance of delayed matching to sample (r = -0.236, p = 0.018), immediate recall on pattern recognition memory (r = -0.220, p = 0.029), and delayed recall on pattern recognition memory (r = -0.211, p = 0.036) after controlling for age, sex, ESS, and BDI. Conclusion: This study showed that increased weekend catch-up sleep time reflecting insufficient weekday sleep were associated with poor performance in delayed recall tasks of visual memory. This finding suggests that insufficient sleep during adolescence might produce a decline of visuospatial memory.
