Today, it is a fact that interior design plays a very important role as much as architecture on contributing to our society as a rising new professional field. On the other hand, our interior design education is still in immagture stage unlike the graudal development of the mood of interior design line , If the interior design field has any educational value to invest to be noticed as an environmental design that creates the human environment. There are great deal of meanings to indicate the direction for better education after recognizing the manu different problems on presently offering interior design education. Therefore, the objectives of this study is , after establishing the innovative methods of education and course contents of the four year interior design program, to produce the interior designers of manifold abilities, who is able to fit well in the professional practice, in order to materialize the settlement of interior design education which will be the key point in our circumstances, which has ow social recognition toward interior design. There were four phases in this study. First was to gather and to analyze information from printed materials, such as curriculum and catalog from each institution. Secondly, we had collected existing previous studies in all interior design area in order to sude as references. Thirdly, we have managed to suggest ideal improvement for better basic design program in the area of interior design education after the arranging and analyzing . Finally, we were able to persuade the importance of improved basic design program to the interior design education parties and to suggest the direction for the future. Because interior design as a scholastic pursuit is combined practical application study by the art and technology, it emphasizes specialty . From that reason interior design education must be performed as professional specialist education instead of vocational education. In another words, the ultimate goal of the interior design objectives must be in producing professional specialist.
To develop a value-added individually quick frozen (IQF) intermediate product from cultured sea mussel Mytilus edulis, we prepared IQF half-shelled roasted sea mussels (HRM) and IQF half-shelled boiled sea mussels (HBM). The processing conditions and quality metrics of the mussels were examined. The HRM and HBM were produced by washing and removing the byssus of raw sea mussels, followed by electric roasting or boiling. The roasted or boiled sea mussels were half-shelled, lightly washed with 3% saline water, rapidly frozen for 2 hours at -35℃, glazed, and packaged with a plastic film bag. The HRM and HBM had volatile basic nitrogen contents of 11.5 and 12.6 mg/100 g, and amino nitrogen contents of 607.9 and 534.2 mg/100 g, respectively. The HRM and HBM had hardness values of 4.31 and 2.99 kg/㎠, shearing force values of 992.2 and 507.7 g, free drip values of 8.9% and 10.2%, and expressible drip values of 7.0% and 8.1%, respectively. The free amino acid contents of the HRM and HBM were 763.1 and 560.7 mg/100 g, respectively. These results demonstrate that HRM have superior qualities compared to HBM and can serve as high-end shellfish when cooked.

In this study, nuclear radiation shielding and rigidity parameters of Y (0.1-x)B0.6Bi1.8O3La2x glassy system were investigated in order to determine it's suitability for use as nuclear radiation shielding materials. Therefore, a group of bismuth borate glass samples with La2O3 additive were synthesized using the technique of melt quenching. According to the results, the increase of the La2O3 additive increases the density of the glass samples and the mass attenuation coefficient (μm) values, whereas the half-value layer (HVL) and mean free path (MFP) values decrease. The effective atomic number (Zeff) is also enhanced with an increment of both mass removal cross section for neutron (ΣR) and absorption neutron scattering cross section (σabs). In addition to the other parameters, rigidity parameter values were theoretically examined. The increase of La2O3 causes some other important magnitudes to increase. These are the average crosslink density, the number of bonds per unit volume, as well as the stretching force constant values of these glass samples. These results are in concordance with the increase of elastic moduli in terms of the Makishima-Mackenzie model. This model showed an increase in the rigidity of the glass samples as a function of La2O3.
The purpose of this study is to examine the health of beauty salon workers through the utilization of questionnaires concerning the extent of exposure to organic solvents found in the air of some beauty salons and any resultant symptoms in employees. The subjects were 36 employees from 10 beauty salons who agreed to participate in this study. The degree of exposure to organic solvents in the air of beauty salons was measured from September 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008. A survey of symptoms that occurred due to exposure to these solvents was also performed. The results were as follows: questionnaires were collected and analyzed from a total of 36 subjects. Of these, 28(77.8%) were female and 8(22.2%) were male. The mean age was 29.08. The mean working period was 7.13 years. Sixteen subjects attended programs at universities while 11 went to beauty schools for vocational education. When testing the concentration of organic solvents in the air of beauty salons, the highest value found was Isopropyl alcohol 511.85 ppb followed by butyl acetate, toluene, acetone, xylene, ethyl benzene, styrene, and chlorobenzene. A logistic regression analysis was performed as follows: the point of each factor was the dependent variable while sex, age, drinking, smoking, educational level, work experience, hairdresser's license, and organic solvents were the independent variables. Statistically significant difference (p<0.05) was shown in the hairdresser's license among Factor 1 and in Xylene among Factor 2; however, difference was not shown in the other variables.
The objective of this study is to research the job spirits of Korea Dental Technisians, Then to figure out the reality of Dental Laboratory Technology field. So to provide data for improving the working condition in which they can with the proper value and pride and be of help in the development of Dental Laboratory Technology field. 1. Before entering school, 121(59.1%) scarcely knew about Dental Technisians, which show its perception is fairly low. The reason for choosing their job, 93(45.4%) answered the most it has a rosy future. 2. About the job satsfaction, 77.5% was satisfied counting the "so-so"s as contentment. About the channel for getting their jobs, 81(39.5%) the most made it through their own efforts. 3. The most influential factor when choosing their jobs, character and aptitude is answered the most by 115(56.1%). The working period they want is the time when they can't work for health problem, 76(37.1%) answered. 4. The most favored job condition of Dental Technitians is opening their own office(69, 33.7% and the most favored work is dental ceramics 62.9%, 129) 5. About their desires on changing jobs, about 52.2% was considering it and the reason for it they are treated improperly in spite of their academic background.(57.1%, 117ppl) 6. About the events for improvement of their job knowledge, 75(36.6%) answered participation in seminars. For the present, the most interesting part is to take new skills via the seminars(33.7%, 69ppl) 7. On the future of the Dental Laboratory Technology field, 80.4% said would be better. On the claims for the Dental Laborotory Technology Association, 152(74.1%) said they wanted their reights and interests protected.

This article investigates the production process of knitwear focused on patterns and armhole forms in order to provide basic data for its value-added production. This study was based on empirical data obtained by questionnaires given to 51 respondents employed at knitwear companies. The data had been statistically analyzed with frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results of this study are the following: First, many knitwear companies used knitting machines, which had gauges as high as 14G. Second, most knitwears companies did not use patterns in the production process. Third, most knitwear companies produced knitwears in which armhole lines were different between the front part and back part of the body, while identical between the front and back parts of the sleeves. Fourth, people with experience in the knitwear industry had the tendency to recognize that armhole lines should be different between the front part of both the body and sleeves and their back part as well, and workers in charge of knitting recognized better than programmers and designers did. Considering the opinions of experienced workers that armhole lines differ between the front and back parts of both the body and sleeves would improve the appearance of knitwear, this study also suggests knitwear patterns of 10G and 16G by using ESMODE's basic knitwear pattern.

Background The purpose of this study is to analyze the current attitudes toward professionalism, the core values, and the type of professionalism among plastic surgeons in Korea to establish a code of ethics regarding the role of professionalism for plastic and reconstructive surgeons. Methods From March 9, to July 1, 2012, face-to-face and mail surveys were conducted targeting the 325 participants (256 specialists and 69 residents) who are registered members of the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. The proportion of each response given to an item was obtained through statistical processing through frequency analysis. The Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the differences in the responses between the resident group and the specialist group. Results The survey results on the perception of professionalism in plastic surgery showed that a high proportion (90.5%) of the respondents viewed the future of plastic surgeons as bright. Through evaluation of the importance of the value items,"professional dominance" (4.58 pts), "autonomy" (4.45 pts), "lifestyle" (4.34 pts), and "commercialism" (4.31 pts) were assessed as critical values. "Altruism" (3.84 pts), "interpersonal competence" (3.79 pts), and "social justice" (3.61 pts) were viewed as lesser values. This difference showed the characteristics of an entrepreneurial outlook. Conclusions Plastic surgeons should pursue excellence, humanism, accountability, and altruism in order to overcome the crisis of professionalism in plastic surgery. In order to develop the necessary competencies of professionals, vocational education should be arranged by the Korean Society of Plastic Surgeons, and an appropriate code of ethics should be established.
This study focused on the perception of career plans(life goals, self-standards, future prospects) based on the experience and satisfaction of career education and experiences of adolescents. To this end, 2,998 adolescents aged 13 to 18 are divided into middle and high school students groups(Inexperienced group, Dissatisfied group, experienced satisfaction group) by utilizing the 'career, career and vocational field' of the Youth Comprehensive Survey. The main results of this study are as follows. Differences by group of career plans were higher in the majority of experienced satisfaction groups than in the inexperienced and dissatisfied groups, and the more experienced and satisfied the career education and experience, the more confident they were in life goals, self-standards, and future prospects. In addition, in the case of self-standards and future prospects, the satisfaction of the inexperienced group was higher than that of the dissatisfied group, and when satisfied with the experience, the average value of the middle school group was higher than that of the high school group. Finally, based on the results, implications and limitations for follow-up studies were discussed.
The self-report measure is a useful tool for evaluating self-recognized disability and difficulty in daily living activities. Although many studies and clinics used the Neck Pain and Disability Scale (NPDS) for measuring neck pain and functional impairment, there has not been much adaptation of this for use with Korean patients. The purpose of this study was to establish the reliability and validity of NPDS among Korean neck pain patients. Fifty-five subjects (32 males, 23 females) with neck pain enrolled in this study. They completed standardized self-administered questionnaires. The NPDS measures pain intensity; its interference with vocational, emotional, recreational, social, and functional aspects of living; and the presence and extent of associated factors. Reliability was determined by the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and Cronbach's alpha for internal consistency. Validity was examined by correlating the NPDS scores to the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score. The test-retest reliability of the translated versions of the NPDS was good ICC (2,1)=.86 (95%CI .76~.92). Cronbach's alpha value for NPDS was found to be .93, and this was statistically significant (p<.05). The criterion-related validity coefficient was .79 (p<.Oll. We conclude that the Korean version of NPDS has been shown to be a reliable and valid instrument for the assessment of neck pain. Successful linguistic and cultural translation will admit appropriate cross-cultural comparison for clinical analysis. Therefore, this study can be expected to be used as an adequate evaluation scale for neck pain related studies and treatments.
This study was conducted to identify the effects of major selection motivation and occupational values on employment preparation behavior for paramedic students', and to provide basic data for improving employment preparation behavior based on the results. After receiving the consent to participate in the research from November 4 to 8, 2019, a self-written questionnaire was conducted for 3rd and 4 year university paramedic students' located in D Metropolitan City and J Province. Among the collected data, 341 parts, except for the 9 parts with insufficient response, were finally analyzed with SPSS ver. 12.0 (Window). Results, personal motivation of major selection motivation, intrinsic work values of occupational values, and extrinsic work values were influenced in order to employment preparation behavior.Therefore, it is considered that it is necessary to open a vocational value course in individual and group counseling and regular or non-regular curriculum considering the characteristics of gender and grade, major selection motivation, and occupational oalues.
