In order to investigate the electrical properties for transformer oils which contains a pure sodium chloride, the dielectric properties is made researches. This experiments for measuring the dielectric loss is performed at $20{\sim}120[^{\circ}C]$ in the temperature range, $30{\sim}1.5{\times}10^5[Hz}$ in the frequency range and $300{\sim}1500[mV]$ in the voltage range. The result of experiment for the movement of carrier and the physical constants to contribute dielectric properties of specimen with a pure sodium chloride.

The aim of this study is to conduct an evaluation review of the contents of the career education unit in textbooks on technology and home economics for senior high school freshmen. This study adopted the "Objective & System of Career Education" established by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training as the criterion for evaluating the content of career education, and targeted the unit, "Design of Vocation & Careers", which was included in six different textbooks on technology and home economics for senior high school freshmen involving five different publishers. The unit of "Design of Vocation & Careers" was mostly written in three subunits. An analysis of the textbooks by different, publisher showed that every aspect of the "Objective & System of Career Education" was appropriately covered in the unit. This was achieved by means of the elements of contents and illustrations.

Conflict is aroused when different people having different interest work together for fulfilling same the objectives. As the construction field is large, complex, volatile and requires tremendous capital, there are always greater challenges and possibility of risks of conflicts. Poor management practices in construction site and trying to protect risks and threats by contracting parties are the cited sources of the construction conflicts. The best management practice is to resolve the problems before these cultivate as conflicts. This paper has identified six dispute avoidance factors-Convince, Coordination, Consideration, Compromise, Consolation and Coercion. Six 'C' factors described in this paper are the mantra (formula) to execute a conflict free construction project. The conflict avoidance factors have been verified through a successfully executed project called TEVT development project (Technical Education and Vocational Training) during 1993-1998 in Nepal. The results show that the six 'C' factors 'C' considered during the implementation of the project, construction conflicts would be controlled or minimized effectively.

This study is to review information retrieval techniques of VOCED database. The VOCED database contains internationally relevant information on vocational and adult education, training and related subjects. The software used is CDS/ISIS and the records are indexed using the APSDEP Thesaurus. When searching the VOCED database, various types of search techniques can be used. Multiple word, phrase, boolean logic, term truncation, defind field, and proximity searching techniques or a mixture of all of them, make it possible to find exactly what you want in seconds.

The purposes of this study were to review current status and problems of national qualification sys tem in the field of industrial hygiene, focusing on the deficiencies in the regulatory system and the quality of individual professionals including the Industrial Hygiene Management Professional Engineer and the Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer, and to suggest new directions for the industrial hygiene qualification system. In addition, comparable systems adopted in other countires were reviewed.

In order to investigate the electrical properties of naphthanic transformer oils for insulating and cooling, the characteristics for breakdown in temperature range of $20{\sim}100[^{\circ}C]$, that of AC breakdown in 1.0[mm] of gap length were made researches. As a result the characteristics for AC breakdown, it is confirm that the dielectric strength was increased to 6[ppm], 9[ppm] but decreased to 3[ppm].

This paper aims to link the basic structure of the revolution to skill needs and further to education, although there are risks of thin discussion in each domain. Many writings describe or analyze the job characteristics related to the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution without discussing the interlinkage of the revolution. It attempts to give better understanding the whole features of the revolution and further discuss about challenge for innovative HRD. It overviews the technological competition in the $4^{th}$ IR, the change of work with skills need and the new labor and the change of education focusing on new competence. After that, it brings the challenges for innovative HRD.

This study investigates faculty support for quality assurance in online education, and offers suggestions for its improvement based on feedback from Instructional Design (ID) staff working at a public university in the U.S. Qualitative research using semi-structured interviews was conducted with seven ID staff in order to examine their perceptions regarding faculty support related to quality assurance in online education. The results of the data analysis indicate that four types of faculty support-quality assurance reviews using Quality Matter (QM) standards, templates, individual consultations with ongoing support, and monitoring-were offered for faculty. Faculty support for quality assurance in online education could be improved by developing specific quality assurance standards, recruiting external experts, examining learning effects, developing a quality assurance management system, and sharing documents among ID staff. This study highlights the necessity of quality assurance in online education and provides cases of faculty support in a real higher education setting.

The purpose of this study was to develop the fit-occupation for getting a job or supporting start-up in the middle and senior aged. The study was performed in three phases; First classification categories and model were developed to select occupation candidates. Secondly, 40 occupation candidates were developed and reviewed the priority through the analysis of current status and needs of employment in the middle and senor aged. Thirdly, the final 4 fit-occupations in Korea Polytechnics were chosen through in-depth interviews of experts and survey. These results are suggested some implications for the management of vocational education for baby boomers as a public education and training institution.
