This study has the purpose to review the way of experience element and property of space design appearing in vocational experience space and accumulate basic study material for children's vocational experience space and build systematic and specialized modules. Analysing the marketing elements of experience space through pilot research to arrange frame of analysis, and in a determined range, experimental marketing's property appearing in children's vocational experience center is analysed. This researcher analysed experimental displaying space's function of recognition, emotional, behavior, sense marketing and experimental marketing induced from pilot research on space design expressive elements of experimental marketing when it is applied to spaces through the frame of analysis with the combination of total 8 kind's experience display space function such as investigative, conceptional, aesthetic, entertaining, logical, relative, participating, and comprehensive experience based on 5 vocational experience spaces located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, opened after 2010, being operated at present with more than 500 pyeong (about 1,650 square meter) and targeted for children, after this researcher visited the site directly to make check list with the frame of analysis together with the staff and administrator in charge of vocational experience education. As a conclusion, vocational experience center is a space of edutainment helping children experience various profession more easily to find their interest and to bring up their dream. By analysing current vocational experience center through the element called experimental marketing, current status of vocational experience center could be known. the experience itself in vocational experience center becomes a merchandise. Instead of mere experience, so as to get professional experience and new information, new experiences should be provided by incessant variation and development. This study is to build basic research data for children's vocational experience space, however not only drawing specialty of vocational experience center through the connection of enterprises based on the contents arranged above but also systematic and specialized modules are expected to be built in next researches.

본 연구의 목적은 기존 「근로자직업능력개발법」이 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」으로 개정되면서 직업능력개발의 지원대상과 직업능력개발훈련의 범위가 확대됨에 따라, 스마트직업훈련플랫폼(STEP)이 맞춤형 평생직업능력개발을 위해 지향해야 하는 공공 온라인 플랫폼으로서의 역할과 기능을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 공공 온라인 플랫폼 서비스 사례연구, 전문가 FGI 등을 바탕으로 STEP의 공공서비스 역할과 기능을 도출하였고, 이에 대한 전문가 검증회의를 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 STEP의 공공 온라인 플랫폼으로서의 역할과 기능에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study focused on how to activate the fisheries high school and develop fisheries. This data was collected from 108 vocational high school teachers and 94 middle school teachers. The treatment of materials is classified by gender, level of academic career and teaching career. This research evaluated percentage to the frequency of reponses to each question and carried out ${\chi}^2$-test and t-test, for the benefit of reliability. This statistically significant level which was conducted by using SPSS10.0 in accounted for p<.05. The conclusions of this study were as follows: The middle school teachers and vocational high school teachers showed positive response when general contents were included in question items, the other hand showed negative response when definite and special contents were included in question items. The vocational high school teachers showed lower answer score in the fisheries consciousness then middle school teachers in spite of vocational educational function. Different degrees of fisheries consciousness of two groups were resulted from research areas.

In this paper, the concept of s-convex function in the third sense is given. Then fundamental characterizations and some basic algebraic properties of s-convex function in the third sense are presented. Also, the relations between the third sense s-convex functions according to the different values of s are examined.

최근 세계 주요 국가들의 정부 리더들은 현대 사회는 그 사회가 창의성을 얼마만큼 육성하고 가치있게 여기는지에 따라 흥망이 결정된다고 주장한다. 이 연구는 중국의 직업교육 발전과 관련된 현황을 분석해 그 문제를 개선하기 위한 대안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 중국 직업교육 발전 체제, 중국 건국 후 발전, 반전현황과 문제에 대해 전면적으로 고찰하고 분석하였다. 중국은 현대적인 시장경제채제가 아직 완전히 정립되지 못하고 있다. 계획경제체제하에서 기업은 국가의 행정 부속물이었고 기업이 실행하는 것은 사회적이고 정치적인 생산기능이었으며 정치적인 윤리가 기타 모든 윤리를 우선했다. 1996년 중국은 <직업교육법>을 공포하여 정책상 기술직업교육의 중요성을 인식하였고, 또 앞에서 살펴본 바와 같이 최근 직업교육의 규모를 급속히 확대하였으며, 직업교육의 운영수준도 상당히 제고시켰다. 그러나 중국의 직업교육은 조항의 분할 - 통일적 기획의 부족 등으로 인하여 교육자원이 합리적으로 운영되지 못하고 있는 점이 발견되고 있다.

본 연구는 정신재활시설에서 진행하고 있는 정신장애인 직업재활서비스에 대해 정신재활시설의 직업재활 실무자들은 어떠한 인식을 갖고 있는지 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 정신장애인 직업재활서비스의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정신재활시설에서 제공하는 직업재활서비스와 관련된 자료를 수집하였고, 직업재활을 담당하고 있는 실무자들을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하고, 이 자료를 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 정신재활시설에서 직업재활서비스의 정체성을 찾도록 매뉴얼과 지침의 정비가 요구되었으며, 직업재활서비스에 참여하는 근로자에게 맞는 세부적인 기준이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 타 장애인과 동등하고, 정신장애인의 특성에 맞는 직업재활서비스의 운영을 기대하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로, 직업재활서비스의 구체적인 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

This study proposes an analytical approximation algorithm based on extreme value theory (EVT) for the inverse of the power of the incomplete Gamma function. First, the Gumbel function is used to approximate the power of the incomplete Gamma function, and the corresponding inverse problem is transformed into the inversion of an exponential function. Then, using the tail equivalence theorem, the normalized coefficient of the general Weibull distribution function is employed to replace the normalized coefficient of the random variable following a Gamma distribution, and the approximate closed form solution is obtained. The effects of equation parameters on the algorithm performance are evaluated through simulation analysis under various conditions, and the performance of this algorithm is compared to those of the Newton iterative algorithm and other existing approximate analytical algorithms. The proposed algorithm exhibits good approximation performance under appropriate parameter settings. Finally, the performance of this method is evaluated by calculating the thresholds of space-time block coding and space-frequency block coding pattern recognition in multiple-input and multiple-output orthogonal frequency division multiplexing. The analytical approximation method can be applied to other related situations involving the maximum statistics of independent and identically distributed random variables following Gamma distributions.

정신장애의 핵심적 특성이 다름 아닌 직업적 장애라는 것은 널리 지적되어온 사실이다. 2000년 정신장애가 장애범주에 포함된 이래, 정신장애인의 직업적 장애에 대한 개입, 즉, 직업재활이 바야흐로 활성화되어 가고 있다. 이러한 시점에서, 직업재활로부터 가장 이득을 얻을 대상군을 선발하고(선별), 효과적인 직업적 개입을 계획할 수 있도록 직업적 문제점을 알려주며(진단 및 개입계획), 개입을 통해 얻어진 직업기능의 향상을 측정해 줄 수 있는(성과평가) 직업평가도구가 시급히 요구된다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 우리나라는 물론이고 선진국에서조차 현재 정신장애인의 직업평가는 많은 문제점들을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 모두 수렴하여 유용한 정신장애인 직업평가도구를 개발하기 위해서는 첫째, 직업평가가 직업재활모델에서 출발할 필요가 있다. 이는 직업평가가 직업재활모델과 밀접하고도 필연적인 관련성을 가진다는 데서 도출된다. 즉, 직업평가는 어떤 직업재활모델을 기반으로 하느냐에 따라 평가의 기능과 시점, 그리고 내용이 달라지기 때문이다. 둘째, 정신장애인 직업평가의 출발점으로서의 직업재활모델은 가속모델 이어야 한다. 전통적으로 직업평가에 배경이 되어온 직업재활모델, 즉, '준비모델 혹은 점진모델'은 신체장애인들을 대상으로 한 것으로 정신장애인에게는 맞지 않다. 셋째, 가속모델이 요구하는 직업평가도구의 특성들을 도출하고 이러한 특성들을 수렴하고 있는 척도 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이러한 취지에서 본 연구는 가) 직업평가의 일반적 기능들을 살펴보고, 나) 직업재활모델이 이러한 직업평가의 기능과 어떠한 관계성이 있는지 논의하였다. 그리고 다) 가속모델이 특히 정신장애인의 특성에 적절한 이유들을 논의하였고, 라) 이 모델을 기반으로 직업평가도구 제작의 원칙들을 도출하였으며, 마지막으로, 마) 이 원칙들에 의거하여 한 연구에서 사용된 직업기능척도를 비판적으로 사후 분석하였다. 본 연구는 정신장애인에게 적합한 직업재활모델 기반의 직업기능평가도구를 개발하기 위한 예비적 분석이라는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 '직훈기관 경영실태 분석 및 교육모델개발'의 일환으로 수행되었으며 그 목적은 직훈 기관의 발전전략을 탐색하고 CEO의 역량을 규범적으로 추출한 후 이를 바탕으로 기관장의 실용적이고 전문인 교육모델과 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 조사는 민간 직훈기관, 공공 직훈기관, 학원을 대상으로 하였다. 주요 조사내용은 유형별 발전전략, CEO의 역량, 그리고 교육영역 및 교육프로그램이다. 조사 방법은 직업능력개발 분야의 전문가 30명을 패널로 구성하여 델파이 방법(Delphi Method)을 적용하였으며 조사는 2회 실시하였다. 주요 조사결과로 직훈기관별로 차별화 된 전략이 제시되었다. 공공 직훈기관은 국가적 과제나 민간 직훈기관과 학원을 지원해야 하며, 민간 직훈기관은 전문성과 교육프로그램의 지역수요 특화가 강조되었다. 학원은 단기 서비스 교육을 강화해야 한다는 것이었다. 전문가들이 강조하는 직훈기 관장의 역량으로는 직업훈련제도 및 정책변화, 비전제시 능력, 윤리의식 및 사명감으로 조사되었다.

This study is purposed to suggest the method for improving the effect of the mental health project by checking the influence of the "value and function of the mentally disabled" to the "satisfaction to current life of the mentally disabled" for the users of the daytime mental rehabilitation service in the local community, and the difference in the"satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled" and "value and function of the mentally disabled" depending on the participation into the mental rehabilitation program. With regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", the result showed that the "relation between the current user members" and "consideration about himself in usual time" were the positive influential factors out of the measuring factors for the "value and function of the mentally disabled." In addition, with regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", in case of participating to the "vocational rehabilitation program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs, the general "personal value and function which are felt by the mentally disabled" has higher significant difference in case of participating into the "social technology program", "daily life program", "vocational rehabilitation program", "leisure activity program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs than non participating.
