Nursing education in Korea has made rapid progress recently. There is .: great deal of support with approval and encouragement of this progress. However, much disapproval of its validity has asserted some restraints on it. The aims of nursing education should be based on the principle that education is planned according to tile need much research has been made with such a viewpoint but much still remains unclear. The present study is aimed at establishing the needs for nursing manpower based on the biological demand for medical care. The needs for nursing manpower have been emphasized by many researchers and authorities on nursing education, and the prevailing medical trends also demand it. In this study, through the study of various hooks and records concerned, and the compiling of data analysis and questionnaires, I came to the following figures for the proposed needs of nursing manpower: There figures are greater than those calculated by another method by the government research program but it shows approximately the same final figure as that of the government report for the end of the target year. With these findings, I concluded that: 1) As the final purpose of the government medical project is to fulfill the needs of the national health (that is, to support the national needs for medical care), the plan of this project should follow the theory of biological demand for medical care, recognizing that the numbers will increase gradually. 2) Qualitative growth, based on the advanced and specialized nursing profession. should be promoted to meet the rapid growth of the medical needs of the nation in addition to promoting of investments for the facilities. and of the preparatory investments for education needs. 3) For efficient and economic utilization of nursing manpower, the improvement of wages, and the offering of free education is necessary. 4) Amendments to the low promising innovation and advancement of medical treatment; preparation of a national fund for medical care; and, changing of national attitudes to bring about greater concern are desirable.

In North Korea, there has been the considerable loss of human lives every yew due to the deficiency of foods. Thus, in order to reduce such damages, a research project should be launched to provide various information for cooperation with North Korean government, and to develop proper agricultural management system. Furthermore, based on the water resources information map generated by KOWACO (Korea Water Resources Corporation) and the environmental information system developed by MOE (Ministry of Environment), an agricultural information infrastructure of North Korea and a management system need to be effectively performed. Therefore, this research is mainly to develop the Agricultural Information Management System of North Korea (NKAIMS), which can collect, manage and analyze agricultural information and water resources utilization status of North Korea, and further support to make relevant decisions and establish the agricultural land-use plans. This research has three phases. The major outcome of the first phase is collecting the agricultural and water resources utilization data such as soils, rivers, streams, collective farms, etc., designing and building database, and developing integrated management system considering the users' requirements. The main work of the second phase is improving and reinforcing database such as adding the information of dams, land-over data, bridges, tunnels, satellite images, etc., inspecting and renewing such as importing detail attribute information of reservoirs, and improving system for more conveniently using. The third phase will be to supplement more useful functions such as statistic analysis, continually inspecting and improving database, and developing web-based system. The product of this research supports collecting and analyzing relevant data to facilitate easier agricultural activities and support effective decision making for food production in the preparation of unification. Moreover, through designing database considering sharing information and system expendability, it can support systematic data usability of agricultural information and save cost for data management.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to review the export support projects in Jeollabuk-do and to provide implications to the policy makers and to the local exporters. Based on this review, the study proposes future measures to enhance the efficiency of the current Jeollabuk-do export support project. Design/methodology/approach - This study reviews export support projects in Jeollabuk-do, d examines program types and utilization status, and subsequently summarizes the key aspects of Jeollabuk-do SMEs' export support projects. Findings - This study suggests that Jeollabuk-do's export support project can become more effective through active development of overseas markets and professional integration of marketing activities, particularly focusing on regionally specialized export products. Additionally, given the crucial roles played by the government, related agencies, and local offices in improving the export capabilities of SMEs in Jeollabuk-do, there is an emphasis on the need for continuous and systematic follow-up management and the establishment of export support projects and services. Research implications or Originality - While small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Korea account for a significant portion of export activities, their actual export performance and contribution are low. The export competitiveness of SMEs, particularly those located in regions other than Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, is not improving despite various export support projects being promoted. Under the circumstances, this study provide meaningful implications to the policy makers and to the local exporters.

Crucial aspects to successfully realizing the re-emergence of a contemporary and sustainable supercomputing community in South Korea will involve the devoted efforts and support from key government and R&D organizations. We suggest various supplementation plans regarding the roles of support for the statutory plan. This includes the committee and the plans which are often missing necessary support systems that help competent ministries to plan properly according to the missions of the research center. This dissertation suggests that adjustment in the HPC trends will depend upon exposing and correcting problems in the law as well as overall improvement of the law. Also, the total development of a super computing market is necessary. The results of these guidelines will create a spread of demand for supercomputing for national IT resource sharing, and will foster the development of supercomputer specialists worldwide. Other major end results include significant increases in research productivity and increased rates of product development.

Responsible tourism attracting worldwide attention has supported local economy and community development as a type of alternative tourism. This study explored the perception toward fairness in tourism and operation status of responsible tour operators in South Korea by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Ten responsible tour operators were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one upto two hours. From the interview data, six themes were identified as difficulties of responsible tour operators: lack of manpower, advertising and promotion, absence of marketing strategy, regulation, lack of budget and lack of recognition of responsible tourism. As government support identified through the interviews, there are the followings seven themes: a low entry barrier market, investment in human resources, resource utilization, community-based policies, connection with local produce, community support and connection system of responsible travel agencies with intermediate support organizations at a local level, The findings of this paper implicate the underlying subject of responsible tourism from a tour operators' perspective.

기업 간의 기술 경쟁이 치열해 짐에 따라 기술보호의 중요성은 날로 높아지고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 기술유출 현황을 살펴보면 중소기업의 기술보호 수준은 취약한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 중소기업의 기술유출은 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 유출에 따른 피해는 중소기업에게는 더욱 치명적일 수 있다. 이에 정부에서는 중소기업을 위한 다양한 기술보호 지원제도를 운용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 지원제도에도 불구하고 중소기업들의 관심과 이용은 저조한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 중소기업 기술보호를 위한 주요 지원 제도들의 현황을 살펴보고, 지원제도에 대한 기업들의 인식과 기대 효과를 실증적으로 분석한다. 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 지원제도의 인식 제고와 활성화를 위한 개선방안을 논의한다. 연구 결과는 국내의 중소기업 기술보호 지원제도의 효용성 증대와 활용성 제고를 통한 중소기업 기술보호 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 공공연구기관 연구자의 연구자율성 구성요소를 새로운 관점에서 정의함과 동시에 그러한 구성요소들이 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써, 궁극적으로 조직효과성 제고를 위해 공공연구기관 연구자에게 보장되어야 할 연구자율성 요소는 무엇인지를 확인하고 정책적인 지원 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위한 기초 작업으로 연구자율성 수준을 구성 형태에 따라 개인 및 조직 수준으로, 연구자율성 유형을 본질적 및 비본질적 자율성으로 구분하였으며, 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 조직몰입도와 직무만족도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 본질적 자율성이 비본질적 자율성에 비해 조직효과성에 미치는 영향이 매우 높게 나타났다. 이는 연구자의 연구수행을 위한 간접적인 지원환경도 중요하지만 연구과제 선정, 자유로운 의견 교환, 연구방법론 선택, 연구결과 활용 등 연구 본연의 활동에 있어서 연구자들의 의사결정 및 재량권이 월등히 중요하다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 산업의 중심축이 중소기업으로 이동하고 마케팅의 수단이 온라인이 중심이 되어가고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소기업의 온라인수출지원사업의 활성화 및 성과 창출을 위한 요소로 지원사업의 서비스품질과 기업의 특성을 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구는 정부의 온라인 수출지원 사업에 신청한 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 진행했다. 연구결과, 지원기관의 서비스품질 중 편의성을 제외한 신뢰성과 기업의 특성(CEO의 의지, 전문 인력의 보유)가 모두 서비스의 활용 및 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 따라 중소기업의 온라인 수출지원사업의 활성화를 위해서는 기업의 인적역량향상과 함께 지원기관의 서비스품질의 신뢰성 향상에 힘써야 한다. 본 연구는 기업의 역량강화를 위한 특성과 함께 지원기관에 요구되는 신뢰성의 중요함을 확인했다는 점에 의미가 있으며, 서비스 품질과 기업특성의 다양한 요소를 반영하지 못한 한계가 있다.

본 연구는 시각예술창작산실 공간·전시지원 사업 추진상의 쟁점과 대안 모색을 하고 이를 통해 문화예술 지원사업의 방향성을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 문헌고찰 후, 지원사업 관련 직접 수혜자 집단과 지원사업 담당자, 그리고 시각예술 전문가 집단의 FGI 및 심층인터뷰를 하였다. 연구 결과, 지원사업의 특수성을 고려하여 지원심의와 선정이 실제 지원시기보다 충분히 여유를 두고 실행되어야 하며, 비영리전시공간과 사립미술관의 사회적 역할과 차별성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 한 두 사업으로 구분하여 진행할 필요가 있다는 점을 공유하였다. 지원 방법과 평가에 관해서는 지원사업의 효과성을 고려한 장기지원이 요구되며, 지원 주체와 수혜자 사이의 신뢰성을 회복하는 건강한 파트너십 형성의 필요성, 그리고 평가기준과 e나라도움 시스템이 보다 효율적이고 합리적 구축되어야 하며, 해당 지원사업의 정체성에 부합하는 예산의 효율적 배분 및 항목의 유연성, 그리고 예산부족에 대한 쟁점이 도출되었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 시각예술지원사업의 특수성 이해, 지속가능한 시각예술창작 산실 정책의 수립, 예산활용이 자율성 부여 및 예산확충 등의 시사점을 도출하였고, 더 나아가 문화예술지원사업은 통제보다 효율성을 중시하는 방향성, 공급자 보다 수요자 입장을 고려한 방향성, 단기적 관점이 아닌 장기적 관점의 사업기획을 해야 한다는 방향성이 도출될 수 있었다.

현재 정치 경제 사회 문화 등 모든 분야에 있어서 큰 영향력을 발휘하고 있는 소셜미디어(social media)를 이해할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소셜미디어 관련 정부 차원의 현재의 노력 점검을 통하여 소셜미디어의 올바른 활용과 이용자 권익 보호를 위한 정부의 실질적이고 적극적인 지원을 위해 소셜미디어 전담기구(가칭 '소셜미디어위원회') 수립을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 소셜미디어위원회의 소셜미디어 정책(Policy), 교육(Education), 기준(Standard) 등을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
