The purpose of this study was to evaluate accessibility condition of buildings in a college from manual wheel chair users' perspective in order to suggest improvements, and to develop 3D accessibility maps in order to assist manual wheelchair users' prior planning for the building use. In May 2020, on-site investigation was held to three buildings in Chungbuk National University. Major findings were as follows. (1) There were some building entrances that showed level difference over 2cm without proper ramp with slow slope 1/8 or less. (2) Some rooms were found to have accessibility issues to have floors with height more than 2cm, and/or to have no height-adjustable desks. (3) Although accessible restrooms were in good condition for manual wheelchair users' access and use, it is suggested to install accessible restroom for each gender in each floor for better access. Using the study results, 2-dimensional accessibility maps for each floor were developed in color and grayscale, which were further developed into 3-dimensional accessibility maps for each building.

최근 디지털 컨텐츠의 지적 재산권 보호를 위한 디지털 워터마킹 기술 및 핑거프린팅의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. DRM(Digital Rights Management)는 디지털 콘텐츠 지적 재산권 보호뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠에 대한 출판, 유통 및 사용에 필요한 관리와 보호체계이다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 유통 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 불법 복사와 같은 불법 행동에 대해 콘텐츠를 안전하게 보호하며 사용자에게 편의성을 제공 할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제시할 것이다. 이를 위해 콘텐츠 불법복사 및 불법사용을 방지할 수 있도록 은닉 에이전트(Hidden Agent)를 이용한다. 이 은닉 에이전트는 특별한 설치가 필요 없이 콘텐츠 내에 내포되어 있어 불법복사 및 불법사용에 대해 체크함으로써 불법복사의 사용을 차단할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 사용자들에게 숨겨져 있기 때문에 워터마킹의 역할 또한 대신할 수 있다.

Subject matter of international trade are various. They contain not only tangible assets such as goods but also intangible assets including service, technology, and capital etc. Technology, a creation of the human intellect, is important as it is the main creative power to produce goods. It can be divided into Patent, Trademark, Know-how and so on. These Technologies are protected by the national and international laws on regulations for the Intellectual Property Rights(IPR), since technology development is needed a lot of time and effort, and the owner of the technology may have crucial benefits for creating and delivering better goods and services to users and customers. Therefore, any licensee who wants to use the technology which other person(licensor) owns, he(the licensee) and the original owner(the licensor) shall make Technology Transfer Contract. Differently from the International Sales Contract in which seller provides the proprietary rights of goods for buyer, in the case of International Transfer of Technology Contract, the licensor doesn't provide proprietary rights of technologies with the licensee, on the contrary the right of using is only allowed during the contract. The purpose of this paper is to examine the main issues in International Transfer of Technology Contract. This author focused on the main obligations of both parties, namely licensor's obligation to provide the technology and licensee's obligation to pay the royalty. As every country has different local mandatory laws about Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) and these mandatory rules and laws prevails over the contract, the related rules and laws should be examined carefully by both parties in advance. Especially the rules and laws about the competition limitation in the local country of licensee and the economic union(like the EU) should be checked before contracting. In addition, the contract has much more complicate and delicate aspects than other international business contracts, so both parties should review carefully before singing the contract.

무선 인터넷의 활성화와 함께 다양한 형태를 가진 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통이 활발해지고 있다. 이에 따라 불법 복제를 통한 컨텐츠 유통을 방지하고 사용자에게 적절한 컨텐츠의 이용 권리를 부여하기 위하여 모바일 환경에 기반한 디지털 저작 관리(DRM : Digital Rights Management) 시스템의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 유통되는 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 보안 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 무선 환경에서 적용되는 모바일 환경에서 유통되는 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 보안 시스템은 모바일 디바이스의 복호화 처리 능력을 고려하여 부분 암호화 방법을 채택하였다. 이에 대하여 각 컨텐츠 암호화 방법(전체 암호화와 부분 암호화)의 성능을 비교, 평가하고 현재의 무선 디바이스에서 적합한 DRM 시스템은 부분 암호화의 모듈을 적용한 시스템임을 검증하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 모바일 DRM 시스템은 무선 인터넷 환경에서 유통되는 컨텐츠를 보호하는데 큰 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

As most of firms related with P2P services change their free services into fee-charging services, the problems of intellectual property rights are solved to satisfactory extent. Accordingly, P2P systems become more popular with the general public. In this respect, it is thought to be very important to research on the critical factors affecting usage of P2P systems. Although it is strongly expected that the characteristics of users activities in virtual communities affect the intention to re-use P2P systems, relatively few attention have been paid to this question. Therefore, this paper is to present empirical evidence to explain how the characteristics of users activities in virtual communities affect re-use intention of P2P services. The theoretical contribution of this study is that the characteristics of users activities in virtual communities is theoretically derived from the comprehensive literature review and the logical reasoning, and that the research model of the relationship between the users activities' characteristics in virtual community and the re-use intention of P2P services is proposed and empirically validated, which is expected to expand explaining power of the TAM(Technological Acceptance Model). Also, the practical implication is to provide the guideline to support the successful strategic planning for development and.operation of P2P services through the virtual communities.

온라인게임은 사용자들 간의 인터랙션에 의하여 게임성이 발생하고 또한 그것에 따라 콘텐츠의 내용이 무한하게 변화하는 유기체적 성격을 가지고 있다. 특히 캐릭터나 아이템 등 게임 플레이에 결정적 영향을 미치는 디지털 이미지들은 게임 밖의 세계에서도 설계자의 설정 범위를 벗어나 나름대로의 가치를 형성하고 있다. 게임 속에 디자인된 이미지와 정보는 그것에 사용료를 지불하는 사용자에 의해 소유의 개념이 성립하고, 그 가치를 공감하는 다른 수요자에 의해 거래가 형성되어 소유권이 바뀌기도 한다. 이와 같이 온라인게임에서의 디지털 이미지는 게임 속 다른 사용자나 게임 시스템과의 인터랙션에 의하여 새로운 가치가 형성되며 인터랙션이 증가할수록, 커뮤니티의 공감이 클수록 그 가치는 더욱 높아진다.

While the advanced trffic environment systems are developed recently, the traffic systems for transportation vulnerable are still under development and their social life are limited as well. In order to the secure their mobility rights, it had been required to set up the particular system for the traffic welfare. One of the significant items is the express bus operation for wheelchair users. Thus, the research of development and operation for express buses with wheelchair users was funded by the Korean government. Before the express bus development for wheelchair users based on the current bus model, this study set up the evaluation method for the bus rollover characteristics to ensure occupant safety using the finite element method. The partial bus model was developed corresponding to the full bus model response under rollover event and the evaluation method based on two model (full bus model and partial bus model) responses is planned to apply the model development of express bus modification for wheelchair users.

본 논문에서는 이동 통신 사용자 기기의 한계적 계산 능력 및 무선 링크의 대역폭과 디지털 컨텐츠 제공자와의 연결을 고려하여 선택적 Proxy 서비스를 수용한 컨텐츠 교환 목적의 권한 관리 서비스 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 제안한 서비스는 이동 통신 사용자 기기의 한계적 능력에 대해 해당 도메인의 Proxy와 공개키를 기반으로 인증 서비스를 수행하도록 하였으며, 이후 종단 사용자는 해당 인증 결과를 기반으로 인터넷 기반의 디지털 컨텐츠 제공자와의 메시지 교환을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 사전에 인터넷 기반 구조에 대한 컨텐츠 교환 서비스 요청에 한하여 Proxy의 부분적 서비스를 수행하도록 허용하여 시스템의 대단위 계산 능력에 대한 효율성을 보장할 수 있다.

이 연구는 저작인격권 중에서 분쟁이 가장 많은 동일성유지권의 침해에 대해 판례를 분석하여 법원의 침해기준과 침해의 원인을 규명하고 영상저작물 제작 현장에서 법원의 판례 경향에 대해 어떤 시각차가 있는지 비교하고자 한다. 저작권은 저작재산권과 저작인격권으로 구분한다. 여기서 다루고자 하는 동일성유지권은 저작인격권의 일부로 하나의 콘텐츠를 제작하여 다양한 매체에 이용한다. 콘텐츠의 이용 과정에서 편성, 광고시간 등에 맞추기 위해 편집이 필요할 경우 권리자에게 사전에 협의를 하거나 서면 동의를 받아야 하는데 시간이 촉박하거나 저작권에 대한 무지로 인해 임의적으로 편집하여 사용하다 동일성유지권을 침해하게 된다. 영상저작물이 제작, 이용되는 과정에서 저작물, 제작비, 출연자 등의 변수가 많아 저작권의 권리 확보나 이용을 위해 사전 동의가 필요하다. 그러나 제작을 우선시 하는 제작과정과 권리보호에 대한 인식이 낮아 동일성유지권 침해는 법조항의 미비보다 이용자들이 업무 관행을 따르거나 개인적 과실에 의한 분쟁으로 분쟁예방을 위해서는 세부적인 업무매뉴얼 제공과 저작권 전문가의 체계적인 교육이 필요하다.

Global Electronic Trading means that trading partners trade each other via Global Electronic Trading Network, that is, global business to business electronic commerce. Recently, where the cargo arrives ahead of the B/L, the importer cannot take delivery of the cargo without the B/L. This situation is referred to as the B/L dilemma. But the BOLERO system will resolve this B/L dilemma. Bolero Project is developing a cross industry utility platform for the secure, electronic transfer of commercial trade information world wide. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. As a joint venture between SWIFT and TT Club, bolero.net is changing the way the world trades by providing a web-based, paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. Bolero International Limited published the first edition of Bolero Rulebook in 1999. The Bolero Rulebook as amended from time to time, governing the relationship between Users and their rights and obligations arising from the Bolero system. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. Thus, this study deals with the functions of Bolero Bill of Lading and the problems and solutions in the Bolero Bill of Lading in point of definitions and operation under the Bolero Rulebook.
