패션 브랜드의 인터넷 커뮤니티 메시지 유형 분석 - 브랜드 레니본을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Message on Internet Fashion Brand's Community - Focused on Brand Reneevon -)

  • Internet brand community's message makes significant contributions for fashion industry. Therefore, if we understand and implement the characteristics of the message on the Internet brand's community, it can be useful for future marketing strategy. This study was to classified the internet community and to examine messages with regard to direction, write motive and prior knowledge. The messages were taken from February, 20th, to August, 7th in 2008. Content analysis method was used for this study. The results were as follows: First, Fashion brand community divided into user initiative type and enterprise establishing type. Second, User initiative type had positive direction message more than enterprise establishing type had. Third, User initiative type had large volumes of information searching or sharing related message, but enterprise establishing type had large quantities of personal experience related message about write motive. Fourth, There was no difference numerical prior knowledge between user initiative type and enterprise establishing type, and then both had a high rate of prior knowledge.

기업건강증진지수의 준거타당도 평가 (Evaluation on Criterion Validity of Enterprise Health Promotion Index)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the validity of the 'Enterprise Health Promotion Index', a tool for assessing health promotion activities of worksite developed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Methods: This is designed a methodological study that evaluates the validity of the Enterprise Health Promotion Index. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the workplace health professional and safety professional, and a total of 297 data were extracted as final data. We developed the informal health promotion needs and activity measurement tools. The correlation coefficient between the score of the enterprise health promotion index and the score of the informal health promotion tool was analyzed for the criterion validity evaluation. Results: The criterion validity of the Enterprise Health Promotion Index and activity index were supported by finding moderate (r=.597) and high (r=.783) correlation coefficient. However, the requirement index has low levels of criterion validity (r=.364). Conclusion: Based on these results, we suggest to improve the utility of the corporate health promotion index by developing user manual, active public relations, and providing briefing sessions.

  • In this paper, in order to clarify the effect and characteristics of rural women enterprise in rural areas, AWATAKE Restaurant at Kita Ward, Kobe is taken as a case study, and its management and operation condition, and the effects towards the region are analyzed. As a result, it can be concluded that: 1) according to the local employment and purchase of local food products, the economic effect towards the area shows a returning 73% of the gross sales to the area, 2) lifestyle technology which is empowered by women and food culture which is used as a start in the enterprise activities, are functioning as new workplace to cultivate technologies own by the women, moreover, members have never decreased, and most of them stayed for as long as 10 years, 3) however, the average age of the members are high and decreasing, leaving a new task on how to encourage participation of young members, 4) lastly, rural women enterprise is easy to manage, and also received cooperation from family in the members' working environment.

Load Aware Automatic Channel Switching for Software-Defined Enterprise WLANs

  • In the last decade, the 2.4 GHz band of IEEE 802.11 WLANs has become heavily congested due to the explosive increase in demand of Wi-Fi connectivity. With the current deployment of enterprise WLANs, channel switching mechanism continues to exhibit inefficiencies because it cannot adapt to real-time channel condition and the inability to support seamless channel switching. Software Defined Networking (SDN) as an emerging architecture is promising to introduce flexibility and programmability for wireless network management. Leveraging SDN to existing enterprise WLANs, channel switching method can be improved significantly. This paper presents a software-defined enterprise WLAN framework with a load aware automatic channel switching solution, which utilizes AP load and channel interference factor (CIF) to provide seamless channel switching. Two automatic channel switching algorithms named Single Switch (SS) and Double Switch (DS) are proposed to improve the overall user experience and the experience of users with highest traffic load respectively. Experiment results demonstrate that our solution can efficiently improve user experience in terms of jitter, transmission delay and network throughout when compared to the conventional channel switching mechanism.

  • Enterprise system (ES) reflects a significant IT commitment to achieve corporate goals and satisfy its thrust toward a sustainable competitive advantage. This research investigates the required ES architecture, the value of a well-planned ES, and the human factor capabilities that drive the effective implementation of ES from a management perception. This paper examined the critical factors shaping the business systems' performance, architecture readiness, experts' readiness, and enterprise systems planning. Based on an extensive literature review, the attributes of factors mentioned earlier were identified, classified and then statistically examined using the author's' proposed conceptual structural model. This study employs a quantitative research methodology, with a random sampling technique. This paper has used the data collected from 510 respondents working in service, engineering and health sectors in OMAN. The study model analysis utilized both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, followed by a structural equation modeling using SPSS 25 and EQS6.3 statistical tools. The results unveil a piece of remarkable and robust evidence suggesting that ES planning is the most significant aspect of influencing performance, followed by IT personnel, staff and consumers expertise, and architecture readiness.

  • 2008년 세계경제 금융위기 발생 이후 건설 수주물량이 감소되었고, 건설사업관리 (Construction Management) 업체들의 무리한 저가 수주로 인해 업체 경쟁력은 저하되었다. 이로 인해 CM기업들은 리스크 관리 대처능력 저하 등 여러 가지 문제점들이 발생되었다. 시공학적인 측면에서는 리스크 관리에 대한 연구는 지속되고 있지만 CM분야에 대한 리스크 연구는 매우 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 CM기업들의 리스크 관리 실태를 조사하여 문제점들을 분석하였으며 분석된 문제점들에 대한 효율적 관리를 위한 리스크 인자 도출 방안 및 리스크 관리 시스템 개발방안에 대한 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안에 대한 실무자들의 설문을 통해 개발방안에 대한 효율성을 검증하였다.

Innovation and investment strategies to intensify the potential modernization and to increase the competitiveness of microeconomic systems

  • Within the article, strategic guidelines for the modernization of microeconomic systems are identified. Modernization levels of the potential implementation are formalized for enterprises: contractile, extensive technical, technological, progressive, adaptive, steady, intensive, creative, absolute and leader modernization. This allowed to specify the directions and tasks of the enterprise modernization at different management levels. Accordingly, the conditions and criteria for selecting resource tools are set. It is proved that the strategies of the potential modernization of enterprises must be carried out at four main management levels: first, at the enterprise level; secondly, for a particular type of product / service; third, by functional directions of modernization of separate spheres of the enterprise activity or responsibility, fourth, at the level of structural units of the enterprise. It is substantiated that in the processes due to the activation of the potential modernization, the resources are transformed into the results of the innovation implementation and the investment strategies modernization. A system of tasks for the corporate strategies implementation in order to modernize microeconomic systems has been formed. Key vectors of the activation determine the nature and properties of investment resources and necessary innovations to enhance the modernization potential. Therefore, the system of innovation and investment strategies' modernization, based on the vector and resource provision of the modernization process, is specified:

Safety Ontology Modeling and Verification on MIS of Ship-Building and Repairing Enterprise

  • Shipbuilding and repairing enterprise has the characteristics of many hazards and accidents. Therefore, the safety management ability of shipbuilding and repairing MIS (management information system) must be effectively guaranteed. The verification on safety management is the necessary measure to ensure and improve the safety management ability of MIS. Safety verification can not only increase the safety of MIS, but also make early warning of potential risks in management to avoid the accidents. Based on the authoritative standards in the field of safety in shipbuilding and repairing enterprise, this paper applied modeling and verification method based on ontology to safety verification of MIS, extracted the concepts and associations from related safety standards to construct axiom set to support safety verification on MIS of shipbuilding and repairing enterprise. Then, this paper developed the corresponding safety ontology modeling and verification tool-SOMVT. By the application and comparison of two examples, this paper effectively verified the safety of MIS to prove the modeling method and the SOMVT can improve the safety of MIS in a much more effective and stable way to traditional manual analysis.

  • The presented research is devoted to determining the role of the mechanism of attracting investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of transformation using the process approach. It is proved that the process approach is dominant for this study because investments are considered as a process of investing in innovative development in the enterprise in the context of digitalization, and its application allows to take into account the impact on the mechanism of attracting investment resources. related to the mechanism of attracting investment resources of the enterprise. It is substantiated that the mechanism of attracting investment resources for innovative development in the context of digitalization is a specific way of organizing, mobilizing and using investment resources for innovative development of the enterprise in the context of digitalization under the influence of economic development laws, government regulation. The effectiveness of attracting investment resources in innovative development is ensured by the mechanism that exists in the enterprise. The mechanism of attraction of investment resources in innovative development in the conditions of digitalization gives the chance to define an optimum ratio between sources and volume of attraction of investments in innovation sphere.

사회적기업과 영리기업에서 근로자 셀프리더십이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of on Organizational Performance of Self-Leadership by Worker in Social Enterprise and Profit Enterprise)

  • 본 연구는 사회적기업과 영리기업에 종사하는 근로자들을 대상으로 셀프리더십이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 충청남도내 사회적기업과 영리기업 36개, 근로자 303명을 조사하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업과 영리기업에 근무하는 근로자의 특성차이 분석결과 사회적기업에 종사하는 근로자들이 영리기업 근로자들에 비해서 여성, 고연령자, 저임금근로자가 많았다. 사회적기업이 정부의 사회적 일자리지원에 의하여 여성, 노인 등 취약계층을 저임금으로 고용하고 있기 때문이다. 둘째, 사회적기업과 영리기업의 셀프리더십과 조직성과 차이를 분석한 결과 사회적기업 근로자의 셀프리더십이 영리기업에 비해 대체로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 사회적기업 근로자들이 영리기업에 비하여 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과를 높게 평가하고 있었다. 셋째, 셀프리더십이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회적기업과 영리기업 모두 셀프리더십이 조직성과에 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 특히, 사회적기업이 영리기업에 비해 조직성과가 높았다. 따라서 사회적기업의 조직성과를 높이기 위해서는 근로자들에 대한 지속적인 조직비전과 목표에 대한 공유노력을 통하여 기업경쟁력을 높이는 것이 필요하다.
