Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is defined as a type of breast carcinoma that is negative for expression of oestrogene and progesterone hormone receptors (ER, PR) and HER2. This form of breast cancer is marked by its aggressiveness, low survival rate and lack of specific therapies. Recently, important molecular characteristics of TNBC have been highlighted and led to the identification of some biomarkers that could be used in diagnosis, as therapeutic targets or to assess the prognosis. In this review, we summarize recent progress in TNBC research focusing on the genetic and epigenetic alterations of TNBC and the potential use of these biomarkers in the targeted therapy for better management of TNBC.

A Cellular Automaton(CA) is a dynamical system in which space and time are discrete, the state of each cell is unite and is updated by local interaction. Since the characteristics of CA is diffusion and local interaction, CA is used by crypto-systems and VLSI structure. In this study, we proposed a hash function based on the concept of 2-dimensional cellular automata and analyzed the proposed hash function.

This paper develops in detail the differential geometry of ruled surfaces from two perspectives, and presents the underlying relations which unite them. Both scalar and dual curvature functions which define the shape of a ruled surface are derived. Explicit formulas are presented for the computation of these functions in both formulations of the differential geometry of ruled surfaces. Also presented is a detailed analysis of the ruled surface which characterizes the shape of a general ruled surface in the same way that osculating circle characterizes locally the shape of a non-null Lorentzian curve.

우리나라의 중환자실 면회 시스템은 대부분 대학병원 기준 하루 2번 20분~30분의 짧은 면회시간을 가지고 있다. 중환자실의 보호자들은 매번 시간을 맞추어 면회를 해야 하며 면회 인원수에도 제약을 받고 있어 제한적인 면회 시스템을 가지고 있다. 이처럼 중환자실의 면회 시스템이 많은 제한을 가지고 있는 것은 중환자실 환자들과 병문객간의 감염 위험 요인을 최소화하기 위함이 있다. 따라서 '중환자실 면회 시스템'을 제작하여 매번 면회를 오지 못하는 상황에서도 원거리 면회를 가능하게 하며 환자와 병문객 간의 감염 위험 요인을 최소화 하여 보호자들에게 심리적인 안정감을 제공하는 것이 목적이다.

Automobile airbag deployment process has been studied with MADYMO software. Based on the FMVSS208 and USNCAP(United States New Car Assessment Program) regulations, four parameters were chosen for the design improvement with reference to the 5th percentile female passenger dummy: time to fire, vent hole size, tether length and tank test pressure of inflator. Sensitivity analyses based on orthogonal arrays show that enhanced protection of small females can be achieved with improved USNCAP rating within the boundary of FMVSS 208.

The management of enterprise knowledge has been increasingly important because knowledge emerges as the new basis of competition in postcapitalist society. One of the key issues in knowledge management is to put knowledge into a repository where it can be easily stored, reused, and recreated. This paper proposes a model repository and the corresponding knowledge management framework. The emphases of model repository is on abstraction knowledge in the form of schematic models. Two major benefits are model independence and model integration. A metaschema is constructed according to six conceptual components: separate unit, external link, internal link, separate unite descriptor, link descriptor, and composite descriptor, which can be applied for a variety of models. A prototype system with a case illustrates the practical usefulness of model repository for knowledge management.

This study is for getting sacrificial service, discussing process of sacrificial rituals and understanding the composition of space in Dong-gok Jaesa. For these things, we're arranged for exact blueprint through actual survey and analyzed the architectural features. Dong-gok Jaesa has features which show centripetal space organization with strong closing sparsely. This is intended for sincerity during ritual which is processed without obstruction. This is a mixed form which is unified both straight dwelling and Jung Dang Hyeop Sil type. And this is for all functions which is necessary for Jaesa architecture in only one building. And this is used with organizing technique for space utility with connection of compartments and various enlargement and partition. Through these things, even though it is not a big Jaesa, it shows that this is Korea traditional composition of space technique according to several purposes.

En second lieu, comme celles de La Monarchie et de La Republique, la transformation renovatrice en forme grossiere du style cylindriforme de la mode d'epoque ancienne. En troisieme lieu, comme celles du Directoire, la formation de l'unite esthetique au haut degre et les lignes naturelles du corps. En quatrieme lieu, comme celles du Consulat et de l'Empire, l'achevement du style d'Empire d'ornement somptueux refletant l'autorite politique de l'Empereur.

Recently, steel-concrete composite slab decks have been widely used as highway bridge decks. In the construction of the composite slab decks, it is necessary to join two adjacent blocked bottom plates to form one unite in the longitudinal direction. In this paper, several types of longitudinal direction joints for Robinson type composite slab decks ared proposed herein and static bending test are carried out by using slab specimens. And the stress and deformation of the tensile grip connection with high strength bolts are discussed by using three-dimensional elastic-plastic FEM.

The more the lift environment eastern idea, culture, factory automation system and information technology complicates, the more the various human error brings about. It brings about all kind of accidents and occupational diseases. Also the death and sickness or injury by psychological stress among the human error has increased every year. Therefore this paper describes the Korean lift change unit model through statistical testing with the proposed life change unit factors on the married workers living the middle area. The proposed model can be simply used in order to minimize the industrial accident and human error in real fields. Finally, the result will be helpful for the better safety management.
