As the railway noise guideline of the Ministry of Environment after 2017 is strictly enforced, the noise level at stationary condition of urban railway is demanding the reduction about 2 dB(A). And the noise level at running condition is reduced by 6 dB(A) at 80 km/h. Therefore, the devices that causes noise shall arrange for the improvement plan of noise reduction for each device. In this paper, we carried out a technical review of the driving gear used to drive the vehicle from a variety of noise-induced equipment of a urban railway. Analyze the causes of the current noise levels and noise cause about the driving gear used in current urban railway and this study analyzes the noise level and noise cause the drive gear being used in the current urban railway. Finally, in this paper proposes a scheme for reducing the noise that can be designed to reduce the noise with considering the noise cause analysis.

가압 경수로 사용후핵연료봉을 재처리하는 과정에서 발생되는 hull은 고준위 방사성폐기물로 분류되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 연소도 32,000MWd/tU, 냉각기간 15년(고리 1호기 cycle 4-7)인 PWR 사용후핵연료의 건식처리 공정에서 발생한 hull에 대하여 방사능적 특성 실험을 수행하였고, 문헌 조사 및 관련 코드의 계산을 통하여 가압 경수로 사용후핵연료 hull에 대한 방사화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 hull에 부착되어 있는 핵물질을 레이저 또는 플라즈마 등의 건식 방법으로 제거함으로써 hull의 방사능을 저감시켜 중저준위 폐기물화하는 방안을 제시하였다.

The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

This study aims to develop the Extended Urban Land Information System (EULIS) which can support the sustainable urban management. Although the existing Urban Land Use Information system (ULUIS) that aids the micro-level land use information is a good means for the understanding of urban spatial structure and district-level planning and management (such as urban design, redevelopment planning and district-level transportation planning, etc.), it has some limitations in supplying the information for sustainable urban management, such as environmental and traffic analysis, urban infrastructure's carrying capacity analysis, etc. The EULIS is designed to efficiently supply the information for sustainable urban management. For the successful construction of EULIS, the followings have to be considered. 1) the integration of topographic maps which contain the building's footprints and cadastral maps which contain the parcel's boundary, 2) the integration of EULIS and FM (Facility Management) system for the full utilization of information about capacity analysis of infrastructure, 3) the construction of standardized georeferencing system and spatial unit for the combined use of environment and traffic census data. This study shows 1) why EULIS is needed for the sustainable urban management and which elements are needed for the system,2) the E-R data model for the EULIS, 3) the strategies for the construction of EULIS and 4) the conclusion.

This study aims to estimate the perception of mothers of infant and toddler on the child-rearing environment and compare the recognition of parents who live in APT and multi-family housing. This study investigates the mothers in order to survey the level of importance and satisfaction on the neighborhood environment factors for child-rearing. The result of questionnaire is analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). According to the result of IPA by housing types, it was found that the improvement of pedestrian environment, separation of pedestrian and vehicle, natural environment and playground is required particularly in the multi-family housing area. the mothers need soundproofing of house and management of unwanted facilities in neighborhood in common. In the apartment, improvement of child-care facilities and children's library is required. The results of IPA on the mothers of infant and toddler may be important foundation for future strategies for child-rearing environment improvement.

As all kind of industry has developed, metal structure and machine instrument use bolt, pin, rivet and welding for assembly and combination. For pin and hinge, dimension accuracy is crucial to keep the operation and safety of the structure and machine instrument. In case of complex machine, the hinge for cover open-loop system is one of the significant design elements. Most of the hinges are being imported and assembled sine they give high technology development cost for its unit cost position. The reason is that the localization of hinge is inadequate. As the demand increase and the necessity of localization grow, it is now more important than ever to develop low cost structure. By the low cost structure, a new technology could be obtained for electronic product and structural hinge since it would enable for complex machine hinge to be guaranteed, technologically. Open-loop hinge is the link type and designed for the structure to keep constant open-loop. And, the hinge is examined in design stability by finite element analysis method. In this paper, the operation result is presented when the hinge for complex machine open-loop is designed for link type structure.

OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing) 시스템은 사용자가 다양한 각도에서 정보에 접근하여 대화식으로 정보를 분석할 수 있는 의사결정 지원 시스템이다. 그러나 기존 OLAP 시스템의 구축방법에는 사용자 요구사항의 변경에 따른 복잡한 MDX(Multidimensional Expressions) 쿼리문 사용으로 시간과 비용이 증가되는 비효율성이 생기게 된다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 사실테이블 내에 유니트 컬럼 메트릭스를 추가하는 새로운 개념의 데이터 구성 방법을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 데이터 구성 방법을 사용함으로써 OLAP시스템에서의 처리 시간과 비용을 줄일 수 있었다.

In this study, a new type of cascaded modular multilevel inverters (CMMLIs) is presented which is able to produce a considerable number of output voltage levels with a reasonable number of components. Accordingly, each series stage of the proposed CMMLI is comprised of two same basic units that are connected with each other through two unidirectional power switches without aiming any of the full H-bridge cells. In addition, since the potentiality for generating a higher number of output voltage levels in CMMLIs hinges on the magnitude of the dc voltage sources used in each series unit, in the rest of this paper, four different algorithms for determining an appropriate value for the dc sources' magnitude are also presented. In the following, a comprehensive topological analysis between some CMMLI structures reported in the literature and proposed structure along with several simulation and experimental results will be also given to validate the lucrative benefits and viability of the proposed topology.

본 논문은 국내 표정 연구에 적합한 얼굴 표정 이미지를 제작하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해서 1980년대 태생의 한국인의 표준 형상에 FACS-Action Unit을 결합하여, KSFI(Korean Standard Facial Image) AU set를 제작하였다. KSFI의 객관성을 확보하기 위해 6가지 기본 감성(슬픔, 행복, 혐오, 공포, 화남, 놀람) 이미지를 제작하여, 감성 별 인식 정확률과 얼굴 요소의 감성인식 기여도를 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 정확률이 높은 행복, 놀람, 슬픔, 분노의 이미지의 경우 주로 눈과 입의 얼굴 요소를 통해 감성을 판단하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 표정 이미지의 AU 변경할 수 있는 KSFI 콘텐츠를 제안하였다. 향후 KSFI가 감성 인식률 향상에 기여할 수 있는 학습 콘텐츠로서의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each side to feel vulnerable to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.
