The purpose of this study is to seek new u-business services in restaurant management. Using the concept of business model methodology in family restaurant management domain, this study identifies customers' needs in services at the stage of management of purchase of materials, the production management, and the sales management. In addition, this study suggests two killer applications of a family restaurant management linking with the latest ubiquitous computing technologies: the service of the customer-oriented menu recommendation and the service of the inventory-oriented menu recommendation. These findings may offer practical insights in the context of ubiquitous service model of restaurant management.

u-City 운영의 중심 역할을 담당하는 통합운영플랫폼은 유무선 통신망, 센서망을 연결하여 각종 센서 및 장치들을 수용하고, 다양한 정보를 통합적으로 수집 및 분석하며, 각종 인프라 요소들을 지능적으로 관제 운영한다. 본 연구에서는 u-City에서 통합운영플랫폼이 제공해야 할 서비스들을 공통응용 서비스, 운용관리 서비스 및 플랫폼 게이트웨이 서비스로 구분하고 각 서비스에 대한 세부 기능을 구성하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 구성된 세부 기능들은 상호간 정보 흐름 및 역할 정립을 통해 통합운영플랫폼의 서비스 기능을 명확히 할 것이며, 향후 서비스 기능 추가 및 수정에 따른 통합운영플랫폼의 기능 구성 참조 모델로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 기술수용모형을 기반으로 u-서비스에 대한 이용의도를 분석하는 것이다. u-서비스 특성인 유비쿼티, 개인화, 접근가능성, 이동성이 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 태도와 이용의도와의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 분석결과, 유비쿼티, 접근가능성, 이동성은 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성은 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 태도는 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 본 연구는 무선인터넷 서비스 산업의 시장점유율 또는 잠재적 성장률을 고려할 때에 산업에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Ubiquitous computing which is providing various convenient services to user will prevail in future. To realize ubiquitous service, analyzing technical and information factors for service implementation is necessary. This paper defines ubiquitous service model to satisfy user demands and we analyze technical and information factors in order to realize services. Based on the factors, we extracts and classifies common compositions of ubiquitous services to suggest guidelines of service design.

In Korea, livestock has grown into the most value-added business in the agricultural and forest industry. But due to the recent outbreak of deadly infectious diseases such as foot-and-mount disease and avian influenza (AI), the demand for IT-enabled cutting-edge management system is getting stronger. As for humans, pilot projects and researches concerning U-healthcare have been carried out since early 2000. So this study explored the current progress of U-healthcare introduction, and suggested the strategies to develop technologies of collecting, processing, and utilizing information; to apply elements for a service model development and prioritization; to provide policy and institutional support. Therefore it is expected to vitalize the livestock U-healthcare in the future through continuous study based on these results.

유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경은 기존의 e-비즈니스, m-비즈니스와는 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 이는 u-비즈니스 모델을 개발할 때 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 특성과 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 환경을 고려해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 패러다임의 핵심인 가치의 공동 창출 경험에 초점을 맞춘 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크를 제시했다. 본 논문의 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크는 8단계로 구성되어 있고 각 단계별 세부 절차를 구체적으로 제시했다. 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임 하에서 성공적인 비즈니스 모델을 발굴하고 수행하고자 하는 기업들에게 본 논문에서 제안한 u-비즈니스 모델 개발 프레임워크는 유용한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 사회 전반적으로 급속히 진행되고 있는 컨버전스 트랜드의 한 모습으로 등장한 RFID/USN의 이용과 이것을 활용한 응용서비스는 다양해질 전망이다. USN는 새로운 형태의 서비스를 제공하는 기술적인 수단으로부터 시작하여 응용서비스 활용의 다양한 형태로 소비자 요구를 충족시켜 주는 요인을 제공한다. 본 논문에서 물류/유통에 선도적으로 도입되고 있는 RFID/USN을 이용하여 차세 대 물류1유통의 새로운 변화가 나타나기를 기대하며, u-물류/유통의 예측모델을 제시하였다. 예측모델를 제시하기 위해 필요성의 분석을 통해서 구도방안을 제시하고 조직적, 기술적인 새로운 예측모델 구조를 도식적으로 나타내었다.

최근 들어 모바일 인터넷, RFID 등의 확산으로 인하여 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 부산 역시 최첨단의 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 항만물류, 교통, 관광컨벤션, 의료 등 전략산업에 적용시켜 추진함으로써 분야간 시너지효과를 창출하여 첨단 유비쿼터스 도시(U-city)로 변모시키고자 계획하고 있다. U-관광컨벤션 서비스는 기존의 관광정보시스템과는 다른 방식으로 소비자가 이를 어떻게 수용하는 가의 여부가 향후 U-관광컨벤션의 성장잠재력을 결정한다는 점에서 어떠한 요인들이 U-관광컨벤션 수용의도에 영향을 미치는가 하는 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 생각된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 TAM을 적용하여 관광콘텐츠가 U-관광컨벤션 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다.

In a study of a peculiarity of the Korean residence construction as the central Jeong Yeo Chang's Residence, we proposed varieties service models for an anthropocentric U-Korean style with "a convenience, a security, an economical, a pleasure". It was to assume for this research that was established in case of all necessity IT infrastructures, and was structural alterations to a Korean residence sectional. It was used for Wall-Pad(Home Gateway) for controlling services, gas valves, remote inspection of a meter, curtains, doorlocks, boilers, temperature controllers, indoor ventilation systems, breakers, and expansion of crime prevention, energy. With introducing various service models on U-Korean style house, removing a negative view about Korean residence, we drew the best suited residence condition combining with a merit of the Korean residence and the Ubiquitous Intelligent Home Service. In order to realize U-Korean style house at the right time at the right place, a maintenance was required to be ensured based on social infrastructures and institutions and laws.

최근 u-헬스케어는 웰빙 시대와 IT 대중화가 맞물려 RFID 기술을 의료 서비스에 접목하는 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 각광을 받고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스는 RFID 기술이 u-헬스케어에 접목되면서 의료 프로세스 상에 발생하는 수기입력, 중복 데이터 발생, 데이터 위 변조, 정보 버전 상이 등의 품질 저하 요인을 해결할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 u-헬스케어를 통해 의료 서비스를 제공받는 사용자의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위한 RFID 기반의 사용자 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜에서는 의료 서비스를 제공받는 사용자의 데이터 위 변조 및 프라이버시와 u-헬스케어 보안시스템의 안전성을 획기적으로 제고하기 위해서 환자에 관한 비밀 정보는 병원에서 생성된 비밀키와 연접하여 DB 테이블 내의 해당 환자의 비밀키 필드에 저장한다. 또한, 불법적인 사용자의 접근이 있을 경우 인증 서버에게 통보하여 u-헬스케어의 불법 유 무 판별한 후 u-헬스케어 서비스 접근을 승인받도록 한다.
