At this present, the world is in the era of digital and culture.Tourist resources through cultural infrastructure have been a crucial factor of a country's competitiveness. A Museum is tourism resource facility like one of core cultural infrastructures which provides experiential culture, history and tradition. The field of a planning and a design for a museum should be recognized like professional design industry.n Korea, the government has various laws and systems to support the design promotion policy but it is not sufficient. If you plan to extend the scope of the maintenance of law and institutions As today 'Exhibition Industry Development Act, which is responsible for maintenance, including a permanent exhibition area in the exhibition industry facilities will be efficient alternative. And also, it would like to analyze states of the orders in the exhibition design industry for past five years (2010 ~ 2014) and show the problems and alternatives. Exhibition business-related orders investigation into the recent five years to analyze and suggest improvements. In the delivery method it was found three types of goods, the services, the delivery method through the analysis of the enforcement order to the Corporation and that are mixed.If these alternatives has been reviewed and used for basic data to promote professional companies and designers for museums, it must be expected to be well worth a careful study.
Purpose - The main purpose of this study is thus to investigate the contingent effect of imitation strategies on firm performance in transition economies such as China, focusing on pure and creative imitation. Design/methodology - We conducted a survey targeting department heads of each company who have more than 10 years work experiences. We assessed that the ability to gain trust and to access information from high-ranking informants would be greater if the firms were from the same country - Korea - as the lead researcher. A total of 200 highly reliable samples were obtained, which could effectively explain the nine variables set in the study. Relevant hypotheses were tested using a hierarchical linear model (HLM). Findings - The findings suggest that SMEs' technology level also had a positive impact on performance. Firms with better technology had a positive impact on performance, irrespective of pure or creative imitation. This reflects the cases where many Korean SMEs entering China without high technology level lose their competitiveness due to Chinese firms' technology catch-up within a short period of time. Originality/value - SMEs that lack technology and know-how need to focus on pure imitation strategies. It is possible that SMEs can perform creative imitation, but it seems difficult under the current circumstances. Therefore, SMEs with limitations in technology and know-how should maintain their competitive advantage for a while, by maintaining their pure imitation strategy.
A characteristic of a region's environmental resources is the competitiveness of local agricultural products. This study explores methods of making locally produced agricultural products appealing to consumers. We looked at ways to appeal to consumers by using the image of environment resource and environment-agriculture product image congruence. The relationships of two dimensions of environmental image, perceived quality and purchase intention, are examined. From the results of the study, both the image of environment resource and environment-agriculture product image congruence have a positive effect on purchasing local agricultural products through perceived quality. This study tried to ascertain which of the two dimensions of the environmental image factor is more effective in terms of consumer appeal for local agricultural products. As a result, both the image of environment resource and environment-agricultural product image congruence are found to have a positive effect on the purchase intention of consumers through perceived quality. By comparing the paths of the two dimensions it is found that the method of appealing to consumers by using the environment-agriculture product image congruence is more effective. The results of this study present an effective method of making locally produced agricultural products appealing to consumers and suggest an effective strategic direction for selling local agricultural products.
Purpose - Market structure is crucial to identify as it defines the market states for new and existing container ports to perform within a given region. the study aims to compare the major ports in the Bay of Bengal in the context of Chittagong Port. Design/methodology/approach - For this study, the past 9 years of container volume data have been collected and analyzed through the HHI index, BCG matrix and shift effect analysis. Based on the analysis, this study has found that the Chittagong Port is in an oligopoly competitive market structure. Findings - The findings have shown that port in low market share and low growth in very recent years with the moderately concentrated ports HHI index. The shift effect analysis shows that the container volumes shifted from one port to another in the 2019 and 2020 periods. This study is the pioneer study in the Bay of Bengal region to identify the market structure, analyze market share and growth, and analyze the market concentration. Research implications or Originality - Future recommendations for the port authority is to take advantage of geolocation; attract international; tax exemption, faster clearance process, reduced waiting charges; increasing storage and technological machinery; promoting maritime logistics education; promoting Chittagong tourism; collaboration with other countries. Also, this study can be used as basic data for the establishment of a new supply chain between Korea and Southwest Asia for the Korean government and companies.

The purpose of this study is to present a development strategy that can enhance local brands by fostering the marine sports industry as a strategic industry that can lead the local economy in Jeollanam-do. As a research method, the literature survey analyzed policy data and previous studies related to marine sports, and the answers in in in-depth interviews were categorized into semantic units and analyzed. In conclusion, Jeollanam-do needs to build representative marine sports facilities by properly utilizing natural conditions, and Jeollanam-do, which has low competitiveness, needs to develop marine sports equipment and connect with tourism resources such as marine, culture, and history.
This study analyzed the effects of the relational norm factor of food service franchising on the intention to remain, in view of the importance of relational norms, as antecedent variables, to franchisees' perceived fairness to enhance the competitiveness by formation of long-term relationship between interested parties to food service franchising, the franchiser and the franchisee. According to a questionnaire survey, more than 100 franchisees that recorded three business years in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi area were selected for convenience sampling. Then, among them, 515 effective samples were analyzed. For statistical data, detailed types of analysis were performed by using AMOS 17.0, such as factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory analysis and frequency analysis. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the franchiser and the franchisee by arranging relational norm factors for the relationship to be suitable for the current situation of Korea, instead of Western-style theory-based relationship marketing, and by understanding a connection between perceived fairness and management achievement-related variables, and to make a conceptual framework for building a positive relationship between the franchiser and the franchise in future food service franchising industry. Moreover, it aimed to increase franchisee satisfaction and results including re-contract according to perceived positive relationship value on the franchiser and to make contribution to find and show the proper direction for development of the Korean-style food service franchising system.
Purpose - As more low cost carriers are introduced, the competition between the low cost carriers to become the nation's leading low cost carrier is also being intensified. The purpose of this study is to select various choice attributes for low cost carrier and figure out important factors that customers take into account for low cost carrier selection. The study also involves in establishing the relationship between perceived value, customer satisfaction, and customer behavior Intention, in an effort to identify choice attributes that are important to customers' low cost carrier. Research design, data, and methodology - To examine these research models, samples were collected from 247 peoples who visited In-Cheon international Airport during June, 2017. Results - The results of the study showed that, 'reservation service', 'airport service', 'in-flight service', and 'price' services have a significant effect on the perceived value of the choice attributes. While 'reservation service', 'airport service', 'in-flight service', and 'flight operation service' have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of the choice attributes, perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value has a significant effect on customer behavior intention. Finally, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer behavior intention. Conclusions - Flight operation service has no significant effect on perceived value of the choice attributes of low cost carriers, which indicates that the low cost carriers have not yet been well-established in the flight operation service sector. It seems likely that low cost carrier will be able to gain a competitive advantage over other companies if they expand their routes and improve the convenience of flight connections. In addition, the results show that the price service does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of the choice attributes of low cost carriers. From this, we may assume that the airline ticket prices of low cost carriers are already low, and the price cannot be a deciding factor in the competitive advantage of low cost carriers. To achieve higher customer satisfaction of the choice attributes, companies should strengthen the competitiveness of 'reservation service', 'airport service', 'in-flight service', and 'flight operation service'.
Maritime industry is recognized as a new value-adding and growth engine industry. It provides high value by creating clusters centering on ports. Advanced international ports are also clashing ahead to create clusters, boost profits, and strengthen competitiveness. The Korean government enacted policies for the establishment and upbringing of maritime industrial clusters in 2015. It is very important to understand which maritime industry has a comparative advantage in each region and to establish an integration strategy through maritime industrial clusters. This study analyzes the structure of the maritime industry in the Chungnam province, which is expected to deal with raw materials(mainly oil products), container throughput, and opening of ferry route with China's port. The study analyzed the existing literature on the maritime industry and classified the industry into 5 major categories, 21 sub-categories, and 84 sub-categories in shipping and logistics, shipbuilding, fishery, marine tourism industry, and other industries. Based on the reclassified maritime industry, the structure of the maritime industry in the Chungnam province was analyzed by using location quotient(LQ) and Shift-Share analysis. The study found that the fisheries industry showed the highest value(1.718) in the analysis of LQ, followed by the marine tourism industry(1.092), shipbuilding industry(0.823) and shipping and logistics industry(0.789). The total effect of the maritime industry in Chungnam province was 36,315 and the net growth effect, excluding the national growth effect, was estimated to be 21,321. Based on these results, we classify the maritime industry in the Chungnam province as comparative advantage and comparative disadvantage. The results of this study can be used as basic data for formulating strategies for the construction of the maritime industry cluster in the Chungnam province in the future.
As the concept of city changes city is viewed in the perspective of business to make profits, not in the perspective of physical space. In the case of Korea urbanization processed over the level of 80% and the formation of identity is suggested for the way to improve city competitiveness as of globalization and liberalization. Seoulentered the level of developed countries in the perspective of functions and facilities, but its image is evaluated poor because of the lack of cultural competitiveness, tourismattractiveness and service system. Dependency of public transportation which is public facilities representing city indirectly is very high, but in information service and visual systems of pubic transportation operations and management are not enough and differentiated image and loyalty are hard to find. In 2004 government of city of Seoul suggested modifications, but compared to London, Paris and Tokyo consistent system, the lack of control and management of use environment of design, excessive visual information and destruction of connection are pointed out. Therefore to solve these problems the introduction of design system is needed to develop identity after applying characteristics and regulations for using to disordered visual stuff. These procedurescan be explained as City Identity Program (CIP) and this study tries to embody city image through public transportation design system. As the study method for this the status of public transportation design system of London, Paris and Tokyo were searched and compared to that of Seoul. Based on this systematization of symbol marks per public transportation being used right now, the development of design guidelines to form identity, relation of design and the strategy of systematization per method and media were proposed.

In industrialised countries, innovation is a key source of economic growth. Research is a key driver of technological innovation and involves the process of systematic investigation and/or experimentation to discover new knowledge. The Governments' industry innovation policy supports a business focus on Research and Development (R&D) through a range of programs in order to achieve these aims. The Innovation Statement (DISR 2000, 20010, launched by the Australian Prime Minister in January 2001, commits an additional $\$3$ billion over five years to encourage and support innovation. The Australian Government aims to build world competitive firms and strong research capability in industry to strengthen Australia's international competitiveness and increase national prosperity. It develops policies and programs to enhance investment in innovation. The Australian Government has establisher a number of R&D funding support programs aimed at increasing the level of R&D in Australia. The backbone of these programs is the tax concession program, which is made up of the 125 per cent R&D tax concession, the 175 per cent premium tax concession and the tax offset. Over 4000 businesses take advantage of the tax concession scheme, which costs the government around $\$400$ million a year. This cost is expected to rise to over half a billion by 2005-06 (Commonwealth of Australia, 2003). Ensuring these resources are invested where they provide significant national economic benefits is a major policy issue. In this sense, this paper looks at the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the R&D tax concession with costs and benefits analysis.
