Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

Information technology is rapidly diffused throughout the world. Unfortunately, as the technology goes on the disabled vocational rehabilitation is more isolated in physically and mentally. A new paradigm, 'Digital practical use Opportunity' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is a hot issue. Because lack of education rehabilitation cause many problems for the employer. Relating program of employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they can get a job in a better condition. This study propose a model of good environmental employment for the disabled vocational providing them the way of getting a job so that they can go as a member of highly developed society. It conducted in society could fundamentally advance our knowledge about the structure of the employment of the disabled vocational rehabilitation, cure their feelings, give them a chance to live happier, stronger, healthier.

In this paper, we propose to confirm the perceptions of vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled by mental health service providers. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire consisting of vocational ability for the mentally disabled, family support, worker competence, and worker needs, targeting 132 workers at the mental health welfare center and mental rehabilitation facility, which are mental health service institutions in A Metropolitan City. The collected data were analyzed using the technical knowledge, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff? test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 program. In the end, the workers' desire for vocational rehabilitation for the mentally disabled of workers in mental health service institutions was higher in mental rehabilitation facilities than in mental health welfare centers, and the competence of workers had a significant effect on the vocational skills and family support of the mentally disabled people. Therefore, it will be possible to ultimately promote vocational rehabilitation for the mentally disabled by strengthening the capacity for vocational rehabilitation for the mentally handicapped of mental health service providers in the future.

This study is purposed to suggest the method for improving the effect of the mental health project by checking the influence of the "value and function of the mentally disabled" to the "satisfaction to current life of the mentally disabled" for the users of the daytime mental rehabilitation service in the local community, and the difference in the"satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled" and "value and function of the mentally disabled" depending on the participation into the mental rehabilitation program. With regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", the result showed that the "relation between the current user members" and "consideration about himself in usual time" were the positive influential factors out of the measuring factors for the "value and function of the mentally disabled." In addition, with regard to the "satisfaction to the current life of the mentally disabled", in case of participating to the "vocational rehabilitation program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs, the general "personal value and function which are felt by the mentally disabled" has higher significant difference in case of participating into the "social technology program", "daily life program", "vocational rehabilitation program", "leisure activity program" out of the mental rehabilitation programs than non participating.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors on wage of the Disabled. This study attempts to identify organizational effects on wage of the disabled. Then, this study adopts hierarchical linear model for the study purpose. Data used for this article is the survey on the vocational rehabilitation facilities in Seoul. The results are as follows. First, wage of the disabled is different from organizations as well as individuals. So, there are necessities in the consideration of organizational effects and the application of hierarchical linear model. Second, effects on wage of the disabilities controlling individual factors such as age, educational level, period using the facilities, sex, whether or not beneficiary, type of disability are different from organization. Finally, there are interaction effects of type of disability and organizational character variables. The implications of these findings are as follows. First, more political concerns should be given on the management of vocational rehabilitation facilities. Second, it is needed to concern about vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled.

The purposes of this research were to investigate home care rehabilitation services in rural areas and to collect basic data about disabled persons necessary when for carrying out rehabilitation services. Respondents were selected from six of a total of eight townships (Myon) and one town (Eup) in the Wonju city area. Wonju is in Kangwon Province (Do). Of a total of 338 names provided by the Myon offices, 298 persons were located and included registered and non-registered persons. Conditions included stroke, spinal cord injury, and cerebral palsy in addition to disabilities classified as first, second or third degree, in the case of registered cases. Respondent demographic characteristics, medical characteristics, rehabilitation service needs, willingness to receive rehabilitation service and individual opinions regarding rehabilitation services were analysed by frequency and percentage. The results were as follows: 1) Rehabilitation services received by disabled persons living at home in the rural areas surrounding Wonju city were medical rehabilitation (41.7%), diagnosis (36.5%), rehabilitation assistive devices (7.6%), social assistance (7.1%), rehabilitation counseling (3.0%), vocational rehabilitation (1.8%), educational rehabilitation (1.6%) and housekeeping services (0.5%). The majority of rehabilitation services were medical rehabilitation provided at hospitals and oriental medicine hospitals. 2) Sixty point eight percent of respondents expressed their willingness to receive home care rehabilitation services. Needs expressed were highest for medical rehabilitation (27.0%), followed by social assistance (19.4%), medical examination (12.4%), physician-generated diagnosis in the home setting (11.6%), sociopsychological rehabilitation (9.3%), vocational rehabilitation (7.6%), rehabilitation engineering (6.0%), educational rehabilitation (3.3%), and housekeeping services (3.3%). 3) Rehabilitation service needs were analyzed by severity classification: 65.8% of first degree, 62.7% of second degree and 55.6% of third degree disability classification, and 62.7% of non-registered disabled individuals responded that rehabilitation service was necessary. 4) Rehabilitation service needs were also analyzed by diagnosis: 62.6% of stroke, 85.5% of amputation, 60.0% of spinal cord injury and 52.4% of traumatic brain injury respondents answered positively that they were willing to receive rehabilitation service if it were to be provided. Rehabilitation service utilization data of disabled individuals living at home in rural areas were investigated and their rehabilitation needs analyzed. This critical information can be used when community-based rehabilitation programs for disabled persons living at home are planned for provision out of a public health center or when community-based rehabilitation welfare policy is formulated.

Purpose: This study tried to explore factors influencing on job maintenance of the mentally disabled who employed before. The subjects of this study were the mentally disabled who participated in community mental health center and social rehabilitation center, there had experienced a job in the past. Methods: The number of community centers were 27 places, there were located in different region. The number of participants were 221 persons agreed to this study. Data was analyzed by Mean, SD and logistic regression analyzation using SPSS/WIN 14.0. Results: General character such as age was significant factor. Monthly pay and working a day in the midst of job related factors were significant. Moreover, job rehabilitation program satisfaction rate and social support revealed significant factors. Conclusion: On the basis of results, Job rehabilitation programs for job maintenance of the mentally disabled should be development and establish mediate strategies to improve social support to them.
