Seeking for a Curriculum of Dance Department in the University in the Age of the 4th Industrial Revolution (4차 산업혁명시대 대학무용학과 커리큘럼의 방향모색)

  • This study focuses on what changes are required as to a curriculum of dance department in the university in the age of the 4th industrial revolution. By comparing and analyzing the curricula of dance department in the five universities in Seoul, five academic subjects as to curricula of dance department, which covers what to learn for dance education in the age of the 4th industrial revolution, are presented. First, dance integrative education, the integration of creativity and science education, can be referred to as a subject that stimulates ideas and creativity and raises artistic sensitivity based on STEAM. Second, the curriculum characterized by prediction of the future prospect through Big Data can be utilized well in dealing with dance performance, career path of dance-majoring people, and job creation by analyzing public opinion, evaluation, and feelings. Third, video education. Seeing the images as modern major media tends to occupy most of the expressive area of art, dance by dint of video enables existing dance work to be created as new form of art, expanding dance boundaries in academic and performing art viewpoint. Fourth, VR and AR are essential techniques in the era of smart media. Whether upcoming dance studies are in the form of performance or education or industry, for VR and AR to be digitally applied into every relevant field, keeping with the time, learning about VR and AR is indispensable. Last, the 4th industrial revolution and the curriculum of dance art are needed to foresee the changes in the 4th industrial revolution and to educate changes, development and seeking in dance curriculum.

  • As 4th industrial revolution era has come, autonomous driving vehiecle gets its attention for commercialization and development and thus its impact on society. To this end, several countries such as US, England and Germany are preparing their own legal systems to come up with commercialization of autonomous driving vehiecle. In this country, Korea is also developing autonomous driving vehiecle and looking forward its commercialization yet the legal system of Korea lacks of laws, regulations, rules, guidelines and so on. Hence, it is our intention to look into Korean legal system providing the analysis of current Korean legal system in detail. This paper also provides further directions to have balance between commercialization success and risk management in this country and, as a result creates a small step toward 4th industrial revolution society.

  • The changes in the 4th industrial revolution era are not limited to specific sectors, but affect all sectors of industry. Thus all companies are required to respond effectively to changes. Some companies response by adopting cutting-edge ICT and some companies improve the organizational structure, or enhance the competence of individual employees. This study is based on the assumption that the responses to the change in the 4th industrial revolution era should not be uniform, and that the response strategies and priorities should vary according to the characteristics of the companies. The purpose of this study is to suggest both different response strategies and the priority of the responding factors(areas) to small and medium-sized enterprises. Data were collected through the semi-Delphi method. As a result of data analysis, the priorities of the medium-sized enterprises were as follows: introduction of IT-strengthening the competence of the individuals - establishing technology infrastructure-improving organizational structure - efficiency of work - improving organizational culture. While the priorities of the response factors(area) of the small-sized companies were as follows: strengthening the competence of the individuals - efficiency of work - introduction of IT - establishing technology infrastructure - improving organizational structure - improving organizational culture.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of talents required in electronic companies in the 4th industrial revolution. we conducted a network analysis on the key talent of the companies presented in over 100 job announcements to companies in the electronics industry. The results of the study are as follows. First, electronic companies showed the most favored creative talents, preferring collaborative talent and challenging talent. Second, looking at the core definitions of talent, change, response, problem solving, performance creation, communication, challenge, professionalism, enthusiasm, development, aggressiveness and spontaneity were used. In other words, key keywords emerging from the 4th industrial revolution were being used continuously. Third, in the Centrality analysis, talented people who emphasize humanity also appeared. Based on the study, it suggested that manpower training of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

  • The 4th industrial revolution is progressing by country as a mega trend that leads various technological convergence directions in the social and economic fields from the initial simple manufacturing innovation. The epidemic of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 is shifting digital-centered non-face-to-face business from economic operation, and the use of AI and big data technology for personalized services is essential to spread online. In this paper, we analyze cases focusing on the application of artificial intelligence technology, which is a key technology for the effective implementation of the digital new deal promoted by the government, as well as the major technological characteristics of the 4th industrial revolution and describe the use cases in the field of disaster response. As a disaster response use case, AI assistants suggest appropriate countermeasures according to the status of the reporter in an emergency call. To this end, AI assistants provide speech recognition data-based analysis and disaster classification of converted text for adaptive response.

  • Currently, the world is facing severe inflation due to Corona and the war in Ukraine, and it is causing a lot of difficulties for us. Companies are facing a lot of restrictions on their economic activities compared to the past due to supply chain problems and foreign exchange rates. In this situation, many countries have been implementing various smart factory promotion projects to secure competitiveness through productivity improvement in the manufacturing industry. In this study, the contents of smart factory promotion in major countries were reviewed, and problems raised about the implementation of smart factory in Korea, which are being implemented based on this, were described. It is most reasonable to judge the success of a smart factory by the achievement of the performance indicators presented at the time of the project. Therefore, based on the performance index of the business, which is a key factor in determining the success or failure of a smart factory, we investigated whether the company's smart factory promotion can be carried out successfully through examples

  • Efforts to improve the quality of university education, that is, advanced plans for innovative university education, are needed in the face of changes in educational demand due to rapid changes in new industries and society and the competition for survival due to a rapidly decreasing school-age population with the full-fledged start of the era of the 4th industrial revolution is being demanded. In particular, it is necessary to apply a system for student counseling and guidance management through college life adjustment diagnosis from students entering college to graduation. Accordingly, each university is promoting a project to upgrade a course-linked integrated platform based on core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution era, such as big data and artificial intelligence (AI). Therefore, in this study, based on the field of information security major, we intend to present a plan to advance the student management system for innovative university education.

Comparative Policy Analysis on ICT Small and Medium-sized Venture Using Cognitive Map Analysis (인지지도를 활용한 ICT 중소벤처 지원정책 비교분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze each government's ICT SME support policies to cope with changes in the ICT ecosystem paradigm. In particular, the core policies and policy trends of the Moon's government are presented through keyword network analysis and cognitive map analysis. As a result, core technologies such as ICT(Information Communication Technology), AI(Artificial Intelligence), Big Data, and 5G, which have high values of betweenness centrality and closeness centrality, are major keywords with high propagation power. The cognitive map analysis shows that the opportunity factors for the 4th industrial revolution are being activated through the ICT infrastructure circulation process, the domestic market circulation process, and the global market circulation process. This study is meaningful in terms of cognitive map analysis and utilization based on scientific analysis.

  • Based on the main technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, industries including the smart home, transportation, agriculture, factory, energy, and medical care industries are rapidly developing. Disaster management technologies and services based on state-of-the-art convergence technologies are being widely applied for the purposes of public safety. State-of-the-art scientific technologies including the Internet of Things (IoT) are expected to offer alternative solutions to pending issues of disaster and safety. Particularly in disaster management, a "prevention activity"to avoid and control disasters in advance is essential, and thus disaster prevention and safety monitoring technologies based on hyper-connected intelligence are fundamental for society during the 4th Industrial Revolution. IoT technologies are being actively applied and utilized in various fields to prevent social and natural disasters. In this article, we introduce the development trends of disaster prevention and safety monitoring technologies based on IoT technologies.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to support SMEs' introduction of smart factories during the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era. Through this study, we developed the readiness assessment framework for SMEs. This study draws practical implications for improving the readiness of SMEs to introduce smart factories. Methods: Readiness Assessment Framework Design method, Case Studies Analysis Results: This study identified SMEs suitable for smart factories and identified key issues for nonconforming companies. And the diagnostic framework has been determined whether it works in a real-life SME environment. Conclusion: In order to succeed in the smart factory deployment, readiness assessment for SMEs should be performed as necessary. Prior to the introduction of smart factories, quality innovation activities should be carried out according to factory level.
