개인용 클라우드 서비스 사용 의도 연구: 가치 비교를 중심으로 (A Study on Intention to Use Personal Cloud Services: Focusing on Value Comparison)

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술은 스토리지 및 애플리케이션 등을 통해 개인 소비자에게도 그 서비스의 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가치 기반 수용 모형에 기반하여 서비스 사용 요인을 편익과 희생관점에서 구분하고, 사용자 집단을 서비스를 사용 중이거나 경험한 적이 있는 사용자와 경험한 적 없는 사용자로 나누어 각 집단 별 지각된 가치와 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교하였다. 분석 결과 지각된 가치는 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 두 집단에서 모두에서 희생 요인 중 지각된 비용이 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 편익의 지각에서는 집단 별 차이를 보였다. 경험자의 지각된 가치에는 편익 요소 중 지각된 유용성, 편재성, 네트워크 효과가 유의하였으나, 비경험자는 편재성이 유효하지 않았다. 또한 경험자에게는 유용성이, 비경험자에게는 네트워크 효과가 가장 유의한 요인이었다. 본 연구는 개인용 클라우드 서비스 분야에서 소비자의 사용 의도를 편익과 희생 관점으로 검정하고 이전 사용 경험의 역할에 대해 재조명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다.

  • 한국과 같이 무역의존도가 높은 국가에서 항만은 국제무역증진, 해운산업의 발달 및 연관산업을 직간접으로 발전시킨다는 점에서 경제적 중요성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한 항만은 상품의 수출입기능을 수행하는 육 해상수송의 연결지로서 뿐만 아니라 생산수단으로서 더욱 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 항만 서비스 요인들의 효율성을 달성하기 위해서는 항만 물류정보화에 대한 시스템 구축이 선행되어야 한다. 또한 항만에서의 정보기술에 대한 사용자의 수용행태를 이해하고 보다 효율적인 항만물류 서비스 목적을 달성하기 위해 지속적인 항만물류 서비스 시스템을 개선해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 항만물류서비스의 정보기술 서비스의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 기술수용모델을 기반으로 항만서비스 사용기업들의 특성을 반영한 연구모형을 개발하였다. 이와 같은 개발된 연구모형에 따라 항만물류 서비스의 기술수용모델의 요인들을 개발하여 항만서비스의 기술수용모델의 적용에 따른 효율성을 찾고자 한다. 결론적으로 항만에서 정보기술을 도입하여 항만 이용 당사자에게 제공함으로써, 항만제품 서비스 품질에 만족할 수 있고, 항만서비스에 정보기술을 도입하면 사용행동의도가 높아진다는 것이다. 그리고 사용행동의도가 실제적으로 항만 서비스 품질을 사용하는데 긍정적 효과가 있다. 따라서 항만 관계 시설에 정보기술을 도입하면, 항만 이용자에게는 업무 신속성과 비용절감, 인적감소, 항만 환경보호 등 전반적으로 직간접적인 항만 생산성 향상에 기여하게 될 것이다. 따라서 항만 정보기술의 지속적인 개발과 도입을 함으로써 글로벌 경쟁력을 발생할 것이다.

블록체인 기반의 대학 통합 정보서비스 실증 모델 설계 (Design of an Integrated University Information Service Model Based on Block Chain)

  • 2018년 12월 세계 최초로 5G 출시 등 대한민국은 전 세계 IT시장을 주도하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 사용자들은 공인인증서의 불편함, 익스플로우와 다른 여러 브라우저와의 비호환성 문제 등 사용자 환경과 시스템 환경의 기술 요소 문제는 투자비용의 이중화, 정보서비스의 품질저하 등 정보서비스에 대한 비판도 날로 혹독해지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내 IT 산업은 꾸준히 발전하고 있으며 전 세계 IT 시장의 화두로 자리 잡은 블록체인이 신뢰받는 차세대 융합 정보 핵심 기술로그 활용에 대한 관심이 주목되고 있다. 블록체인은 '강한 보안성', 동일한 원장의 원본을 공유하는 '분산화', IoT, 로봇, AI 등을 연결하는 '초연결성'이라는 특징으로 인해 '신뢰가 강력히 요구되는' 공공기관에서는 블록체인을 활용한 기술 도입에 매우 긍정적이다. 대학의 정보서비스 설계도 예외는 아니다. 대학에서도 대학 내 다양한 정보서비스를 구현하는 기초 발판을 블록체인을 이용한 정보서비스 개발에 기여하고자 많은 고심과 그 활용에 적극 대처하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 산업군에서 활용되는 블록체인 적용 사례 경험을 토대로 대학 내 다양한 정보시스템을 통합 구성하는 통합정보서비스 교육 플랫폼 실증 모델을 설계한다. 대학 정보서비스를 기획에서 실제 서비스 설계까지 기초로드맵을 블록체인 기반으로 구성하고 이를 실제 대학 내 통합 정보시스템 실증 모델 설계에 적용하여 블록체인을 활용한 대학 내 통합정보서비스 모델을 제시한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 도입특성이 조직의 성과기대 및 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 혁신확산 이론 관점 (A Study on the Effect of the Introduction Characteristics of Cloud Computing Services on the Performance Expectancy and the Intention to Use: From the Perspective of the Innovation Diffusion Theory)

  • Our society has long been talking about necessity for innovation. Since companies in particular need to carry out business innovation in their overall processes, they have attempted to apply many innovation factors on sites and become to pay more attention to their innovation. In order to achieve this goal, companies has applied various information technologies (IT) on sites as a means of innovation, and consequently IT have been greatly developed. It is natural for the field of IT to have faced another revolution which is called cloud computing, which is expected to result in innovative changes in software application via the Internet, data storing, the use of devices, and their operations. As a vehicle of innovation, cloud computing is expected to lead the changes and advancement of our society and the business world. Although many scholars have researched on a variety of topics regarding the innovation via IT, few studies have dealt with the issue of could computing as IT. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to set the variables of innovation attributes based on the previous articles as the characteristic variables and clarify how these variables affect "Performance Expectancy" of companies and the intention of using cloud computing. The result from the analysis of data collected in this study is as follows. The study utilized a research model developed on the innovation diffusion theory to identify influences on the adaptation and spreading IT for cloud computing services. Second, this study summarized the characteristics of cloud computing services as a new concept that introduces innovation at its early stage of adaptation for companies. Third, a theoretical model is provided that relates to the future innovation by suggesting variables for innovation characteristics to adopt cloud computing services. Finally, this study identified the factors affecting expectation and the intention to use the cloud computing service for the companies that consider adopting the cloud computing service. As the parameter and dependent variable respectively, the study deploys the independent variables that are aligned with the characteristics of the cloud computing services based on the innovation diffusion model, and utilizes the expectation for performance and Intention to Use based on the UTAUT theory. Independent variables for the research model include Relative Advantage, Complexity, Compatibility, Cost Saving, Trialability, and Observability. In addition, 'Acceptance for Adaptation' is applied as an adjustment variable to verify the influences on the expected performances from the cloud computing service. The validity of the research model was secured by performing factor analysis and reliability analysis. After confirmatory factor analysis is conducted using AMOS 7.0, the 20 hypotheses are verified through the analysis of the structural equation model, accepting 12 hypotheses among 20. For example, Relative Advantage turned out to have the positive effect both on Individual Performance and on Strategic Performance from the verification of hypothesis, while it showed meaningful correlation to affect Intention to Use directly. This indicates that many articles on the diffusion related Relative Advantage as the most important factor to predict the rate to accept innovation. From the viewpoint of the influence on Performance Expectancy among Compatibility and Cost Saving, Compatibility has the positive effect on both Individual Performance and on Strategic Performance, while it showed meaningful correlation with Intention to Use. However, the topic of the cloud computing service has become a strategic issue for adoption in companies, Cost Saving turns out to affect Individual Performance without a significant influence on Intention to Use. This indicates that companies expect practical performances such as time and cost saving and financial improvements through the adoption of the cloud computing service in the environment of the budget squeezing from the global economic crisis from 2008. Likewise, this positively affects the strategic performance in companies. In terms of effects, Trialability is proved to give no effects on Performance Expectancy. This indicates that the participants of the survey are willing to afford the risk from the high uncertainty caused by innovation, because they positively pursue information about new ideas as innovators and early adopter. In addition, they believe it is unnecessary to test the cloud computing service before the adoption, because there are various types of the cloud computing service. However, Observability positively affected both Individual Performance and Strategic Performance. It also showed meaningful correlation with Intention to Use. From the analysis of the direct effects on Intention to Use by innovative characteristics for the cloud computing service except the parameters, the innovative characteristics for the cloud computing service showed the positive influence on Relative Advantage, Compatibility and Observability while Complexity, Cost saving and the likelihood for the attempt did not affect Intention to Use. While the practical verification that was believed to be the most important factor on Performance Expectancy by characteristics for cloud computing service, Relative Advantage, Compatibility and Observability showed significant correlation with the various causes and effect analysis. Cost Saving showed a significant relation with Strategic Performance in companies, which indicates that the cost to build and operate IT is the burden of the management. Thus, the cloud computing service reflected the expectation as an alternative to reduce the investment and operational cost for IT infrastructure due to the recent economic crisis. The cloud computing service is not pervasive in the business world, but it is rapidly spreading all over the world, because of its inherited merits and benefits. Moreover, results of this research regarding the diffusion innovation are more or less different from those of the existing articles. This seems to be caused by the fact that the cloud computing service has a strong innovative factor that results in a new paradigm shift while most IT that are based on the theory of innovation diffusion are limited to companies and organizations. In addition, the participants in this study are believed to play an important role as innovators and early adapters to introduce the cloud computing service and to have competency to afford higher uncertainty for innovation. In conclusion, the introduction of the cloud computing service is a critical issue in the business world.

원격의료서비스 수용요인의 구조적 관계 실증연구 (Structural Relationships Among Factors to Adoption of Telehealth Service)

  • Within the traditional medical delivery system, patients residing in medically vulnerable areas, those with body movement difficulties, and nursing facility residents have had limited access to good healthcare services. However, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provides us with a convenient and useful means of overcoming distance and time constraints. ICT is integrated with biomedical science and technology in a way that offers a new high-quality medical service. As a result, rapid technological advancement is expected to play a pivotal role bringing about innovation in a wide range of medical service areas, such as medical management, testing, diagnosis, and treatment; offering new and improved healthcare services; and effecting dramatic changes in current medical services. The increase in aging population and chronic diseases has caused an increase in medical expenses. In response to the increasing demand for efficient healthcare services, a telehealth service based on ICT is being emphasized on a global level. Telehealth services have been implemented especially in pilot projects and system development and technological research. With the service about to be implemented in earnest, it is necessary to study its overall acceptance by consumers, which is expected to contribute to the development and activation of a variety of services. In this sense, the study aims at positively examining the structural relationship among the acceptance factors for telehealth services based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected by showing audiovisual material on telehealth services to online panels and requesting them to respond to a structured questionnaire sheet, which is known as the information acceleration method. Among the 1,165 adult respondents, 608 valid samples were finally chosen, while the remaining were excluded because of incomplete answers or allotted time overrun. In order to test the reliability and validity of the assessment scale items, we carried out reliability and factor analyses, and in order to explore the causal relation among potential variables, we conducted a structural equation modeling analysis using AMOS 7.0 and SPSS 17.0. The research outcomes are as follows. First, service quality, innovativeness of medical technology, and social influence were shown to affect perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the telehealth service, which was statistically significant, and the two factors had a positive impact on willingness to accept the telehealth service. In addition, social influence had a direct, significant effect on intention to use, which is paralleled by the TAM used in previous research on technology acceptance. This shows that the research model proposed in the study effectively explains the acceptance of the telehealth service. Second, the research model reveals that information privacy concerns had a insignificant impact on perceived ease of use of the telehealth service. From this, it can be gathered that the concerns over information protection and security are reduced further due to advancements in information technology compared to the initial period in the information technology industry, and thus the improvement in quality of medical services appeared to ensure that information privacy concerns did not act as a prohibiting factor in the acceptance of the telehealth service. Thus, if other factors have an enormous impact on ease of use and usefulness, concerns over these results in the initial period of technology acceptance may become irrelevant. However, it is clear that users' information privacy concerns, as other studies have revealed, is a major factor affecting technology acceptance. Thus, caution must be exercised while interpreting the result, and further study is required on the issue. Numerous information technologies with outstanding performance and innovativeness often attract few consumers. A revised bill for those urgently in need of telehealth services is about to be approved in the national assembly. As telemedicine is implemented between doctors and patients, a wide range of systems that will improve the quality of healthcare services will be designed. In this sense, the study on the consumer acceptance of telehealth services is meaningful and offers strong academic evidence. Based on the implications, it can be expected to contribute to the activation of telehealth services. Further study is needed to assess the acceptance factors for telehealth services, such as motivation to remain healthy, health care involvement, knowledge on health, and control of health-related behavior, in order to develop unique services according to the categorization of customers based on health factors. In addition, further study may focus on various theoretical cognitive behavior models other than the TAM, such as the health belief model.

UNCITRAL 개정 중재규칙에 관한 연구 - 주요 개정내용을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Revised UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 2010 - Focus on the Main Revised Provisions -)

  • Arbitration is an essential methods of settlement for disputes in international commercial transaction. UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules have been in force after adoption in 1976. Over the 30 years, UNCITRAL Arbitration rules have been modeled for domestic and international arbitration institutes for setting and revision on their arbitration rules. UNCITRAL Committee has published the revised Arbitration Rules which entered into force after 15 August 2010. Therefore new version of arbitration rules are substituted for the previous version of UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 1976 since its enforcement. The revised arbitration rules of UNCITRAL have been changed in various items for convergence with new trends and modern practices on arbitration including information communication and technology. The revision of arbitration rules focused on resolving problems in practice and codifying best practice to enhance the efficiency of arbitration conducted under the rules. There are considerable in a number of important respects on the removing the restricted in writing requirement for information technology, adapting the multiparties arbitration, joinder arbitration, truncated arbitral tribunal and adjustment in terms and condition and construction simply. Also a number of provisions have been refined, varied and clarified with new articles included. Conclusively the new revised arbitration rules fill a number of gaps which became apparent in the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 1976 to bring into line with new modern practices of international arbitration rules in international commercial disputes. This paper focus on the study the problems and inspired points on significant revised provisions and its considerable points in arbitration environment. This paper is approaching to the comparisons of UNCITRAL revised Arbitration Rules 2010 with previous Arbitration Rules 1976 of UNCITRAL and International Arbitration Rules 2011 of KCAB.

소형독립공간에서 실내측위 정확도를 고려한 블루투스 비컨 위치선정 (Bluetooth Beacon Planing Considering Position Estimation Accuracy in Small and Isolated In-Door Environment)

  • 최근 스마트폰에 블루투스 LE의 적용을 계기로, 블루투스 비컨의 RSSI 기반 거리측정 기법에 의한 실내 측위 방법이 실용적인 측면에서 새로운 관심을 받고 있다. 정확한 위치정보의 계산을 위해서는 RSSI 측정은 안테나 패턴의 불규칙성, 환경의 영향, 동적인 사람의 움직임 등에 따른 오차를 고려해서 비컨의 위치를 결정하여야 한다. 본 논문은 비컨 송신기의 위치에 따른 RSSI/거리 확률모델을 바탕으로, 소형 서비스 공간에서의 측정의 정확성을 예측하고 보장하는 방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 전체공간상에서 평균적인 정확도를 최대화하기 위해서는 서비스공간에 골고루 신호가 도달할 수 있도록 분산해서 배치하는 것이 효과적인 반면, 측위오차의 최대치를 줄기위해서는 해당공간의 가장자리에 위치하는 것이 효과적임을 보였다.

지상파 TV의 디지털 전환에 대한 문화적 인식과 접근 (A Cultural Approach to the Digital transition)

  • 디지털TV는 새로운 TV 시대를 예고하고 있다. TV는 이제 지금과 같은 단순한 수상기에서 벗어나 디지털화되면서 고품질의 방송서비스 뿐 아니라, 네트웍으로 연결된 컴퓨터처럼 다양한 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있는 지능형 매체로 바뀌게 된다. 그러나 디지털TV 전환의 실제 현황은 이러한 미래주의적 전망과는 매우 다르다. 아직 초기이기는 하지만 TV의 디지털 전환은 정책, 경영전략, 마케팅, 그리고 수용자 등, 여러 차원에서 심각한 문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 디지털 전환은 주로 정책, 기술, 경영모델, 시장개척 차원의 문제로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 정책과 경영전략, 그리고 마케팅과 관련된 문제들은 수용자 문제에 비해서는 상대적으로 덜 복잡하다고 할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 디지털TV의 수용에는 복합적인 문화적 차원의 문제가 연관되어 있기 때문이다. 달리 말하면, 디지털TV의 기술적 전환은 문화적 전환보다 쉬운 문제이다. 문화적 차원의 디지털 전환은 정책담당자나 관련 산업계에 지금까지와는 다른 문제인식과 대책을 요구하고 있다.

비즈니스 시뮬레이션으로 살펴본 스마트워크의 확산 기간과 생산성 연구 (The Diffusion Period and Productivity of Smartwork by Business Simulation)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the diffusion period and productivity of smartwork in an organization. Firms are increasingly interested in smartwork for non contact work and working from home because of the corona 19. The smartwork is a new technology that changes face-to-face work in an organization. It helps the work of individuals and organizations regardless of time and place. The theoretical background describes the complexity, system thinking, diffusion theory, smart work, organizational resistance, and productivity. This study analyzes the diffusion period and productivity of smart work through business simulation techniques. A simulation study progresses four stages. There are problem definition, hypothesis establishment and causal loop diagram, model construction and verification, and policy evaluation. The simulation models contain an individual's resistance variables organizational investment and leadership variables related to the operation of smartwork. The organizational investment variables include organizational culture, legal system, implement systems and technology investment. The individual resistance variables include cognitive, attitude, structure and technological resistance. The leadership includes leadership interest variables and performance linkage variables. The simulation executed the changes of a people number adopting smart work and the organizational productivity monthly. As a result of the simulation, many organization members have accepted the smart work innovation after 20 months. The organizational productivity through smart work showed very high value after 16 months. In scenario analysis, the individuals' awareness and attitude resistance showed very important variables to productivity and a personal change of smart work adoption. Meanwhile, The organizational investment showed that the high driving-force increased not productivity and the low driving-force showed decreased low productivity. Also, leadership variables showed a powerful driver for changing smart work productivity. The implication of the study has suggested extending complexity, diffusion theory and organization resistance theory based on simulation methods.

악성코드 분석에서의 AI 결과해석에 대한 평가방안 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Methods for Interpreting AI Results in Malware Analysis)

  • 정보보안에서 AI 기술은 알려지지 않은 악성코드를 탐지하기 위해 사용한다. AI 기술은 높은 정확도를 보장하지만, 오탐을 필연적으로 수반하므로 AI가 예측한 결과를 해석하기 위해 XAI 도입을 고려하고 있다. 그러나, XAI는 단순한 해석결과만 제공할 뿐 그 해석을 평가하거나 검증하는 XAI 평가 연구는 부족하다. XAI 평가는 어떤 기술이 더 정확한지 안전성 확보를 위해 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 악성코드 분야에서 AI 예측에 크게 기여한 feature로 AI 결과를 해석하고, 이러한 AI 결과해석에 대한 평가방안을 제시한다. 약 94%의 정확도를 보이는 tree 기반의 AI 모델에 두 가지 XAI 기술을 사용하여 결과해석을 진행하고, 기술 정확도 및 희소성을 분석하여 AI 결과해석을 평가한다. 실험 결과 AI 결과해석이 적절하게 산출되었음을 확인하였다. 향후, XAI 평가로 인해 XAI 도입 및 활용은 점차 증가하고, AI 신뢰성 및 투명성이 크게 향상될 것으로 예상한다.
