1969년에 아폴로 계획을 통해 최초로 인류가 달에 착륙한 이후, 20년 이상 중단되었던 달탐사 계획은 달에 대한 관심이 다시 고조됨에 따라 1990년대부터 재개되었다. 최근에는 여러 국가에서 자체적으로 달탐사 계획을 수립한 후, 성공적으로 진행하고 있다. 본 보고서에서는 달 탐사위성에 탑재되었던 추진시스템 개발의 기술적 동향을 조사하기 위해 1990년대 이후 개발이 완료된 달 탐사위성들의 추진시스템 성능에 관련된 기술적 특징들을 분석하였다. 본 기술동향 조사를 통해 향후 국내 달 탐사위성개발 시 적절한 추진시스템을 선정할 수 있는 기본 지침서로서 활용될 수 있으리라 기대된다.

Recently, the generators for wind turbine have been manufactured with high output power such like MW class machine in order to reduce the generation cost and to increase the energy efficiency. At the same time, direct-driven generators for wind turbine have been developed and researched, which have easy maintenance and high efficiency by simplification the system through the removal of the gear box. In this paper, at first, the advantage and disadvantage between the direct-driven generator system and conventional indirect-driven system are compared. And secondly, the permanent magnet generator (PMG) for wind turbine has been rapidly improved to cope with the recent trend which requires the high power output Per one machine and the convenience for maintenance, and the PMG is adequate for direct driven system and suitable for high-efficiency and light weight. So, the characteristics and technical trend of the PMG for wind turbine is examined. At last, a suitable technical trend for development of the permanent magnet generator for wind turbine is proposed.

선박보안경보장치(Ship Security Alert System)는 2001년 미국 9월11일 테러 이후에 전 세계적으로 이에 대응하기 위한 방법으로 해상에서 선박을 통해 발생될 수 있는 테러에 대비하기 위한 통신시스템으로 2004년 7월1일 이후에 건조된 선박에는 반드시 탑재되어야 한다. 이 장치는 IMO SOLAS 국제 조약에 따르며 선박의 안전이 위협을 받고 있거나 위태롭게 되었음을 해당기관에 표시하기 위하여 육상으로 보안경보를 송신할 목적으로 선박에 설치되어야 한다. 무선통신설비는 특별히 정하지는 않았지만 전 세계를 포함하기 위하여 위성망을 사용하는 것이 유리하다. 본 고에서는 선박보안경보장치의 필수 기능 및 사용 가능한 통신시스템 특성에 대해서 분석하였으며 국내 관련 기술기준 방향에 대하여 제안하였다.

The export of agricultural, fisheries, and food products acts as an engine of growth for developing countries in particular. However, exporting these items is easier said than done since issues of certification and inspection, so-called technical barriers to trade (TBT) and sanitary and phytosanitary measures (SPS), in developed markets have worked as major obstacles for exports. This paper examines the institutional aspects and recent trends of South Korea's TBT/SPS-related cases against exporting firms of the developing countries. We suggest a win-win partnership model that can promote cooperative synergies between Korea and developing employing trade-related technical cooperation or ODA (Official Development Aid). Technical cooperation such as the provision of on-spot field consulting services on TBT/SPS-related issues for exporting firms and Korean OEM firms of developing countries can lead to mutual gains. This cooperative partnership can create gains from "the trade-development nexus" for both sides while promoting sustainable trade and investment relationships between Korea and developing countries.

Since the technical realization of self-aligned planar complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors in 1960s, semiconductor manufacturing has aggressively pursued scaling that fruitfully resulted in tremendous advancement in device performances and realization of features sizes smaller than 10 nm. Due to many intrinsic material and technical obstacles, continuing the scaling progress of semiconductor devices has become increasingly arduous. As an effort to circumvent the areal limit, stacking devices in a three-dimensional fashion has been suggested. This approach is commonly called monolithic three-dimensional (M3D) integration. In this work, we examined technical issues that need to be addressed and overcome to fully realize energy efficiency, short latency and cost competency. Full-fledged M3D technologies are expected to contribute to various new fields of artificial intelligence, autonomous gadgets and unknowns, which are to be discovered.

In this paper, we propose a method of predicting the next-day stock price fluctuations of 10 KOSDAQ-listed companies in 5G, autonomous driving, and electricity sectors by training SVM, XGBoost, and LightGBM models from macroeconomic·financial market indicators, technical indicators, social interest indicators, and daily positive indices extracted from online news. In the three experiments to find out the usefulness of social interest indicators and daily positive indices, the average accuracy improved when each indicator and index was added to the models. In addition, when feature selection was performed to analyze the superiority of the extracted features, the average importance ranking of the social interest indicator and daily positive index was 5.45 and 1.08, respectively, it showed higher importance than the macroeconomic financial market indicators and technical indicators. With the results of these experiments, we confirmed the effectiveness of the social interest indicators as alternative data and the daily positive index for predicting stock price fluctuation.

초고속정보통신기반에서의 보호는 크게 사용자 측면, 서비스 측면, 네트워크 측면 그리고 관리 측면으로 분류할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 측면들 가운데 초고속정보통신기반 보호기술이 가장 절실한 네트워크 측면에서의 보호를 크게 OSI, TCP/IP, ATM으로 나누어 검토하여, OSI 참조모델을 위한 NLSP와 TLSP방식, TCP/IP를 위한 IP보호 방식, 그리고 ATM 보호방식을 각각 제시했다.

본 글에서는 일반적인 무선 LAN 기술과 사용 주파수 대역에 대해서 간략히 기술하였고, 특히, 스펙트럼 확산방식을 사용하는 무선 LAN의 규제항목을 DS방식과 FH방식으로 구분하여 IEEE 802.11 표준(안)을 중심으로 두 방식을 비교하였다. 그리고 무선 LAN과 관련된 제외국 표준(안) 및 관련 법규(ETS 300 328 표준(안), IEEE 802.11 표준(안), FCC Part 15.247, 일본 RCR-33A 등)를 국내 무선 LAN 기술기준과 비교하여 새로운 기술기준 항목을 도출하였다.

검색 가능 암호 시스템은 암호화된 자료를 복호화하지 않고도 원하는 자료를 검색할수 있도록 하는 암호 기반 기술이다. 검색 가능 암호 시스템은 개인의 정보가 외부 저장 공간에 저장되면서 발생하는 여러 문제점에 대한 해결 방법으로 지금까지 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 고에서는 검색 가능 암호 시스템의 기본 구조, 요구 조건, 안전성 모델 등을 살펴본 후 지금까지 제안된 중요 검색 가능 암호 시스템들에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

In this paper, we review the state of the home networking technologies and analyse the trends of the patent information.
