Recently, it has been a worldwide issue to develop offshore wind farm based on the past technical experiences of onshore wind turbine installation. In Korea, the government has the wind-energy to be a new-sustainable field of development to bring green-growth in near future and put political and fiscal efforts to support the academic and industrial technical development. Especially, there are much advancement for the fields of turbine, blade, bearing, grid connection, ETC. Correspondingly, technical needs do exist for the offshore foundation installation techniques in geotechnical point of view. Within few years, 2~5MW offshore wind turbines will be constructed at about 30m water depth and it is known that monopiles of D=4~6m are suitable types of foundation. In order to construct offshore wind-turbine foundation, technical developments for drilling machine, design manual, monitoring&maintenance technique are required. This paper presents technical issues with related to offshore wind farm and large diameter monopile in the point of renewable energy development.

우리나라의 공적개발원조는 큰 성장을 보이고 있으며, 특히 직업훈련학교에 대한 지원은 그 효익이 직접적이고 단기적으로 발생되게 되어서 수원국에 큰 효익을 안겨준 것으로 평가되고 있다. 그러나 공적개발원조에 대한 경제적 성과를 측정할 수 있는 모형이 없어서 단편적인 성과 측정에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 개도국 직업훈련학교에 대한 공적개발원조 시 적용가능한 경제적 성과측정모형을 개발하고자 하는 것이며, 이를 위하여 재무정보를 중심으로 하는 ROI모형을 설정하고 여기에 비재무정보를 중심으로 하는 BSC를 접목하였다. 직업훈련학교는 그 효익의 대상이 명확하고 효익이 교육생의 졸업과 동시에 발생되는 특징이 있으므로, 비재무정보 보다는 재무정보 중심으로 모형을 구셩하는 것이 보다 목적적합하다고 사료된다.

개도국의 교육분야 지원사업은 한국의 공적개발원조 사업에서 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 매년 교육분야에 대한 원조비중이 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 개도국의 교육협력에 대한 기대에 비해서는 충분하지 못한 실정이다. 한국의 괄목할만한 경제성장은 기술교육에 대한 투자가 밑거름이 되어온 것은 주지의 사실이다. 현재 개발도상국이 당면하고 있는 빈곤퇴치를 위한 국가개발을 위하여 인적자원의 개발이 절실한 시점에 놓여있다. 본 연구의 목적은 개발도상국의 기술교육분야 지원사업을 위한 공적개발원조 사업에 필요한 적략적 접근방법에 대하여 연구함으로써 지원효과를 극대화 시키고 수원국의 인적자원개발과 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는데 있다.

As the functional and nonfunctional requirements of defence systems become more complex and precise, concerning about the systematic development of software embedded into the defence systems has become surged up. In order to develop more reliable and correct software, and to extend the life cycle of the developing software, adoption of some engineering technologies such as development process, methodology, CASE tools and documentation is essentially required. This paper introduce an approach to technical information management in embedded software development process, with an instance, airborne ECM system development project. Particularly, we suggest and explain how to guide the software development according to process and methodology, and how to generate technical documents using CASE tool.

In recent, the demand of high-productivity injection mold is increased because of the growth of international packaging market which is induced by an increase of population. The increase of productivity leads to the large-capacity injection molding machine and peripheral devices. For solving this problem, the stack mold which is based on the exsiting machine and device has researched in advanced countries actively. In this paper, as the preliminary research of stack mold development, the stack mold which has 2 level ${\times}4$ cavity was designed and fabricated. Besides, the motion and structural analysis were performed to verify the stability of developed stack mold.

It is challenging to build the integrated information system for a large scale cooperative R & D project. To develop the aircraft program which especially has several leading agencies and is supported by many demestic/foreign participating companies, the common data flow in harmony is the core factor to achieve a development goal. For this, the development are carried out maintaining the existing management systems of agencies and companies. As a first step, the standard for the common data information and the classification category of technical data are defined. Second, the work flow standards are also set. Based on the foundation, the efficient technical data management system are built including the function of storage, inquiry, revision, link, approval, submission, etc.

The presented research is devoted to the problems of achieving the goals of sustainable development, which will contribute to the development of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial parks. The importance of the functioning of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial ones in the direction of achieving sustainable development goals is substantiated. The development of industrial parks and their transformation through the coordination of dynamic development processes and the establishment of a system of mutually beneficial relations, due to the peculiarities of their functioning aimed at achieving sustainable development goals ensure the achievement of sustainable spatial development. Transformation of industrial parks will contribute to: increasing tax revenues of local budgets, increasing employment in the regions, raising public awareness of the need for environmentally friendly, energy efficient production, increasing the balance and harmony of social, economic and environmental development, modernization of territorial communities and regional enterprises resources and increase entrepreneurial initiative, rational use of available resources, intensification of small and medium enterprises, including innovation. The authors' scientific achievements are the substantiation of the principles of functioning of industrial parks in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development, which are based on a systematic approach and provide for the transformation into eco-industrial parks.

Developing tailor made Multimedia courseware ensuring effective implementation of instruction strategies is a challenge that manifests in myriad problems of software design and coding. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyse and identify coding and implementation problems, in the backdrop of using two different multimedia software development tools i.e. Visual Basic and Toolbook, which underpin the development and effectiveness of use of multimedia courseware. Solutions to such problems have been discussed in context of Tool book. The examples presented in this paper are based on the experience of designing and implementation of two large scale professional quality Multimedia courseware development projects.

Globalization and the development of technology have turned creativity into a necessity. Numerous countries consider creativity to be the major model of economic development. In this era of the knowledge-based economy, creativity is becoming a catalyst for the development of millions of people around the world. Irina Bokova, the former Director General of UNESCO, has stated that the cultural and creative industries have a capital of 2 250 billion US dollars, almost 30 million jobs worldwide in the economies of advanced countries and developing countries (Cultural Times, 2015).
